I canโ€™t sleepโ€ฆ it's 2 Am my mind is heavy with thoughts. I tried to work but couldnโ€™t, so I turned to Only You. And in its first message, I saw a reflection of what is happening today.. but i need to add this People who wish death upon others are not just jealous they are sick souls.. In Only You, Ayla had Tawan. In real life, Orm kornnaphat has Lingling Kwong (and vice versa) their family, their team, their friends, and the countless fans who see them not only on screen but stand by them with their whole hearts. That is what truly matters. ๐Ÿ™ Once my dad said: "Haters are proof youโ€™re doing something right. If you donโ€™t have them, it means youโ€™re not chasing your dreams". And in truth, haters come in many forms: โ€“ Some hate the people they cannot have. โ€“ Some hate the people they cannot be. โ€“ Some dislike you but still waste their time watching everything you do. โ€“ Some hate you because the truth you live contradicts the lies they hold. โ€“ Some forget boundaries, acting as if they own your life. _ Some worship another star and think you are taking their favoriteโ€™s place, as if you donโ€™t deserve yours. _ Some project their own pain and bullying onto you, thinking it will make them feel better. โ€“ And some hate you simply for being you. I once said: even if you walked on water, they would still say โ€˜She doesnโ€™t know how to swim.โ€™ That is the world we live in no matter what you do, they will talk, they will blame, they will invent faults where there are none. But listen, my dear: as long as you walk with truth , love , never let them break you. Protect your heart, protect your peace. Block them, report them, Your mental health is the true victory. Because in the end, love will always win. And both of you will shine on the global stage, far beyond the reach of their poison.

Here you go ๐Ÿค This collab has felt special since day one! like something LingOrm fans were always meant to wait for. I wrote a little song inspired for/by the Keep The Wonder collection and their captions, the quiet magic, connection beyond words, the pauses between moments, "the presence that remains even in silence" ๐Ÿ‘Œ , and that kind of love that speaks without ever needing to say anything. Also inspired by each one of you โ€ฆ the waiting, the refreshing, the adrenaline, the emotional damage of sold-out screens ๐Ÿ˜… That feeling of wanting everything and watching it disappear in one minute. From now until Jan 29 at 11:27, our hearts are already racing. Lyrics KEEP THE WONDER When Keep Silent starts to whisper low, Always Wonder lets the magic flow, No need for words, the feeling grows, Hearts already know what silence shows. A gentle knock, a hidden sign. One door opens , your world meets mine, Two paths crossing at perfect time, Fate says yes, no need for a line. Keep the Wonder , feel it grow, Shades of love we donโ€™t need to show, No loud words, just energy flow, Presence speaksโ€ฆ you already know. When Ling shines like silver light, When Orm sparks fire in the quiet night, Two souls meet, the timingโ€™s right, Love speaks softlyโ€ฆ but hits us tight. Silence keeps the fire alive, Every quiet moment survives, Not everything needs to be shown, Keep the Wonder , let it always be known Limited drop, adrenaline rise, Crowds lining up with hopeful eyes, No pre-order , just pray and try. One minute laterโ€ฆ sold out, goodbye. Weโ€™re not poor, weโ€™re just too slow, Blink once and the stock will go, Laugh through tears, but still we know, Next collab soon , itโ€™s what we hope. When Keep Silent and Always Wonder unite, When LingOrm shine in the same light, We donโ€™t need words, we feel the spark, Keep the Wonder glowing in the dark! Just in $AMD Anush "Speed is the moat"|ROCm๐ŸŽ™๏ธ In the race to define the future of AI, what's the one advantage that truly lasts? It's not proprietary tech, argues Anush Elangovan Elangovan, VP of AI Software at AMD , but the sustainable speed of innovation. He explains why AMD is rejecting the "walled garden" model for its open source ROCm stack, betting that an open community flywheel is the key to victory. Listen to understand how this open strategy is designed to out-innovate closed systems by empowering developers to solve everything from frontier-model challenges to the mundane, everyday problems that define the "last mile" of AI. AMD ROCm Software: Part 1 Transcript [00:00:00] Andrew Zigler: Joining me is Anush Elangovan, VP of AI software at AMD. And when people talk about AI compute, the conversation often stops at hardware specs, but it's more than just physical chips that win the game. It's also the software ecosystems supporting them. [00:00:18] Andrew Zigler: The prevailing strategy in the industry has been to build something like a walled garden. You know, something closed, proprietary locks, developers in. But AMD is betting on an entirely different play, open source acceleration, and with rock, their open source AI software stack. AMD is building not just hardware parity, but an innovation flywheel that's powered by the community with interoperability and the freedom to scale without all of that pesky lockin. [00:00:48] Andrew Zigler: And in this world, speed is your moat and how fast you can innovate while your platform remains open, flexible, and standardize across all of its applications. That's what we're gonna explore [00:01:00] today. So Anush, I'm really excited to have you here. Welcome to Dev Interrupted. [00:01:04] Anush Elangovan: Thanks for having me. Uh, super excited to chat about it. [00:01:07] Andrew Zigler: Amazing. Well, let's go ahead and dive right in with kind of what I laid it out with in the beginning, the idea of the moat and it being about speed. I wanna unpack that a bit because that came from you when you and I first spoke. And I, and I want to know, you know, how do you define speed inside of AMD beyond just things like hardware, benchmarks. [00:01:27] Anush Elangovan: Yeah, that's a very good question. So when we typically talk about speed, everyone's like, Hey, hardware benchmark specs, right? Like, uh, memory bandwidth or, or flops. And that is one important part of it, uh, AMD does very well. With that, we do have, a, a very good history of executing on that axis. [00:01:47] Anush Elangovan: But when I say speed is the moat, it is about, uh, how we prepare, how we build the muscle to run the race for a long time and run it fast. And it is [00:02:00] not about a single point in time that you've, you've beat some you know, benchmark and, and you declare victory. It's about building the ability to consistently develop and deliver. [00:02:13] Anush Elangovan: Both hardware and software innovation at scale and do it fast, right? Like, you know, we we're increasingly getting to a point where models come out and they're, uh, you know, a year or two ago it was like, Hey, they work on AMD on day zero, which is great, but now they are performing on AMD the day it releases, right? [00:02:32] Anush Elangovan: So, what does it take to Prefetch where the industry is going? Be prepared to intercept. At that point is what you know, I, I refer to as you know, the, the speed factor in, in creating this mode, right? And the mode is just shed all things that hold you back and run as fast as you can. [00:02:53] Anush Elangovan: Uh, because the pace of innovation that is, uh, being seen in, in AI [00:03:00] industries is just. Amazing. Right? And it's like, it's transformational at at how you generate electricity. It's transformational as at how you build data centers. It's transformational at how you deploy compute, networking. It's transformational at what kind of use cases you, you know, uh, use AI for. [00:03:17] Anush Elangovan: Uh, and for that, you need to be prepared to, see what comes tomorrow and be prepared to run the race tomorrow. [00:03:23] Andrew Zigler: Yeah, it's a really great perspective because it highlights that it's not just like a checkpoint that you run through. I like how you called out, like it's not just hitting that benchmark or being the best in class at that moment, in that snapshot, it's about having a. The throughput and about having that dedication to the idea and continuing to deliver on it. [00:03:43] Andrew Zigler: It's not just crossing the threshold, but it's also being the engine. And that's what, that's what protects a business. That is the moat, because the moat is that innovation layer, the faster and more, uh, future forward. That you can work and think, [00:04:00] you know, the better. Uh, we, we talk a lot about like future forward work styles. [00:04:04] Andrew Zigler: Like what are the things I could be doing right now today that are gonna be like, way more useful tomorrow? Let, let's abandon those, workflows that are older and that kind of like, that translates into. An advantage when you work that way. You know, what kind of things have you learned working with, uh, like across all spectrums of people who would use ROCm, right? [00:04:23] Andrew Zigler: You have like the developers, but then you also have the enterprises and you have this large span of adoptees, right? So what is the, what does that look like that you learn? [00:04:32] Anush Elangovan: Yeah, so, so the way I look at it is there are gonna be pockets of different, uh, you know, cadences, right? Like, so people who are deploying in enterprises, for example, right? The validation and how long it takes for them to deploy an LLM that's secure. It's, with guardrails, et cetera, maybe longer. [00:04:52] Anush Elangovan: but you still have to go through the process and you have to be prepared to like, walk that walk to deploy an enterprises. That doesn't mean it's [00:05:00] not fast, that's as fast as you can do for that industry, right? And if you are deploying AI in healthcare, right, it's, it's got its own, uh, cycle. [00:05:07] Anush Elangovan: but in each one of these, you want to see how, like, go down to the essence of what is it that you actually have to do. And, you know, I, I, I like how you framed it. It's like it's, you shed your prior assumptions of how things are done, right. And, and you kind of build up from a, uh, first principles, uh, approach to say, this is how I could use AI to unlock, whatever I'm doing. [00:05:33] Anush Elangovan: And, and, some of it, you know, it's good to really step back and look at. Just question every part of it, right? Like right now you're getting chat GPT and, Gemini competing for like, math, olympiads and, and, uh, college, uh, reasoning, uh, tests. Right? And, and those are like that, that is amazing and increasingly like complex tasks that they're trying to do. [00:05:58] Anush Elangovan: But there may also be like. [00:06:00] More mundane things that AI could, could get applied to. Right? And, and so when we think about shedding old ways, you wanna shed it not just in like the tip of the spear. It's like, you know, I'm gonna see what's the frontier model. It's also, it could be something as simple as. [00:06:18] Anush Elangovan: How do you choose a, a movie, uh, you know, like a recommendation system, right? Or, or, uh, an automated, uh, flight, uh, rebooking system. So the moment, you know, your flight is late, uh, right now it's a notification, right? It's like, oh, you got a text message saying your flight's late. And I got that like three times this week. [00:06:38] Anush Elangovan: But anyway, uh, and, and, and, and, I was just