DEAR OPPOSITION — UNIFY UNDER PETER OBI This is for the Labour Party stalwart. The PDP loyalist who has not crossed over. The NNPP supporter. The ADC newcomer. The independent who cannot find a home. I am not here to tell you your party failed. I am here to tell you the arithmetic. Tinubu was declared winner 2023 with 36 percent of the vote. The opposition together took the rest. The math has never been the problem. The math has always favoured us. The problem is that we ran three campaigns where we needed to run one — and the man who was said to came first in that split is the man currently mortgaging your children's future. 2027 will not be won by the party with the loudest supporters. It will be won by the side that learns to assemble itself. Peter Obi is not the candidate of one camp. He is the candidate with the strongest record on the ballot, the broadest appeal across the regions, and the only campaign in 2023 that took Lagos from the man who claims to own it. Draymond Green says he don’t respect everybody in the NBA, Kawhi Leonard is a guy he got the utmost respect for: “I don’t even talk junk to Kawhi Leonard because I have so much respect for him. Like, you talking a special, special player Kawhi is one of the better, top 5 offensive player in our league, he’s also a top 5 defensive player in our league. This man had more steals than fouls on the season. Almost by double. Like, that’s unheard of for someone that defends. But he’s a student of the game, right? So he play clean defense. Kawhi is special man. I heard his comments after the game, later last night I heard his comments. I was flattered because ultimately, as players and I know everybody think like, “Oh man they spoiled they make this amount of money, they stay in this hotel, they do this.” Man it’s hard, it’s hard when every day you on front street, you have a bad game and people say you’re trash and you suck, they dissect your personal life it’s hard. As a citizen of India, you have a fundamental right to move freely throughout the country under Article 19(1) (d) of the Constitution. A police officer cannot ordinarily restrict your movement merely on verbal instructions. Such a restriction must be backed by a valid law, government notification, executive order, or court direction. If an officer unlawfully stops you and prevents you from entering or leaving a city without legal authority, you can: 1. Ask for the legal provision or written order. 2. Record and preserve evidence. 3. File a complaint before senior police authorities. 4. Seek a departmental inquiry. 5. IPAS DEVELOPMENTS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL UNDER STATUTORY INSTRUMENT 376/2023 On the 21st of January 2021, Jack Chambers, then Minister of State, unlawfully reduced the quorum of Dáil Éireann from twenty members down to five, outside what the Constitution allows. This unconstitutional alteration undermined the integrity of all subsequent legislative acts and resolutions dependent on a valid quorum. When Statutory Instrument 376 of 2023 was introduced and passed in the Dáil, only seven members were present, falling far short of the constitutionally required quorum of twenty. As a result, the resolution authorising this statutory instrument is invalid and unconstitutional. When I first brought this matter before the courts, the judges held that I lacked personal standing because I did not reside beside an IPAS Center and was therefore not directly affected. However, with the backing of the public since April 2024 and through ten months of tireless effort, supported by thousands of pages of evidence, I can now demonstrate that any community personally impacted by the development of an IPAS Center has the right to challenge and strike down this statutory instrument in the High Court. Statutory Instrument 376 of 2023 is repugnant to Article 15 of the Constitution of Ireland, which governs how legislation is created and passed in the Dáil. The Dáil is constitutionally bound to adhere to its Standing Orders, and any departure from those rules directly undermines the constitutional framework of our democracy. No resolution, motion, or statutory instrument passed in breach of these Standing Orders can stand. A Real New Yorker for New Yorkers: Curtis Sliwa Still Fighting for the City He Loves As usual, while I was out on the streets talking to people — including NYPD officers — the topic of the day was the New York City elections. When I mentioned Curtis Sliwa, the reactions were all the same: people lit up. They told me they support him because he understands this city in ways most politicians never could. Many said after the debate, they saw a different side of him — someone who truly knows the streets of New York and what they’ve become. I also spent some time with Curtis yesterday at the Halloween Parade, and one thing really stood out — he stopped for everyone. And I don’t mean just a few blocks. Curtis walked the entire parade route, shaking hands, taking photos, and talking to anyone who wanted a moment with him. You could see the respect and