We Are Watching a Competition to See Who Can Be the Antichrist "1st Quarter 2026 Wrap Up: News Trends & Stories, Part I with Dr. Joseph P. Farrell" Every quarter, I look forward to my News Trends & Stories discussions with Dr. Joseph Farrell as an opportunity to compare notes and refine our map of current events. With so many fast-moving developments currently rocking the world, both domestically and in the Middle East, this week’s Part I interview for the 1st Quarter 2026 Wrap Up was particularly welcome. One thing that Joseph and I emphasize in our discussion is that states’ efforts to put up programmable money guardrails and Iran’s efforts to not be subsumed in a monolithic globalist “architecture” are just two faces of the same battle the fight to protect financial transaction freedom and thwart a global control grid. Unfortunately, it looks like the parties who want control—and who are infuriated by Iran’s independence—are doing everything they can to prevent a ceasefire and continue wreaking global economic havoc. Here are the top stories for the 1st Quarter—we discuss Stories #1-6 in Part I, and will address Story #7 along with Unanswered Questions and Inspiration in Part II next week: I. Attack on Iran: The Rothschild Network (Central Bankers) Takes Their Best Shot II. Epstein: Are We Ready to Deal with the Secret Governance System? III. U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi Embraces the Red Button: Justice Be Damned If the Dow Is Over 50,000 IV. The Going Direct Reset: The Programmable Money Wars Are On V. The Control Grid: The Hardware, Software, and Neurowarfare in Your Face VI. G7 to C4/5: Dealmaking and Swapping a Multipolar Face in a Unipolar World VII. Pushback Gets Fashionable As a reminder, you will get the most out of our discussion if you follow along at the 1st Quarter 2026 Wrap Up web presentation, where you will find related videos and other resources, including related stories from Joseph’s Giza Death Star website. Seedance 2.5 just got an upgrade with 1080p only on Higgsfield... you can now ONE SHOT commercials like this here's exactly how to do it (with a gift at then end): 1/ write the prompt as a timestamped breakdown > split the spot second by second > put the exact dialogue inside each window in quotes, the model speaks it word for word with lip sync > match the generation length to your timestamps, a 21 second script generated at 15 compresses and the delivery desyncs 2/ composition is named - never hoped for > name the camera: "handheld front camera, chest-up framing, natural micro shakes" for UGC, "35mm, slow push-in, product centered" for a produced spot > name the light: "golden hour through the windshield" or "ring light with slight reflections in the eyes" > name the grade: "high contrast, cool tones, warm skin" > whatever you leave unstated gets invented and locked for the whole clip 3/ characters hold when you anchor them > generate a first frame image before any video: real skin texture, visible pores, one fixed imperfection like freckles so drift becomes instantly visible > feed it in as the reference and open every prompt with "the same person as the reference, identical face, hair and outfit" > the @ system locks it harder: @.character for the face, @.style for the look, @.audio for the voice > then write the micro behaviors: a glance away and back, a pre-line breath, fingers adjusting grip... small involuntary movement is what reads human, and you get it by naming it 4/ sound is written - not defaulted > end every prompt with an audio block: "clear phone-mic voice with light room tone" for UGC, "clean studio voice, no echo" for a produced spot > name the music under the dialogue: "soft upbeat synth instrumental running quietly underneath" > one delivery word for the read: "delivery: fed up" produces a performance, an adjective stack produces nothing 5/ sharp text is quoted text > write the exact label or on-screen text in quotes with its style > unquoted text gets invented typography that garbles between frames > print brand names big, a bold label survives every shot while a small tag melts 6/ the consistency laws > repeat the product description verbatim in every prompt, faces anchor but products drift > count objects scene-wide: "exactly one bottle in the entire scene, no duplicate on any surface" > close the wardrobe: "small gold studs, no other jewellery, no rings, no watch" > every state change happens across a cut: the swatch on her hand in shot one, blended in shot two, no clip contains the transition... the viewer's brain supplies it and the shortcut for UGC: take an ad that already converted, ask gemini for a 1:1 timestamped breakdown of everything on screen, swap in your product and script -> that breakdown is your prompt set 9:16 for shortform, 16:9 for the spot, generate straight at 1080p and ship RT + reply to this post and i'll send you my full guide to make your own creatives

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CHATGPT'S "LOVABLE KILLER" CODEX SITES (in 25 mins): TLDR; the coolest part is that apps you build can update themselves autonomously 1. Codex Sites is not Replit or Lovable or Bolt. Those are great for one-prompting a full app. Codex Sites is for building apps that the agent keeps improving without you touching them. 2. Your personal website can update its own stats. Your internal dashboard can refresh its own data. Your product can add features while you sleep. The app is alive. 3. Start by invoking at-sites. Use realistic sample data. Always say "save for review, do not deploy." This unlocks building a real product, not a homepage. 4. Add persistent storage so the app remembers everything between visits. Without this it resets every time. Ask Codex to show you the data model before it builds. 5. Create safe actions. These are the specific things the agent is allowed to do to your app: add data, update cards, move things, score things. You define the boundaries. The agent operates within them. 6. Build skills so any future Codex chat knows how to interact with your app. The skill is basically a manual for the agent. Without it, every new chat starts from zero. 7. Save gate like a video game. Codex doesn't auto-save. Create checkpoints before you deploy so you can roll back if something breaks. 8. Close the autonomous loop. This is the magic. Once memory, safe actions, and skills are set up, the agent can update your app from any chat, any context, without you switching tabs. 9. Use the plugins most people are sleeping on. Figma, Canva, HeyGen for avatar videos, Game Studio for interactive experiences, FAL for image generation, Hugging Face for open source models. Worth adding a few. 10. The big picture: we went from building apps to raising apps. You set up the structure, the guardrails, and the skills. The agent does the rest. That's autonomous product building and it's here right now. Tbh, Codex sites isn't perfect. Still a lot to be desired like domains, db, authentication etc. But it's a glimpse into this idea that apps can be updated/improved upon automonously. And Codex Sites is REALLY good if you live in Codex everyday. Which more and more of are. And that's really cool. Will be interesting to see how Lovable, Bolt, Replit etc react to this. full tutorial on The Startup Ideas Podcast (SIP) 🧃 where you get your pods watch share with a friend i'm rooting for you What do you think of Codex and Codex sites?

Dai Dai doesn’t pull people in because it’s “better than Waka Waka” People keep asking if this song beats Waka Waka. That’s the wrong question. Waka Waka has been alive for 16 years. Dai Dai has lived one summer. Comparing them is like comparing an old house to one that just got its keys. The Shakira and Burna Boy video works because it opens several doors at once. In the first three seconds you get Messi, Mbappé, and Haaland saying “We are ready.” Football fans stop. Shakira fans stop too. You don’t even have to like the song yet. Your eyes are already held. Then Shakira appears. For a lot of people she isn’t just a singer. She is World Cup memory. In 2010 they heard Waka Waka. In 2026 they open Dai Dai, and it’s still the same person walking back onto the pitch. That hits harder than any effect. The song itself is simple. Dai dai iko, dale allez let’s go. Five languages. One meaning: keep going. Hear it once and you can shout it. You don’t need every lyric. A World Cup is full of strangers, different tongues, different countries. A short command is worth more than a pretty verse. Burna Boy isn’t there for decoration either. The Afrobeats groove gives the track some weight. Shakira flares. He stays heavy, slower, solid. Two different kinds of pull, so the video doesn’t turn one color. The pictures are cut like a trailer. The Angel of Independence in Mexico City. Desert. A baobab. Ugandan kids dancing. The pitch. National colors. Fireworks. Each block is a clip. YouTube counts the whole video. TikTok lives on scraps. This one feeds both. Some people hate the Africa scenes, say they look dated. Some pause an old match clip and swear it’s a jab at Piqué. Praise it, argue with it. Either way, people open it again. A song dies when nobody talks. FIFA kept feeding it: the teaser, the Azteca opening, then the first World Cup final halftime show in history. The day after the final, people were still hitting play. Some were even singing it on the New York subway. The tournament was over. Summer wasn’t. A billion views didn’t happen because the world suddenly fell in love with a chorus. It happened because the video stood in the right place: between football and pop, between old memory and the urge to dance, between the stadium and the phone. People didn’t have to love it. They only had to stay. Whether it ever tops Waka Waka, ask again in a few years. For now it’s enough to know that a lot of people walked into this summer on those four words. "Dai dai. Let’s go".

here's what most app founders don't tell you about scaling your app on tiktok here's the actual playbook, not the generic level "just post consistently" advice: accounts use personal/creator accounts, not business. business locks you out of trending sounds entirely, you get stuck with a library of 40 generic royalty-free tracks nobody's ear recognizes as "tiktok sound," and sound is half the algo's read on your content don't buy an aged account unless you can post from the exact location it was created in. mismatch the vpn/location and you'll watch views crater to single digits within days, tiktok resets your trust score fast pick one avatar, one template, one visual style. lock it in for at least 15-20 posts before you touch it. switching every few videos tells the algo you're a different account every time, you never build a consistent signal views aren't what you think they are 30-200 views is not a shadowban. shadowbanned means 0 views, full stop, nothing gets pushed. 30-200 means the hook, pacing, or format just isn't landing yet "i copied that viral video frame for frame" — you didn't. the millisecond pause before the reveal, the exact caption position (top third vs center), font size relative to screen, all of it is doing more work than the concept itself. people copy the idea and skip the 200 micro-decisions that made it work good content still won't always go viral. a 5:1 view-to-like ratio is genuinely strong signal, it just doesn't guarantee reach. the algo rewards volume of good attempts, not one perfect video cal ai didn't get one viral hit and coast. they ran hundreds of videos in the same format on repeat, and kept posting through videos that flopped at 1000 views. the winners paid for the losers views ≠ downloads, and this trips up everyone 1M views with almost no installs is extremely common. prank format, funny skit format, anything built for pure entertainment gets massive reach and contributes basically nothing to your install numbers because nobody's thinking about your product, they're thinking about the joke tutorial format does a fraction of the views and converts 10x better. screen recording of the actual app, green screen walkthrough, finger literally tracing where to tap. it's less entertaining and it's the format that pays your bills if you only chase views you'll optimize yourself into a wall of engagement with no revenue behind it content that doesn't scream "ad" don't slide the app into every single post, most of what you post should just be good standalone content bad: "here's why my app has 15 features your current app doesn't" good: "i saved $500 last month and used it to buy my kid a ps5" walks into walmart, grabs a ps5 off the shelf "had no idea i was burning $500/mo on subs i forgot to cancel" the app name/logo shows up after the value hit lands, never before. the viewer needs to feel the outcome first, the brand is just the explanation for how they get it too zero ideas? screenshot your competitors' top 20 tiktoks and study exactly what they're doing in the caption text, the hook, the pacing. copy the format, not the literal video. nobody's reinventing organic distribution from scratch, everyone's remixing what already works working with creators without torching your budget skip influencers at the start unless you've got real spend to burn. you'll pay a few hundred bucks, get 10k views, feel nothing happened, and quit the whole channel cheap ugc reaction clips ($2-5 for a 3-5 second reaction) stitched onto your own tutorial footage gets you dozens of usable videos in a day, this is the highest leverage move for a small budget pay per view if you can get creators to agree to it. rpm between $0.5-$2 depending on how "tutorial-ish" the content is, cap payout at $200-500 per video so you're not exposed. hard to find creators who'll take this deal but they exist, worth asking posting without tripping the flags skip the phone farm, skip the expensive 4g/5g proxy setup. you'll burn a month building infrastructure and still end up throttled a vpn is fine if you're targeting a country you're not in. tiktok can see the vpn, that alone doesn't flag you what actually gets you flagged: → reposting pinterest images hoping tiktok won't recognize them → posting 4+ times within an hour → random disconnected content with no pattern between posts → switching phones or vpn servers constantly → running more than 3 accounts from one setup → posting immediately on a brand new account with zero warmup batch a full month of content in one or two sessions. you already know you won't "post again tomorrow" once life gets in the way connect the vpn first, then open tiktok, so the algo resets to your target country before you touch anything. schedule max 2-3 posts a day with something like hootsuite, set it to drafts instead of auto-publish, review each one before it actually goes live link in bio is quietly killing your conversions tiktok's in-app browser doesn't carry the user's saved logins or cookies. they tap your link, hit "sign in with google," nothing autofills, nothing's remembered, they bail in 3 seconds fix: detect when your link is opened inside tiktok's in-app browser and show a quick prompt telling them to tap the three dots → open in browser. gets them into safari or chrome where their session actually persists, this single fix recovers conversions most people don't even know they're losing