like, okay, so if I were to rethink this. All this MCPs that we have that should be hooked up into an MCP that says, your flight's delayed. Here are your options. If you want, you know, these are the paid options. Yeah. Here are the free options. This will get you back into your you know, Toronto airport [00:07:00] tonight. [00:07:00] Anush Elangovan: Or if you stay, here's a hotel plus this, plus this, plus. It's just like, go ahead is all I should say. Versus now I'm like, okay, can someone, you know, can I call a travel agent? Can I do this? Can I go online and log into And you know, so we gotta fundamentally rethink even those like small, nuances of, things that we do that can be automated out and AI is really, really good at doing something like this, right? Maybe I just explained an AI startup idea right now. Somebody should just start that. [00:07:29] Andrew Zigler: I think you did. Yeah, you definitely did. Someone, one of our listeners is definitely going to lift that off of you. I, I, I, you know, I hate being on the receiving end of those. You feel a little helpless and then you have to like, follow the whole flow. So I know what you mean. Like I, I like how you called out that the build and this like. [00:07:45] Andrew Zigler: Where speed is your moat and the innovation layer is protecting you, is what makes you better than your competitors. How you scale that and you bring that to market. So by understanding the problems that you're solving, uh, throwing away those older assumptions, but also [00:08:00] recognizing that like. We're building every single day, new things and new ways of using stuff that we're still figuring out the implications of. [00:08:08] Andrew Zigler: And so when you have a lot of velocity and you're introducing a lot of new ideas, and maybe you have that workflow now that automatically rebook your flight off of your late flight text message, and uh, I know I would certainly use it, but you know, what kind of philosophies guide the way that y'all think about building this ecosystem to manage that stability while letting folks. [00:08:29] Andrew Zigler: Play with the speed and the assumptions and the airplane re bookings. [00:08:34] Anush Elangovan: so, so I think, you know, we need to peel one layer down, right? and the philosophy is, Hey, we, we just discovered electricity, right? And you know what we're gonna do? We are gonna make motors, uh, or dynamos, right? Like engines. Uh, sure. We don't know if it's gonna be a Ferrari that you're gonna make, or it's a a a a dump truck. [00:08:57] Anush Elangovan: That's good for doing this. But let's [00:09:00] let, which is also required, right? You need a dump truck. You need a garbage truck. And, [00:09:04] Andrew Zigler: Yeah. You need the [00:09:04] Anush Elangovan: course you need, uh, a Ferrari for a midlife crisis, right? So, [00:09:09] Andrew Zigler: precisely. [00:09:10] Anush Elangovan: But, but my, uh, point is what do we build next? And, uh, and this is what I meant by like, okay, let's, let's take those baby steps to build the. [00:09:20] Anush Elangovan: Infrastructure that's required that we know we'll have to use, right? So, so if I just discovered electricity, okay, great. Now one, how do I save this electricity and how do I use it? So there's battery technology, so you need to do something like that, right? Like so. But then you also want to make it into an actionable thing. [00:09:37] Anush Elangovan: You want to make it for like automobiles, or you wanna use it for, you know, powering, uh, entire cities. So it is that transformational. So, uh, AI is that transformational. So, if you distill down, it'll, it'll come down to how do we think about, what we can do with this this fundamental technology that, We may not be aware of what it [00:10:00] is gonna unlock next, but at least you know the next step is clear, right? It's like a dense fog, you know, it's gonna be like, it, it's the right path. You see the light, but it's kind of like out there and, and the steps you're taking are concrete and you're like, okay, this is good. [00:10:16] Anush Elangovan: I, this is better than where I was or where we were. So we are moving forward. So you can build with the. Intuition from what you see in the short term and a tactical view, but towards what you think the future is gonna be. [00:10:28] Andrew Zigler: Right. You almost like we're all in this like fog of war, right? And like you said, you're reaching out and you're trying to step through it. You could think of it too, as like you're in the dark and your hands are up in front of you and you know that. You're, you're not gonna run your face into a wall because your hands are out in front of you, but you're not gonna maybe do much better than that. [00:10:45] Andrew Zigler: So that's kind of like, I think the eco, the, the industry, the world that we find ourselves in, uh, and we all have to, then this becomes the power of an ecosystem, of a group of people working together to create that layer of, [00:11:00] uh, of establishing the [00:11:01] Anush Elangovan: exactly. And I, I, I just, instead of, you know, saying fog of war I describe it as like, you're in this. Beautiful valley with like a morning, uh, fog that's in. You can smell the flowers. You, you hear the birds. You are like, okay, it's, we are in like, uh, utopian paradise and yes, I just need to like, continue the walk, right? [00:11:24] Anush Elangovan: and then move forward with that, conviction that you're in the right spot. [00:11:27] Andrew Zigler: Yeah. So let's talk about that ecosystem world. This nice, I love how you describe it, this grassy side of a hill in the morning that's covered in some mist and maybe we can't see 30 feet in one direction, but it sure is a beautiful hill and it smells nice. And so we're all here. And why is, in that world, why is. [00:11:44] Andrew Zigler: You know, open source, their strategic advantage that y'all are going for in the AI hardware market. And, and then how does like ROCm turn that into wins for people within that ecosystem? [00:11:56] Anush Elangovan: you know, the, the way we look at it is this, is kind of like how I view [00:12:00] AI and the ecosystem, right? But, but it is for everyone to enjoy. Uh, and so we do want to make sure that. You know, it is, uh, beneficial for everyone. [00:12:09] Anush Elangovan: The ecosystem can come in and, and innovate. It's an open innovation engine. and uh, it is very different from, you know, having a walled garden with, Hey, only I know how to do this and I'm gonna do it and throw it over the fence and you can use it or keep walking, right? So we'd like to be good citizens that way, but also. [00:12:30] Anush Elangovan: Uh, it is self-fulfilling in a way, right? Like it, the, the pace at which we innovate with open source is unmatched. Like, you know, our serving engines are like VLLM and, and sg l. Those things, uh, those frameworks are like super, super aggressive in terms of how fast they come out with features and how fast they can you know, get performant models out. [00:12:52] Anush Elangovan: And that compared with what, uh, you'd get from, you know, the likes of like T-R-T-L-L-M or something is always lagging, right? Because you [00:13:00] just can't keep up with you know, 200 commits a week just on one particular model to get that model really performant [00:13:06] Andrew Zigler: And, and, and in that world where, you know, everyone can enjoy the winds of this, what kind of customer stories or innovation stories have really stood out to you and excite you about building and creating this place for developers? [00:13:19] Anush Elangovan: Yeah. So I think the parts that are super exciting for me are when when we get to see a customer that is first skeptical. Then they start a little like, okay, fine, we'll give you a chance. Uh, we do a simple, uh, POC and then they're like, huh, this seems to work. Yeah, we told you it works. [00:13:42] Anush Elangovan: You don't have to change one line of code. Really? Yes, no need to change one line of code. Okay, let's try a production workload. So then they try it. Oh, you're more performant than the competition. Yes. We're more performant than, than the competition. So how much does it cost? And we're like, oh, it's your TCO is better with, uh, [00:14:00] AMD. [00:14:00] Anush Elangovan: So again, they're like, wow, okay, good. So now how do we deploy at scale? And then we go deploy it at scale. And when they give a thumbs up on that and they say, this is good, right? That's when you know, you, you see it go full circle from like, oh, we, we've never heard about AMD to like actually deploy to tens of thousands of GPUs In the order of a few months, right? It, it, it really is fascinating to see and very exciting and invigorating to [00:14:28] Andrew Zigler: Yeah. At like a great exposure to a lot of interesting problems. And, and then people using the infrastructure, the, the technology available to solve those problems. Really specific problems by the way, that's often why they're bringing their data and AI to it, uh, is because it is really specific and important for them. [00:14:45] Andrew Zigler: And there's a, a lot I think that other engineering orgs can learn and even emulate from AMD's success and, and having this open source ecosystem and it causing this acceleration within. You [00:15:00] know, uh, customers and enterprises that use and adopt the tools and, and, and that creates an advantage. And that goes back to why we're talking and like the real thesis of our conversation today. [00:15:10] Andrew Zigler: So how do you think engineering leaders that are listening to this and obviously tapping into this great success AMD has from an open source flywheel, how do you think other, other folks building in the same space can foster that open, first, that open source oriented culture in order to, you know, accelerate their innovation goals? [00:15:29] Anush Elangovan: Yeah, that's a very good question. So the startup that um, was acquired by AMD we, we built, I mean, we started off doing iot stuff and you know, smart ring and all that, right? But in the, the end of like, uh, and not the end, the last six years of the company was building ML compilers. [00:15:47] Anush Elangovan: And ml, ML compilers are like super, uh, complicated, sophisticated, advanced algorithms, dah, dah, dah. but it was all open source, right? So our VCs were like, wait, what do you mean your core [00:16:00] IP is open source? And um, the speed is the moat applied even then, right? It was just like, yes, if you have an idea that. [00:16:08] Anush Elangovan: Because someone saw this idea that you are, they're gonna be able to catch up, then you probably have the wrong idea anyway. But if they are, you know, you execute and they're gonna catch up, that you should assume they're gonna catch up. Right? So you gotta move forward. So keeping it open source is super important. [00:16:25] Anush Elangovan: But also to your question on like, you know, the learnings from an AMD standpoint, right? If there are, hard problems, I'd say dig in and work through it, right? Like there's no way but through it, right? That should be the simple mentality. And more, uh, frequently than not. you'll see that you'll just make it through in a, in, in good form. [00:16:52] Anush Elangovan: But if you doubt it and you're like, oh, I don't know if I should commit, if