love people had for him — families, kids, and long-time New Yorkers alike. It wasn’t just a photo-op; it was Curtis being Curtis. This really highlights the disconnect between what the mainstream polls are showing and what the streets are actually saying. Out here, people are telling me they want Curtis. You can feel the support, you can see it in how people react to him. But the media keeps pushing a different story — one that doesn’t reflect the energy and the voices echoing across this city. Myself, as a native New Yorker who’s lived here for over 40 years, I know a b******* artist when I see one. I understand people — their tone, their movement, their energy — and I can spot the fake ones from a mile away. Now, look — nobody’s perfect. People do stupid things sometimes, and Curtis is no exception. He’s pulled off a few stunts in the past that made people shake their heads or laugh, maybe even question him. But that’s part of who he is — raw, unfiltered, and human. Sometimes people act out to get attention, but in his case, it always came from a place of caring about the city and trying to wake people up. That’s the difference. Curtis might have done things that looked crazy, but his heart’s always been in the right place. He’s real. He’s not a politician — he’s a regular guy who truly wants to save this city and have honest conversations with real New Yorkers. Some people say Curtis is a little crazy — s***, we’re all a little crazy. The man got shot multiple times trying to protect these same streets. Of course he’s going to be a little different. We’ve all seen a lot. Me, being in the line of work I’m in, I’ve seen things I didn’t want to see — things I never signed up to see. Did it make me a little crazy? Absolutely. It changes the way you look at life, at people, and at this city. Let’s not forget, Curtis founded The Marvelous 13 back in 1979 — a small group that later evolved into the now world-famous Guardian Angels. That was the start of a lifelong mission to protect and serve New Yorkers, and he’s been doing it ever since. For over 45 years, Curtis has stood up for the city when few others would. Now, at his age, this is most likely his last run for New York City Mayor, and you can see he’s giving it everything he’s got. Whether he’s walking a parade route, visiting neighborhoods most politicians avoid, or talking directly to everyday New Yorkers, Curtis is still doing what he’s always done — showing up. After so many years putting his life and energy into protecting New Yorkers, the city owes him respect, and voters owe him a fair shot at leading this city the way he’s been fighting to protect it for decades. That’s what makes him different. He’s not trying to be perfect — he’s trying to be real. And in a city that’s seen it all, that’s exactly what people are looking for. Hezbollah has been boasting how it could destroy the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) and its escorts. Lets dive into how Hezbollah Terrorists could attack a US Navy Aircraft carrier in the Med, what could happen, and the possible outcomes, assisted with Command Development Team simulation software. To understand the footage shown, let me break down some basic concepts of modern naval combat: Military ships often use a concept called "EMCON", which stands for EMission CONtrol, or "Radio silence" in laymans terms. Consider it like this: if you are with a flashlight in the night, you can spot a person say 500 Meters away by shining at him with the flashlight. You will however, be able to see that flashlight from many kilometers away, without being seen, even if it is directed at you, giving you the location of the person with the flashlight, without disclosing your presence. So ships really avoid "radio emissions", such as radar. Carrier Strike Groups (CSG) like the Ford CSG WANT Radar coverage for their own safety, but not in a way that their location can be known. This is done by Airplanes that fly in the general vicinity of the CSG, providing coverage, without compromising the CSG location. The US Navy uses the E-2 Hawkeye for this in most cases. In this case here, we are not using the E-2 Hawkeye, but the (likely in Theater anyway) E-3 Sentry from NATO. A system that is likely LESS sophisticated than the cutting edge E-2D Advanced Hawkeyes that were visible on the USS Ford pictures that surfaced recently. We do not simulate any carrier based "Combat Air Patrol" either, to test the "ship based" defenses. The composition of the Ford CSG is modeled using the actual ships listed. The CSG is moving on a nothern course at 15 knots, under full EMCON, 115 miles off the coast. The maximum range of the Russian Bastion-P coastal missle complex is about 100 miles, we have to assume that the US Navy will sail their ships outside of (possible) Hezbollah radar range. We also assume, as this is a time of very heightened alert, that the US Navy has Rules of Engagement that would allow it to shoot down any Hezbollah drones or craft coming at it with apparent hostile intention. I have assumed this to be 50 miles away