After a decade of building Broadlume and a year since joining forces with Cyncly, today is my last day. It's emotional, but it's the start of the next chapter. Here's the message I sent my team: I knew this day would eventually come, but now that it's here, it's surreal. As I wrote (and rewrote) this email a hundred times, it was hard not to get emotional. There's no way for me to properly put my thoughts into words… but here we go. There are so many people to thank and so many amazing memories. I am truly grateful for every single person who played a part in this 10+ year journey. For 10 years, I never had the Sunday Scaries or dreaded a single Monday.. not one. I woke up wanting to find out what problems we'd solve together and what milestones we'd celebrate. That feeling is what people spend entire careers searching for. And I got to live it for a decade, thanks to you. Every Monday morning felt like a reunion with friends, not work. I got to wake up and do what I loved, with people I loved working with. But beyond that, the work we did changed an industry. We fought for the small business owner, and that's something I'm incredibly proud of. Our work impacted 4,500 mom and pop flooring retailers across the country. They will forever operate differently because of us, and they'll continue to be taken care of by this incredible team long after I'm gone. We proved that when you take care of your team and treat customers like family, everyone wins. That's the legacy we built together, and one worth being proud of. Now, what comes next for me? I'm going to spend time with my family. Believe it or not, when you give your personal cell phone number out to the entire flooring industry, hours and days can slip away pretty quickly. I want to be present with my wife and two young daughters. My oldest daughter, Amelia, is two and a half, and her world runs on questions. Her favorite: "But why, Daddy?" And I can't wait for the day she asks, "but why did you name me Amelia?" And I'll get to tell her about FloorCon and how our final show was in Amelia Island, FL, right around the time she was born. My youngest, Charlotte, is just three months old. She doesn't know anything about flooring… yet. But I'm excited to explain to her why hardwood is better than LVP, and why she always needs to shop local. And lastly, my wife Jill has been the most patient, supportive, and understanding partner during this journey. I'm excited to just focus on being a dad, husband, and bad golfer for a bit. Working with you was the greatest honor of my professional life. The actual daily experience of being in the trenches, and doing the work together, is what I will always remember. Thank you for trusting me when I didn't know what I was doing. Thank you for following me into uncertainty. And thank you for making Monday, the best day. With love.

Matthew North - The Cambridge Analytica The exposure of Joe Rogan as a military operation has caught wind today and it reminded me of Matthew North and his research. This kid was extremely good at figuring things out. He was exposing everyone who was deep state, and he was eliminated because he was a threat. This video was created about The Cambridge Analytica who is a group who handles and sells data on us. His research is extremely good. I know a lot of you truly believe that Trump is some kind of savior. I did too, and still kind of do. I really do hope he is doing this for "optics" but I often have to stop and think about that. There is a lot of reason for me to believe that he is doing the right thing, but at this point unless he has already eliminated them, there is no reason anymore. He is being really clear and transparent as to what he is doing, what he wants to do and where he wants it to take us. I don't want to be right about that. I want to be wrong. His focus lately has been on endorsing cryptocurrencies as the future of our economy. That raises a lot of concerns. First of all, cryptocurrency was created for surveillance from the very start. Anything digital leaves easy to trace footprints. They have been talking about it being decentralized and that it is the road to freedom. That makes sense to me, after I learned what they were doing with the federal banking system and I saw that this was a way around it, I too got extremely excited and put a lot of money into crypto. It makes sense. It makes too much sense. It is a system we will not be able to get out of after we are in it. It is a cage with no way out from the inside. However, we don't have anything else going. I have been in these spaces and I see that people are indeed seeing the danger we are in, but we aren't actually making any movement in the physical world. It will be too late if we let this continue. We won't be able to get out or change anything. I am not sure what will happen, and I truly want to believe that "Israel is saved for last" was a good hint, not a bad one. We are being kept in the dark, and it is being done purposefully. I know that we are all collectively learning a lot about the world that the kept from us, but maybe we aren't seeing that it is herding us into the beast system? I often do post about that possibility, but there is always something that brings me back to believe Trump is a hero. After all, the templar started out good, but went bad after they had amassed wealth and power through banking activities. This was because they were infiltrated by the Jesuits, who were crypto-jews. Rick Rubin: "Make what you love, not what you think people will like" "If you want to live in a creative way, which will benefit everything in your life, be a better person in your family, do a better job starting a new business, it's all the same. I don't really know anything about music. It's