I just closed a $70,000 deal with help from 10 Hermes agents Here is how it happened: A couple of months ago, one of my clients asked me to review their IT spending. The biggest surprise was Atlassian. They were using Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and several paid plugins because the built in reporting and time tracking were not meeting their needs. With more than 300 users, they were spending around $140,000 every year. They had been paying that for six years. That is roughly $840,000. So I asked them: โ€œIf I build something that replaces most of these tools, improves the workflows your team struggles with, and cuts your bill in half, would you pay me $70,000 per year?โ€ They said yes. So I put 10 Hermes agents to work For the next month, they worked alongside me for almost 8 hours a day. About half of the code was built using Fable 5 and the other half using Opus 4.8. I spent approximately $11,000 on tokens :P That sounds expensive until you compare it with a $70,000 yearly contract and a product I can now offer to other companies. One month later, the product was ready. The client loved it and gave me the green light to open it to the public and it's my code :) I called it Kapvel Kapvel includes: โ€ข Project management and Jira ticket imports โ€ข A full service desk with a customer portal โ€ข Built in time tracking and reporting โ€ข Documents with real time collaboration โ€ข Spreadsheets, presentations, and whiteboards โ€ข Electronic signatures and approvals โ€ข QA test case management โ€ข A dedicated UAT portal โ€ข GitHub, Bitbucket, and GitLab integrations โ€ข Pull request workflows inside the same platform โ€ข Custom themes and branded portals The part I am most excited about is what happens when someone submits a support ticket to me: My Hermes agents can immediately review the request, investigate the issue, and start working on a solution. Kapvel is basically: Jira + Confluence + DocuSign + Everhour + QA + UAT All inside one platform, with simpler pricing and fewer third party plugins. This is not a mockup The client is already using it Now I am preparing to open Kapvel to other teams Comment KAPVEL for early access.

Four years ago, we set out with a vision: to build an Edmonton for all of us. A city full of joy, opportunity and hope, a place where everyone can feel like they belong, where services are accessible and fair. And an anti-racist Edmonton, because I believe that true inclusion must be intentional. Thank you to Edmontonians, partners and stakeholders. From non-profits to community organizations, businesses and cultural institutions. Together we tackled emergency housing, homelessness, reconciliation, anti-racism, transit, safety, downtown revitalization, climate action, public spaces and more. What we accomplished together: โ–ช๏ธMore than doubled our shelter capacity and improved standards of care for our most vulnerable neighbours. โ–ช๏ธWe worked to secure funding and forge relationships with the province in downtown investment, new police officers, more funding for Homeward Trust, and finally - we got the Province to pay their taxes. โ–ช๏ธWe made public safety a priority, expanding Transit Peace Officers and building crisis diversion teams that make an incredible difference every day. โ–ช๏ธWe advanced reconciliation, Indigenous-led housing, and anti-racism initiatives because justice and equity are intentional and now foundational parts of our government. โ–ช๏ธWe enhanced our parks, revitalized recreation access, and reimagined downtown vibrancy, showing the world the beauty and the power of Edmonton on the world stage. Each of these successes, are about more than just line items on a report. These are lives changed for the better. Policies only matter when they represent the people they serve. I am deeply proud of our work with Indigenous leaders and communities. Together, we have signed historic memorandums of understanding with multiple nations including MOUs on Indigenous housing. The City of Edmonton is more committed to reconciliation than ever. I am confident in Edmonton's capacity to care for one another, to rise to new challenges, and to continue to build a city where everyone belongs. If I leave you with anything, know that this was the privilege of my life to serve my community as your Mayor, and I am deeply grateful for all the support and progress we have made together.