I'm, I, you know, what should just commit to do the right thing [00:17:00] every step, right? Every step, and just keep taking one step in front of the other. And in no time you'll see that you'll be running. Right. And, and yes, the first few steps will be like, yeah, everyone's complaining about your software quality. [00:17:15] Anush Elangovan: Everyone's complaining about this and that, and it doesn't work. And, and a few steps in, you know, you get, you get the hang of all the complaints that are coming in. You get the feedback loop. You're like, okay, what, what are you prioritizing again? One step in front of the other, right? You just keep knocking that out and then you get to a point where you're, it just becomes second nature, right? To do the, to do the right thing. And, and then yes, if someone gives you two options, you'll be like, fine. This is, uh, you know, there's always the resource trade off. There's always a human capital trade off, but what's the right thing to do? of course, I, I'm pragmatic about what we choose, but, but if the right thing for your long-term success is dig in, go first, principles, make it [00:18:00] happen. [00:18:00] Anush Elangovan: Well. Then just go for that. There's, there is no shortcut to [00:18:04] Andrew Zigler: acknowledging, you know, how it aligns with your mission, your core company goals, and what you're looking to achieve. And, and I, I love how you rightfully called out that in the open source world and you know, you have your technology that you've built, what you think is your moat upon, right? [00:18:22] Andrew Zigler: It's your code and, and to open source that, or to just make it where anyone could peer in is, you know. Scary in one regard, but two, it just kind of feels like you're handing away your throne room in some kind of sense, a very direct feeling sense. But the ultimately, you were really right to call out, and this is something I think about all the time, that the real power there is still the speed This the speed. [00:18:42] Andrew Zigler: That was the moat at the beginning of our conversation. It's the speed in combination with your. Very specific domain understanding of what you're building and what you're creating, and your new role as the steward of that world and how people plug into it, which [00:19:00] has frankly, a lot more influence and power than lording over a closed. [00:19:04] Andrew Zigler: You know, repository or an ecosystem, and like you said, like throwing things over the wall. Sure. There, there might be people always on the other side of that wall, but you're not gonna have a great connection with them. You're not gonna be able to really clearly understand them. I, I like your metaphor of the side of the field of the mountain a lot more. [00:19:23] Andrew Zigler: But, but in the, in this world, you know, where. That speed is, is the power and, and open source is just one way that you can harness that speed to get really far ahead and to innovate. , There's other parts of this equation that you can be experimenting with too, and I'd love to pick your brain about them as a software leader and, and, and one of them is about looking forward and kind of understanding that future that we're all building towards and beyond today's models and hardware. [00:19:48] Andrew Zigler: You know, what do you see as the next major bottleneck or opportunity in the AI compute space? As, as you know, enterprises and folks start to get a little more mature about what's available to [00:20:00] them. [00:20:00] Anush Elangovan: Yeah, I think, the bottleneck and opportunity is, uh, what I'd call, call walking the last mile of ai. Right. Uh, and like I I, I gave you an example, uh, previously, but, but it's similar to that. It's like there are cases where Humans have so many, uh, things to do in your day. You know, like the, if we sit down and actually had a customer focus like, okay, these customers lives, I'm gonna save four hours of this customer's life. And if you actually sit down and look at all of that, it'll be. Easily automatable, easily you know, uh, applicable, uh, for ai, right? [00:20:39] Anush Elangovan: Like, but then making it happen is gonna take a little bit, right? It's like maybe it's, uh, paying your utility bill, right? Or something like that, right? Or, or, your healthcare explanation of benefits. Uh, like, I'm sure you get an explanation of benefits, and I'm like, I, I don't even know what that thing is. [00:20:55] Anush Elangovan: It's just like EOB and like. [00:20:57] Andrew Zigler: it's a big, a big old PDF. Yeah, [00:21:00] exactly. [00:21:01] Anush Elangovan: Like, like, I'm like great straight to the, uh, shredder, right? And but that could be, you know, automated with the ai, right? It, it, it'd be like, Hey, the summary of this thing is you went and visited this day. Everything is okay. Everything is paid for, so don't worry, it's not a bill. [00:21:17] Anush Elangovan: That again, the same, uh, thing, but the sense of what that information overload is could be. Digested by ai, uh, accumulated over time and retrieved when you need it. Like, I don't, I actually don't even need to know this EOB right now, unless of course, whenever I need to know it, that maybe, you know, like for some benefits I need to figure out what do, what did I do over the past year and how do I apply it? I know Rivian and Wassym Bensaid can fix this. I know it takes time, but itโ€™s time. There is no other software out there like Rivian. They have made their own way in the vehicle software world. But, we have to stop calling out fixes when things arenโ€™t fixed. I love this company. And everything they stand for. But itโ€™s really time for it to be pulled together. I have offered to help in any way possible with getting software bugs fixed, noticed, etc., and here we are. I still stand fully committed to helping them. But below is a video of just a few things that still havenโ€™t been fixed yet. Yes, I know, it takes time, yes, itโ€™s easier said than done. I get it. Here is a list of bugs and SW issues still around: Tilt mirrors, still getting stuck in the downward position regularly, or they donโ€™t tilt at all. This has been noted as โ€œFixed,โ€ but itโ€™s not. This was released in SW 2025.06 -3/11/25 with a dedicated fix in 2025.10. Auto seat climate icon: this is supposed to change the DISPLAYED heated or ventilation seat based on outside temperature, but itโ€™s NEVER worked since it was introduced in SW 2024.47 12/18/24. This is still one that needs addressing or just give us true Auto seat climate where it runs based on the climate system. Apple Music: this one is a tricky one, but it still exists. My library doesnโ€™t load, sometimes not at all, it doesnโ€™t remember my last track, or it takes a long time to get music playing. Apple and Android donโ€™t always play nice together, but it still needs improvement and optimizing. Fog lights: are hit or miss now. Sometimes they work, sometimes they donโ€™t. This happened more frequently after a software update in Feb. Incoming phone call ringer volume: my phone is always on vibrate; however, when I do receive a phone call, the entire car rings at volume 9000. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ like why? A subtle chime or whatever they want to use is fine. But turn the volume downโ€ฆโ€ฆ PLEASE. LOL there is no way no one has experienced this. Driver +: itโ€™s sometimes too aggressive with where it โ€œTHINKSโ€ it is in the lane vs where it ACTUALLY is. This needs fine-tuning. It will try to push me over in the lane as if I drifted out of the lane when Iโ€™m dead center. However, being Gen 1, I think this might be what it is. Mobile app: can we get a fix for the laggy scrolling within the app? This was introduced with mobile app 3.0. Version 3.1.0 is out and itโ€™s still laggy scrolling. Multi-vehicle support: this needs to come IMMEDIATELY; the experience when you own more than one R1 is less than stellar. Way too many times I get in the opposite R1 and forget to swap to that car and get the dreaded โ€œ key not detectedโ€ to then have to pull out my phone, open the app, and swap to that R1. We really need the app to be able to handle more than one authentication for driving and profile swapping at a time. Itโ€™s time. With R2 less than a year away, we need this now so the โ€œbugsโ€ can be squashed by time R2 gets here, which will be many peopleโ€™s second Rivian. Overall system stability: you guys have come so far, but there is still more work to do. The HVAC control screen has GREATLY improved. Now we need that throughout the entire experience. That level of snappy, crisp feel. Again, Iโ€™m fully confident they can do this. Iโ€™m willing to help in any way I can. I just want the best experience possible for every Rivian owner. Iโ€™m willing to work hand-in-hand with Rivian on finding SW bugs and reporting and testing them fully on my vehicle. Wassym Bensaid, feel free to contact me to discuss further and continue the great work! Pioneers Build Up Society Good Example Global Pioneers, how are you doing? Today is Saturday. I feel very good. From yesterday, I started to change my routine. I donโ€™t use my phone as often, because if we always use the phone, we cannot focus on our daily life. From the monkโ€™s teaching about mindfulness, starting from the morning, I began to practice this, and I feel very good. When I wake up, I have more time. I do massage, clean my homeโ€”daily cleaningโ€”do laundry, work out, practice yoga and meditation, and I also have time with my daughter. We go outside together. Actually, outside is very cold. The weather is around 20 degrees centigrade right now. It is about 6:20โ€“6:30 in the evening, and you can see it is very beautiful outside. What I want to share with you is that it is very important to manage our daily life and our priorities. Right now, we really need to focus on our current life, not always put all our time on the phone. For me, before, I spent most of my time on the phone. I read a lot of information, I wrote a lot, and I answered many questions in the groups. But now, you may notice I didnโ€™t post much these two days. This is not because I donโ€™t care. It is because I am busy with my daily life and also spending family time with my daughter. And I think this is what we should pay attention for all pioneers as a good family member and society good example. Because for our GCV community and the Pi Network community, we have many pioneersโ€”10 million, 20 million, 30 million, 40 million, 50 million, 60 million, even 70 million right now. Every pioneer has their own daily life. So how should we think about Pi Network and GCV? As I said before, GCV has already succeeded. But right now, what everyone is waiting for is the Pi Network full open success. How can we reach that? Actually, the infrastructure is ready. The technology is ready. GCV is ready. So what is next? I believe the Core Team is still working on compliance and regulation. That part is their responsibility. But for our community, what is most important is unity. Pioneers need to calm down and be patient. If you can participate in building GCV value or the ecosystem, that is very great. If you cannot, it is still okay. Please focus on your daily life and keep yourself healthy and positive. Being healthy, being happy, and having a good relationship with your family is very important. When your family supports