Laux was a New York Times best selling author and was writing his next book. Laux was an investigator in George Knapp's “Investigation Alien” on Netflix. George Knapp testified at the September 9 Congressional UFO hearing naming defense contractors involved in UFO crash retrieval and reverse engineering, this subject also came up in Laux and Knapp's conversations on the Netflix show. Local obituaries state he was found in his home in Coldwater, Ohio on Sept 21, 2025. Russia’s State Duma elections officially began at 8:00 a.m. today. Voting will continue for three days, until 8:00 p.m. local time on September 20. The elections have already been described as unfair and tightly controlled by the authorities. The ruling United Russia party is expected to win. A total of 10 parties are on the ballot. Local candidates and organizations are already reporting the organized transportation of people to polling stations in some regions. In Irkutsk, for example, the local Communist Party campaign headquarters reported “astonishing activity” among men at polling station No. 603. Vyacheslav Dyukov, a candidate for the State Duma, said that he visited polling stations across Krasnoyarsk in the morning and saw “bussed-in state employees” there. The Civic Union said that buses carrying organized groups of state employees had appeared at several polling stations in Ufa. According to the organization, the employees were “arriving at polling stations en masse and taking photos with their ballots.” Pharmacies in Tyumen were advised to restrict sales of iodine and antiseptic dye during the elections. Police reportedly asked pharmacies not to sell large quantities of iodine, brilliant green and other coloring agents during the voting period. A van leaving Ren's Shenzhen home at 1 a.m., heading toward the Dapeng Peninsula coast, armed police outside Huawei headquarters. The rumor: they fled by sea. Neither Huawei nor Chinese authorities have denied it. This is the same company that immediately rebutted rumors about Ren in 2023 and 2024. - Five years ago, Meng Wanzhou said her legal battle, which began with her arrest in 🇨🇦 Canada, ended when the 🇺🇸 U.S. withdrew its extradition request. Her life had been "turned upside down" for three years, she said, but it was a "valuable experience." Yet the statement of facts she signed back then has now been admitted as evidence in the Huawei trial in New York. Meng Wanzhou is back at the center of the case. - On Chinese social media, a darker rumor is circulating. That Ren Zhengfei and Meng Wanzhou fell to their deaths on the evening of September 20. 18-year-old Karoline Heintz was found in the rear hatch of her Jeep in newly released police body-camera footage from Washington County, Pennsylvania. The 37-minute video, released on September 3 by the state courts, shows officers finding Heintz’s body near the public library in California Borough just after midnight on Aug. 20. One officer points a flashlight through the rear window, calls for help, and radios, “I need EMS here right now.” Heintz was a PennWest California University freshman and soccer player. Police have said she was killed Aug. 19 after stopping at Royce Moser’s North Strabane Township home. Moser, 18, is charged with homicide and other counts. His mother, Rachel Moser, is also charged in the case, including tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse, after investigators said she helped her son cover up the killing. At a preliminary hearing this week, the charges against both Mosers were held for court. They’re due back in October for formal arraignment, and both remain in the Washington County Jail without bail.

Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah's death on 8 September 1982 at his residence, 10 Maulana Azad Road, in Srinagar brought a pall of gloom over the entire Kashmir Valley. While the Valley mourned his death for several days, over 10 lakh (1 million) Kashmiris participated in his historic funeral procession on the 10th of September. It took the cortege about 10 hours to reach his burial place at Hazratbal. Prime Minister Indira Gandhi walked some distance with the procession in the morning. She reached Hazratbal in a Shikara in the evening along with her spiritual guru Dhirendra Brahmachari and former Jammu & Kashmir governor LK Jha to attend Sheikh's last rites. Lt General SP Malhotra, army commander, Northern Command, led the procession and the muffled drums played the funeral march. The body of the Sheikh was buried under tonnes of flowers showered on it all along the route. The streets of Srinagar awoke early to the cries of mourners. Huge throngs had taken a vantage points for a last glimpse of their beloved leader. The 12-km route was packed with people sitting on rooftops, trees and electric poles long before the procession had started from Polo Ground where his body had lain in state for over 24 hours. Accompanying the procession were large number of dignitaries including Union home minister PC Sethi, law minister Jagan Nath Kaushal, Lok Sabha Speaker Balram Jakhar, governors and chief ministers including the governor of Jammu & Kashmir BK Nehru, large number of members of Parliament, Opposition leaders including Chandra Shekhar of Janata Party, Atal Bihari Vajpayee of Bharatiya Janata Party, HN Bahuguna, Chanderjeet Yadav, foreign diplomats, and large number of his friends and associates.

South will lose seats? False propaganda exposed. Today in Lok Sabha, Hon’ble Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah ji exposed that lie with facts. This is to inform the general public, Nigerians and the Delta State government Delta State Government that children from Happy Home Orphanage Okwe, Delta State were kidnapped by unknown gunmen who invaded their orphanage home since Sunday, 15th June 2025 and selected 7 boys and the only 17 year old girl from the about 20 children in the orphanage. There was only 1 staff present while others were at church, and they lied to her that they came from B Division of Delta State Police for inspection Delta Police Department Delta State police denied any knowledge and assisted to trace the men who abducted the children. After months of searching for these children, the police Nigeria Police Force discovered it was not even the police but some members of Kano State National Agency for Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons NAPTIP who came ILLEGALLY into Delta State to take those children named: 1. Madu Abuchukwu Elijah - Male 2. Madu Abuchukwu Chinwemeri - Male 3.Madu Abuchukwu Nzubechukwu Ifeanyi 4.Chimamanda Azuke Mpa - Male 5. Chibuike Azuka - Male 6.Munachi Ogugua - Male 7. Chidalu Samuel Emeh - Male 8. Chikamso - Female Kano NAPTIP did not report to any security arm of Delta State and so the case was treated as a kidnap since June. It later emerged they had an operation in Anambra and rather than leave, they entered Delta illegally for a supposed operation without any notice to security agencies. NAPTIP also denied and maintained that they had no information about the kids. Thankfully, in August, one of the children managed to get hold of a phone and immediately called the orphanage in Delta State. He pleaded with them to rescue them, revealing he asked around and found out they were being held in Kano State, at a place called Nasarawa Children’s Home. He further disclosed that their names had been changed and they were being forced to study the Quran. He also put the kids together and quickly took a pic that showed the 17 year old girl, Chikamso now wearing an hijab. From this information, the Delta State Police, NSCDC and the orphanage home swung into action to get the kids. After the information became public, the phone number the children used to contact them became unreachable. After nearly 4 months of silence since June 15th, because the case came public 3 days ago, NAPTIP is now issuing a statement on September 16th, claiming the children were trafficked from the North to Delta and have now been reunited with their families in the North. This is not the first time this is happening but NAPTIP picked the wrong orphanage this time, this particular orphanage also has kids whose mothers are alive and work as staff. The mothers are shocked with the abduction and with NAPTIP’s statement, while NAPTIP claims the kids were taken from families in the North and are now reunited in Kano. QUESTIONS FOR NAPTIP 1. Why did your officials lie that they were from Division B of Delta State police when they went to kidnap these children from the orphanage home in Delta on June 15th? 2. Why did Kano NAPTIP enter Delta State, take children, and claim a trafficking operation without informing or reporting it to any security agency even after taking the children? 3. If the orphanage was truly a trafficking center, why did NAPTIP take the grown 7 boys and the only 17-year-old girl, leaving behind babies and the other smaller children? 4. NAPTIP took these children from Delta to Kano since June 15, so why wait until September 16th, after the matter became public to issue a statement and claim the kids were reunited with their families? 5.