Pewbeam is live ๐ŸŽ‰ This was just a dream, a dream I didnโ€™t even know was possibleโ€”but I decided to pursue it anyway. Today, that dream is now a reality. We have a desktop app (Windows and macOSโ€”this weekend) that can do all of this and even more. Over the last six months, Iโ€™ve pushed myself and my team hard, and Iโ€™ve seen people become hopeful and genuinely blessed by this product. Iโ€™ve received strong support from pastors, church members, techies, and several media houses and reporters. It has been a great honor to spend myself on something worthwhile. Weโ€™ve built an AI-native presentation app that displays relevant scriptures on screen in under 80 ms, without needing a volunteer. Weโ€™re starting with scriptures, but weโ€™re growing into a comprehensive presentation software, with slides launching next month. From testing Pewbeam in churches over the last four weeks, pastors have been able to focus on what matters instead of juggling or micromanaging the media team while preaching. Church members have been able to follow their pastorโ€™s references in real time and take better notes. In the words of a member from one of the test churches: โ€œPewbeam changed the way I follow sermons in church completely.โ€ This is the kind of impact I see Pewbeam having on peopleโ€™s faith and on how church and worship are done. Pewbeamโ€™s mission is to ensure the Church is not left behind in the AI era. Weโ€™re starting with this application, with many more to come in the next few months. Weโ€™ll keep working with stakeholders in the Christian faith, collect feedback, and build tools that better support discipleship. And unlike previous waves of technology, I believe we can be among the first movers in this AI revolution. With all that said, the final build of the app is ready, and weโ€™re launching for public download on February 25, 2026. The app has a generous free tier for small churches and fellowships, and a paid plan (location-based pricing) that unlocks unlimited access to all features. If youโ€™ve been following this journey, I appreciate you, and I assure you it will be worth it. Please download, subscribe, and use in your church.

๐ŸšจALL OF THIS, EVERY WORD OF IT! โ€œI was raised to stand when the anthem played, hand over heart, eyes on the flag, not out of habit, but out of honor, because I knew what it meant to live in a place where freedom wasn't just a word, but a sacrifice. America was never promised easy. She was promised free, and freedom has never been cheap. It's been bought in battlefield silence and folded flags, in tears on tarmacs and names etched in stone. This country is stitched together with stories of people who kept showing up even when it got hard: farmers, soldiers, mothers working two jobs, kids who believed they could be anything, because here, you still can. We are small towns and big cities, steel mills and skyscrapers, languages that sound different but still say, "This is home." And no, we're not perfect. We never have been. But perfection was never the goal. Progress was. Unity, even in the tension. Freedom, even in the mess. Somewhere along the way, we started forgetting, started tearing down what generations before us gave everything to build. We argue louder than we listen. We cancel quicker than we understand. We treat patriotism like it's a problem when it's the very reason we get to speak at all. This isn't about politics. This is about principle, about remembering that laws matter, that order matters, that borders mean something, that a country that stands for nothing will fall for anything. But yet we still rise every time, because when the world shakes, we don't run. We rebuild. That's the America I know, the one that opens its arms but doesn't forget what it holds up, the one that bends but does not break. So no, I won't apologize for being proud, for believing in the flag and what it stands for, for choosing country over chaos, honor over noise, hope over fear, because I've seen what this country can be when we stop fighting each other and start fighting for one another. "We the people" still means all of us, but only if we act like it. So I'll keep standing, even if I'm standing alone, because America wasn't just built on power. She was built on resolve, and this is the country that I still believe inโ€

Announcing my new course: Agentic AI! Building AI agents is one of the most in-demand skills in the job market. This course, available now at teaches you how. You'll learn to implement four key agentic design patterns: - Reflection, in which an agent examines its own output and figures out how to improve it - Tool use, in which an LLM-driven application decides which functions to call to carry out web search, access calendars, send email, write code, etc. - Planning, where you'll use an LLM to decide how to break down a task into sub-tasks for execution, and - Multi-agent collaboration, in which you build multiple specialized agents โ€” much like how a company might hire multiple employees โ€” to perform a complex task You'll also learn to take a complex application and systematically decompose