you, they support you as a pioneer. And if you do very well as a good example in your family, maybe they will also join as pioneers. This is very important, because in this way we also get support from society to support Pi Network. Right now our goal is Pi Network success soon and long term safety. If you can, please try to repost our educational information and our activities. We have many activities. We have very good pioneers, great ambassadors, and special envoys from many countries. They are doing a very amazing job. Please take some time to repost. But you donโ€™t need to spend a long time on your phone. Just read the important information. As I said, it is not good to read too much information, because some information is fake and can make you confused. You donโ€™t need to read a lot. For example, you can read my articles, Mr. Jojo's articles, and also information from Ms. Lumari, Ms. Donny Padaja, and Mr. Jason Wong. I think 20 minutes every day is enough. Then spend 10 minutes to repost. If we can do this, we can reach full open very fast. Pioneers will become calm and settled. There will be less negative energy in our community. Our community should be dynamic and positive, and that positive energy can accelerate our progress toward fully OM. When that happens, investors will have confidence in us. Please remember, we must have a long-term vision. Pioneers are people should have a long-term vision. This is not just about going to exchange market selling Pi in the market. This is not our destination. This is only a bridge to our destination. Please remember that. Now, it is dinner time for me. I need to have my dinner, and I hope everyone is enjoying your weekend. Please pay attention to your healthโ€”do some workout, meditation, maybe yoga because they can motivate you have good energy. Keeping healthy is very important, because we will have financial freedom in the future. You must have a good body to enjoy it, and also good relationships and a happy family to truly enjoy life. So it is very important to focus on your current life. Thank you so much. Have a nice day. Doris Yin ๐Ÿชท๐Ÿชท๐Ÿชท Jan 31st 2026

A heartfelt report from three deeply introverted and lucky Omelettes โ€” Though we couldnโ€™t find the words in that fleeting moment on stage, we hope these three posts can speak for our hearts, carrying all the love we so badly wanted to give her, loud and clear. I was invited by the TrendForOrm CNFC to write a report after being chosen to go on stage. It was because of Orm that I first got into Thai GL, and she was the first celebrity I ever followed offline. I fell for her in early July last year because of that iconic scene in The Secret of Us, and up to now, the Macau event was only the second live show Iโ€™ve attended. After going to the Hong Kong premiere, I havenโ€™t had time to attend more. Compared to other fans, Iโ€™ve followed very few events. So this meet-and-greet was a reunion after eight long months, a moment with deep meaning before I even got lucky. Now that I was chosen and called on stage, itโ€™s a memory Iโ€™ll treasure forever. Normally, I have the worst luck. I always seem to draw the worst lot, have rolled four consecutive ones with dice, and just before the fan meeting, my flight was delayed and my train was an hour late. I almost missed the plane altogether. So, honestly, I didnโ€™t expect to be picked. When they announced M01 zone, row D, I felt nothingโ€”Iโ€™ve grown used to chances brushing past me without landing. But when I heard โ€œ17,โ€ I almost cried. Everyone was looking at me, congratulating me. I had my hand over my mouth, still not believing it was me. Then I noticed the host seemed to be looking for me, so I quickly raised my hand. I was so nervous!! My hands were shaking, my legs were weak, and when the spotlight hit me, I froze. Iโ€™m really introverted, so I was overwhelmed with anxietyโ€”I was scared... but also incredibly excited. Even though it wasnโ€™t our first time meeting or the first time we exchanged smiles, I still found myself nervous standing beside you again. In my heart, I quietly said, "Itโ€™s been a while, baby." (I posted this on my WeChat Moments at 4PM! So please believeโ€”some things are just meant to be.) Standing there with the other two fans, we instinctively said, โ€œIโ€™m so nervous, what do we do?โ€ and laughed. We were all so introverted and nervous that none of us dared to touch the mic. Maybe I missed the chance to let Orm hear my true feelings, but I believe she knowsโ€”she must know how much I love her, and how much all of us fans love her. My hands were shaking so much that I couldnโ€™t even squeeze the piping bag properlyโ€”the โ€œOrmโ€ I managed to write came out broken and uneven. Iโ€™m especially grateful to the two girls beside me who kept encouraging me, saying, โ€œDonโ€™t be nervous, youโ€™ve got this!โ€ In the end, all three of us laughed at how messy our creations were, but Orm still got the message! Even though it turned out a bit... chaotic (in a funny way!), she immediately understood our meaning. When she recognized the โ€œOmeletteโ€ reference, I felt so happy. It was an honor to represent all the Omelettes, even for just a moment, and pass our love on to Orm. After I got off the stage, I didnโ€™t even pick up my phone to record anythingโ€”I just sat there, replaying those few minutes over and over, overwhelmed by a happiness I havenโ€™t recovered from. Watching the fan support video, I was on the verge of tears. I love her so much. I hope sheโ€™ll always be shedding tears of happiness. Lastly, I want to thank the girls whoโ€™ve been sending me videos of the moment I went on stage these past few daysโ€”thank you for capturing such a happy memory. And thank you to those who remembered what I looked like and found videos of our group photo together! Omelette is such a wonderful, loving family. In the future, may we all continue to happily follow Orm together, as one united heart, through every beautiful moment ahead.โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ The other two reports๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป ORM AND YOUR HEARTBEAT #OrmSOLOMeetAtMacau #OrmKornnaphat #เธญเธญเธกเธเธฃเธ“เนŒเธ™เธ เธฑเธช orm kornnaphat๐ŸŒˆ

**Doris Yin 2025 New Year's Greetings to Pi Network Community** Dear Global Pioneers, GCV Ambassadors, and all GCV merchants, Happy New Year to everyone! Today marks the first day of 2025! I hope you all feel confident and energized as we work towards a successful OM for the Pi Network in Q1.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™โœŠโœŠโœŠ In 2024, we made significant progress within the Pi Network. This progress serves as both motivation and a foundation for the current mass KYC and migration processes, which means we can finally anticipate a deadline for the OMโ€”within a maximum of 89 days. Most likely, we will have the OM on Pi Day, which is just 72 days away. What has driven this success? GCV $314,159 has been confirmed since Pi2 Day 2024. Why am I so confident? The reasoning is straightforward, and most analysts can understand it. If GCV cannot meet the expectations set by Core Team for the long-term success of the Pi Network, they would not provide us with a deadline for OM by Pi2Day of 2025 on Pi2Day 2024 nor would they issue the recent deadline of Q1 2025. Itโ€™s important to remember that every project has its vision, mission, and goals. Considerable time and investment are put in to ensure that the project moves in the right direction. If the direction GCV does not align with their requirements, they cannot and will not give us the time frame for OM until we meet the necessary standards. Understand? Therefore, those who argue against GCV clearly lack understanding of Pi Network, and we can totally ignore them. Thereโ€™s no need to explain or respond to their questions. Our Pioneers Handbook provides a strong theoretical foundation and guidelines for GCV helping Pi Network 100% succeed without any business risk. We already have more than 5 million GCV data on the blockchain, so thereโ€™s no need to debate what is Pi value. The only GCV value is $314,159. Our Pioneerโ€™s Handbook has been updated to topic #73 and translated into 30 major languages. Pioneers who wish to live happily should obtain a copy from the Telegram International Group. It can not only boost your confidence but also bring you peace of mind. During the next 72 or 89 days, what should pioneers do? Itโ€™s simple: study the Pioneers Handbook. I recommend printing it out and reading it five times. This will contribute to the long-term success of the Pi Network, building this mindset is critical. Additionally, please share this Handbook with all your groups. It will help other pioneers develop a correct outlook on life and values. If you are a merchant or know any merchants, please also share the Pioneers Handbook and my articles about partial Pi payments at GCV. This will help both your business and your friends' businesses by leveraging the GCV community to increase exposure and attract more customers. After the OM, they can join the Pi Network Web3 blockchain, which will give them an edge over competitors. Make sure they register on MapofPi and remember to include GCV $314,159. CT needs to see how many merchants support GCV to determine how many pioneers can undergo KYC and migration. The logic here is straightforward: more GCV merchants signify lower failure risks and low policy violations. As demand for Pi increases in this region to support GCV ecosystem, this will lead to more KYC and migration opportunities in your area, including for high amounts of Pi wallets. We have witnessed already in GCV active countries which more than 10,000 or 20,000 above wallets have been migrated a lot. We achieved significant success in 2024, and I am confident that we will achieve even greater success in 2025, culminating in our OM celebration in about 2-3 months. Isnโ€™t that exciting? Please block any accounts trying to convince you that your Pi value is $10, $100, $1,000, or $100,000. Ignore the noise; If you believe them, it will only slow down your region. GCV is unshakeable, and regions that support GCV and have more merchants in the ecosystem will gain more KYC and migration opportunities. For all pioneers who are facing financial difficulties, this is your only one opportunity in life. Donโ€™t expect to still hold Pi if you choose to sell some for quick cash. Selling 10, 100, or even 1,000 Pi at this moment may entirely derail your chance for a better life because all your Pi account will be frozen. If you transfer your bought Pi from eco wallet to your own wallet, your policy violation will be tracked and all your accounts will be frozen. Any money spent to purchase Pi will be wasted. All pioneers should learn to be good citizens who respect government regulations and act honestly. Never try to take advantage of others. Greed in the Pi Network can cost you the opportunity to change your life and lose all your investment in buying Pi. I believe that most of our pioneers are honest, and you will be smart enough not to engage in harmful actions against others, the Pi Network, or yourselves. A person who knows how to navigate challenges is a hero. I wish for all pioneers to be heroes. Once again, Happy New Year! I wish all of you health, happiness, and prosperity in 2025.๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒน Doris Yin ๐Ÿชท๐Ÿชท๐Ÿชท Founder, Global GCV Movement Jan.1st, 2025

Appleโ€™s iPad โ€œCrushโ€ Ad Is Bleak, Ominous and Threatening I donโ€™t know if youโ€™ve seen Appleโ€™s just-released commercial for the โ€œNewโ€ iPad Pro, but itโ€™s pretty awful. It is dark, humorless, and feels like a not-so-thinly veiled threat to writers, musicians, game makers, developers, and artists of all kinds. โ€ฆand children, even. Iโ€™ve watched it at least five times today alone, and Iโ€™m left with one big question. โ€œWho on earth approved this?โ€ Itโ€™s absolutely baffling that the worldโ€™s largest technology company, with the worldโ€™s biggest marketing budget, thought this would be a good idea. What kind of idiotโ€”or idiots, since dozens or hundreds of people had to be involved in the writing, staging, producing, recording, and editingโ€”felt this kind of ad would somehow create a positive emotional connection with consumers? Seriously, itโ€™s terrifying. In a dank, cold warehouse, devoid of all life and humanity, an industrial crusher comes to life, and slowly starts destroying a collection of musical, philosophical, and artistic devices and instruments. For no apparent reason, everything starts getting smashed: first, a trumpet, then an arcade video game, then cans of paint, a piano, a globe, a metronome, a guitarโ€ฆ on and on it goes, obliterating everything in sight into a colorful, gooey, explosive mess. Books, camera lenses, lamps, a guitar, a sculpture, and a typewriterโ€”all tools of the liberal artsโ€”get mangled into a garbage heap as Sonny & Cher cheerfully sing, โ€œAll I ever need is you.โ€ In the penultimate moment, a goofy yellow smiley emoji becomes a bug-eyed scary-clown freak as it, too, is crushed to death. Worse, if you enable closed captions like I do by default, the video says: โ€œ[POPPING] [SPLAT]โ€ right as its eyeballs pop out of its head when Cher sings, โ€œGive me a reason to build my world around you.โ€ Itโ€™s enough to make a child cry. It has all the comforting vibes of the burnt pink teddy bear floating in the swimming pool on Breaking Bad after two planes crash in mid-air. I have so many questions (aside from simply wondering the names of the soon-to-be ex-employees who greenlit this abomination). First of all, as a trumpet player myself, I am personally offended that they made me watch a perfectly good trumpet get smashed to smithereens like itโ€™s no big deal. Why would they torture me like this? Second of all, what is the message here? No, not that โ€œthe most powerful iPad ever is also the thinnest,โ€ as the voiceover artist states in the last few seconds of the clip. I mean: what is the message? Ostensibly, pulverizing childrenโ€™s toys, arcade games, architectural models, and ceramic Angry Birds into a paste implies something like โ€œWeโ€™re taking all the best of humanity; all the collective works of Western Civilization, smashing it into pieces and putting it inside this remarkably thin device so you can have all of it in the palm of your hand.โ€ But my oh my, is there an elephant in this roomโ€ฆ heโ€™s hiding behind the monstrous destroying machine. Did anyone inside Apple realize that everyone outside Apple will recognize this imagery in a metaphorical sense, but not the one Apple intended? We donโ€™t see a crushing machine gently consolidating the greatest output of all our artistic endeavors, simply reformatted for a digital age and consumed by everyone with instant, fingertip access. We see what is painstakingly obvious to us, and the timing couldnโ€™t possibly be worse. We see a giant, soulless machine consuming our work in a very different way. Right now, AI models are training themselves on our intellectual property and even our very own personally-identifying data. We arenโ€™t the ones doing the consuming. Weโ€™re the ones being consumed. The tech industry has become one massive gaping maw, opening wide and swallowing everything in sight, chewing it up into little bits and pieces of comminuted waste, like a paper shredder or a garbage disposal. Itโ€™s destruction in its most literal form. And for what? For a newer version of the iPad that is only slightly thinner than its predecessor? For an only marginally improved version of Appleโ€™s tablet device that has been around for 14 years? For increased profits? This is a terrible look for Apple. They may as well be saying: โ€œAll your work are belong to us.โ€ Personally, I am a fan of artificial intelligence. I am eagerly embracing our robot overlords and I welcome our new CSV god (as the actual developers of AI models like to say). I look forward to the freedom and innovation that will come as a result of humanity augmenting our intelligence with AI like a force multiplier on a battlefield. But if Apple has the same perspective I do, theyโ€™re selling it in the worst possible way. When I see this video, I see that Apple is definitely crushing somethingโ€ฆ but Iโ€™m not sure what. -Crushing small companies that develop apps for the extremely heavy-handed App Store, which imposes byzantine restrictions on what they can and canโ€™t do with their own apps? -Crushing competitors by limiting what they can do on the iOS and MacOS platforms with arbitrary and capricious rules about enabling functionalities that Apple doesnโ€™t like, even if users do? -Crushing publishers and content creators with a punitive 30% fee on all subscriptions and in-app purchases? -Crushing choice and competition by not allowing app makers to make apps and programs that do the same thing that native apps already do, even if they do it better? -Crushing all human creativity and innovation by automating and systematizing everything? In the early days of the โ€œGoogle vs. Appleโ€ fight over the web and app stores, I was really concerned that Google was becoming way, way too powerful. Specifically, in 2015, when Google came up with โ€œapp streaming,โ€ they announced a desire to form a โ€œweb of apps.โ€ This was concerning. Especially when coupled with Googleโ€™s efforts to steal content from other websites and provide it to users via the โ€œknowledge graphโ€ results, ending up with the creation of โ€œzero-clickโ€ search results pages, which absolutely punished website owners and content creators. By taking the most valuable content off a website and showing it to Google users without them needing to click through to the website itself, Google had essentially stolen everybodyโ€™s intellectual property with only the most minimal attribution possible (to fend off lawsuits no doubt, but with no intention of users actually visiting the website in question anymore). โ€œGoogle is eating the internet,โ€ I thought, and said out loud, (although I probably wasnโ€™t the first person to use that phrase) But what I meant was purely an analogy. It was vague and ambiguous, almost silly. Maybe I was wrong, though: maybe itโ€™s Apple thatโ€™s doing the eating. Maybe Apple is not only gobbling up everyone elseโ€™s work, but also homogenizing itโ€”and usโ€”and forcing us to use their platform, pay their fees, abide by their rules, and constantly keep upgrading, upgrading, upgrading, to an ever-thinner iPad in order to use it. Watch the video again. This is the stuff of nightmares. To be perfectly fair, even if I were to take the commercial at face value and ignore itโ€™s off-the-charts creepiness and just stick to its one stated claimโ€”that the new iPad Pro is thinnerโ€”it still fails as a commercial. Why? Because nobody cares how thin an iPad is. Seriously. Iโ€™ve owned an iPad since 2010: that means Iโ€™ve carried around a version of Appleโ€™s already-thin tablet every day for over a dozen years. Never once have I said to myself: โ€œYou know what improvement Iโ€™d really like to see in this thing? I wish it were thinner.โ€ Never. That thought has never crossed my mind, even once. You know what has? -Better battery life. -Iโ€™d like my iPad to not get hot to the touch when I use the Apple Pencil to take notes. -I wish it wasnโ€™t so fragile: I dropped my brand-new iPad 2 back in the day when it slipped out of the arm-hold I was carrying it in, it bounced on the pavement, and the screen shattered into a thousand pieces, making it unusable. -I wish it had more storage. -I wish Apple would stop changing the type of cable connector it uses: Iโ€™ve gone from the original 30-pin connector to the Lightning connector, and now to the current USB-C/Thunderbolt connector. -I wish I could view the screen in direct sunlight. -I wish it wouldnโ€™t overheat and turn off automatically when I use it outdoors in the summertime. Those are announcements I would welcome in a new iPad Pro commercial. None of this โ€œnow even thinnerโ€ nonsense nobody needs or cares about. So, back to the commercial. In my opinion, whoever made this ad should be fired. I almost never say that about other companies, especially for good-faith marketing efforts gone wrongโ€ฆ those of us who work in marketing make mistakes sometimes, and we learn from them. But cases like this warrant a special exception. Marketing and advertising are designed to make people want to buy your products. This commercial doesnโ€™t just not make me want to buy Appleโ€™s products. It makes me not want to buy Appleโ€™s products, which is something altogether different. It turns me from someone who likes iPads into someone who is almost rethinking iPads entirely. Thatโ€™s not just a bad advertisement; itโ€™s a harmful advertisement. Appleโ€™s usually known for great commercials. The legendary 1984 Super Bowl commercial was, of course, their best. I thought โ€œHello, Iโ€™m a Macโ€ was absolutely brilliant. They have made some missteps along the way, but this one is really bad. Not even their nauseatingly preachy and woke โ€œMother Natureโ€ ad from a few years ago was this bad. Steve Jobs once said, โ€œTechnology alone is not enoughโ€”itโ€™s technology married with liberal arts, married with the humanities, that yields us the results that make our heart sing.โ€ My goodness, that last line alone is poetry itself! This ad seems to be Apple signaling that they donโ€™t believe in that anymore. And I donโ€™t think all this handwringing is an overreaction to where you could say โ€œOh, cโ€™mon, itโ€™s just a commercial! Whatโ€™s the big deal?โ€ It is a big deal. It tells you about the values of the company, and what they intend to communicate. Really, how is this the same company that used to sell iPhones by showing grandmas using FaceTime to connect with their baby grandchildren from afar during the holidays? Everything about it is wrong: even the thumbnail they chose for it (the bulging-eyed smiley face) and the fact that they gave it the title โ€œCrush!โ€ It was fun to see the reactions to the video online today. I find it fascinating that Apple shared it on YouTube but turned off the comments. On X, Tim Cook shared it Tuesday, and the video, which so richly deserves to be mocked, is getting it in spades. Some people are calling it โ€œanti-art.โ€ One user called it โ€œsoul-crushing,โ€ which was about as literal and logical a response as youโ€™d expect. It turns out Apple actually made an announcement about the commercial. In response to the (apparently unexpected) poor welcome it got, Apple wrote: โ€œWe missed the mark with this video, and weโ€™re sorry.โ€ Lame response from a tone-deaf tech behemoth, but still, they hopefully got the message. Cโ€™mon, Apple. I have seen the future, and this ainโ€™t it.

