That is nonsense!!!! I have never once seen any municipality going to court to complain about not getting revenue from national government or being sabotaged because they get their money from government. Secondly, municipalities collect rates, taxes and fees and they should use them to build the city but they use the money they earn to pay their people high salaries and to buy laptops for $375 000. The problem is people from Bulawayo don’t invest in their city, they don’t even maintain their homes and so the city is unattractive to invest in and so businesses stay away. Additionally people in Bulawayo send goods from South Africa, making it difficult for businesses in Bulawayo to exist.