more a way of looking at the world and wanting it to be the best it could possibly be. And doing whatever it takes to be the best it could possibly be." Rubin shares how his career happened: "From the beginning, I never thought any of the things I'm doing were possible or realistic. I just did things out of the love of them, thinking I would have real jobs. That my passion would be my hobby, and I'd have a job to support my hobby. And it just magically turned out different than that without me knowing it was possible." On why some things connect and others don't: "The stars line up at certain times for certain things to happen. Sometimes you can make something great, and it doesn't connect for whatever reason. Sometimes you make two things you think are the two best things you've ever made. One of them connects with the world. One of them doesn't. And it might not have anything to do with what's in the art. It might be that it came out the same day as something else. Or there was a bigger story at the time. There's so much to it that we don't understand." He continues: "All we can do is make something good and put it out and hope for the best. That's all there is. We never know why things work. 🤍 So, I mean... what can we even do? First off. 🤍 We have work. And honestly, guys, if I didn’t get any work, I wouldn't have the money to take care of Boo-Babe, buy his food, live my life, or even pay the water and electricity bills, you know? 🤍 I mean, when clients give us work, it’s a big deal. Like... you get it, right? Having work is always better than having none at all. 🤍 And if I didn't get any work, then what would you guys even follow me for? And say I have to work with other people... people start going, Oh no, Namtan is going to stop working with Film! Like, what's up with that? Everyone took a break to go... go... what do you call it? To go live their lives and spend time with their families, okay? 🤍 It was a holiday! And whenever we meet, look, when we're together, we love each other. We actually love each other more now and we've gotten so much closer. We’re always planning and talking about what we’re going to do with Blush Blossom. So please, don't let this kind of stuff drag us down or come between us, okay? 🤍 I mean, sometimes we don't take it personally, but there are some fans who just don't know, and they read things and actually end up believing them. It's because of these factors where, when we don't get a chance to talk or clear things up, it turns into people using our photos and writing in their bios that they're Namtan-Film fans. I get it all, because looking back at it from a “consumer” perspective, right? 🤍 I’m not just talking about one group of fans; I mean everyone, whether they're Thai fans or whoever. To be honest, especially the ones in Thai—I see them. Sometimes they just pop up, written in Thai, using really, really rude language while using our faces and our fandom name. designed to liquidate you. most traders are out here gambling with their rent money while the big players are using automated systems to harvest their liquidations. i know this because i spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on developers for apps thinking i could never code myself. i was getting wrecked by over trading and watching my accounts hit zero while i slept. code became the great equalizer for me because it removed the emotion that was killing my bankroll. i decided to learn to code live so i could iterate to success and now i have fully automated systems trading for me instead of getting liquidated by every wick. i just saw someone lose ten million dollars in a single month because they were trading by hand and got addicted to the screen. you have to understand that if you are not automating you are the exit liquidity for someone who is. the reality of advanced futures trading is not about finding one holy grail bot that prints money forever. it is about research GM Mayor Andy Burnham’s so-called ‘limited’ Assurance Review into the gang rape of young White girls in Oldham, better described as an attempted cover-up of the cover-up, was published on 20th June 2022. Refusing to accept their whitewash, I took to YouTube the day after (June 21, 2022), to deliver the first of my debriefs, exposing the glaring inconsistencies in their narrative. I'd spent 24 hours examining the 200+ page document. The Fight for a Public Inquiry During the live transmission, I systematically dismantled the review’s contradictions, making it clear that the fight for a full Public Inquiry had to continue. At that point, nearly everyone else had either resigned themselves to never uncovering the truth or accused me of lying. Yet, I persisted. It took until January 2025 - over two and a half years later - for Andy Burnham to finally admit his so-called Assurance Review had failed to reveal the truth. The Smear Campaign Realising what I was doing, and all previous attempts to silence me had failed, The Labour Party campaigners orchestrated a new smear operation. They recruited a survivor to work against me, aiming to assemble a group of young women to falsely accuse me of grooming and rape. The survivor’s role was to lend credibility to these fabricated allegations. A so-called ‘journalist,’ Neil Wilby, aligned with Jim McMahon OBE MP, was enlisted to amplify the false narrative, ensuring it gained traction. Both Wilby and McMahon (now a government minister) openly discussed their plans to silence me. By now you know I'm not in the business of lying. This is how desperate they got. This actually happened. They recruited a grooming gang survivor to coach a group of girls to make malicious allegations against me of child rape. Censorship and the Mayor’s Office Despite knowing the consequences