241128 NewJeans Press Conference Spaceshare Samseong COEX Center in Gangnam-gu, Seoul | 8:30 PM "Termination of the Exclusive Contract between NewJeans and ADOR" Host: To start, letโ€™s have the members introduce themselves. ๐ŸงธKim Minji: Yes, weโ€™ll begin with introductions. ๐Ÿ‘–NewJeans: Hello, we are NewJeans. ๐ŸฆฆHanni Pham: Before we begin, how about we each introduce ourselves briefly? ๐ŸฑKang Haerin: Hello, Iโ€™m Haerin. ๐ŸถDanielle Marsh: Hello, Iโ€™m Danielle. ๐ŸงธKim Minji: Hello, Iโ€™m Minji. ๐ŸฆฆHanni Pham: Hello, Iโ€™m Hanni. ๐ŸนLee Hyein: Hello, Iโ€™m Hyein. Host: Members, please feel free to take your time and share what youโ€™ve prepared. ๐ŸฆฆHanni Pham: First of all, it snowed for the first time yesterday, and the weather has gotten really cold. Thank you so much for coming to this suddenly arranged event today. We truly appreciate it, knowing how difficult it is to make time for something like this. (๐Ÿ‘–NewJeans: Thank you.) Before we get into the details, Iโ€™d like to emphasize that the YouTube Live we did in September and the content-certified letter of correction we sent to ADOR two weeks ago were decisions made and carried out collectively by all five of us. The reason weโ€™ve convened this emergency press conference is quite straightforward: the deadline for the corrections we demanded ends today at 12:00 PM. However, as of the close of business today, neither HYBE nor ADOR has shown any willingness or effort to address our demands or make any improvements. In fact, weโ€™re scheduled to leave for an overseas event tomorrow morning, flying to Japan, and we wonโ€™t be back until next week. During that time, weโ€™re deeply concerned about the possibility of HYBE or ADOR engaging in media manipulation or other tactics. To ensure our position is accurately conveyed, we discussed this matter extensively among ourselves and decided to hold this emergency press conference. The reason weโ€™ve decided to leave ADOR is very simple. Iโ€™m sure many of you hereโ€”those familiar with our situationโ€”already understand this. NewJeans is an artist under ADOR, and ADOR has an obligation to protect NewJeans. That is the most basic responsibility of a company. However, ADOR neither has the capability nor the will to fulfill this duty. Remaining with ADOR would only waste our time and continue to subject us to emotional distress. More importantly, thereโ€™s nothing for us to gain professionally by staying. For these reasons, all five of us have concluded that we have no reason to remain with ADOR. ๐ŸงธKim Minji: Yes, we hereby announce that the exclusive contract between NewJeans and ADOR will be terminated as of midnight on November 29th. Currently, however, HYBE and ADOR are playing word games, claiming that โ€œHYBE is at fault, not ADOR, so this cannot be considered a breach of contract.โ€ But as everyone knows, HYBE and ADOR are practically one and the same. The ADOR we originally worked with has changed significantly, and even the directors who were previously part of the company have all been abruptly dismissed. Now they are trying to draw a distinction between HYBE and ADOR, but ADOR has been transformed entirely to suit HYBEโ€™s preferences. Theyโ€™ve severed ties with the directors who worked so hard alongside us, and the trust we had with ADOR has completely collapsed. The claim that we should maintain our exclusive contracts with such a company is something we simply cannot accept. As such, we submitted a request for corrections regarding the breaches of contract. As mentioned earlier, the correction period ends at midnight tonight. Yesterday, you may have seen a begrudging statement from ADOR beginning with โ€œThis is in accordance with the notice of corrective measures,โ€ but it was nothing more than a superficial response with no real intent to make improvements. Theyโ€™ve also sent performative emails that fail to address a single one of the issues we raised. Weโ€™ve communicated our concerns multiple times, both through our live broadcast and the content-certified letter, but their insincere attitude has left us exhausted. Itโ€™s clear to us once again that they have no genuine regard for us and no intention of addressing our concerns. With the end of the workday and less than four hours remaining until midnight, no corrective action has been taken. Therefore, all five of us will officially terminate our exclusive contracts as of midnight on November 29th. ๐ŸถDanielle Marsh: Once our exclusive contracts are terminated, the five of us will no longer be ADOR artists. We plan to leave ADOR and freely pursue the activities we truly want to do. That said, we will proceed with all previously scheduled and contracted activities as planned. This includes our advertising commitments, which will all continue as agreed. We want to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the advertisers who have supported us, and we hope to reassure them that thereโ€™s no need to worry. Our intention in terminating our contracts is not to cause harm to anyone else, and we are determined to ensure that this does not happen. We sincerely hope to move forward without negatively impacting others in the process. ๐ŸฑKang Haerin: Iโ€™ve seen several articles regarding penalties, but we have not breached our exclusive contractโ€”not once. Weโ€™ve been doing our best in all our activities up until now, and we believe there is absolutely no reason for us to pay any penalties. On the contrary, it is ADOR and HYBE who have violated the terms of the contract, and this is precisely what has led to the current situation. Naturally, we believe the responsibility lies entirely with ADOR and HYBE. ๐ŸนLee Hyein: Finally, as of midnight tonight, the five of us may not be able to use the name โ€œNewJeansโ€ for the time being, regardless of our wishes. However, the essence of who we are as NewJeans will never change. We have no intention of giving up the name โ€œNewJeans.โ€ To some, the name โ€œNewJeansโ€ may seem like just a name or a trademark issue, but for us, itโ€™s far more than that. This name holds all the meaning of everything weโ€™ve worked on together, from the day the five of us first met until now. Thatโ€™s why we will continue to do everything we can to fully secure the rights to the name โ€œNewJeans.โ€ ๐ŸฆฆHanni Pham: We faced mistreatment not just towards us, but also including our staff. Countless preventions and contradictions, deliberate miscommunications, and manipulation regarding multiple areas. A company that no longer has any sincerity in the art and music that it's creating and is rather fixated on appearing like a well-working company despite only having thoughts about making money and don't have any conscience about the negative effect they create through their non-authentic means. This is not the type of work ethic we respect, nor want to be a part of, and to continue working under a company with no intention of protecting NewJeans would only do us harm. So that is why we, the five of us, together, have agreed to leave the ADOR. And for us to clearly express ourselves before misleading information is released and to abandon this, we have chosen to hold an emergency press conference today. ๐ŸถDanielle Marsh: Once we leave ADOR, we will aim to proceed freely with the activities that we really desire. Especially with the schedules that have already been arranged, we will try our very best to continue... and without any complications. We really wish to be able to release new music for Bunnies next year, as soon as possible, whenever. And we really hope that we have the opportunity to meet you guys from all around the world. Lastly, we are well aware that from today we may not be able to use our current name, NewJeans. However, that doesn't mean that we are giving up on the name at all. And we will continue to fight for NewJeans. Regardless of our name, just remember that NewJeans never dies. ๐ŸงธKim Minji: I believe that a personโ€™s mindset is incredibly important. I think itโ€™s courageous people who change the world and live their lives with greater independence. Having the courage to act on what you truly want, without weighing and calculating how much you can accomplish, isnโ€™t something everyone possesses. For me, it was possible because I had Bunnies, our fans, supporting me, as well as my fellow members by my side. I also drew a lot of courage from watching our CEO. On the days we worked together, I saw a CEO who always worked the hardest and was always surrounded by good people. One of the things our CEO said that stuck with me was, โ€œI want to set a precedent.โ€ That sentiment inspired me deeply and gave me great courage. In life, we hold many principles and convictions, but standing by themโ€”even at great personal costโ€”isnโ€™t easy. I believe that if you donโ€™t take initiative to solve your own challenges, nothing will change, and no one else will do it for you. Thatโ€™s why the five of us decided to hold this meeting todayโ€”to stand up and speak openly about our intentions. Of course, many challenges still lie ahead, and we donโ€™t know what obstacles we may face. But the five of us have decided to unite, gather our strength, and embrace the challenges to come. We hope youโ€™ll continue to support us and watch over our journey. Finally, I sincerely hope that environments where people can work and interact with mutual respect, free from harassment, can be created everywhere, whether itโ€™s in schools or workplaces. Thank you. ๐Ÿ“นNewsen #NewJeans #๋‰ด์ง„์Šค #NEWJEANS_NEVER_DIE