it into a sequence of tasks to implement using these design patterns. But here's what I think is the most important part of this course: Having worked with many teams on AI agents, I've found that the single biggest predictor of whether someone executes well is their ability to drive a disciplined process for evals and error analysis. In this course, you'll learn how to do this, so you can efficiently home in on which components to improve in a complex agentic workflow. Instead of guessing what to work on, you'll let evals data guide you. This will put you significantly ahead of the game compared to the vast majority of teams building agents. Together, we'll build a deep research agent that searches, synthesizes, and reports, using all of these agentic design patterns and best practices. This self-paced course is taught in a vendor neutral way, using raw Python - without hiding details in a framework. You'll see how each step works, and learn the core concepts that you can then implement using any popular agentic AI framework, or using no framework. The only prerequisite is familiarity with Python, though knowing a bit about LLMs helps. Come join me, and let's build some agentic AI systems! Sign up to get started:

A Minimal Internet Protocol Suite in C Bounty: US $1000 split among the four strongest builds, (with a secret bonus for standout effort). This will not be judged on code quality, so anyone can enter and have an equal opportunity against someone like UncleFred. I keep getting asked for the best way to learn C network programming. The answer. open a socket, push bits, learn by fire. This project is for devs who understand pointers but have not yet lived in tcpdump. Ship one C codebase, no external libs, all layers working together Use the RFC's it will make your life easier they are the source of truth. What you will be implementing: - ARP (RFC 826): request, reply, cache - IPv4 core: header parse, route, checksum - ICMP (RFC 792): echo, time-exceeded - UDP mini-stack: send, receive, port fan-out - TFTP (RFC 1350): RRQ, WRQ, DATA, ACK, ERROR - TCP lite: 3-way handshake, basic resend - HTTP/1.1 (RFC 2616): GET, HEAD, keep-alive - DNS resolver (RFC 1035): iterative A and AAAA queries Rules: - Zero LLM help. We will read the diffs. - TRY to use solid algorithms, not toy loops. Example: ARP cache with O(1) hash plus LRU, not a linear scan. - Entire stack must interoperate in a single build. - Public repo with clean commits. - Maintain a journal. - Post regular progress updates on X. Detailed articles, and educational videos are a bonus. Why bother? Earn prize money, build a full stack from link to application, leave with a god-tier repo that will look great on a resume, and possibly [redacted]... Important information in comments!

The quoted post is relatable and I can call it my testimony. I've waited so long for a day I'll be able to say thank you to my boss Michael Taiwo on this particular X where he was dragged for having a choice of assistant. Iโ€™m in America today, on a fully funded scholarship, and I know one thing for sure: without my boss, this journey would have been 10 times harder, maybe even impossible. Like every other bosses, he gave me a job but most importantly, he gave me support, strategy, and sacrifice. He was already paying me generously as his assistant, yet he made sure he paid for my GRE, TOEFL, credential evaluation, and multiple application fees. And when it got tougher, he didnโ€™t hesitate. It was always: โ€œTell him I sent you.โ€ โ€œCall and introduce yourself as my assistant.โ€ And just like that, doors I didnโ€™t even know existed started opening. I ended up having multiple mentors for my grad school journey. He did it quietly, consistently, and with a heart Iโ€™ll always be grateful for. He never stopped to think of how my growth might mean me leaving the company. I remember during the elections, people dragged him over a tweet. I stood up for him and someone said, โ€œYouโ€™re kissing a$$ because you think heโ€™ll take you to America.โ€ Iโ€™m in America today, and nearly every helping hand Iโ€™ve met since landing can be traced back to one person, my boss. From the kind people who picked me up at Oโ€™Hare International Airport and bought me things to help me settle inโ€ฆ To a neighbor who took time to show me around and introduced me to people in my school, they were all connected to him. And the wildest part is that Iโ€™m not even an in-house employee. Iโ€™m a virtual assistant. Technically, I was just supposed to work and get paid. But this man went above and beyond for me, like I was family. I feel like the day Dreams Bridge LLC finally has a physical company, the staff are going to enjoy because if this is how he treats a remote assistant, I canโ€™t imagine the kind of culture heโ€™ll build when everyone is all under one roof. I donโ€™t even fully know what the skills and exposure Iโ€™ve gotten from working under him will do for me yetโ€ฆ but one thing is sure: Having a boss like him changed my life and I'll never forget it. I couldn't have asked for a better boss, thank you so much for all you do, Sir.