of challenging the official story - while also awaiting trial due to a series of malicious prosecutions orchestrated by Greater Manchester Police to silence me - I refused to back down. I shared my analysis and a summary report. Almost immediately, it was taken down by YouTube following a ‘defamation’ complaint. A national inquiry would confirm whether the Mayor’s office played a role in this censorship, or indeed, in any of the attempts to maliciously prosecute me. It is already confirmed that both senior Labour politicians including Oldham Council leader Arooj Shah and her Council repeatedly fabricated evidence to try and have me prosecuted and imprisoned. you stick with me i will walk you through the exact architecture of a professional trading system that handles the heavy lifting without you needing to drop a single rack on hardware most people are scared of running these bots on their main computer because they don't want an agent messing with their personal files or browser sessions. instead of buying a second mac mini for six hundred dollars you can just go to the top left of your screen and create a brand new user profile. this acts like a completely isolated sandbox where you can install all your trading tools and agents without them ever seeing your main data. it is essentially like getting a free computer for the price of five minutes of clicking around your settings but what if you aren't on a mac or you need to access your that can run any model in existence for just a couple dollars an hour this is the ultimate pivot because it allows you to test if your strategy actually prints money before you commit to the hardware. you can turn the server on when you are iterating and turn it off the second you are done which keeps your overhead near zero. if you haven't proven that your bot can pay for itself yet then buying a usually pay the tax anyway but i only do it once the system is already generating enough to cover the cost ten times over i believe that code is the great equalizer because it took me from losing money and getting liquidated to having fully automated systems doing the work for me. i had to learn to live with the iterations and the failures on youtube to get to this point of clarity. the universe tends to get out of your way once you make a non negotiable contract with yourself to see the process through to the end. you don't need the flashy hardware or the most expensive setup to start winning in this game stay focused on the logic and the data rather than the hype and the fomo that everyone else is falling for. if you can master the bridge between renting power and owning I projected that question upon myself. Was there a version of myself that—by accepting certain concessions—might pass muster and find acceptance amid dissenters? Was some give-and-take by transgender people all that was needed to de-escalate our growing dissent and toxic discourse? Many progressives, including many transgender people, told me the answer was an unequivocal 'No'. I was told that gender criticals/anti-woke/conservatives/[insert favourite polarizing label here] just hate transgender people and were wholly disingenuous in their concerns. I was told that their 'concerns' were mere dog whistles used to prop up their hate for the gender diverse. I wasn't convinced... in part because I appreciated some of their concerns. I knew I needed to learn more. So, I did the only thing I knew how to do. I followed my curiosity and spent the last two years amid the individuals who were purportedly out for my blood. I connected deeply within gender critical circles, listening, learning, and trying to make sense of the intersection of gender criticality, transgender experiences, and liberalism. I sought out solutions that might temper our ever-growing toxic discourse. I learned a lot and I had the most inspiring conversations of my life. And I made some of the most genuine friendships of my lifetime. As it turns out, it's very humanizing to know someone who thinks differently than you. Thousands of people shared with me the impact I imparted to them, as I was often the first transgender person they had ever known and befriended. These friendships were humanizing for me as well, bringing a new perspective to social conservative worldviews that I hadn't previously appreciated. For those who truly held no disdain towards transgender people, I embodied precisely what they had been preaching. In tune with Rowling's call, I called myself Julia and dressed from the women's side of Target, but I held no expectations of language, pronouns, or any form of affirmation. I steered clear of any space that might even plausibly be considered a women 's segregated space, be it a washroom, a changeroom, an association or a sports league. I embodied the model transgender person that many gender criticals profess is the solution to our unrest surrounding gender identity. I've been told thousands of times that if other transgender people were like me, then all of our issues would go away. And that is where things got interesting... because for quite a few years, gender-critical communities have been forming amid common concerns of various transgender accommodations and policies. For people in these communities who held no contempt toward a trans identity, I was a key ally. To them, I was living evidence that the balance they wished to achieve in transgender policy surrounding medical transition or education or compelled speech or spaces could be embodied by a transgender person. But I unwittingly became a wedge in gender-critical communities. As it turned out, there are plenty of gender-critical individuals whose convictions go far beyond mere policy concerns. These people hold tremendous contempt and disdain