Three days ago I asked myself a dumb question. It was so stupid I was actually ashamed to Google it. Can AI earn money while I sleep? Not saving time. Not automating routine. I mean putting real money into my account while I am not looking at the screen. Everyone says ClawdBot will change how we work. Automation. Task management. Smart replies. But I was sitting in my kitchen thinking about something else entirely. You know that feeling when you look at a tool and realize everyone is using only 1% of its potential? It is like being given a race car and only using it to drive to the store for bread. I decided to test it. I started a notebook. I record everything. > Day One I started with something simple. I gave Clawdbot a task. Find wallets on Polymarket where the numbers do not add up. Where the profit is too high for the win rate. Where the result smells like a system rather than luck. It thought for 14 minutes. I had time to pour a coffee and forget about it. Then the screen flashed. 4 addresses. I scrolled through the first three in a minute. Big bets on politics. They guessed the election. Classic. On the fourth one I stopped. Not because it was the most profitable but because I did not understand what I was looking at. The wallet was not trading politics or sports or anything people write reviews about. It was trading the weather. I read it three times. Weather. Will it be 9 degrees in London tomorrow? Will it rain in Tokyo? These are markets I would not even click on by accident. Then I looked at the numbers. > It started with $27. It is now at $63,853. $27 is two trips to McDonald's. It is nothing. $63,853 is a new car or a down payment on an apartment. It is two years of someone's salary. Between those two numbers was only one thing. Thousands of bets on rain. I closed the tab. Opened it again. Checked if it was a glitch. Real dollars. On markets that look like a bad joke. > Day Two I could not get that wallet out of my head. I went to look at its transaction history. I expected to find one big win that explained everything. A lucky hurricane forecast. Instead I saw thousands of small bets. Boring. "Will the temperature in New York be above 15 degrees?" Then I noticed the detail that finally broke my brain. Its win rate: 33%. It loses more often than it wins. 2 out of 3 bets go to zero. Any normal person with that result would be posting about how the market is unfair. Yet this wallet is sitting on $63,000 in profit. How? I started deconstructing the trades. After an hour I got it. When it loses, it loses 10 or 20 cents. When it wins, it takes $1.00. Loses 9 times in a row? Lost $1.80. Wins 1 time? Got $10.00. > This is not trading. It is math that works as long as you do not interfere with your emotions. Here is how it works. Weather is one of the most predictable things on the planet. Governments invest billions in satellites. Data is updated every 2 or 3 hours. Precision to a tenth of a degree. This data is public. But Polymarket is not a weather station. It updates its markets with a delay of 6 or 8 hours. Imagine the situation. 6 AM. The weather service updated the forecast. The probability that London reaches 9 degrees tomorrow rose to 80%. Algorithms everywhere already recalculated the data. But on Polymarket the YES button is still sitting there for 10 cents. Because the market has not woken up yet. This bot sees the difference. It buys YES for 10 cents when the real probability is already 80%. It is not guessing. It is buying what is essentially already known. It just waits a day and collects the dollar. 10 cents turn into a dollar. On information available to anyone who can read weather APIs. That evening I called a friend. He has been trading for 3 years. He sits in analytical chats. Draws support levels. I asked him: "How was the last month?" "I broke even. The market is tough right now. Too much noise." I looked at the screen. A bot betting on rain with a 33% win rate. Profit: $63,853. My friend with 3 years of experience and hundreds of hours of analysis. Profit: $0. Who is doing it wrong? I am not asking you to take my word for it. The blockchain does not lie: > Day Three I decided to dig deeper. I looked at the wallet description. I expected something complex. A hedge fund. A team of developers. Secret data sources. I found one line: Claude plus public weather APIs. Ordinary Claude. The one on your phone. Connected to free weather services. No secret stations. No insiders. No millions for infrastructure. Just an AI doing what any of us could do. But we are too lazy. Or bored. Or we think it is too simple to work. If someone already built this with basic Claude and free APIs... What happens when Clawdbot gets direct access to trading? > Day Four I watched the wallet in real time. First bet: loss. Second bet: loss. Third bet: loss. I thought: this is it. The statistics are collapsing. Fourth bet: loss. Fifth bet: loss. Down $12 in an hour. I was ready to write a post about how I overestimated this. Sixth bet: Temperature in Chicago. Win. +$87. Seventh bet: Win. +$94. By evening: 9 losses. 5 wins. Daily total: +$385. No emotions. No posts about injustice. No strategy changes after a loss. Just the next bet. I wrote to my friend. The one who has been trading for 3 years. "How was your day?" "Down $200. Market makers caught my stop loss again." I looked at the screen. A bot with no posts and no loud claims. +$385 for the day on rain bets. My friend with 3 years of experience and dozens of books. Minus $200 and a post about how the system is against him. > Day Five I woke up with a thought that kept me up all night. It finally hit me. It is not about the weather. It is not about APIs. It is not that the bot is "smarter". > It is about what the bot does NOT have: an ego that hates being wrong. No urge to revenge-trade. No boredom from repetition. My friend trades against the market. He tries to be smarter than the crowd. This bot trades against human nature. And nature loses every day. Clawdbot found me this wallet in 14 minutes. The weather bot turned $27 into $63,000 on markets everyone else thinks are trash. Both use the same principle. Do something simple. Remove emotions. Repeat. I do not know when Clawdbot will start trading on its own. Maybe in a month. Maybe in a year. But I know one thing. While we discuss if it is possible... Someone already set up their bot and went to live their life. Right now as you read this. Somewhere a weather service updated a forecast. Polymarket is sleeping. The bot is already entering a position. And my friend is writing a post about how market makers do not let honest people earn. Guess who wakes up tomorrow with money in their account?

New episode: Peter Thiel on How to Build a Creative Monopoly Or what I learned from reading Zero to One for the 3rd (or 4th) time: 0:00 Every great entrepreneur is first and foremost a designer. 0:21 Long-term planning is often undervalued by our indefinite short-term world. 1:24 Founders only sell when they have no more concrete visions for the company. Definitive founders with robust plans don't sell. 2:03 A startup is the largest endeavor over which you can have definitive mastery. 3:44 Donโ€™t do anything someone else can do. 4:29 Today's best practices lead to dead ends. The best paths are new and untried. 5:05 Technology is miraculous because it allows us to do more with less, ratcheting up our fundamental capabilities to a higher level. By creating new technologies, we rewrite the plan of the world. 6:25 Indeed, the single most powerful pattern I have noticed is that successful people find value in unexpected places, and they do this by thinking about business from first principles instead of formulas. 9:16 Brilliant thinking is rare, but courage is even in shorter supply than genius. 9:53 The present is the past biting into the future. 10:37 Small groups of people bound together by a sense of mission have changed the world for the better. 11:25 This is what startup has to do: question received ideas and rethink business from scratch. 13:36 The most contrarian thing of all is not to oppose the crowd, but to think for yourself. 15:57 Creative monopoly means new products that benefit everybody and sustainable profits for its creator. 18:50 If you're interested in making things, you'll be less afraid to pursue this activity single-mindedly and thereby become incredibly good at them. 22:03 If you focus on near-term growth above all else, you miss the most important question you should be asking: Will this business still be around a decade from now? 26:30 Every monopoly dominates a large share of its market. Therefore, every startup should start with a very small market. Always err on the side of starting too small. If you think your initial market might be too big, it almost certainly is. 28:53 Competition is for losers. Avoid competition as much as possible. 29:44 The definitive person determines the one best thing to do and then does it. The definitive person strives to be great at something substantial. They strive to be a monopoly of one. 31:15 What is luck? The ability to exploit accidents. โ€” Napoleon 33:20 We do not live in a normal world. We live under a power law. And as a result, company outcomes follow a power law. A small handful of companies radically outperform all others. 34:00 If you do start your own company, you must remember the power law to operate it well. 34:05 The most important things are singular. 36:29 Making mistakes is the privilege of the active. 38:00 The best entrepreneurs know this: Every great business is built around a secret that is hidden from the outside. A great company is a conspiracy to change the world. When you share your secret, the recipient becomes a fellow conspirator. 40:54 A small company depends on great people much more than a big company does. 41:15 The founding of a company lasts as long as a company is creating new things, and it ends when creation stops. 41:25 No company has a culture. Every company is a culture. 41:48 Since time is your most valuable asset, it is odd to spend it working with people who you don't envision any long-term future together. 42:09 Recruiting is a core competency for any company. It should never be outsourced. 42:37 Your company should be a tribe of like-minded people fiercely devoted to the company mission. 44:02 Superior sales and distribution by itself can create a monopoly, even with no product differentiation. The converse is not true. 44:24 Advertising matters because it works. It works on nerds and it works on you. 44:49 Advertising doesn't exist to make you buy a product right away. It exists to embed subtle impressions that will drive sales later. 46:29 Poor sales rather than bad product is the most common cause of failure. If you can get just one distribution channel to work, you have a great business. 49:00 When Howard Hughes was awarded the Congressional Gold Medal in 1939 for his achievements in aviation, he didn't even show up to claim it. 52:00 The most important task in business, the creation of new value, cannot be reduced to a formula and applied by professionals.