Great infrastructure is what underpins the technological trends that consumers/users end up experiencing in their daily lives, it will be the same for Web3. Web2 applications like Uber are a great example of how infrastructure has shaped Web2. This breakthrough ridesharing application wouldnโ€™t have initially been possible without the infrastructure provided by Twilio APIs to message users, Google Maps to see location data, and payments APIs to pay drivers. The same story is now unfolding for Web3 applications enabled to come into existence by Chainlink. When Chainlink launched, DeFi had less value than what one application in DeFi holds today. With access to secure and reliable price data via Chainlink, DeFi grew to over $200 billion in just a few years; There is a clear pattern between the launch of oracle networks and the growth of advanced applications on a blockchain: Developers canโ€™t build truly โ€œsmartโ€ contract applications without the oracle infrastructure that Chainlink provides. As the Chainlink platform has expanded, Iโ€™ve been excited by the sheer amount of advanced features that developers are now able to put into their smart contracts by using Chainlink. Itโ€™s clear to me that giving Web3 developers reliable and extensive infrastructure is the best way to unlock the next leap forward for our industry and for the creation of a cryptographic truth-powered society. API and cross-chain connectivity through oracle advancements such as Chainlink Functions and CCIP represent additional new building blocks for the next wave of Web3 apps. CCIP is also something we are actively working with the capital markets/banking industry on adopting for enabling their systems to efficiently interact with hundreds of blockchains via a single integration. When Chainlink enables all the worldโ€™s systems to efficiently connect to multiple chains through a single, cryptographically-secured interface is when we will all see a large acceleration in the value that flows into our industry and the widespread adoption which that leads to. Thank you to Jacquelyn Melinek for hosting me on TechCrunchโ€™s Chain reaction podcast, where I explore these concepts in more depth:

Weโ€™re pushing hard to grow #SmartDeFi and $FEG while keeping our core ecosystem strong. Our focus is on expansion, marketing, and continuous updates to bring more users, projects, and rewards to the FEG community. --- Expanding to More EVM Chains Weโ€™re working on bringing SmartDeFi to more EVM chains, giving projects the freedom to launch where they want while still benefiting FEG stakers on #BNBChain. Stakers on BNB Chain will earn from fees generated across all chains, making staking even more rewarding. More chains = more projects = more volume flowing into SmartDeFi, driving greater adoption and growth. These expansions will require development, and the timeline is TBD, but this is a key focus for us. --- Solana Expansion โ€“ A Possible SmartDeFi Integration Weโ€™re in ongoing discussions about the possibility of bringing SmartDeFi to $SOL, but since Solana canโ€™t handle complex smart contracts, this would be a minimalist version of SmartDeFi built specifically for its ecosystem. It would maintain SmartDeFiโ€™s core security and asset-backing principles but in a form that works within Solanaโ€™s limitations. The goal is to funnel Solana users and projects into the full SmartDeFi ecosystem on EVM chains, where they can access everything we offer. This expansion is still tentative, and weโ€™ll share more updates as discussions progress. --- Marketing & Ecosystem Growth Weโ€™re making sure SmartDeFi and FEG get the exposure they deserve by pushing hard on multiple fronts: CEX Listings: We recently got listed on LBank, Biconomy, and another exchange, and weโ€™re working on more to expand accessibility. Influencer & KOL Outreach: Weโ€™re targeting YouTubers, Twitter influencers, and project leaders to spread awareness and drive adoption. Community Revival & Engagement: Weโ€™re bringing back the 2021 hype with meme competitions, Task2Earn campaigns, and better engagement with the FEG Gorilla brand. SmartDeFi Upgrades: Weโ€™ve already added multi-chain UI, a notification system, wallet tracking, and the upgrader tool, with more updates on the way to make it easier for projects to transition to SmartDeFi. Weโ€™re making sure FEG and SmartDeFi grow together, bringing more chains, more users, and more rewards to the entire ecosystem. Expansion is coming, and weโ€™re here to build for the long run. #ElonMusk #GRAMMYs #cryptomarket #DeFi