for transgender people. I faced bigotry and hatred firsthand. Until a transgender person comes into the gender critical community, those who saw might see me as an ally and those enraged by my existence were often indistinguishable, even to those within various communities. But the moment I would arrive on the scene, waves would form and the motivational divide would become evident. There's something rather unsettling about watching factions form and friendships fall apart merely because you entered a conversation. I cannot overstate the love and acceptance I found amid gender-critical individuals. Many amid these circles are just tired of being labelled anti-trans ad nauseam merely for expressing policy concerns. But I also cannot overstate how surreal it is to face individuals—in many cases with international attention upon them—reign down on you directly and personally in the most dehumanizing ways I've ever encountered. On more than a few occasions I experienced the machination of anti-trans pushback in full force. There were days I received dozens of tweets that launched personal attacks against my appearance or derided my likeness in grotesque manners. There were also days when I received thousands. Death theats, stalkers, invasions on my family's personal privacy. I encountered it all. On a few occasions I also experienced the machination of trans-activist pushback. I came to realize something: on the extremity of this polarizing issue, both sides can behave just as poorly. It was enlightening to watch the extent to which people would mischaracterize me, selectively crafting what I would write to frame me in the worst possible light imaginable. It was even more enlightening to watch opposing sides do this simultaneously—each fixated on casting me as a demon of the enemy they had come to fixate upon. I suppose that's what extremism does. To the vocal extreme of the transgender activist camp, I was a gender critical: a grifter uncancelling gender criticals by lending transgender credibility. To the vocal extreme of the gender critical camp, I was no different than any other transgender activist. Regardless of my position on social transition in school, compelled speech or space usage, nothing could undo that I unapologetically defy sex-role norms which—for many—was always the underlying issue. I observed that both 'sides' cast me as their 'other', while neither side embraced a member. I suspect that's in part because the 'side' I align with are the views that resonate with mostly everyone who isn't in the trenches of these politics. The side my views represent aligned most closely with the 90% of our population who are not beholden to either extreme on gender politics. My major takeaway from my past two years: that the vast majority of people want a world where transgender people can exist and thrive, where language isn't compelled but people are kind to one another, and where the intersections of gender norms and physical reality are thoughtfully balanced. They want an education system that recognizes the role of the parent as an ideological steward but also holds good safeguards both to intervene in truly abusive situations and provides adequate psychological support for any child experiencing psychological distress. That sounds hard, and it's near impossible when your sounding board is the groupthink at either extreme. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been afforded the opportunity to hold so many powerful friendships amid the liberal-loving middle that espouses the center-end of both factions. So what am I doing now? I am doing a new video series—possibly my last. In Gender for the Rest of Us, I'll be laying out what I've learned over the past two years about the solutions that bring us to a place of de-escalated discourse on gender. I'll attempt to be moderate through and through, though I should clarify that I don't mean 'Twitter moderate' or 'gender critical moderate' or 'trans activist moderate'. I mean regular, run-of-the-mill, moderate that resonates with those who truly want to balance transgender rights with those of everyone else. He spent 15 minutes explaining what we're actually built for: "We view ourselves as built for pleasure. For consumption. For safety. For egotistical self-aggrandizement and fame." "What are we actually built for? Maximal challenge." "We're built to walk uphill. When you reach the pinnacle, you want to stop and appreciate the vision. But the next thing you want is a higher hill in the distance." "It's from the uphill climb that we derive our value." This is why young men disappear into video games. "That's all acted out in the video game. The active warrior moving uphill with sword in hand. That's dynamic. That's exciting." "They have to act that out in their own life. Video games are not a substitute for life." Start where you are. Even if it's embarrassing. "Humility is starting where you are. Here's what most people don't understand about momentum: "You accrue success exponentially. You accrue defeat exponentially too." "Start going downhill, you go downhill faster and faster. Start going uphill, you go uphill faster and faster." "Even if you have to start painfully small, it doesn't matter." Everyone wants confidence. But self-esteem is a lie. "Self-esteem doesn't even exist. It's a pathological concept altogether." "You want confidence that's based in competence. Otherwise it's narcissistic." "How do you develop that? $REPLAY FILES BROKEN (FIXED + STEP BY STEP GUIDE) Hey! Currently there's a bug with replay files that prevents replays from before the latest Rocket League patch to load/work. As a creator, this severely impacts my workflow, and waiting for a patch could take a while. So to make sure I, and everyone else out there can continue to work, I've tried to find a solution. Initially I messed around with installing older Rocket League versions through the steam console, and trying to get the Injector from Bakkesmod to downgrade to the matching Rocket League version, however this proved to be tedious and honestly fruitless. So instead I turned to the modding community where I was quickly directed towards Martin, who ended up fixing the replay issue and building a handy tool. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: RocketRP: Microsoft. NET 9.0 Runtime: HOW TO: Step 1: Download (if your antivirus flags it, allow list it. Running unknown files is ALWAYS at your own risk, however I run the setup as well and the sourcecode is available to check for when you're in doubt). Step 2: Download the .NET 9.0 console framework for windows, or your respective platform. Step 3: Install the .NET 9.0 console framework through the downloaded .exe Step 4: Unzip/Extract the "RocketRP .cli .zip" file Step 5: Right click the extracted folder and select "Open in Terminal". If that option doesn't appear you need to click more options, and / or open with, and manually select Powershell or your preferred terminal of choice. Step 6: leave the terminal window open and go to: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Rocket League\TAGame\Demos Step 7: Select the replays you want and place these in a new folder somewhere easily accessible. Make sure to back them up just in case* Step 8: Right click the replay you want to fix, and then select "copy as path" Step 9: In notepad or similar, copy this command: .\RocketRP.CLI.exe -r " " -m Repack --backup --legacy-fix true Make sure to replace the " " with the link you copied from the replay in step 8. For a breakdown of the command, check the video or use the help command in the terminal. Step 10: In the terminal, paste the command we created in step 9, then press enter. This should create a backup file of your replay, and it should create a new replay file that has the patch applied. NOTE: Right now, doing full folders isn't working, therefore you'll have to do this 1 replay at a time, untill I post a fix in the comments. Step 11: Put the newly generated replay in the demos folder (step 6) and load back into Rocket League. Your replay should now work as intended! Make sure to back them up just in case* Step 8: Right click the replay you want to fix, and then select "copy as path" Step 9: In notepad or similar, copy this command: .\RocketRP.CLI.exe -r " " -m Repack --backup --legacy-fix true Make sure to replace the " " with the link you copied from the replay in step 8. For a breakdown of the command, check the video or use the help command in the terminal. Step 10: In the terminal, paste the command we created in step 9, then press enter. This should create a backup file of your replay, and it should create a new replay file that has the patch applied. NOTE: Right now, doing full folders isn't working, therefore you'll have to do this 1 replay at a time, untill I post a fix in the comments. Step 11: Put the newly generated replay in the demos folder (step 6) and load back into Rocket League. Your replay should now work as intended! Please note if you get any errors, you mostlikely didn't install the .NET 9.0 console correctly, or you have to check your command for typos. Alright, now it’s time for us to get back to the story. I wanna share my personal experience trading memecoins (and some utility plays) on Solana over the past 1 year and 4 months. Before that, I was pretty active on Ethereum since around 2020. So what made me switch to Solana ? It started when someone from my private group pointed out the potential of Solana, the speed, the low fees, and how early the ecosystem still felt at the time. Funny thing is, I actually heard about Solana when it was already at $80, but I didn’t really touch it until it hit around $100, and I started with 20 SOL as capital. It was sometime around February 2024 (don’t remember the exact date), when I first tried trading memecoins on Solana. Back then, wasn’t even popping yet, most devs were still launching manually. No fancy bots, no real token scanners, just pure risk. ( Correct me if I’m wrong about when first launched. ) Honestly, in the beginning, it was tough. New tokens popping up every second, rugs left and right, Solana was in hype mode, and everyone wanted to launch something. But by April, things started to click. I was finally making profits trading Solana coins, memecoins, lowcap utilities, all that. If I compare it to now, I’d say it was way easier back then to catch early entries. Not even exaggerating, 100x plays were way more common. I will put sneak peek of some of my PnL from my personal channel, Of course, it’s not as simple anymore with today’s market; Bundles everywhere, token farming systems, launch metas changing fast… Back then? It was cleaner. Simpler. Honestly, better. Through all this, I’ve always had one dream: To help people who are truly serious about learning the game. That’s why I started Bollish Research , a place for real ones to learn and grow in this space. From the very beginning of Bollish Academy until now, we’ve built the Bollish Research team through real work and honestly, quite a few people have been cut along the way. The older I get, the more I realize the value of staying low key… of building a tight circle and only letting the right people in. You can be open, honest, and real, but still know that not everyone deserves a seat at your table. I’ve come to realize this right now, all I want is to grind hard, make a lot of money, and make the people who’ve stood by me from day one proud. The ones who were there when I was nothing, all the way to who I am now.