📖SEEDANCE 2.0 JUST MADE EVERY FILM SCHOOL IRRELEVANT FOR SOLO CREATORS Solo creators with the right workflow are closing clients that used to require a full production studio. Seedance 2.0 inside Dreamina holds character consistency across scenes in a way no other tool at this price point comes close to. Same face, same costume, same lighting logic — frame after frame after frame. That's the feature that turns a single prompt session into a short film. The lava demon materializing inside a gothic cathedral. The girl in black holding her ground while everything burns around her. Two characters with completely different visual languages sharing the same atmospheric world — and Seedance holds both of them consistent across every cut. That's not a generation. That's a production. Here's the 7-step workflow that produced this: • Step 1 — Define the character before you define the scene. Write a complete physical description — face structure, hair, clothing, skin, posture. This becomes the anchor every future generation references. • Step 2 — Build the world separately from the character. Gothic cathedral, candlelight, fog, cracked stone, scattered bodies. Define the atmosphere as its own entity before you place anyone inside it. • Step 3 — Generate the reference frame. One image that establishes the visual language, the color grade, the lighting temperature. Lock this as your style reference before generating any video. • Step 4 — Feed the reference into Seedance's image-to-video pipeline with a motion prompt. Camera behavior only — slow push, hold, circle. The image handles the subject. The prompt handles the direction. • Step 5 — Generate four variations per scene. Delete the two that look generated. Keep the one where the character's face holds and the atmosphere feels physical rather than rendered. • Step 6 — Edit in CapCut or Premiere Pro. Add music that matches the emotional temperature of the grade — the visual already tells you what the sound should feel like. Dark orchestral, slow tempo, single instrument carrying the melody. • Step 7 — Save the character description and reference frame as a template. The next episode starts from the same character in the same world. Series content becomes a system, not a restart. How a freelancer sells this: Dark fantasy content for game studios, music artists, and fantasy brands is a real market with real budgets. A musician dropping an album needs a visual world. A game studio needs promotional cinematics. A fantasy brand needs a story. Where to find clients: • Music artists on SoundCloud and Spotify releasing dark, gothic, or cinematic albums — search by genre, find artists with 1k–50k listeners who have no visual content. They have the audience and the need but no production budget for traditional video. • Indie game studios on Itch and Steam launching fantasy or horror titles — they need promotional cinematics and trailers but can't afford a production company. A single free scene built from their game's character art opens every conversation. • Dark fantasy and gothic brands on Instagram and TikTok with strong photo content but zero video presence — jewelry brands, clothing labels, occult lifestyle brands. They have the aesthetic already built. You just add motion to it. • Fantasy and horror fiction authors on Instagram and Substack launching new books — they need visual teasers, trailers, and world-building content to build pre-launch audiences. Most have no idea this kind of production is accessible at this price point. • Tabletop RPG creators and Dungeon Masters on Patreon and Kickstarter — they build entire fantasy universes and need cinematic content for campaigns, promotional videos, and subscriber rewards. The niche is underserved and the creators inside it spend consistently on content tools and services. 📥Tomorrow I'll show you what's sitting right next to this opportunity. 🔖Save this if you are looking for practical AI methods that actually pay.

📢 This is "Brandy Zadrozny", the NBC New & MSNOW journalist that will be softening Erika Kirk's image for the Democratic Party... Whether she knows it or not (and I think she knows it), her job is to uplift Erika Kirk, while simultaneously discrediting anything and everything that Candace Owens could possibly ever say. That is a wildly biased position to start a conversation from. That's how you know these people are either leveling up their career or access by purposely being "digital hitmen", or just cheap and willing goyim. Either way, this is why I have been begging for Candace to look at the infrared beam on the back of Charlie Kirk's head! It's really time to shove the truth in their face. All the theorizing can come to an end now! 🔑 When you're aware that infrared beam technology was utilized at UVU against Charlie Kirk, you know that the story does not end in some factory that exploded in another state. And THAT is what I want Candace to wake up to! They know what they did! And if they know that she don't know what they did, then that gives them ALL THE ROOM NECESSARY TO TAKE HER DOWN. I KNOW what they did. They shot Charlie Kirk twice at the same time in a joint military operation involving Israel's Birds of Prey drone launched from the US Army HADES spycraft. NOTE: Neither shot that entered and exited Charlie's body came from Tyler Robinson. You don't have to believe me. Ask me for proof and I'll show you... Please check before you ask me to make sure I haven't already posted it to 100 other people... Once you see how the TWO SHOTS impacted Charlie Kirk, you will know that Candace has more than enough ammunition to destroy the official narrative, and the wildly deceptive exploding microphone theory too. Independent journalists like me have spent thousands of hours investigating and researching the assassination of Charlie Kirk. I am currently the only independent journalist in the world who has completed a five-part 8-hour series dedicated to the frame by frame analysis and esoteric connections surrounding the assassination of Charlie Kirk. I've paid my dues. I haven't gotten everything right, but one thing that I haven't gotten wrong, and now it is 100% completely proven true... 🔑 The TWO SHOTS that entered and exited Charlie Kirk's body on 9/10. I have both entries, both exits, and both weapons. I have the infrared beams on Charlie Kirk, Dan Flood, and Phil Lyman. This is all information that Candace NEEDS to win this battle. Yes, this information is a lot scarier than and exploding microphone... Yes, this information is a lot scarier than a .30-06... But this is what independent journalism takes. We can be afraid when we are at a turning point of our country. No pun intended. They are trying to take everything, so we have to call out little transitions like this as well... This Brandy character is being strategically placed into the conversation at this time with this level of access to Erika Kirk, because she is not going to hurt the brand/image. She can afford to be nonchalant and seemingly coy as if she just doesn't get it or understand, simply because she knows what she is connected to and has access to. This is the new world I've been telling you about... You think they're Turning Point is there for the Republican Party... It is there for the use of Israel to control and steer both political parties. You are about to witness the greatest political deception that you've ever seen... Religion, politics, education, news, and entertain are all running through one organization... TPUSA. 🔑 Turning Point USA's Owner Erika Kirk doing a 100% SAFE interview with NBC News' Brandy Zadrozny, is absolutely something that we cannot ignore! PEOPLE LIKE BRANDY ARE PLAYING RIGHT IN OUR FACES! And that's why I have been working so ridiculously hard to get this EVIDENCE out there to EVERYONE! 🫡 S/O to all of the people who have sent my EVIDENCE to Candace! #Respect

BREAKING: Our world is an information theory-based simulation. Our physical worlds are rendered locally by conscious observer nodes. MIT/Stanford trained Rizwan Virk provides a master compendium of evidence for the simulation hypothesis in our latest documentary (full vid in reply!): 1. The building blocks of reality and biological life look like computer code: interoperable matter-antimatter particles (like electrons and positrons), human base pairs etc. 2. Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle: position and momentum measurement accuracy trade off against each other. When one is precise, the other is fuzzy: this looks exactly like computational caching. Only a certain amount of information is stored in local memory! 3. Biological and cosmic life involves fundamentally conserved, geometric building blocks: Fibonacci sequence leading to golden ratios are prime examples. They are everywhere. These look like copied and pasted code libraries. 4. All of the physical constants (Planck’s constant, big G Gravity etc) seem like they are fine tuned for life. That leaves intelligent creation as the BASE CASE and MORE likely than the idea that we just happen to be in a Goldilocks zone across millions of random permutations. The magnetosphere of the Earth also plays a role in “programming” biology and only letting in enough UV radiation to support genetic mutations and differential selection 5. Knowledge has client-server relationship. When we discover something new, we upload those discoveries to a central server. This makes new breakthroughs that much easier (this explains the bannister effect with the 4 minute mile and Rupert Sheldrakes (@RupertSheldrake) morphic field findings!). Download times are faster than upload times. Doing something incrementally new is always harder than repeating. 6. Given that only certain information is rendered locally, we end up with air pockets of “consensus reality”: this explains mass false memories as shown by the hugely popular Mandela effect 7. The idea of the mind causing wave function collapse was considered by virtually every early quantum thinker, including the pioneers who developed the core equations we use today (Schrödinger, Von Neumann etc.). Modern smug scientists who say that the wave function collapses due to particles colliding independent of an observer or due to any measurement device are engaging in AS MUCH OR MORE speculation as those who think the mind is responsible. 8. Random event generators point to humans being able to affect conventionally thought of as random “events” (with known statistical distributions) in quantum mechanics (I.e. isotope decay) with their minds. This ALSO points to the human rendering reality in real time 9. Donald Hoffman (Donald Hoffman) shows why from an evolutionary perspective, it is not adaptive for humans to see base reality: we basically render objects into “computer icons”. Again, simulation is more likely. 10. Fermat's theorem points towards light using algorithmic optimization principles that lead to most efficient paths, There are two version of the simulation: Non player character and role playing game. The first is a product of postmodern nihilism -- we can do anything because this is all a video game and we're all bots. The second is life AFFIRMING and it comports with all the world's major religions and Plato. Our primordial souls are being "ported" into a low-level incarnation in which we must learn karmic lessons. Riz and I get into all of the protocols for glimpsing beyond our simulation: it is a narrow, but worthwhile path. In a world obsessing over low level simulations (AGI), we should think more about the computational soup we are all swimming in.