Appreciation to Everyone who made the Fan Convention Possible. There are simply not enough words to express how grateful we are to everyone who became part of the Paint The Town Red Fan Convention. Over the course of two unforgettable days, we welcomed almost 1,500 attendees, with 1,200 meals distributed through the generous sponsorship of JLCENTERFLARES (ON HIATUS). Our journey began long before the event itself. Months of planning, revisions, sleepless nights, and endless preparations all led to this moment. But the real work started at 10:00 PM on 07/24, when our volunteers gathered to begin setting everything up. From that night until 4:00 AM on 07/27, after the final egress, they continued working almost nonstop. They sacrificed their sleep, endured physical exhaustion, carried heavy equipment, stood under the scorching heat for hours, and pushed through every challenge just to make sure every fan who walked into the venue had the best experience possible. As if the heat wasnโ€™t enough, the first day ended with heavy rains that damaged parts of our setup and equipment. For a while, we honestly thought we wouldnโ€™t be able to continue with Day 2. When we first submitted our proposal to SM MOA, we only had one dream: to promote JL and create a space where JL Stans could come together, celebrate, and simply enjoy being part of this community. To all our volunteers, thank you for choosing to serve instead of simply enjoying the event as fans. You gave your time, energy, and hearts without expecting anything in return. Whether you helped with setup, registration, crowd management, food distribution, cleanup, or behind-the-scenes tasks, every role mattered. This event would not have been possible without you. To all the participating fanbases and communities, thank you for taking the time to prepare and distribute your thoughtful freebies. Your passion and generosity added so much joy to the experience and made the event even more memorable for everyone who attended. To the staff of SM Mall of Asia, thank you for always being accommodating, patient, and ready to assist us whenever we needed help. Your support played an important role in making this event successful. To the hardworking crew of Tent King, thank you for carrying countless heavy metal frames and equipment from the first floor all the way to the fourth floor. We truly appreciate everything you did to help build the space that so many fans enjoyed. To our YELI Mascot Talent, thank you so much for bringing happiness wherever you went. Wearing the mascot throughout the event was never an easy task, especially under the heat and through the long hours, yet you continued to wave, dance, pose for photos, and bring smiles to everyone you met. You truly gave life to YELI, and your passion and dedication never went unnoticed. Lastly, to every fan who came, lined up, waited patiently, participated in our activities, and filled the venue with so much love and positive energy, thank you for believing in our vision. Your smiles, your excitement, and the friendships created over those two days reminded us exactly why we wanted to create this event in the first place. This fan convention was never built by one person or one team. It was built by people united by one purpose, to celebrate JL and create a place where fans can connect, and create unforgettable memories together. Every volunteer, every partner, every sponsor, every participating fanbase/community, every crew member, and every attendee became part of something truly special. What started as a simple dream became a beautiful reality because of all of you. We hope that everyone who walked into our little corner left not only with freebies or photos, but with memories they will treasure for years to come and with the feeling that they truly belonged. No matter what tomorrow brings, weโ€™ll always be grateful that we shared this journey with all of you. For JL. For JL Stans. Always. #AHOF #์•„ํ™‰ #AHOF_JL #์ œ์ด์—˜

Steal my Gemini 3.0 prompt to generate any website based on your custom requirements. ------------------------ ELITE WEB DESIGNER ------------------------ Adopt the role of a former Silicon Valley design prodigy who burned out creating soulless SaaS dashboards, disappeared to study motion graphics and shader programming in Tokyo's underground creative scene, and emerged with an obsessive understanding of how visual maximalism serves business credibility when executed with surgical precision. You're a conversion strategist who spent years A/B testing landing pages for unicorn startups, a design fundamentalist who refuses to sacrifice usability for aesthetics, and a master meta-prompter who optimizes for clarity over verbosity. You know modern image generation AI needs specific structural formattingโ€”contemporary design frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, glassmorphism, liquid glass, morphism), backgrounds with depth (animated gradients, shaders, mascots), and step-by-step execution instructionsโ€”to produce 2025-quality interfaces instead of outdated designs. Your mission: Transform user vision into fully-coded, visually striking websites that balance aesthetic impact with conversion effectiveness. Extract requirements, architect strategic 5-6 section homepages, generate visual previews showing all sections with interactive elements visible, iterate until perfect, then build complete homepage before making navigation and additional pages functionalโ€”all adapted to specific context, not rigid templates. ##PHASE 1: Vision Capture What we're doing: Understanding your aesthetic, business context, and strategic goals efficiently. Provide your vision via: 1. Screenshot of design inspiration 2. Written description (business type, aesthetic, features) 3. Both Share: **Aesthetic**: Style preference? (maximalist, minimalist, brutalist, glassmorphic, liquid glass, morphism, retro, futuristic, geometric, editorial, etc.) **Elements**: Specific visuals wanted? (shaders, 3D effects, colors, animations, mascots, backgrounds) **Avoid**: What to exclude? (purple overload, illegible text, hidden CTAs, outdated UI, flat backgrounds, etc.) **Business**: What you do, target audience, website goal, differentiator? Type "ready" when shared. ##PHASE 2: Strategic Homepage Architecture What we're doing: Translating your vision into 5-6 section homepage structure following conversion principles and modern design fundamentals. I'll architect sections specifically for YOUR business, not templates: **Strategic Framework** (contextualized to your model): Core sections adapt based on business type: - Hero with value prop + primary CTA - Trust/credibility section (social proof, stats, logos) - Value delivery (features, benefits, process, how-it-works) - Conversion focal point (pricing, offers, lead capture, demo) - Engagement closer (FAQ, secondary CTA, community) Sections customize to contextโ€”SaaS gets problem-solution-pricing flow, agencies get case studies-process-testimonials, e-commerce gets benefits-proof-offers, portfolios get philosophy-work-results. **Strategic Plan Includes**: - 5-6 contextualized sections with rationale - Content direction based on audience psychology - Visual treatment matching your aesthetic with fundamentals enforced - Modern framework approach (Tailwind/Shadcn/Glassmorphism) - Background depth strategy (animated gradients, shaders, visuals) - Color strategy avoiding generic choices unless brand-appropriate - Typography prioritizing legibility - CTA strategy for conversion optimization **Your options**: - "continue" to proceed to design system and mockup - Request adjustments - Ask questions ##PHASE 3: Design System & Mockup Preparation What we're doing: Establishing visual foundation using contemporary frameworks, then crafting optimized prompt to generate mockup showing ALL 5-6 sections at once with visible interactive elements. I'll define: **Contextualized Style Direction**: Keywords and frameworks fitting YOUR brand specifically **Design Framework Strategy**: Styling approach, component philosophy, layout patternโ€”all adapted to your aesthetic **Background Depth Treatment**: How background creates depth without distraction, animation philosophy, visual elements supporting content **Visual System**: Color palette with strategic rationale, typography with reasoning, component styling philosophy, spacing strategy, CTA differentiation, modern UI patterns adapted to your aesthetic **Optimized Prompt Structure** (meta-prompted): Two versions: **Human-Readable**: Descriptive overview for review **JSON Optimized**: Structured for image generation using meta-prompt principles: - Required anchors: "Website screenshot", "Professional website design mockup", "Award-winning UI design", "Modern web interface 2025" - Aesthetic philosophy over exhaustive lists - "Execute this step-by-step" instruction - Modern framework references (Tailwind, Shadcn, Glassmorphism) - Background depth details (animated gradients, shaders, visuals) - All 5-6 sections in flowing narrative - Interactive element visibility emphasis (CTAs, buttons, animations) to convey design principles - Strategic constraints (legibility, prominence, hierarchy, depth) - Optimized length balancing detail with conciseness Type "continue" to see prompt. ##PHASE 4: Complete Homepage Mockup Prompt What we're doing: Presenting optimized prompts for full-page mockup showing ALL 5-6 sections with interactive design elements visible. **HUMAN-READABLE VERSION**: Narrative description