from the CSG in this scenario. Now lets look at the Hezbollah side. We assume to have 6 Bastion-P complexes, with 2 missles per Transport-Erector-Launcher (TEL). So if it can be figured out where the CSG is, 12 P-800 Oniks missle with speeds over Mach 2 would be able to engage the CSG. The problem however is, that you can not "shoot" at a ship without knowing its location. While this may sound very simple indeed, when the ship you are looking for does not disclose its location voluntarily, you can not go to "marinetraffic" and look for the carrier. You can also not use your airforce, if you do not really have one, like Hezbollah. You can not use Sattelites, if you have none. You can try to use drones, if you know the overall direction, or use radar. Land based Radar? Out of Range. Drones? Yes, lets fly drones to the overall direction, hoping to see the carrier. Satellites? Nope. Wait, lets ask Putin. He will probably be nice enough to us, to have a liasion tell us in real time from a russian sattelite where the CSG is. And thats what we are running with here, as drones will not reach the carrier. A russian sattelite could provide rather real time information on the CSG location, allowing manual targeting. The video will provide you with the results. A US CSG with such powerful escorts will not be fundamentally threatened by the assets of Hezbollah. It will have to defend, but will do so rather easily. At the conclusion of the Engagement, the CSG still has literally 100s of SM-2, SM-6 and ESSM Missles. Note: this is done on commercially available software, the software uses NTDS/APP6 icons, white is air radar range, yellow surface, green sonar. Hezbollah has been boasting how it could destroy the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) and its escorts. Lets dive into how Hezbollah Terrorists could attack a US Navy Aircraft carrier in the Med, what could happen, and the possible outcomes, assisted with Command Development Team simulation software. To understand the footage shown, let me break down some basic concepts of modern naval combat: Military ships often use a concept called "EMCON", which stands for EMission CONtrol, or "Radio silence" in laymans terms. Consider it like this: if you are with a flashlight in the night, you can spot a person say 500 Meters away by shining at him with the flashlight. You will however, be able to see that flashlight from many kilometers away, without being seen, even if it is directed at you, giving you the location of the person with the flashlight, without disclosing your presence. So ships really avoid "radio emissions", such as radar. Carrier Strike Groups (CSG) like the Ford CSG WANT Radar coverage for their own safety, but not in a way that their location can be known. This is done by Airplanes that fly in the general vicinity of the CSG, providing coverage, without compromising the CSG location. The US Navy uses the E-2 Hawkeye for this in most cases. In this case here, we are not using the E-2 Hawkeye, but the (likely in Theater anyway) E-3 Sentry from NATO. A system that is likely LESS sophisticated than the cutting edge E-2D Advanced Hawkeyes that were visible on the USS Ford pictures that surfaced recently. We do not simulate any carrier based "Combat Air Patrol" either, to test the "ship based" defenses. The composition of the Ford CSG is modeled using the actual ships listed. The CSG is moving on a nothern course at 15 knots, under full EMCON, 115 miles off the coast. The maximum range of the Russian Bastion-P coastal missle complex is about 100 miles, we have to assume that the US Navy will sail their ships outside of (possible) Hezbollah radar range. We also assume, as this is a time of very heightened alert, that the US Navy has Rules of Engagement that would allow it to shoot down any Hezbollah drones or craft coming at it with apparent hostile intention. I have assumed this to be 50 miles away from the CSG in this scenario. Now lets look at the Hezbollah side. We assume to have 6 Bastion-P complexes, with 2 missles per Transport-Erector-Launcher (TEL). So if it can be figured out where the CSG is, 12 P-800 Oniks missle with speeds over Mach 2 would be able to engage the CSG. The problem however is, that you can not "shoot" at a ship without knowing its location. While this may sound very simple indeed, when the ship you are looking for does not disclose its location voluntarily, you can not go to "marinetraffic" and look for the carrier. You can also not use your airforce, if you do not really have one, like Hezbollah. You can not use Sattelites, if you have none. You can try to use drones, if you know the overall direction, or use radar. Land based Radar? Out of Range. Drones? Yes, lets fly drones to the overall direction, hoping to see the carrier. Satellites? Nope. Wait, lets ask Putin. He will probably be nice enough to us, to have a liasion tell us in real time from a russian sattelite where the CSG is. And thats what we are running with here, as drones will not reach the carrier. A russian sattelite could provide rather real time