The more I learn about DNA and the inner workings of our cells, the more I’m convinced that there is a Creator/Force/God. You can call it what you want but to think it’s all just “evolution”, the result of natural selection, seems absolutely absurd to me. I am not saying evolution isn’t real but I am saying that our understanding about the nature of our reality and where we come from is sorely lacking. We like to tell ourselves the “we know the truth”, but the correct answer is that we really don’t know at all. Human origins is the mystery of all mysteries and our arrogance instead of reverence for that mystery is a big reason why evil has gained such a foothold in our world in my opinion. What do you think? Evolution explains it or something else is at play? I don’t claim to know the truth but instinctually feel our explanations are fundamentally flawed. 🐿️ It somehow ended up connecting to this topic again, but since I know our ATINYs always handle things without crossing the line, I’ll also do what I can - and we’ll get through this together. But I just really hope that things like this don’t remain as sad memories for you. Because, honestly, this isn’t our fault. If we had done something wrong, then of course we could apologize and make it right - but in this case, we didn’t do anything wrong. So I don’t want ATINYs to think of those memories as something painful or unfair. Let’s leave those matters to the people who actually handle them behind the scenes, and I just hope our ATINYs’ precious memories with us don’t fade into hurtful ones. You understand what I mean, right? And when I see comments, I notice that you all feel upset and frustrated for us - and honestly, I’m thankful for that. It makes me feel like we really did our activities well, and that the memories we created together through all our efforts aren’t just precious to us, but are also held dearly by our fans. I’m truly thankful for that. I’ll also keep doing my best.

The Story Behind This: My stepdad is one of the biggest #Lakers fans out there. When my wife and I were just 17, young parents with our first baby, we were at his house watching a game. My wife casually said, “I wonder how much those seats cost.” Without hesitation, he replied, “Don’t worry about it, you’ll never be able to afford those seats.” That moment could’ve crushed us, but it didn’t. Even at a young age, we knew our worth and refused to let anyone else define our future. We didn’t allow his doubt or anyone else’s to become our reality. Instead, we used it as fuel. i remember 5 years ago i told jungsu in my first letter that i sent to him how him and xh really helped me get through losing my dad… so watching the mv hurt a bit. i think part of why i get scared sometimes is because i’m afraid i’ll forget him, especially his voice. so that simple line, “we probably did our best, even if no one looks for it anymore. but still, it’ll probably be forgotten, as our hearts continue to change, we’ll be fine, alright,” hit me like a truck… i hope he knows i’ll always remember, i miss and love him for the rest of my life. thank you xh 🤍

If I also have to feel drained because of the relationship, then I think it’s better to focus on my dreams instead. A relationship shouldn’t stop our lives from moving forward. 🌎 For me, I would keep fighting if I still loved that person. LEGS IN THE DOWNSWING If you are curious about what is happening from the hips down in the downswing, this video is for you. As we start our movement towards the target, it’s important we don’t go into hip extension too early (Early Extension). There should be a phase where we get back into flexion, before extending to the target.
