#New Lindsay Clancy Used The Most Force On The Child She Complained About Online โ€˜Most Difficult Human,โ€™ Experts Say The child who Lindsay Clancy used the most force on, had the worst ligature wounds, and the most prominent facial hemorrhaging, was the same one she described as being the most difficult human she has ever encountered. Critics say it's interesting that the voice told Clancy to kll the child who gave her the most grief, more violently than the other two. Medical examiner testimony at Clancyโ€™s triple mrder trial showed 3-year-old Dawson Clancy had more facial swelling than Cora 5, and Callan 8-months. He was bleeding in and around the eyes from the pressure of being strangled to deth by his mother. The medical examiner said Dawson struggled in his final moments, and Clancy used more pressure or force on him than the other two. Clancy admitted to klling Dawson first. She told forensic psychiatrists she took him down the basement stairs into her husbandโ€™s office and strangled him there, and then went back upstairs for Cora, then Callan. She claimed she heard a male voice that told her it was her last chance to kll the children so she could kll herself. She said the voice stopped after Callan was dead. Prosecution experts, including FBI-affiliated forensic psychiatrist Dr. Gregory Saathoff, called her claim unusual: she heard the voice after she sent Patrick out of the house, it didn't give any instructions, then vanished after she k*lled Callan. In May 2021, when Dawson was 19-months, Clancy wrote that she was finding that her 19-month-old the most difficult human she had ever encountered, and that she could not get through a day without becoming so frustrated with him. Every ordinary task - crib, diaper, clothes, car seat, jacket, nap - was a battle, she wrote and had been since he was about 8 months old. Dawson arrived at the Hospital without a pulse. He had a breathing tube and CPR was underway. Staff worked on him for about 40 minutes, before he was declared dead at 7:28 p.m. #ChristinaAguayoNews

#WATCH | Delhi | Judge dies by suicide in Safdarjung | Father-in-law of Judge Aman Kumar Sharma's sister says, "... I spoke to my son on the call who told me that they are taking Aman to Safdarjung Hospital. By the time I reached the hospital, the doctor had already declared him dead... As per the statement given by his father to the Police, around 10 pm last night, Aman had called him saying that he was distressed and it had become difficult for him to continue living. His father departed from Alwar right then and reached here around 12 in the night. Upon arriving, he learned that Aman had been having conflicts with his wife. He told his father that he had been harassed for the last two months. His wife (Swati) is a judicial officer, and her sister is an IAS officer (Nidhi Malik) currently posted in Jammu. According to Aman, Nidhi Malik had been interfering in his life, and she was controlling his household... Aman's father said that his daughter-in-law told him that if you don't leave from here, she would call the police... The next morning, Aman's father tried to contact his daughter-in-law's parents, but they had blocked his phone... Then an argument broke out in the house. So Aman's father went to the other room. According to him, Swati was extremely angry and shouting, while Aman was crying. After a while, the noise stopped. He waited for a while, thinking that the argument had been resolved. When he went to check up on them after some time, he asked Swati about Aman's whereabouts, to which she replied that she did not know. .. When he called Aman's mobile, he heard it ringing inside the bathroom. He knocked on the bathroom door and asked him to open the door. During this, Yudhvir (Swati's chacha) and Nidhi Malik arrived. They tried a lot, banged the furniture against the door, but the door didn't open. Then the neighbours told them that there was a window in the shaft. So they got a ladder. The guard Shankar climbed the ladder, broke the window and entered the bathroom. He found Aman hanging... Aman was 30 years old..."

New: Joe Rogan reacts to the Lindsay Clancy trial with black comedian Brian Simpson and says Society โ€œALWAYSโ€ Finds Sympathy for Women that Men Would Never Get, Even When a Mother Kills Her Own Children: โ€œIf She Gets Free, Her Supporters Should Have to LET HER BABYSIT.โ€ ROGAN: โ€œImagine If a SINGLE FATHER killed his kids. He wouldnโ€™t get this same sympathy.โ€ CONTEXT: Hundreds of supporters, (overwhelmingly women) recently gathered outside Lindsay Clancyโ€™s Massachusetts murder trial wearing pink and holding signs including โ€œShe Needed Helpโ€ and โ€œPeace For Lindsay.โ€ Clancy admits that she strangled her three children Cora 5, Dawson 3, and Callan 8 months in January 2023. But the actual legal fight is over why she did it and whether she was criminally responsible. Her defense says she was suffering from postpartum psychosis, experienced command hallucinations, and had lost touch with reality. Prosecutors argue the killings were deliberate: that she intentionally got her husband out of the house, knew what she was doing, and later fabricated parts of the psychosis story. And as of today, the jury has told the judge it cannot reach a unanimous verdict after four days of deliberations. SIMPSON: โ€œShe strangled her three kids.โ€ โ€œYou was three for three on the strangulation, and then when you tried to kill yourself, youโ€™re using unproven methods.โ€ โ€œWhy not strangle yourself? You are definitely good at that.โ€ ROGAN: โ€œIf those ladies could see the crime scene and see those dead kidsโ€ฆI donโ€™t think they would feel so bad for her.โ€ IMPORTANT NOTES: A finding that Clancy lacked criminal responsibility would not necessarily mean she simply walks out of court and goes home. She could instead be committed to a psychiatric hospital if she is considered dangerous. So the real argument is harder than โ€œsympathy vs. punishment.โ€ If severe psychosis genuinely made someone incapable of understanding or controlling what they were doing, should the law treat that person differently? And Roganโ€™s question creates the other half of the argument: Would hundreds of people be standing outside a courthouse showing the same public sympathy if the defendant were a father who had strangled his three children?