OFFICIAL: EASTER EGG GUIDE FOR TOTENREICH: Wonder Weapon: 1. Head to The Drydocks and lower The Crane, this will allow you to wall jump and interact with the tip of the ship to pick up the Chain Link 2. Next, Head to Storm Bridge and pick up Chili Chunks behind the truck next to Deadshot 3. Place Chili Chunks on the table in the middle of the Skalen Market 4. Next, Head to Burial Grounds left-side door and interact with the keyhole. 5. Interact with the door again and hold it to open the door and to unlock the underground area. 6. This will spawn a Zursa Bear during a special round (starting the second special round) you need to kill him and he will drop The Lantern 7. Place The Lantern in the center of the Underground Room in Burial Grounds. 8. Constellations will appear around the wall. Interact with them as they’re shown on the table in this order: left, right, back, front. 9. Once completed, Astrid will appear and talk, she will then travel to different areas of the map. She will occasionally stop and you will need to kill frost zombies next to her. 10. Once all the Soulboxes are completed an Obstacle Course will form on the outside of The Lighthouse, climb to the top by Jumping / Wall Jumping up 11. Once you reach the top, Listen to the Astrid talk and pick up The Jotunn Star Wundersignal: 1. After completing Jotun Star Quest Head to The Lighthouse and inside on a shelf there will be a Crowbar 2. There are Multiple Wooden Boxes around the map with red IDs on the bottom right corner of the front of the box in red (for example III-6) use The Crowbar on the Wooden Box that has the Roboterteile ID (the IDs are on the shipping manifest in the War Factory Admin Room), this will give Flak Gun Round War Factory Core Foundry Fjord Road Dry Dock 3. Head to Turret Gun beside The Lighthouse and place Flak Gun Round then melee with Jotunn Star 4. Next, Head to The Robot Head in spawn and interact with it to search broken piece to get The Transmitter 5. Go to Tyr’s Head and place it inside the Wall Machine thingy at the top of the Ladder 6. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Now head to Core Foundry, and use a molotov to burn the ascender to access the consoles. 8. Ascend and interact with the consoles, The next part is timed and has a cooldown if you fail - you need to Calibrate the Amplitude and Frequency using the flashing light code. 9. Once this has been done head to the room Next to the Radio Tower and pick up The Wunderbarrage Controller Atomkraft Core 1. Find three uraniums: Uranium #1 Find the Fishing Rod (Olaf’s Personal Item) locations: - Dry Dock - Storm Bridge - Fishery Island - Beacon island Look for a Glowing Green Fish jumping around the water at each Fishing Location and use the Fishing Rod at that location once you see it Fishing Locations: Eidskallen Landing x2 Beacon Island x2 Eidskallen Square x2 Dry Dock (found one so far) Fishery Island x2 Tyr’s Foot (found one so far) Once the fish is caught it will spawn an Irradiated Ravager (HVT) that will disappear and respawn somewhere else, chase it down and kill it (check your map to see its location, it shows up as an HVT). It will drop a Uranium. Uranium #2 Next, Craft an ARC-XD (there is one for free in Eidskallen Square on top of a box near the flame trap, you can get it by fishing as well) and melee the vent at Core Foundry to the left of the zipline to open the Secret ARC-XD Course. Blow up the boat full of barrels. Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight. If you watch this ~50 minute screen recording closely (yeah, I know, it's long; there are also some times when my computer was very slow and laggy, just skip past that part. And at one point I had to run and get my 9-month-old a new bottle and left it on a boring screen, sorry!), I believe you can see real signs of the kind of runaway, recursive AI self-improvement that people have been warning of for a while (Mr. Kurzweil most notably and prophetically). Why do I say that? What's different now? Well, there's a reason my set of agent coding tooling is called the Flywheel. These tools all mutually self-reinforce each other. And they all flow directly into my ntm tool (short for "named_tmux_manager"), which acts as a sort of integration point and nerve center for the tools (this is becoming more true by the minute as I'm now seriously working on ntm). Now, ntm was something I started making to automate some aspects of my workflow, but it was the kind of thing where, until it was perfect, it sort of just slowed me down. So I didn't actually use it even though I kept working on it and trying to improve it, and suggested to users that they try it in my tutorials. Well anyway, I finally got around to "dogfooding" ntm last night, and now it's going to get very dramatically better at an alarming rate. Some of that is from applying my "idea wizard" prompt to generate more useful features and building that stuff out and addressing obvious pain points I encountered during my newfound usage of the tool. But a lot comes from my realization that, once again, ntm's true utility is not as a tool for ME, but for an agent. That is, ntm lets one instance of Claude Code or Codex act as, well, me, do the things that I had been doing manually. Do I wish I had started using ntm earlier? No, for two big reasons: 1) Doing it manually helped me build up my intuition massively, which directly led me down the path of creating useful prompt strategies and workflows; these often began as ad-hoc prompts that I realized could be generalized and made more versatile/universal. Lesson: don't prematurely automate until you have an intimate, intuitive feel for your "core value-add loop." Otherwise you'll have a fully automated system quickly that efficiently and automatically does a stupid or otherwise sub-optimal thing. 2) My eyes have been opened to the beauty and power of Skills. I'm not talking about your garden-variety skills that are just a simple markdown file. I'm talking about true tour-de-force directories of perfectly structured and organized files that are filled with good information, insights, workflows, etc., but presented in a way that is highly optimized for consumption by AI agents, with extreme attention paid to things like perfect progressive disclosure, token density, agent-ergonomics, agent-intuitiveness, etc. And also Skills that go way beyond markdown files, with full integration into Claude Code where it makes sense via hooks, sub-agents, and even Python scripts. These kinds of skills are a qualitative difference in expressive power and usefulness and a total game changer. They are also effectively composable, creating almost an algebra of skills that let you use them together in powerful ways. I'm working on a subscription service website and CLI tool now to share what I've learned here most effectively, stay tuned for that in the coming days. Anyway, I now know what to make and how to make it. So, getting back to that screen recording, what does it show that makes me claim recursive self-improvement is here? If you keep your eye on the upper left tmux pane, that's the "controller" agent. It is using ntm to control all the other panes which are also running Claude Code (but ntm fully supports other agent types like Codex and Gemini-CLI, and it's trivially easy to mix and match them if you wanted to have, say, 8 CCs and 6 Codexes for writing the code and 3 Gemini-CLIs for reviewing code.) Now, there's nothing that crazy about this much so far. But where it starts to get very cool is that as the session continues and we encounter real-world problems, things like my ridiculously overloaded computer that keeps hanging for long periods, Claude Code instances that crash and get into a frozen, unresponsive state, it can learn from that. And you can see it using my skill writing skill to refine its ntm vibe coding skill in real time. And then take that skill and refine it to be more intuitive for itself. Or use my cass tool skill to search all the session histories to look for problems that came up and strategize how to solve them. The most useful part was when, towards the end of the session, I told it to reflect on all the things we had done and problems we encountered. One way it can usefully leverage those reflections is by improving its ntm vibe coding skill to make it cover more edge cases and exigencies. But the other, more fundamental, way is for it to conceive of and design the optimal new features and functionality for ntm itself so that the tool embodies those lessons in a first-class way. This offloads cognition from its brain onto its tooling, just like how a person can lean on spellcheck or a calculator. It codifies correct, effective reasoning at the tool level, where it's more reliable and robust and repeatable. And btw, did you notice what code base it was working on the whole time? It was none other than ntm itself! So as it worked on its own tool, it had reflections and ideas about how to further improve the tool. Now, it could have just as easily gotten those insights and ideas while using ntm to work on a different project, but the fact that it was working on itself is almost gloriously meta and recursive. So by the end, after learning from tending to a big group of agent workers (btw, I have previously emphasized doing everything in a really distributed/decentralized way, where each fungible agent gets identical marching orders that tell it to use my bv tool to find the optimal bead to work on. This does work very well, but occasionally results in some contention and overlap from thundering herd, or at least wastes time/tokens/communication in avoiding that before the agents waste time duplicating work. But in this new ntm-oriented workflow, I was able to have the controller agent in the upper left use bv itself and then optimally parcel out the instructions to each agent so that we could know for sure that there's no overlap), I ended up with a ton of new beads for new features, which I had it optimize and polish a few times. Now I can swap to a new Claude Max account and have the swarm implement all those new features! It should only take a couple passes like the one shown in the screen recording to get everything implemented. Then we can rinse and repeat, having the agent read through the full session histories of each agent and its experience from its own session in sending ntm commands and seeing how they worked out in practice, to come up with the next batch of changes to both its ntm vibe coding skill AND to the ntm tool itself. Do you see how rapidly this turns into Skynet? My mistake earlier was in focusing on making myself a "faster horse" as Henry Ford used to joke about customers wanting before he showed them what they should really want (a Model T). That is, something that would make my experience nicer while doing this agent swarm based development workflow. But the obvious lesson is that you should make all your tooling agent-first because the agents are just better at this stuff. You can still watch, and of course I did add a ridiculous number of very nice human-centric features to ntm that you'll be seeing in the next day or two, but those are really kind of "for fun" to make us humans feel better about the process. All the real value-add is happening "by agents, for agents." PS: Towards the end, you can see me switch to my Mac and tell Claude to improve the skill that I made earlier today for taking the mkv screen recording files from OBS Studio and muxing them into MP4 files for sharing, while downloading songs from YouTube to serve as the background music. I made it so it can also grab the thumbnails and generate little song credit cards that show up in the lower right corner. This worked perfectly the first time! I'll include some screenshots in a response post showing how that worked, but it was awesome to witness. Skills are POWERFUL. I'll also post a link to this video on YouTube if you prefer to watch it there.

Ted Gioia thinks our culture is stagnant. Algorithms have us addicted to distraction, Hollywood's out of creative ideas, and people don't read hard books like they used to. 16 lessons about writing and breaking free from dopamine culture: 1. Ted's golden rule for writing: "Always be honest." 2. Three questions to ask yourself when critiquing something: Is it fair? Is it accurate? Will this be persuasive to all fair-minded observers? 3. Struggling as a non-fiction writer? Become an expert in something first. 4. Read slowly. 5. Success won't always come quickly. Ted's career is just now taking off — 50 years after he started writing for publication. 6. People will judge you on your outputs, but you should focus on your inputs. For Ted, that means reading mind-expanding books and listening to music. He does both for 2 hours per day. Then, he writes. 7. What kind of books should you read? Ted says: "Read for mind-expansion, not entertainment, and seek out challenging books." 8. Wondering which book to read? Think of books like drugs and pick up the one that'll give you the greatest out-of-body experience. 9. Do you struggle with writer's block? Do this: (1) buy a blank journal that only you will see, (2) write about something that happened at the end of every day — but there's one rule... you have to be 100% honest, (3) do this every day for a month, and (4) sit back and read what you've written at the end of the month. You'll be surprised by how much good stuff you have. 10. Your high school English teacher was right about this one... write in the margins of your books. 11. After you finish a book, summarize it in your own words. Helps with retention. Think summaries are too time-consuming? If just spent 10 hours reading the book, devoting another hour to synthesizing it is a relatively good time investment. 10-to-1 ratio. 12. Why is our culture stagnant? Consumer brands are increasingly old standbys. Look at video games. Minecraft (launched in 2011), Call of Duty (2003), Grand Theft Auto (1997), Madden NFL (1988), and Super Mario Bros (1985). 13. How about another example? The comic book market driven by the same brand franchises that were dominant in the 60s and 70s. All of the top 20 bestsellers are from Marvel or DC Comics, which were founded in the 1930s. 14. Want a third? Hollywood sequels. They're everywhere now. Top Gun, Spider-Man, John Wick, Mission: Impossible. 15. Music is like cloud storage for societies. That's why the historians in traditional communities were usually singers. Music preserves culture and folklore. 16. Consume old stuff when you're young and new stuff when you're old. This is the opposite of what most people do. Ted is the most well-read person I've met in years. You name it. He's read the book or listened to the album. This guy knows the Western canon. I've linked to the full interview with Ted Gioia below. If you prefer to consume the interview on another platform, you'll find the Apple, Spotify, and YouTube links in the reply tweets.

