Seeing comments that I’m “controlled opposition,” an industry plant or a shill is wild to me. You can try and do as many good things as you can for people and still be judged, outcast, and criticised. Some people will always choose to see the negative, becoming so skeptical that it sadly turns into cynicism. But the best part is you don’t have to engage with that energy. None of it has to enter your orbit. You just keep doing you.

‘it is.’ was released 10 years ago today. The album to me was meant to talk about what everything is. It just ‘is’. Whether you do it or don’t. So why not do it? “You are a human being, so ‘be’.” Things will continue to change around me as well as within me. All I can do is try to be what I want to be more and more everyday. And continue to send out my communications through music. I’m grateful to everyone that has received and/or will receive the messages in the future. Thank you to all who have supported and will support in the future — love y’all.

Why do you think some gay men don’t kiss? I think it has to do with internalized homophobia and issues with intimacy. But I’m not a doctor. That’s just an opinion. For me, making out opens the door to all the other sex we could possibly have. Without it, I don’t know who you are and can’t fully be connected to you. Kissing is a requirement. But that’s just me. 15 days ago, Rocky came in as close to death as is possible for a dog to be. It has been a battle to get him back into shape but I think you will agree that he is looking fantastic. People often ask me how you put up with the cruelty when you deal with dogs and it's a very good question. The answer actually comes from dogs themselves. You have to take it one day at a time. What has happened in the past is the past. All we can do, just like dogs, is enjoy the moment and the day that we have. Today was a gorgeous sunny Sunday and myself and Rocky had smoked salmon. He followed me for a proper walk down Hope Avenue. He had lots of belly rubs and he was as gentle and kind as a dog could be. Sometimes you just have to forget about what's happened in the past and not look too far into the future. We're all very guilty of it but Rocky has taught me to enjoy the moment, the present. He’s a very good boy is our Rocky ❤️

This is Bob and he has some advice from all his years of experience. This is what not to buy according to Bob. Don’t buy an RV, don’t buy a boat, don’t buy a motorcycle and don’t buy a hot tub. He says they are a waste of money, a lot of upkeep, you never use them as much as you think you will and they have a terrible resale value and depreciate. A lot of people said Bob has had his fun and now he wants to spoil the fun for others. 😂 Many others said they appreciated him sharing his experience and agreed with him. He said if you can’t eat it then you don’t need it. 😂 So in essence, don’t be like Bob. Agree or disagree- I love the way Bob tells a story. 💯 I’ve had a boat, I’ve had a motorcycle, I’ve had a hot tub and I can confirm that I didn’t use them as much as I thought I would and always had issues with them.
