Love this from Rory McIlroy 💯🙌 Reducing injury risk, increasing availability to play/ practice, and feeling good both on + off the course are great benefits of fitness training for golf 🏋️‍♂️ Not everything training wise needs to be swing speed related, although Rory has defo added speed over the last few years! 🚀 2-3 strength + power sessions a week, a few mins daily mobility, and getting plenty of steps in on the golf course itself, is a pretty decent + sustainable way of training for many golfers 😁

9 second Ludvig pre shot routine 🙂 That's not what I want this post to be about though... What I want you to be aware of is... He is THINKING about his swing while playing on the golf course, in a tournament You can see him make a little takeaway rehearsal just before he hits. To me, It looks as if he is working on keeping the club head more in front of the hands as he takes the club away Either that or he's making sure the face is staying square during the takeaway. Maybe both I hear golfers say that they shouldn't have swing thoughts on the course. I disagree. You can absolutely play with a swing though. You just can't play with 7 of them Ludvig proving swing thoughts are fine when playing 🙂

I work in Nana Plaza, In a GoGo called Lollipop. It comes with a large Thai family Staff, servers, bartenders, and cashiers. Then there are the PR ladies and of course the lovely dancers. On a given night I’m responsible for them, somewhere between 40-60 employees. I watch out for them, Make sure they are safe Encouraging them every night On slow nights, I tell them tomorrow will be better, they humor me and say yes boss. On crazy busy nights after the chaos is over, I thank them as they go home, tell them sleep and rest well, with a “Good Job” for each one. Not sure they know what that means, I sure hope they do ❤️ We are a tight family. I love them all.❤️ We are Lollipop.

⚡️BREAKING: Additional footage of the house that was hit by a rocket in Al-Tira in central occupied Palestine near "Tel Aviv", wounding 11 Palestinians. I’m late to this, but I see both sides of the coin here. On one, of course Kyle Fletcher’s gonna be bummed by getting screwed out of his big stadium moment in front of his family while his anxiety levels were at an all-time high. On the other, I wish he included more context as to why that happened and what happened to Adam Cole, as well as the fact that he may never wrestle again and how that was announced on the day of All In, because it makes complete sense as to why that happened when you take everything into account. Also, I can’t believe I’m saying this again but please walk with me on this one: ADAM. COLE. DID. NOT. GET. HURT. ON. THAT. FUCKING. POWERBOMB. YOU. IMBECILES. Watch his arms hit the fucking apron as his head hits nothing. You can say it was a dumb spot all you want, that’s not why Adam Cole is sitting at home right now.

Think you’ve got the diagnosis? Think again!! This is a case where the diagnosis is not as important as the lesson it teaches you. Avidly enhancing T2 dark lesions in the subependymal region with increased diffusion signal. If I said that description to you—even without seeing the images—you would say lymphoma! Was that your answer? It was mine! And we are both wrong! It turned out to be metastatic melanoma. But the lesson here is that just because you were wrong by pathology, doesn’t mean you were wrong on the imaging If I saw a case like this again, I would still say lymphoma! You won’t be right every time—there will be weird cases. But you are making a bet on the imaging appearance and you should always bet the odds—with the risk that every now and then you might be wrong! So don’t remember from this case that metastases can look like lymphoma—remember that sometimes it’s ok to be wrong as long as you read the case right

It is very important to realize all the results—political, defense, and economic—that were achieved during our meeting together with European leaders in Washington. Undoubtedly, it was a successful Summit, a demonstration of true unity between Europe and America. Ukraine, as always, is uniting the world. We value the United States’ readiness to be part of the security architecture for Ukraine, and our teams are actively working on shaping it. We expect that the key foundations of security will be defined shortly. We discussed how we can influence the Russians, compel them to engage in real negotiations, and end the war. Sanctions, tariffs—everything must remain on the agenda. We are ready to engage in a format of leaders. This is the format needed to resolve the key issues. Now, the same readiness is needed from Moscow. Military cooperation is important for both Ukraine and the United States, and there are two strong opportunities—an agreement on arms procurement and an agreement on drones that could significantly strengthen our arsenals. We are maintaining momentum in our work within PURL. This is an important instrument for procuring American equipment funded by partners, and we are now actively working on engaging additional countries. And, of course, the humanitarian track. The return of all abducted children. We strongly hope that America, President and the First Lady of the United States First Lady Melania Trump will continue to make personal efforts to bring back all children illegally abducted by Russia. Dear friends of our band I am devastated to share the heartbreaking news that our beloved percussionist Thabang Tabane has passed away earlier today. This is an unimaginable loss, and we are all struggling to process it. Thabang was not only an incredible musician, but also a dear friend, a source of inspiration, and a vital part of our music as a band. His presence, energy, and spirit will be deeply missed, both on and off the stage. He leaves behind his children💐 And the Malombo drums lay silent.

First off, thank you for such great support so far. The book was #1 in Poverty Studies (Amazon) and even got to the low thousands in Fiction and Literature 😊👍 which I got a kick out of...nice to have a book that isn't in the trillion ranking... I'll be continuing to promote this book as it's still new but it's fun to get back to work on the Quitturz. I hope to have that out in maybe three months. As usual, I'll be working on more than one book so I'll also be assembling Book 2 of the Al and Ivy series. That one will have more insight into the mental health issue, larger camps, and have much more Ivy as she became especially important as the series progresses. On The Road With Al & Ivy: Book One: Becoming A Face is now live on Kindle Unlimited and will be .99 until July 30th. Book 1 Overview On The Road With Al & Ivy is a planned trilogy of novels that are loosely based on the author's life in the San Francisco Bay homeless scene in 2016. His travels took him and Ivy to Northern California, Marin County, San Francisco, East Bay, Silicon Valley, Gilroy, Monterrey Peninsula, and Fresno. The On The Road With Al & Ivy novels are about a group of people in 2016, with all of their virtues and flaws, dealing with a catastrophic situation with resilience and making both good and bad choices to survive. The novel depicts various subcultures and situations that are rarely covered in the media and gives the reader a realistic picture of the homeless population. That means everything, from the violence and drug use that's often sensationalized in the media, back stories that humanize the stereotypes, the sense of community as strong as any in the mainstream, and even the rough sense of humor that many have about their situation. The author's main intent is to put a human face on the homeless population.