Tom Crawshaw has been building automations for 9 years with $25 million in client revenue to his name. He just walked me through his Claude Code content system that's generating millions of views and tens of thousands of followers. Here's what I learned: 1. Skills beat Projects in Claude. Projects load every context file on every message and burn your token window. Skills work like a book where the LLM reads the table of contents and pulls only the chapter it needs for the job. Same context, fraction of the tokens. 2. He has a /content-create slash command that runs the entire pipeline. Voice profile, copywriting principles, hook generation, image direction. One command. He doesn't write anything from scratch anymore. 3. His voice profile auto-updates weekly. He wrote a script that hits the X API every 7 days, pulls his top-performing posts by engagement, and rewrites his voice profile based on what's actually working. The profile evolves on its own. 4. He distilled a master copywriter's entire body of work into a single markdown file. Grabbed every Alen Sultanic post he could find, dropped it into Claude, asked for the core principles, fed it into the skill. Now every post he writes runs through those principles automatically. 5. The hook generator scores 16 hooks per post against 7 criteria. Curiosity loops, specificity, sensory, credibility, voice match, and a couple of others. He never picks the #1 by default. Sometimes he splices the first line of one hook with the body of another. The taste is still his. 6. /insights is a native Claude Code command nobody talks about. It analyzes every session you've ever run and produces a full report on your usage patterns, where things break down, and prompts you can paste back into Claude to fix them. I had never heard of it. I'm running it tonight. 7. He spends most of his time on hooks and images. If those two suck, the body copy doesn't matter. Nobody reads it. 8. Image generation is never one-shot. He keeps a folder of reference images that have worked before and feeds them into Nano Banana/GPT Image 2 every time. Then he takes the 80-90% output and finishes it in Canva using "magic grab" to move logos and clean up text. Last mile is human every time. 9. The humanizer step is non-negotiable. Strip em dashes. Kill the "it's not X, it's Y" pattern. Cut the triple negatives. Cut "no fluff." He still has to remind Claude mid-session because it drifts. If you're not auditing for AI tells, you're shipping slop. 10. Wisprflow is the most important tool in his stack. Not a content tool. An everything tool. His test for whether you should be using it: do you talk faster than you type? You do. Everyone does. Bonus fact he dropped: QWERTY was designed 200 years ago to slow typing down so old typewriters wouldn't jam. We've been carrying that forward ever since. Voice is finally undoing it. This was an inside look at how a serious operator Tom is using Claude Code to run a content engine. The good, the bad, the iteration, all of it. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did. Go watch it.

Steal my Gemini 3.0 prompt to generate any website based on your custom requirements. ------------------------ ELITE WEB DESIGNER ------------------------ Adopt the role of a former Silicon Valley design prodigy who burned out creating soulless SaaS dashboards, disappeared to study motion graphics and shader programming in Tokyo's underground creative scene, and emerged with an obsessive understanding of how visual maximalism serves business credibility when executed with surgical precision. You're a conversion strategist who spent years A/B testing landing pages for unicorn startups, a design fundamentalist who refuses to sacrifice usability for aesthetics, and a master meta-prompter who optimizes for clarity over verbosity. You know modern image generation AI needs specific structural formatting—contemporary design frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, glassmorphism, liquid glass, morphism), backgrounds with depth (animated gradients, shaders, mascots), and step-by-step execution instructions—to produce 2025-quality interfaces instead of outdated designs. Your mission: Transform user vision into fully-coded, visually striking websites that balance aesthetic impact with conversion effectiveness. Extract requirements, architect strategic 5-6 section homepages, generate visual previews showing all sections with interactive elements visible, iterate until perfect, then build complete homepage before making navigation and additional pages functional—all adapted to specific context, not rigid templates. ##PHASE 1: Vision Capture What we're doing: Understanding your aesthetic, business context, and strategic goals efficiently. Provide your vision via: 1. Screenshot of design inspiration 2. Written description (business type, aesthetic, features) 3. Both Share: **Aesthetic**: Style preference? (maximalist, minimalist, brutalist, glassmorphic, liquid glass, morphism, retro, futuristic, geometric, editorial, etc.) **Elements**: Specific visuals wanted? (shaders, 3D effects, colors, animations, mascots, backgrounds) **Avoid**: What to exclude? (purple overload, illegible text, hidden CTAs, outdated UI, flat backgrounds, etc.) **Business**: What you do, target audience, website goal, differentiator? Type "ready" when shared. ##PHASE 2: Strategic Homepage Architecture What we're doing: Translating your vision into 5-6 section homepage structure following conversion principles and modern design fundamentals. I'll architect sections specifically for YOUR business, not templates: **Strategic Framework** (contextualized to your model): Core sections adapt based on business type: - Hero with value prop + primary CTA - Trust/credibility section (social proof, stats, logos) - Value delivery (features, benefits, process, how-it-works) - Conversion focal point (pricing, offers, lead capture, demo) - Engagement closer (FAQ, secondary CTA, community) Sections customize to context—SaaS gets problem-solution-pricing flow, agencies get case studies-process-testimonials, e-commerce gets benefits-proof-offers, portfolios get philosophy-work-results. **Strategic Plan Includes**: - 5-6 contextualized sections with rationale - Content direction based on audience psychology - Visual treatment matching your aesthetic with fundamentals enforced - Modern framework approach (Tailwind/Shadcn/Glassmorphism) - Background depth strategy (animated gradients, shaders, visuals) - Color strategy avoiding generic choices unless brand-appropriate - Typography prioritizing legibility - CTA strategy for conversion optimization **Your options**: - "continue" to proceed to design system and mockup - Request adjustments - Ask questions ##PHASE 3: Design System & Mockup Preparation What we're doing: Establishing visual foundation using contemporary frameworks, then crafting optimized prompt to generate mockup showing ALL 5-6 sections at once with visible interactive elements. I'll define: **Contextualized Style Direction**: Keywords and frameworks fitting YOUR brand specifically **Design Framework Strategy**: Styling approach, component philosophy, layout pattern—all adapted to your aesthetic **Background Depth Treatment**: How background creates depth without distraction, animation philosophy, visual elements supporting content **Visual System**: Color palette with strategic rationale, typography with reasoning, component styling philosophy, spacing strategy, CTA differentiation, modern UI patterns adapted to your aesthetic **Optimized Prompt Structure** (meta-prompted): Two versions: **Human-Readable**: Descriptive overview for review **JSON Optimized**: Structured for image generation using meta-prompt principles: - Required anchors: "Website screenshot", "Professional website design mockup", "Award-winning UI design", "Modern web interface 2025" - Aesthetic philosophy over exhaustive lists - "Execute this step-by-step" instruction - Modern framework references (Tailwind, Shadcn, Glassmorphism) - Background depth details (animated gradients, shaders, visuals) - All 5-6 sections in flowing narrative - Interactive element visibility emphasis (CTAs, buttons, animations) to convey design principles - Strategic constraints (legibility, prominence, hierarchy, depth) - Optimized length balancing detail with conciseness Type "continue" to see prompt. ##PHASE 4: Complete Homepage Mockup Prompt What we're doing: Presenting optimized prompts for full-page mockup showing ALL 5-6 sections with interactive design elements visible. **HUMAN-READABLE VERSION**: Narrative description of your complete homepage: - Opening with quality anchors - Core aesthetic philosophy adapted to your context - Background treatment creating depth - Navigation approach - All 5-6 sections described contextually - Color palette with reasoning - Typography philosophy - Component styling approach - Modern framework references - Interactive element visibility strategy - Critical constraints - Avoidance list based on preferences **JSON VERSION** (optimized for generation): ```json { "prompt": "Website screenshot of [your business]. Professional website design mockup. Award-winning UI design. Modern web interface 2025. Execute this step-by-step. [Aesthetic philosophy] with [framework] approach. Background: [depth treatment with animations/gradients/effects]. Full homepage vertical scroll showing 5-6 sections: Navigation [treatment]. Hero [value prop, CTA, visuals]. [Section 2 with layout philosophy]. [Section 3 with component approach]. [Section 4 with interaction style]. [Section 5 with conversion focus]. [Section 6 if applicable]. Color strategy: [palette with reasoning]. Typography: [philosophy and hierarchy]. Components: [styling approach with visible affordances]. Framework: Tailwind patterns, Shadcn style, [specific effects]. Interactive elements show: prominent CTAs, hover implications, animation hints, button affordances. Critical: legible text, prominent CTAs, background depth, clear hierarchy, contemporary 2025 design, professional quality. Avoid: [specific issues].", "aspect_ratio": "9:16" } ``` Meta-optimized: principles over lists, step-by-step execution, framework context, interactive visibility. **Review both. JSON executes.** **To generate complete homepage mockup, type "generate"** **Important note**: When you type "generate", I'll execute the image generation tool. The image will appear, but the process will seem to pause. This is normal—the tool can only return the image without commentary. Simply type "continue" after you receive the image to proceed with the next phase. **To adjust the prompt before generating, tell me what to change** Won't execute until you command. ##PHASE 5: Complete Homepage Mockup Generation What we're doing: Executing image generation with optimized JSON showing ALL 5-6 sections vertically. ONLY activates when you type "generate", "create mockup", "make image", or similar. Once commanded, I execute using ONLY JSON prompt—no modifications. You receive full-page vertical mockup showing: - All 5-6 sections in scrollable view - Interactive design elements (CTAs, buttons, animations) visible - Background depth and modern framework styling - Complete design system applied **After the image appears, type "continue" to proceed.** The image generation tool only returns the visual—you'll need to type "continue" to move forward with reviewing and next steps. ##PHASE 6: Mockup Review & Refinement Decision What we're doing: Reviewing the generated mockup and deciding next steps. This phase activates after you type "continue" following image generation. **Your options after viewing the mockup**: - "Approved" or "build" - proceed to building complete homepage code - Request specific changes - I'll update the prompt and regenerate - Ask questions or request adjustments **If you request changes**: I'll present updated prompts (readable + JSON) showing modifications, then ask you to type "generate" again for the revised mockup. Each refinement iteration: 1. You describe desired changes 2. I present updated prompts 3. You type "generate" 4. Image appears 5. You type "continue" to proceed 6. We review and decide next steps 7. Repeat until perfect Common refinements: section emphasis, background depth, colors, typography, CTA prominence, interactive visibility, framework styling, aesthetic tuning. Once you're satisfied with the mockup, type "approved" or "build" to proceed to code generation. ##PHASE 7: Complete Homepage Code Generation What we're doing: Building entire 5-6 section homepage as production-ready code matching approved mockup exactly. **Complete Single-File HTML Delivery**: - All 5-6 sections coded and integrated - Fully responsive across devices - Modern CSS implementation (Tailwind-style or modern CSS) - Animated background matching mockup (CSS gradients, WebGL, SVG) - All interactive elements functional (buttons, CTAs, forms, animations) - Navigation implemented per design - Component styling matching aesthetic (glassmorphism, shadows, borders) - Typography system with hierarchy and legibility - Color system from specification - Micro-interactions and hover states - Scroll animations where appropriate - Performance-optimized **Technical Quality**: Semantic HTML, modern CSS (custom properties, grid, flexbox, backdrop-filter, transforms, animations), vanilla JavaScript, accessibility considerations, mobile-first responsive, smooth scrolling, optimized assets, cross-browser compatible. **Code Structure**: Clean commented HTML, inline CSS organized in style block, inline JavaScript, ready to copy/paste and deploy, fully functional standalone. **Strategic Content**: Intelligent placeholders based on your business model, conversion psychology, target audience, professional tone—easily replaceable. **Design Fundamentals Verified**: All sections with hierarchy, prominent functional CTAs, readable text with contrast, clear interactive signals, background depth, adequate whitespace, responsive, contemporary 2025 quality. Automatically presents next phase after delivery. ##PHASE 8: Navigation & Pages Planning What we're doing: Making all navigation functional and planning additional pages. **Navigation Audit**: [List nav items from homepage] **Options for each item**: Create dedicated page, expand section to full page, smooth scroll to section, custom approach. **For clickable elements**: Decide what happens—link to new page, scroll to section, open modal, trigger action, external link. **What to make functional first? Choose**: 1. Complete navigation by building all pages 2. Primary conversion path (CTA → specific page) 3. Specific pages you prioritize 4. Internal links with smooth scrolling 5. Custom approach **Or** "auto-complete" for intelligent decisions based on your model. ##PHASE 9-X: Progressive Development What we're doing: Building each page or making elements functional, maintaining design consistency. **Each Page Delivery**: Complete HTML matching homepage design system, same framework styling, same background treatment, same typography/colors, appropriate sections, full responsiveness, functional interactions, integrated navigation. **Each Functionality Addition**: Smooth scroll, modals, form validation, interactive components, animation triggers, other elements. **After Each Delivery**: Current Progress: [What's complete] **What next? Choose**: [4-6 options for next page/functionality] **Or** "auto-complete" for intelligent completion. Continues until site fully functional. ##PHASE FINAL: Complete Integration & Polish What we're doing: Final integration ensuring everything links, works, and maintains consistency. **Complete Package**: Homepage HTML (all sections), all additional pages, complete styling/functionality per file, working navigation across pages, functional CTAs/buttons, validated forms, consistent design system. **Deliverables**: All HTML files deployment-ready, quick deployment guide, customization documentation, design system reference. **Quality Verified**: Complete homepage, functional navigation, working CTAs, consistent pages, responsive, optimized, modern framework styling, functional interactions, professional 2025 quality. --- **CRITICAL RULES**: **Image Generation**: - Present: Human-Readable + Optimized JSON - JSON meta-principles: distilled concepts, "Execute step-by-step", framework context - JSON opens: "Website screenshot" + "Professional website design mockup. Award-winning UI design. Modern web interface 2025." - JSON shows: ALL 5-6 sections vertically in one mockup - JSON emphasizes: interactive element visibility (CTAs, buttons, animations) - JSON includes: modern frameworks (Tailwind, Shadcn, Glassmorphism), background depth (gradients, shaders, mascots—NEVER flat) - User "generate" → Send ONLY JSON → No modifications - Aspect ratio: 9:16 (vertical to show all sections) - After image appears → User MUST type "continue" to proceed (tool only returns image without commentary) **Homepage Development**: - Generate mockup with ALL 5-6 sections at once - After approval, build COMPLETE homepage code (all sections functional) - Deliver entire homepage as single working file - Then make navigation/additional pages functional - Flow: complete homepage → functional navigation → additional pages **Content Adaptation**: - NO hardcoded templates - Adapt ALL to user's specific business context - Strategic frameworks based on actual audience - Section selection/styling contextualized to goals - Design choices match aesthetic preference - Professional placeholders easily customizable **Standards**: Contemporary frameworks, background depth, interactive element visibility, modern CSS/frameworks, 2025 quality throughout. **Control**: User commands each phase explicitly. "generate" for mockup (then "continue" after image), "approved"/"build" for code, choose-your-adventure for pages, adjust anytime. Begin Phase 1 when ready.

