Help this post get enough attention so we can close this loophole Electrical Contractor in Florida breaks down exactly how illegals are able to exploit a legal loophole to get paid for working in the United States โ€œI'm a small business owner. I'm a licensed electrical contractor in the state of Florida. The only way that I can hire an undocumented worker is illegal. I either pay them cash or they provide me fake documents showing that they have a Social Security card or they have some sort of work permit that's fake. That's the only way. But there's a loophole: Let's just say that the employee is Pedro. So Pedro comes in and says, hey, how about I use my LLC because I have a lawn service or a carpet cleaning service or whatever. And Pedro forms Pedro LLC. He gets workers comp exempt because he's the only employee and you don't need workers comp if you're a self employed individual. So now he just has liability insurance. And liability insurance is pretty cheap for carpet cleaning. So now I can pay him from my corporation to his corporation to his LLC. And the only thing that I'm required to have is prove that he's got liability and workers comp. I didn't pay in payroll taxes. I didn't pay workers comp. I didn't pay any of that. He didn't. He didn't have to worry about labor laws. I don't have to pay him overtime. He doesn't have to make minimum wage. It's just an invoice from a corporation to a corporation and that's how it's done. So don't tell me there's no cash in contracting. There's no cash in construction. It's just a loophole from corporation to corporation.โ€ - Illegals are not required to be citizens or have any legal status to form an LLC in America - They just need to apply for an ITIN number from the IRS - All you need for the ITIN number is a foreign birth certificate or foreign identification documents They do this quick, simply loophole and illegals can then get paid to work in America

Mel Brooks on how he approached writing the screenplay for 'Blazing Saddles' (1974) & why this movie is 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th best comedy of all time: "Interviewer: 'Blazing Saddles' (1974) epitomized what became known as a "Mel Brooks Movie," an irreverent romp that broke all the rules. What led you to this type of wacky satire? Brooks: I just wanted to exorcise both my angels and demons. I said to all the writers, "Look, fellas, don't worry, this movie will never get released. Never. [Warner Bros.] will see it and they'll say, 'Let's bury it.' So let's go nuts. Let's write things that we never would dare write." And we did. There's a few guys doing that now โ€” Tarantino's doing that. He's not being politically correct or in any way correct. Getting Goering and Hitler and Goebbels and all of those guys into a movie house in Paris and setting it on fire ['Inglorious Basterds' (2009)]. [Laughs] I mean, that's so crazy. So I think I just let it all go. I said, "I'm not gonna fโ€”ing worry about what they're going to like or not like. It's what I like and what I don't like." (...) Interviewer: Pound for pound, minute for minute, there are probably more laughs in Saddles than in any other movie ever made. Brooks: I think the AFI number one all-time comedy is 'Some Like It Hot' (1959), which I like. I thought it was really terrific. But it's certainly not half as funny as Blazing Saddles. I mean, it can't compare. When you limit your lists to comedies, Blazing Saddles should be first, second, third, and fourth. And then maybe Young Frankenstein should be fifth. That's the way it should roll. Between me and you โ€” you can print it โ€” that's why I didn't do the AFI Man of the Year thing for a long time." ("'Blazing Saddles' at 40: A conversation with Mel Brooks", Jeff Labrecque, Entertainment Weekly, 2014)