information on the CSG location, allowing manual targeting. The video will provide you with the results. A US CSG with such powerful escorts will not be fundamentally threatened by the assets of Hezbollah. It will have to defend, but will do so rather easily. At the conclusion of the Engagement, the CSG still has literally 100s of SM-2, SM-6 and ESSM Missles. Note: this is done on commercially available software, the software uses NTDS/APP6 icons, white is air radar range, yellow surface, green sonar. Cuneiform is a system of writing that was invented by Sumerians of ancient Mesopotamia. Believed to have been created sometime during 4th Millennium BC (between 3500-3000 BC), this script is regarded as the earliest known form of writing. Cuneiform became an unreadable script as its use came to an end. Nevertheless, this writing system has been preserved in the archaeological record, thanks mainly due to the clay tablets they were written on. The recording of a spoken language, emerged from earlier recording systems at the end of the 4th Millennium BC. The first written language in Mesopotamia is called Sumerian. Most of early tablets come from the site of Uruk, in southern Mesopotamia, and it may have been here that this form of writing was invented. It was only during 19th Century that cuneiform was finally deciphered and scholars could begin to understand the texts that were written in this ancient script. Cuneiform is one of the oldest forms of writing known. It means "wedge-shaped," because people wrote it using a reed stylus cut to make a wedge-shaped mark on a clay tablet. Letters enclosed in clay envelopes, as well as works of literature, such as the Epic of Gilgamesh have been found. Historical accounts have also come to light, as have huge libraries such as that belonging to Assyrian king, Ashurbanipal. Cuneiform writing was used to record a variety of information such as temple activities, business and trade. Cuneiform was also used to write stories, myths, and personal letters. The latest known example of cuneiform is an astronomical text from 75 CE. Cuneiform is a system of writing that was invented by Sumerians of ancient Mesopotamia. Believed to have been created sometime during 4th Millennium BC (between 3500-3000 BC), this script is regarded as the earliest known form of writing. Cuneiform became an unreadable script as its use came to an end. Nevertheless, this writing system has been preserved in the archaeological record, thanks mainly due to the clay tablets they were written on. The recording of a spoken language, emerged from earlier recording systems at the end of the 4th Millennium BC. The first written language in Mesopotamia is called Sumerian. Most of early tablets come from the site of Uruk, in southern Mesopotamia, and it may have been here that this form of writing was invented. It was only during 19th Century that cuneiform was finally deciphered and scholars could begin to understand the texts that were written in this ancient script. Cuneiform is one of the oldest forms of writing known. It means "wedge-shaped," because people wrote it using a reed stylus cut to make a wedge-shaped mark on a clay tablet. Letters enclosed in clay envelopes, as well as works of literature, such as the Epic of Gilgamesh have been found. Historical accounts have also come to light, as have huge libraries such as that belonging to Assyrian king, Ashurbanipal. Cuneiform writing was used to record a variety of information such as temple activities, business and trade. Cuneiform was also used to write stories, myths, and personal letters. The latest known example of cuneiform is an astronomical text from 75 CE. During its 3000-year history, cuneiform was used to write around 15 different languages including Sumerian, Akkadian, Babylonian, Assyrian, Elamite, Hittite, Urartian, and Old Persian. First developed by scribes as a book-keeping tool to keep track of bread and beer rations in ancient cities like Uruk (in south east of modern-day Iraq), system soon spread across Middle East and was used continuously for more than 3000 years, up until 1st Century AD. Cuneiform is not a language but a proper way of writing distinct from the alphabet. It doesn't have 'letters' – instead it uses between 600-1000 characters impressed on clay to spell words by dividing them up into syllables, like 'ca-at' for cat, or 'mu-zi-um' for museum. Other signs stood for whole words, like our '£' standing for pound sterling. Two main languages written in cuneiform are Sumerian and Akkadian, although more than a dozen others are recorded, including Hittite, cousin to Latin. Texts were written by pressing a cut, straight reed into slightly moist clay. Characteristic wedge-shaped strokes that make up signs give writing its modern name – cuneiform means 'wedge-shaped' (from Latin cuneus for 'wedge'). The process for writing cuneiform on a clay tablet involved these steps : • Prepare the clay - Start with a damp ball of clay and flatten it into a tablet that's about the size of a hand, with one flat side and one convex side.