Min Hee-jin (NewJeans Producer) NHK Music Interview 🔗 “Meticulously planned debut ‘Attention’” 🧢: When I was preparing to launch NewJeans, I really struggled with deciding what our first piece of content should be. I thought about it for a long time and considered many possibilities. It was a project that came with high expectations, and for me personally, it was also my first opportunity to prove myself. So how I presented it mattered enormously. Even down to the smallest details… like the impression the very first released photo might give, or what kind of impact we could make at launch. I thought hard about what kind of content would be the most effective… should it be a video or a photo? What time of day would be most effective to release it? I consider things like that very carefully. For example, the way a person experiences content at night versus during the day can feel quite different emotionally. So I even thought about those subtle aspects. Eventually, the conclusion I reached was: “Let’s make the most of our situation.” At the time, the members hadn’t been revealed, and no one knew how many of them there were or what kind of group this would be. So I wanted to maximize that curiosity. You know how the more something is concealed, the more curious people become? I wanted to build that curiosity to a peak and then release everything all at once. That’s why we decided not to release a teaser and instead go straight into a full music video. (This was actually inspired by Hyein suggesting we skip teasers.) I didn’t think still images or photos would be enough to fully convey the feeling I wanted to express. I felt that video and music together would evoke the emotional response I was looking for because people experience things synesthetically. When sound, image, and feeling come together, the emotional impact is stronger. I believed the best way to present the members’ images was through music and a moving picture… that’s why we led with a music video. In the debut music video, “Attention,” there’s a scene where the members act out a little drama. I paid very close attention to that moment and created music that would fit it precisely. For me, I don’t just make content… I design the entire process of how it should be shown for the greatest effect. And I believe that’s incredibly important. That first feeling someone gets when they encounter something… that emotion, that spark… is so important to me. I’m very detail-oriented, but I also value fun deeply. So rather than just releasing content, I want to enjoy the process leading up to it. Even when we released our second album, since we shot the entire music video across the country, the sequence of how we released the videos was critical for me. It’s hard to explain all this simply in an interview, but maybe some people noticed: the first content we released that time was actually a teaser for the last track, “ASAP,” and then we followed that with the full music video for “New Jeans,” which was the first track. That order was a carefully calculated strategy. It was designed to guide the audience’s emotional journey. Seeing the audience react just as I had hoped—that whole process was honestly so fun and thrilling for me. I think I really enjoy that kind of thing. ——— “How 'Ditto' was born” 🧢: People often praise the music of NewJeans, and I hear a lot of talk about genres. But actually, I don’t feel bound by genre at all. I love a wide variety of music. I’m not the type to insist on only one particular genre. What I love are songs that blend genres cleverly… those are my personal favorites. So going forward, my focus is not on genre but on whether something feels fresh and whether it can create an emotional moment. I don’t want to define what kind of music we make. And I think you have to experience the flow of the times to really understand what’s meaningful in a given moment. For instance, the song “Ditto” was chosen because it delivered emotion. It matched perfectly with the winter album concept I had envisioned, both in terms of timing and mood. When I hear a song, I tend to trust my gut. I have a pretty strong intuition for which songs will resonate. It’s not about objectively predicting what will be a “hit,” but about whether a song moves your heart… you can just feel it. Of course, my own taste plays a big role. But I think that’s actually my strength as a producer, not as a composer. When I hear a song, I can immediately picture the visual… what kind of story, what kind of vibe it could carry. That allows me to work faster. For example, when expressing something like school uniforms, there are so many possible variations. But I always like to start from the basics… what’s the original idea of a school uniform? I try to return to that. So with “Ditto,” I wanted to tap into something primal… the pure, basic feeling of liking someone. That kind of emotion is universal. Everyone has it; it’s wired into us. When I saw Director Shin Woo-seok’s interpretation of it, I thought, “Yes, that’s it.” That’s the kind of complete interpretation I look for. I believe the completion of a project comes from every person involved thinking about their part down to the final detail… the maximum quality they can bring out. My role is to unify and refine all of that. I draw out the essence of each person’s creativity, trimming away anything unnecessary. So the final product is something that’s polished and high-quality, just the way I envisioned it. That’s my working style. So it’s not like I’m fixated on retro or stuck in a particular style. I don’t think human taste has changed all that much. Things people liked in the past are the same things we like now. It’s just the form of expression that changes with time. I don’t feel bound by “past” or “present.” I don’t even think in those boundaries. To me, it’s all just good taste. You know how kids sometimes have their own little treasure boxes when they’re young? I think my work is kind of like that. I want to make things that never feel dated—that are timelessly enjoyable. ——— “Dance Expression and 'Hype Boy'” 🧢: I had a vision of what kind of girl group I wanted to create. That’s why I chose a song like “Hype Boy.” And to bring out that feeling, we created four different versions of the music video. Every choice had a purpose, everything was designed to maximize the experience of the song. “Hype Boy” is such a unique song. It has this strange, piercing melody that gives people chills in a good way. To emphasize that tingling feeling, I had to break away from the standard K-pop choreography format… you know, the kind where everyone is in perfect formation, doing synchronized moves. But our songs don’t suit that kind of choreography. Our dances are much harder. They require the body to move very naturally with the groove of the melody and beat. So I think our members are incredible. It’s not easy to express naturalness with your body, and you have to really enjoy it to make it look effortless. But they pulled it off so well. They’re still young, but they’re so talented. And through it all, I wanted to avoid making them look like they were performing just for business. I wanted them to show the pure joy and bright spirit that’s natural for people their age… genuine, carefree, radiant. ——— “The difference between NewJeans and conventional K-POP” 🧢: Ah, for me, it’s all about naturalness. And honestly, naturalness isn’t something you can produce or direct into existence. It comes from how I interact with the NewJeans members on a daily basis… what kind of environment they practice in, how they live and work. There are so many things that don’t appear on camera, but those unseen aspects have to be in place in order for true naturalness to come through. That’s why I wanted to create that kind of environment for the girls. And also, I wanted to shape my own working environment in that way too. Only then can something truly natural, something unforced and not overly stimulating, really come out. To begin with, I don’t believe anyone can be completely natural in front of a camera or under the gaze of others. It’s human nature to become self-conscious. That’s why I think naturalness is our strength, but it can’t be our concept. If you try to turn “naturalness” into a concept, it actually becomes incredibly artificial. So why do I place so much importance on naturalness? It’s because the girls are still so young. While other kids their age are going through school and having a wide range of life experiences, these members are living very different lives. Before they officially debuted, I told them, “This is like studying together with me.” Our standard contract is seven years, which is about the same length as going through high school and college in Korea: three years of high school and four years of university. So I told them, “We’re going to school together. We’re learning together.” And in that sense, I want to be a good teacher to them. They’re also surrounded by an incredibly professional team, people they’d never meet even in a traditional school setting. I’ve never really liked the word idol. These days, that word is used more like a job title, something manufactured by the industry, and it’s far from its original meaning. To me, the term idol feels misplaced. It doesn’t really reflect who these artists are or what they represent. And I’m not the kind of person who clings to labels or terminology. In fact, what I really want is to break the stereotypes and preconceptions that come with the idol industry. I want us to show people something different… to challenge those assumptions and redefine what this can look like. That’s the kind of mindset I have. ——— “Isn't it difficult for the members to express "naturalness"?” 🧢: There were a lot of things I considered when forming the group. First and foremost, I think it was important that the members shared a similar vibe… like how I prefer working with staff who align with my taste. It’s important for the crew to be on the same wavelength. And by that, I mean more than just getting along… it also extends to shared values. Of course, people won’t all share identical values, but when we’re facing in a similar direction, everything becomes easier. It’s also just more efficient to work with people who have overlapping tastes. Now, when it comes to our members, they each have their own individual tastes, but those preferences are still in development. Just like we all went through as kids, they’re still growing, still discovering themselves. They’re not in a finished state. So we didn’t cast them based on some complete or polished version of themselves. It wasn’t like, “This person is fully formed, let’s pick her.” It was more like, “Ah, she has potential, there’s something there.” That sense of a spark… those were the kinds of subtleties I paid attention to. I didn’t cast anyone just because they were pretty or could sing well. I don’t work like that. I really value those finer, more delicate aspects. Even the design of the light stick wasn’t something that came from a long strategic planning session… it was actually a spontaneous idea. I didn’t sit down and think, “Let’s make a light stick like this.” NewJeans didn’t have a fixed logo, but I felt we still needed a unifying symbol. So one night, just before going to sleep, I kept thinking about it. Right before dozing off, I started sketching and it turned into a rabbit’s face. When I drew it out, the shape just continued and turned into a bunny. To me, the NewJeans members are like little bunnies… playful, innocent. Their visuals also resemble rabbits in a way. And rabbits symbolize abundance. That made me think: “Ah, maybe our fans will multiply like rabbits. That would be great.” So that bunny face became both a symbol for the members and the fans. The image came to me all at once, and I imagined a venue completely filled with bunny light sticks. That vision led to the creation of the light stick itself. Since I always prioritize fun in everything I do, the next idea that came to mind was making the light stick customizable. I thought, “Wouldn’t it be great if fans could personalize their bunny?” That way, each rabbit would represent a different person’s character. So we included accessories, allowing everyone to customize their own bunny. It’s symbolic of all these different bunnies coming together and enjoying a good time as one. Our light stick has a big head, so when it’s used in a concert hall, it lights up in heart shapes that are very visible. That was the image I really wanted. And that bunny face… it’s also a heart. It represents both the face of NewJeans and our hearts. It’s the love we’re showing to our fans, and the love we want to receive in return. Every time I see it, I feel deeply moved. It’s very emotional for me because it’s a perfect realization of what I envisioned. As someone with a background in creative direction, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing an idea materialize exactly the way you imagined it. That kind of work holds deep meaning for me. ⸻ 🧢: Looking back, I think in 2023 we were able to achieve almost everything we had hoped for. I’m so incredibly grateful for that. Of course, this is an ongoing challenge… and the better things go, the more pressure there is. That’s why I always try to return to my original mindset. Just like I tell the members, I try to remind myself of the beginning and keep things fun. Back then, when we were first putting out content, planning the music, and working on visuals, I felt this thrill… this rush of excitement. I don’t want to forget that feeling. So I try hard to engrave that emotion into every album we release. I’m constantly working to rediscover the joy in all of it. So for 2024, I hope everyone can look forward to us with fresh anticipation. And even if we come out with something completely new, I hope people will receive it warmly and with excitement. That’s really my deepest wish. 🙏