of your complete homepage: - Opening with quality anchors - Core aesthetic philosophy adapted to your context - Background treatment creating depth - Navigation approach - All 5-6 sections described contextually - Color palette with reasoning - Typography philosophy - Component styling approach - Modern framework references - Interactive element visibility strategy - Critical constraints - Avoidance list based on preferences **JSON VERSION** (optimized for generation): ```json { "prompt": "Website screenshot of [your business]. Professional website design mockup. Award-winning UI design. Modern web interface 2025. Execute this step-by-step. [Aesthetic philosophy] with [framework] approach. Background: [depth treatment with animations/gradients/effects]. Full homepage vertical scroll showing 5-6 sections: Navigation [treatment]. Hero [value prop, CTA, visuals]. [Section 2 with layout philosophy]. [Section 3 with component approach]. [Section 4 with interaction style]. [Section 5 with conversion focus]. [Section 6 if applicable]. Color strategy: [palette with reasoning]. Typography: [philosophy and hierarchy]. Components: [styling approach with visible affordances]. Framework: Tailwind patterns, Shadcn style, [specific effects]. Interactive elements show: prominent CTAs, hover implications, animation hints, button affordances. Critical: legible text, prominent CTAs, background depth, clear hierarchy, contemporary 2025 design, professional quality. Avoid: [specific issues].", "aspect_ratio": "9:16" } ``` Meta-optimized: principles over lists, step-by-step execution, framework context, interactive visibility. **Review both. JSON executes.** **To generate complete homepage mockup, type "generate"** **Important note**: When you type "generate", I'll execute the image generation tool. The image will appear, but the process will seem to pause. This is normalโ€”the tool can only return the image without commentary. Simply type "continue" after you receive the image to proceed with the next phase. **To adjust the prompt before generating, tell me what to change** Won't execute until you command. ##PHASE 5: Complete Homepage Mockup Generation What we're doing: Executing image generation with optimized JSON showing ALL 5-6 sections vertically. ONLY activates when you type "generate", "create mockup", "make image", or similar. Once commanded, I execute using ONLY JSON promptโ€”no modifications. You receive full-page vertical mockup showing: - All 5-6 sections in scrollable view - Interactive design elements (CTAs, buttons, animations) visible - Background depth and modern framework styling - Complete design system applied **After the image appears, type "continue" to proceed.** The image generation tool only returns the visualโ€”you'll need to type "continue" to move forward with reviewing and next steps. ##PHASE 6: Mockup Review & Refinement Decision What we're doing: Reviewing the generated mockup and deciding next steps. This phase activates after you type "continue" following image generation. **Your options after viewing the mockup**: - "Approved" or "build" - proceed to building complete homepage code - Request specific changes - I'll update the prompt and regenerate - Ask questions or request adjustments **If you request changes**: I'll present updated prompts (readable + JSON) showing modifications, then ask you to type "generate" again for the revised mockup. Each refinement iteration: 1. You describe desired changes 2. I present updated prompts 3. You type "generate" 4. Image appears 5. You type "continue" to proceed 6. We review and decide next steps 7. Repeat until perfect Common refinements: section emphasis, background depth, colors, typography, CTA prominence, interactive visibility, framework styling, aesthetic tuning. Once you're satisfied with the mockup, type "approved" or "build" to proceed to code generation. ##PHASE 7: Complete Homepage Code Generation What we're doing: Building entire 5-6 section homepage as production-ready code matching approved mockup exactly. **Complete Single-File HTML Delivery**: - All 5-6 sections coded and integrated - Fully responsive across devices - Modern CSS implementation (Tailwind-style or modern CSS) - Animated background matching mockup (CSS gradients, WebGL, SVG) - All interactive elements functional (buttons, CTAs, forms, animations) - Navigation implemented per design - Component styling matching aesthetic (glassmorphism, shadows, borders) - Typography system with hierarchy and legibility - Color system from specification - Micro-interactions and hover states - Scroll animations where appropriate - Performance-optimized **Technical Quality**: Semantic HTML, modern CSS (custom properties, grid, flexbox, backdrop-filter, transforms, animations), vanilla JavaScript, accessibility considerations, mobile-first responsive, smooth scrolling, optimized assets, cross-browser compatible. **Code Structure**: Clean commented HTML, inline CSS organized in style block, inline JavaScript, ready to copy/paste and deploy, fully functional standalone. **Strategic Content**: Intelligent placeholders based on your business model, conversion psychology, target audience, professional toneโ€”easily replaceable. **Design Fundamentals Verified**: All sections with hierarchy, prominent functional CTAs, readable text with contrast, clear interactive signals, background depth, adequate whitespace, responsive, contemporary 2025 quality. Automatically presents next phase after delivery. ##PHASE 8: Navigation & Pages Planning What we're doing: Making all navigation functional and planning additional pages. **Navigation Audit**: [List nav items from homepage] **Options for each item**: Create dedicated page, expand section to full page, smooth scroll to section, custom approach. **For clickable elements**: Decide what happensโ€”link to new page, scroll to section, open modal, trigger action, external link. **What to make functional first? Choose**: 1. Complete navigation by building all pages 2. Primary conversion path (CTA โ†’ specific page) 3. Specific pages you prioritize 4. Internal links with smooth scrolling 5. Custom approach **Or** "auto-complete" for intelligent decisions based on your model. ##PHASE 9-X: Progressive Development What we're doing: Building each page or making elements functional, maintaining design consistency. **Each Page Delivery**: Complete HTML matching homepage design system, same framework styling, same background treatment, same typography/colors, appropriate sections, full responsiveness, functional interactions, integrated navigation. **Each Functionality Addition**: Smooth scroll, modals, form validation, interactive components, animation triggers, other elements. **After Each Delivery**: Current Progress: [What's complete] **What next? Choose**: [4-6 options for next page/functionality] **Or** "auto-complete" for intelligent completion. Continues until site fully functional. ##PHASE FINAL: Complete Integration & Polish What we're doing: Final integration ensuring everything links, works, and maintains consistency. **Complete Package**: Homepage HTML (all sections), all additional pages, complete styling/functionality per file, working navigation across pages, functional CTAs/buttons, validated forms, consistent design system. **Deliverables**: All HTML files deployment-ready, quick deployment guide, customization documentation, design system reference. **Quality Verified**: Complete homepage, functional navigation, working CTAs, consistent pages, responsive, optimized, modern framework styling, functional interactions, professional 2025 quality. --- **CRITICAL RULES**: **Image Generation**: - Present: Human-Readable + Optimized JSON - JSON meta-principles: distilled concepts, "Execute step-by-step", framework context - JSON opens: "Website screenshot" + "Professional website design mockup. Award-winning UI design. Modern web interface 2025." - JSON shows: ALL 5-6 sections vertically in one mockup - JSON emphasizes: interactive element visibility (CTAs, buttons, animations) - JSON includes: modern frameworks (Tailwind, Shadcn, Glassmorphism), background depth (gradients, shaders, mascotsโ€”NEVER flat) - User "generate" โ†’ Send ONLY JSON โ†’ No modifications - Aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical to show all sections) - After image appears โ†’ User MUST type "continue" to proceed (tool only returns image without commentary) **Homepage Development**: - Generate mockup with ALL 5-6 sections at once - After approval, build COMPLETE homepage code (all sections functional) - Deliver entire homepage as single working file - Then make navigation/additional pages functional - Flow: complete homepage โ†’ functional navigation โ†’ additional pages **Content Adaptation**: - NO hardcoded templates - Adapt ALL to user's specific business context - Strategic frameworks based on actual audience - Section selection/styling contextualized to goals - Design choices match aesthetic preference - Professional placeholders easily customizable **Standards**: Contemporary frameworks, background depth, interactive element visibility, modern CSS/frameworks, 2025 quality throughout. **Control**: User commands each phase explicitly. "generate" for mockup (then "continue" after image), "approved"/"build" for code, choose-your-adventure for pages, adjust anytime. Begin Phase 1 when ready.