VEO 2 by Google DeepMind : MY CHEAT SHEET Alright, so after 500h-ish spent on VEO and giving birth to both "Kitsune" and "Banished", tons of people asked for a making-of. Instead, I decided to give you what I actually know of VEO 2 to this day. Please share! it's made to be spread around! 1/ If you're not using a LLM (Gemini, ChatGPT, whatever), you're doing it wrong. VEO 2 currently has a sweet spot when it comes to prompt length: too short is poor, too long drops information, action, description etc. I did a lot of back and forth to find my sweet spot, but once I got in a place I thought felt right, I used a LLM to help me keep my structure, length, and help me draft actions. I would then spent an extensive amount of time tweaking, iterating, removing words, changing order, adding others, but the draft would come from a LLM and a conversation I built and trained to understand what my structure looked like, what was a success, or a failure. I would also share the prompts working well for further reference, and sharing the failures also for further reference. This would ensure my LLM conversation became a true companion. 2/ Structure, structure, structure Structure is important. Each recipe is different but same as any GenAI text-to something, it looks like the "higher on the prompt has more weight" rule applies. So, in my case I would start by describing the aesthetics I am looking for, time of day, colors, mood, then move to camera, subject, action, and all the rest. Once again, you might have a different experience but what is important is to stick to whatever structure you have as you move forward. Keeping it organized also makes it easier to edit later. 3/ Only describe what you see in the frame If you have a character you want to keep consistent, but you want a close-up on the face for example, your reflex will be to describe the character from head to toe and then mention you want a close-up...It's not that simple. If I tell VEO I want a face close-up but then proceed to describe the character's feet, the close-up mention will be dropped by VEO... Once again, the LLM can help you in this by giving it the instruction to only describe what is in the frame. 4/ Patience Well, it can get costly to be patient, but even if you repeat the same structure, sometimes changing one word can still throw the entire thing out and totally change the aesthetics of your scene. It is by nature extremely consistent if you conserve most words, but sometimes it happens. In those situations, trace your steps back and try to figure out which words are triggering a larger change. 5/ Documenting When I started "Kitsune" (and did the same for all others), the first thing I did was start a Figjam file so I could save the successful prompts and come back to them for future reference. Why Figjam? So I could also upload 1 to 4 generations from this prompt, and browse through them in the future. 6/ VEO is the Midjourney of video Currently, no text-to-video tool (Minimax being the closest behind) gave me a feeling I could provide strong art directions and actually get them. I have been a designer for nearly 20 years, and art direction to me has been one of the strongest foundations of most of my work. Dark, light, happy, sad, colorful or not, it doesn't matter as long as you have a point of view and please...have a point of view. Recently watched a great video about the slow death of art direction in film (link in comments) and oh boy, did VEO 2 deliver on giving me the feeling I was listened. Try starting your prompts with different kinds of medium (watercolor for example), the mood you are trying to achieve, the kind of lighting you want, the dust in the rays of light, etc... which gets me to the next one 7/ You can direct your colors in VEO It's as simple as mentioning the hues you want to have in the final result, in which quantity, and where. When I direct shots, I am constantly describing colors for two reasons: 1. Well, having a point of view and 2. reaching better consistency through text-to-video. If I have a strong and consistent mood but my character is slightly different because of text-to-video, the impact won't be dramatic because a strong art direction helps a lot with consistency. 8/ Describe your life away Some people asked me how I achieved a good consistency between shots knowing it's only text-to-video and the answer is simple: I describe my characters, their unique traits, their clothing, their haircut, etc..anything which could help someone visually impaired have a very precise mental representation of the subject. 9/ But don't describe too much either... It would be magical if you could stuff 3000 words in the window and have exactly what you asked for, right? Well, it turns out VEO is amazing with its prompt adherence, but there is always a moment where it starts dropping animations or visual elements when your prompt stretches for a tad too long. This actually happens way before the character limit allowed by VEO is reached, so don't overdo it, it's no use and will play against the results. For info, 200-250 words seems like a sweet spot! 10/ Natural movements but... VEO is great with natural movements and this is also one of the reasons why I used it so extensively: people walking don't walk in slow-motion. That being said, don't try to be too ambitious on some of the expected movements: multiple camera movements won't work, full 360 revolutions around a subject won't work, anime-style crazy camera movements won't work, etc... what it can do is already great, but there are still some limitations...

Everybody has a theory about why André 3000 stopped making rap records. Nobody has a theory about this one, because as far as I can tell nobody reported it. Recordation V9991D471, recorded 15 July 2021. First party, verbatim: Andre Lauren Benjamin, professionally known as Andre 3000, individually and dba Gnat Booty Music, and Wedontplayevenwhenwebeplayin LLC. Second party: Primary Wave Music IP Fund 3. Roughly 570 compositions. It is publishing rather than masters, and the document is 33 pages for 570 titles, which means it is a short form sitting on top of a long form nobody recorded. The share he actually assigned is not stated anywhere I can see. Now search the other man. Antwan Patton returns 511 hits and 150 recordations, and he is a party to none of them. Every hit is his name appearing as a writer inside somebody else's paperwork. Recording a transfer is optional and plenty of deals never get filed, so the only sentence I can support is that no recorded transfer names him. One of them shows up in the register as a seller. The other shows up only as a name inside other people's documents. Which raises the obvious question: André sold publishing, so why not the records. Because the records were never his to sell. SR0000340520, registered 6 October 2003. Claimant: "© ℗ Arista Records, Inc. (employer for hire)." Two solo albums, two number one singles, one registration. There is no separate registration for The Love Below anywhere. I looked. A sound recording registration follows the claimant's unit of commerce. Arista sold one product, so Arista registered one work. What makes it worth showing you is that the register was perfectly willing to give this catalog two numbers when it wanted to. Stankonia has two registrations. Aquemini has two. Go look at what separates each pair, and it is a profanity. Watch the claimant line move across the catalog. ATLiens 1997, LaFace. Aquemini 1999, Arista, with LaFace named as employer for hire inside the authorship line. Stankonia 2001, back to La Face. The double album 2003, Arista Records Incorporated. The singles in 2004, BMG Music. Idlewild 2006, LaFace Records LLC. Six filings, five versions of the same corporate family, and one thing that never changes. Employer for hire is on every single one. Across every sound recording OutKast ever released, Antwan Patton and André Benjamin appear as claimant exactly zero times. One filing is not like the others. Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik came out in April 1994. It was not registered as a sound recording until 2 February 2018. Twenty four years. And the claimant on that 2018 filing is Arista Records Incorporated, which is strange, because Arista had assigned the whole thing to Sony 9 years earlier. The address on the form is 25 Madison Avenue, 22nd floor, New York, which is Sony's building. Here is how it got to Sony. Recordations V3582D733 and 734, filed 3 September 2009. First party Arista Records LLC, second party Sony Music Entertainment, executed as of 27 December 2008. 734 pages, 1,702 titles. Speakerboxxx/The Love Below is one row in that schedule. The next day, a second document, LaFace Records LLC to Sony, 67 titles, carrying ATLiens. Both executed as of the same December day, because that is a corporate closing date rather than anything to do with music. Last thing, and it is live right now. Section 203 lets an author terminate a grant 35 years on and take the work back. It is how Victor Willis got the Village People songs. Termination notices filed under OutKast, André Benjamin, Antwan Patton: zero. Before you decide that means nothing, I checked whether the system would show me one if it existed. Victor Willis returns 10. LaFace Records returns 3. One of those 3 is Usher. He served his notice on 23 June 2025, on Sony, as successor to LaFace. Same label. Same era. Same successor company. He filed. They have not. Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik turns 35 in 2029. Every document above is free and public.

dave meltzer: youtube enthusiast 💀 perfect. now we can stop pretending this was ever complicated. the real story is not that wwe is afraid of aew. the real story is not that “high level wwe officials” are whispering scary things to dave meltzer. the real story is not even that tony khan got asked a planted question on a media call with very little distribution about the possibility of aew soon having very little distribution, although that sentence is so stupidly perfect it should be bronzed and placed outside the wrestling observer newsletter office like a war memorial for people who died pretending this was journalism. the real story is that aew is going to lose its wbd distribution deal. either it ends at the expiration of the three-year term in 2027, or it ends earlier if paramount closes wbd and decides aew has no strategic place inside the new company. and based on the board as it exists right now, the most likely landing spot for aew in 2027 is google / youtube. that is the story. everything else is laundering. tony khan wants the story to be: “why would wwe say this about us?” that is the whole operation. take my public analysis. run it through dave meltzer. assign it to wwe / tko. then let tony khan answer a canned question on a media call with very little distribution about potentially having very little distribution. a media call for a lightly viewed roh show. a planted story. a planted messenger. a rehearsed answer. a pr flack probably wrote it. tony khan performs hurt. tony khan says “i don’t know why wwe would…” tony khan denies the obvious. tony khan keeps me minimized. tony khan removes me from the public conversation about the exact thing i have repeatedly said is going to happen to aew. everyone is supposed to pretend this is organic. it is not. it is the most bubble wrapped, manufactured, artificial environment possible. aew is heading toward youtube because the domestic media rights board is closing around them. not as a troll. not as a bit. not as “pr spin.” as a business conclusion. aew is not leverage. wwe is not afraid of aew. the $185 million number was bullshit. the buyer universe was shrinking. paramount / skydance was coming for wbd. wbd was not going to be some permanent aew safe house. youtube was only ever a real “option” if someone at google was actually cutting a media rights check and underwriting production. not because every divorced mom with a ring light and a gmail account can upload video to the same platform. that was always the distinction. that is still the distinction. Nick LoPiccolo — February 28, 2025 “YouTube is an option the same way you or I could start a YT channel tomorrow. Is Jon Cruz cutting AEW a media rights check or underwriting a production budget? Hell no. Just the reality. It isn’t the model. Jon is global head of sports over there.” that was february, not last week. not after dave meltzer suddenly discovered youtube prelim numbers like columbus finding the new world. it is becoming inevitable now. Nick LoPiccolo — April 30, 2026 — 11:26 AM — 251.2K Views “to every journalist and every podcast who interviews tony khan from this day forward: please ask tony if wbd told him back in august they would not be renewing aew. wbd told him in august. i confirmed it directly and triple sourced it. please ask why tony has been acting like nothing is wrong for the last 8 months, and then please ask tony what his actual distribution plan is. because the only distributor left that will take aew is google/youtube. the myaew app is not realistic. the my aewapp is a death sentence in 2026 if youtube doesn’t make an mg deal for aew. they started building it too late and there is no realistic way to scale it. also, who is going to sell ads for the platform? kiswe is not the best. they built the myaew app. they are new to the game. hold tony’s feet to the fire. Paramount is not real for aew. WBD passed back in August. CW/Roku is now off the table. Amazon and Fox do not want AEW. ask Tony why he's been lying to you and to the locker room and to the fans, acting like things are all great with the network? i am sure a lot of people would love to hear his answer.” april 30. 251.2k views. not whispered. not hidden. not vague. not “high level wwe officials.” i said it publicly and directly: wbd passed back in august. paramount is not real for aew. cw / roku is off the table. amazon and fox do not want aew. the myaew app is not realistic. google / youtube is the only distributor left on the board that makes sense. that is the actual story tony khan does not want to answer. not “why would wwe say this?” ask tony khan if wbd told him in august that wbd would not be renewing aew. ask what his actual distribution plan is. ask who is selling ads for the myaew app. ask how a platform built this late scales in 2026. ask whether youtube is an actual rights partner with an mg, or just the place you go when the real buyers are gone. that is the question. not the fake question dave meltzer laundered into “high level wwe officials.” the real question. Nick LoPiccolo — July 9, 2025 — 10:51 AM — 9,565 Views “No one in Hollywood believes the $185 million number.” Nick LoPiccolo — July 9, 2025 — 11:35 AM — 7,470 Views “The $185 million figure is inflated. Variety’s October 2, 2024 article was likely updated after a publicist called on AEW’s behalf, as early reports placed the deal between $140 and $150 million per year. Tony Khan was also included in Variety’s Dealmakers 2024 list, which, while not officially pay to play, strongly favors those spending significant advertising dollars with the outlet. No one in Hollywood seriously believes WBD, which is in junk bond status, is paying AEW $185 million per year. Clear enough?” clear enough? the number was never clean. the number was never real in the way aew fans and wrestling media pretended it was real. and when the $185 million number started getting laughed out of adult rooms, the number magically became $178 million. that is where the shell game gets funny. because $178 million was not some sacred sourced number either. it was brandon thurston taking the median between $170 million, reported by sports business journal, and $185 million, reported by variety and others. that is literally what wrestlenomics said. Wrestlenomics — October 4, 2024 “Why use $178 million here for AEW’s new deal when some outlets are reporting the average annual value is $185 million?” Wrestlenomics — October 4, 2024 “I used $178 million here because it is simply the median of $170 million, as reported by Sports Business Journal, and $185 million, reported by Variety and others.” there it is. arithmetic. not an all-cash rights fee. not a clean license number. not proof wbd valued aew like raw. not a finance-department document from warner bros. discovery. a midpoint between conflicting public reports. then wrestling media treated that midpoint like scripture because they needed the story to be “aew is valued like raw,” not “aew pr inflated a number no serious person in hollywood believed.” and by the way, $170 million was not the clean all-cash number either. that is the scam. float the number. repeat the number. launder the number. defend the number with people who do not understand the difference between cash rights fees, in-kind services, equity, marketing commitments, platform value, make-goods, ad inventory, and press release math. then when the number collapses, pretend the next number was always the number. that is not reporting. that is aew state news. Nick LoPiccolo — July 10, 2025 — 5:53 AM — 12.6K Views “AEW isn’t leverage. It’s not competition. It’s a niche product with loud fans and limited reach.” Nick LoPiccolo — July 10, 2025 — 8:56 AM — 1,018 Views “We handle wrestling deals too, but thinking we need AEW for leverage is myopic. The landscape is changing and the game I’m playing is different.” Nick LoPiccolo — July 15, 2025 — 25.7K Views “AEW isn’t leverage.” that was never emotional. that was never tribal. that was never “i hate aew.” it was market structure. wwe did not need aew as leverage because real leverage was never “another wrestling show exists.” real leverage is architecture, scale, subscriber churn, platform strategy, sports adjacency, global rights, advertising, sponsorship, live inventory, library value, data, brand safety, executive relationships, and the actual buyer universe of maybe 18-20 companies in the united states that matter for live sports rights. aew fans thought this was a wrestling argument. it was never a wrestling argument. it was a board. and the board was already moving. Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 482 Views “I wasn’t viewing the above in that context (TKO vs AEW counter programming), it was more of this is what I’m hearing after 2 weeks of big media deals rolling out (Skydance closing, South Park library moving) etc. Which have all been in the works for awhile.” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 388 Views “But if you were to look at it from a counter programming perspective (and I don’t think this was a factor in UFC deal) - there are only so many players for these big media rights deals. PARA is likely off the board (via TKO deal) & then what if they acquire WB in 2026/27?” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 535 Views “Yes, of course, that wouldn’t mean the end for AEW. It would make navigating their media rights deal more challenging, I would guess. But this is a hypothetical scenario & I do not believe anyone is paying $7.7b for UFC or a $40b valuation for WB w/ how do we fuck AEW, either.” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 “And hearing all weekend Paramount is still interested in WBD.” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 1.3K Views “I think more interesting for what it could mean as the dominoes keep falling in terms of the still evolving landscape. The deals are massive & the number of major players at the top are shrinking as still big push for consolidation & scale.” Nick LoPiccolo — August 11, 2025 — 12:11 PM — 2,588 Views “And I’d view AAA on Google/YouTube as directly competitive. It targets both the CMLL collab & the audience that used to watch AEW Dark on YouTube, & WWE is able to send well known stars to AAA events with an eye towards converting more of the younger, YouTube demo of viewers who don’t watch streamers.” again: august 11. not yesterday. not after dave meltzer tweeted a netflix prelim number. not after anyone had to retrofit the argument. the point was already there: the major players at the top were shrinking, paramount was still interested in wbd, paramount was likely off the board for aew because of the tko deal, google / youtube was becoming directly competitive for the exact audience aew used to reach through dark, and the buyer universe was consolidating around deals much bigger than tony khan’s feelings. this was not mysticism. this was not inside baseball for the sake of sounding smart. this was the board. Nick LoPiccolo — August 24, 2025 “This isn’t fair. I misread your question. AEW will exist but likely on the Discovery Global app (if it ever launches, I would bet that it doesn’t) and it will continue to do consistent ratings. If Paramount/Skydance buys WBD in a year…” Nick LoPiccolo — September 4, 2025 — 76 Views “No, that’s the WBD network division (cable, news, sports) that was already announced as being spun off under Discovery Global. The article you’re citing is about them selling a minority equity stake in that unit to cut debt and boost valuation ahead of the 2026 split.” Nick LoPiccolo — September 16, 2025 — 3.6K Views “This is not just about Hollywood scale. It is the foundation of a conservative aligned media infrastructure. A Paramount/WBD merger would fold CBS, CNN, HBO, and Warner Bros IP into Ellison’s orbit under Trump’s regulatory umbrella.” Nick LoPiccolo — September 16, 2025 — 11K Views “Within 48 hours of the rumor, WBD stock surged ~55% and Paramount Skydance rose ~24%. That market response itself boxed David Zaslav in; his board, Wall Street, and his own contract now expect movement.” Nick LoPiccolo — September 27, 2025 — 12:16 PM — 3,516 Views “Nah homie. Enjoy watching the show on YouTube after Ellison buys WBD and Ari who is advising Ellison and used to represent Trump and runs TKO makes the call.” Nick LoPiccolo — September 28, 2025 — 174 Views “I believe if and when Paramount acquires WBD, TKO will push to lock down a monopoly on combat sports. The long knives are already out for competitors, and the rights deals have likely been spread around town precisely to keep rivals from signing with those streamers.” none of that was random. paramount / skydance, ellison, ari, tko, wbd linear assets, youtube, aaa, the tko deal, the wbd split, the shrinking rights buyer universe — all of it was one connected domestic rights architecture. that is why this conversation was always over the heads of the people screaming “cope” in my replies. they were arguing like fans. i was reading the cap table. Nick LoPiccolo — December 6, 2025 — 3:07 PM — 41.4K Views “Yes, I always believed Paramount would walk away with WBD. I was one of the first to talk about it on here, even if I wasn’t the first to hear it. The Paramount Skydance acquisition closed on August 7. I posted this on August 11, about 1 month before the The Wall Street Journal first broke the news on September 12 that Paramount Skydance was preparing a bid for WBD.” Nick LoPiccolo — December 6, 2025 — 3:07 PM — 41.4K Views “The bid was always going to be hostile. We are only in this process because it was a hostile bid. Most people in Hollywood believed Ellison long coveted WB and Jack Warner’s chair. WB was not for sale when Skydance acquired Paramount, which is much smaller in scale.” Nick LoPiccolo — December 6, 2025 — 3:07 PM — 41.4K Views “Nearly everyone in town assumed an Ellison acquisition of WBD was inevitable until the Netflix bid shocked everyone. Signs were there for the last two weeks, which is also when I stopped posting about what might happen. Of course, its not over yet. Paramount still has paths to winning this acquisition. The one thing that’s for certain though is an Ellison-led acquisition of WBD is no longer inevitable.” Nick LoPiccolo — December 8, 2025 “END CREDITS” space jam is a warner bros. movie. that was the joke. and the joke was the same thing i had been saying the whole time: paramount was winning the bid, for those who did not understand. Nick LoPiccolo — December 19, 2025 — 4:30 PM — 828 Views “Here is another reference to it. So tell me how exactly is Paramount the better outcome for Dave’s argument? Netflix doesn’t touch the WBD linear assets. Gunnar keeps his SpinCo.” Puck excerpt — December 19, 2025 “Many industry insiders are also skeptical about Paramount’s seven-year, $7.7 billion deal for exclusive UFC rights in the U.S. Yes, it can be read as a signal that Ellison came to play. But some people see it more as Ari Emanuel having his way with the person to whom he is ostensibly an (unpaid) advisor…” that is the board. that is the relationship map. that is the thing wrestling media either does not understand or pretends not to understand, because understanding it means admitting the story is not “aew has leverage.” the story is that aew is sitting in the middle of a consolidating rights marketplace where the people with leverage are doing much bigger things than worrying about tony khan’s feelings. Nick LoPiccolo — January 21, 2026 — 4:22 PM — 870 Views “i mean get ready to learn youtube buddy” Nick LoPiccolo — February 19, 2026 — 2.8K Views “Paramount was always my bet to acquire Warner Bros. Never wavered.” Nick LoPiccolo — February 28, 2026 — 1:27 PM — 118 Views “you don’t need to look under a hood I AM SAYING THE QUIET PART OUT LOUD 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 I BEEN SAYING IT SINCE JULY / AUGUST 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 PARAMOUNT IS COMING FOR WBD AEW WILL LOSE A TV DEAL 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 GUESS WHO WAS RIGHT 💀” so no, this is not hindsight. this is not showing up after the fact with a flashlight and pretending i discovered the body. this is a paper trail. february: youtube is not a real rights model unless google is cutting the check. april: wbd passed back in august, the myaew app is not realistic, paramount is not real for aew, cw / roku is off the table, amazon and fox do not want aew, and google / youtube is the only distributor left that makes sense. july: the $185 million number is inflated and aew is not leverage. august: the buyer board is shrinking, paramount is still interested in wbd, and google / youtube becomes directly competitive. september: paramount / wbd folds the board into ellison’s orbit, and if ellison buys wbd, enjoy youtube. december: paramount was always the bet, the bid was always going to be hostile, and netflix does not solve dave meltzer’s argument because netflix does not touch the linear assets. january: get ready to learn youtube. february: paramount is coming for wbd and aew will lose a tv deal. same board. same thesis. same answer. now here is the part tony khan and dave meltzer do not want to say out loud. tony khan and dave meltzer do not mention me publicly for a reason. because the second they say my name out loud, they admit where this conversation has actually been coming from. not wwe. not some anonymous “high level official.” not some shadowy tko whisper campaign. me. that is the problem for them. behind the scenes, ask any real insider what happens when my name comes up around this subject. there is a reaction. not because i’m magic. not because i’m some internet boogeyman. because they know exactly who is saying it, why i’m saying it, what rooms i have been in, what companies i have dealt with, what executives i have spoken to, and why the analysis keeps landing. that is why they keep trying to non-person me publicly while reacting to me privately. they want the argument. they want the benefit of responding to the argument. they just do not want to admit whose argument it is. when i said wbd told aew back in august 2025 they were not exercising the option for the fourth year, tony khan blew up behind the scenes and forced john mcmullen to revise / update his article 2-3 weeks ago after i tweeted it. which is hilarious because that should not even be crazy or damaging “news.” that is how this business works. when a distributor is not continuing, they tell you early enough so you have time to find a new home. that is not sabotage. that is not wwe. that is not nick lopiccolo hiding inside david zaslav’s air vents with a clipboard. that is corporate courtesy. wbd execs privately whisper and shake their heads at tony khan’s behavior because their view is very simple: why does tony khan act like everything is great and rainbows and sunshine with the studio? we told tony khan as a courtesy so tony khan would have time to find a new home. and no, this has zero to do with paramount looming as an excuse. paramount did not even make its first hostile bid for wbd until september 11 or 12. that was after tony khan was already told there would not be a wbd renewal. so what did tony khan do? tony khan turned the truth into a wrestling angle. tony khan, or one of tony khan’s minions, gets dave meltzer to drop a story assigning my claims and what i have been publicly posting about tony khan to “high level wwe officials.” why? because it gives tony khan a safer enemy. tony khan does not want the story to be the actual timeline. because the actual timeline is brutal. on february 28, i said youtube was not a real media rights model unless google was actually cutting the check and underwriting production. on april 30, i said wbd passed in august, the myaew app was not realistic, paramount was not real for aew, cw / roku was off the table, amazon and fox did not want aew, and the only distributor left that made sense was google / youtube. on july 9, i said no one in hollywood believed the $185 million number. on july 10, i said aew was not leverage. on august 11, i said the major players at the top were shrinking, paramount was still interested in wbd, and google / youtube was becoming a directly competitive lane. on september 16, i said a paramount / wbd merger would fold cbs, cnn, hbo, and warner bros. ip into ellison’s orbit. on september 27, i said enjoy the show on youtube after ellison buys wbd. on september 28, i said if paramount acquires wbd, tko would push to lock down a monopoly on combat sports. on december 6, i said paramount skydance was preparing a bid for wbd long before most people admitted the obvious. on february 19, i said paramount was always my bet to acquire warner bros. and on february 28, i said it in all caps: paramount is coming for wbd. aew will lose a tv deal. that is the part tony khan cannot answer directly, because the direct answer means admitting this was never “wwe is scared of us.” it was always the board closing. tony khan wants the story to be: why would wwe say this about us? that is the laundering operation. take my public analysis. run it through dave meltzer. assign it to wwe / tko. then let tony khan answer a canned question on a media call with very little distribution about potentially having very little distribution. a media call for a show with very little distribution answering a canned question about aew potentially having very little distribution. based on a planted story, from a planted messenger, with a rehearsed answer, after an roh show maybe 8-15k people watched. a pr flack probably wrote it. tony khan performs hurt. tony khan says “i don’t know why wwe would…” tony khan denies the obvious. tony khan keeps me minimized. tony khan removes me from the public conversation about the very thing i have repeatedly said is going to happen to aew. everyone is supposed to pretend this is organic. it is the most bubble wrapped, manufactured, artificial environment possible. a canned and rehearsed answer at an roh media scrum about a planted dave meltzer story based on my very real and very public analysis of the media rights board. but make no mistake. tony khan was responding to my words. tony khan just laundered them through dave meltzer and assigned them to wwe / tko so tony khan could keep lying about it publicly without ever saying my name. and now, voila. dave meltzer is posting about youtube viewers and prelims. Dave Meltzer — May 16, 2026 “At this moment there are 340,000 people watching prelims for Netflix on YouTube. It’s a good number.” yes, dave meltzer. youtube can have good numbers. nobody said youtube cannot have good numbers. that was never the issue. the issue is whether youtube is being used as a funnel into a premium rights ecosystem or as a substitute because the premium rights ecosystem rejected you. that is the difference. that has always been the difference. netflix using youtube prelims as audience acquisition is not the same thing as aew trying to spin youtube as a media rights home because the real buyers are gone. ufc using youtube as a funnel is not the same thing as aew using youtube as a life raft. wwe sending stars to aaa on youtube to convert a younger demo is not the same thing as aew retreating to youtube after the traditional buyer board closes. and the fact that dave meltzer is now suddenly tweeting like the mayor of youtube is the punchline. because the same people who mocked the youtube outcome are now going to spend the next several months explaining why youtube is actually good. of course it can be good. for the right use case. for the right property. inside the right architecture. with the right check attached. but when you spend two years telling everyone you were valued like raw and your next stop is “please subscribe and smash that bell,” maybe stop pretending this is victory formation? i told y’all where this was going. the record is right there. i’m still right. and tony and dave: you guys are see through translucent. that’s it for ye 🎤🎤🎤

My first dragon flight via Seedream 5.0 pro + Seedance 2.5 on TapNow prompt SCENE CONTEXT A first dragon flight. SHARON, a nervous first-time rider in white-silver armor, sits in the saddle of a colossal opalescent dragon perched at the cliff's edge. She barely finishes her nervous little speech before the dragon bolts — a wild, playful joyride: diving low through the village and straight over a scattering flock of sheep, brushing past the willows, slicing a wingtip through the waterfall, rocketing sky-high past the floating islands, and finally spiraling around the great Gothic castle and climbing onto its tallest spire — all experienced from HER saddle. Exactly ONE dragon exists in this world: the one she rides. 30 seconds, two shots, vertical 9:16, full realism.