Appreciation to Everyone who made the Fan Convention Possible. There are simply not enough words to express how grateful we are to everyone who became part of the Paint The Town Red Fan Convention. Over the course of two unforgettable days, we welcomed almost 1,500 attendees, with 1,200 meals distributed through the generous sponsorship of JLCENTERFLARES (ON HIATUS). Our journey began long before the event itself. Months of planning, revisions, sleepless nights, and endless preparations all led to this moment. But the real work started at 10:00 PM on 07/24, when our volunteers gathered to begin setting everything up. From that night until 4:00 AM on 07/27, after the final egress, they continued working almost nonstop. They sacrificed their sleep, endured physical exhaustion, carried heavy equipment, stood under the scorching heat for hours, and pushed through every challenge just to make sure every fan who walked into the venue had the best experience possible. As if the heat wasnโ€™t enough, the first day ended with heavy rains that damaged parts of our setup and equipment. For a while, we honestly thought we wouldnโ€™t be able to continue with Day 2. When we first submitted our proposal to SM MOA, we only had one dream: to promote JL and create a space where JL Stans could come together, celebrate, and simply enjoy being part of this community. To all our volunteers, thank you for choosing to serve instead of simply enjoying the event as fans. You gave your time, energy, and hearts without expecting anything in return. Whether you helped with setup, registration, crowd management, food distribution, cleanup, or behind-the-scenes tasks, every role mattered. This event would not have been possible without you. To all the participating fanbases and communities, thank you for taking the time to prepare and distribute your thoughtful freebies. Your passion and generosity added so much joy to the experience and made the event even more memorable for everyone who attended. To the staff of SM Mall of Asia, thank you for always being accommodating, patient, and ready to assist us whenever we needed help. Your support played an important role in making this event successful. To the hardworking crew of Tent King, thank you for carrying countless heavy metal frames and equipment from the first floor all the way to the fourth floor. We truly appreciate everything you did to help build the space that so many fans enjoyed. To our YELI Mascot Talent, thank you so much for bringing happiness wherever you went. Wearing the mascot throughout the event was never an easy task, especially under the heat and through the long hours, yet you continued to wave, dance, pose for photos, and bring smiles to everyone you met. You truly gave life to YELI, and your passion and dedication never went unnoticed. Lastly, to every fan who came, lined up, waited patiently, participated in our activities, and filled the venue with so much love and positive energy, thank you for believing in our vision. Your smiles, your excitement, and the friendships created over those two days reminded us exactly why we wanted to create this event in the first place. This fan convention was never built by one person or one team. It was built by people united by one purpose, to celebrate JL and create a place where fans can connect, and create unforgettable memories together. Every volunteer, every partner, every sponsor, every participating fanbase/community, every crew member, and every attendee became part of something truly special. What started as a simple dream became a beautiful reality because of all of you. We hope that everyone who walked into our little corner left not only with freebies or photos, but with memories they will treasure for years to come and with the feeling that they truly belonged. No matter what tomorrow brings, weโ€™ll always be grateful that we shared this journey with all of you. For JL. For JL Stans. Always. #AHOF #์•„ํ™‰ #AHOF_JL #์ œ์ด์—˜

A Confusing and Inconsistent Relationship with Cronos For years, we felt abandoned, and while we understood that this might have been necessary due to regulatory concerns, it was a breath of fresh air when Cronos was mentioned in Cryptocomโ€™s roadmap. Only for it to be removed again. Then we saw Kris listed as the head of Cronos on official Korean documentsโ€”only for it to change again within days. CRO gets advertised, then removed. Many people got involved with $CRO and Cronos specifically only because it was tied to and closely linked to Cryptocom and the fact that the relationship has only blurred and become more ambiguous over time is also not really fair to users/investors either. In fact, it's almost misleading. The relationship between Cryptocom and Cronos is so inconsistent and convoluted that it could be the plot of a Brazilian soap opera. Investors deserve better clarity and stability. 2. The Ambassador Program โ€“ Whatโ€™s the Point? I know for most this is not important, but for me as an ambassador still somewhere on the top. What is the actual purpose of the Cryptocom and Cronos ambassador programs? Communication is non-existent, engagement is minimal, and we have no real role in the chainโ€™s development. Instead, we serve as punching bags for community frustrations because no official team members are available for direct questions. If the ambassador program disappeared tomorrow, nothing would change. That says a lot. I don't even know if half of the ambassadors we have still on the chain or active at all. We could cut the current ambassadors list by 90% and they probably won't even notice. As a salt on the wound again, the gossips that ambassadors who the community never even heard of getting reimbursed while those who here and working full time for free just to keep your chain alive is outrageous. I only know one Turkish ambassador who works hard for the chain and community and that is Kaan, the rest is basically unknown and only seen complaints about them, not just wasting company money but in return swearing and complaining about Kris. How is that a good investment? I don't care how close some of them to certain top level officials, it needs a review even if its a small portion of the problems.. Start rewarding people who serve the overall success. 3. Where is the CEO? Leadership means stepping up, especially in difficult times. Yet, Kris has never taken open, unscripted questions from the community. Even the scripted AMA sessions with Steve were appreciated, but now those are gone too. Hiding during tough times and reappearing only when the market is bullish is not the leadership investors deserve. If you donโ€™t want us when things are bad, donโ€™t celebrate with us when things are good. *Moving head sideways and shaking finger 4. Cronos Labs & Grant Allocations I have no issue with Cryptocom building under the guise of Cronos Labs and receiving grants originally meant for external developers. But while itโ€™s true that many builders abused the grant system and left, that is the fault of those who approved those grantsโ€”not the current builders still here. It takes an hour of research to see whoโ€™s been building for years. If you genuinely care about Cronos, start engaging with the community. I post free aggregated Cronos news every Sundayโ€”itโ€™s not that hard to stay informed! ad: Pampa Sunday Cronos news turns 1 year this month! Whoop-whoop! 5. Cronos Token Listings & Double Standards I understand that not all Cronos-based tokens can be listed, or even any at all. However, the claim that Cryptocom is protecting retail investors by avoiding Cronos token listings is simply false. Look at the last 100 token listingsโ€”many have crashed or were outright rug. Examples? Gekko HQ is down over 99%, and $HEHE is completely abandoned. Where is the protection in that? Meanwhile, Cryptocom lists its own Cronos Labs projects despite them having little to no volume, just to keep them afloat. If you donโ€™t want to list Cronos tokens, just be honestโ€”admit that you prefer listing projects from other chains because they might attract new users. Donโ€™t act like youโ€™re protecting anyone. 6. The Marketing Budget vs. Reality Cryptocom spends an insane amount on marketing. While I donโ€™t mind the ambition, we need to be realistic. Celebrity endorsements and massive sponsorship deals are questionable at best. Did spending 10 million CRO on a golfer bring in new users? Did getting Eminem to shill investments work? The recent U.S. elections showed that celebrities hold far less influence than people think. This is a new generation, a new market, and you cannot market a crypto company like Marlboro did Formula 1 in the โ€˜70s plastering your logo all over the tracks. 7. Respect for Developers & Employees To be clear: I have immense respect for the developers and employees at Cryptocom and Cronos. The devs are not only incredibly skilled but also hardworking and kind. I have great relationships with several, and I know many would love to be closer to the community. The problem isnโ€™t them, and I urge the community not to direct frustration at them or the community managers. The real issues come from the top. 8. If Youโ€™re Still Reading, You Careโ€”Unlike Leadership If you made it this far, you care about Cryptocom and Cronos. Unfortunately, Iโ€™d bet my Al Capone LEGO set that no one from upper management will read this far. Instead, theyโ€™ll dismiss it as just another clueless community member who failed to diversify their portfolio and is now whining about $CRO instead of just buying Bitcoin. Solutions: 1. Honest and Transparent Communication - Tell us whatโ€™s working, whatโ€™s not, and what your realistic expectations are. No more smoke and mirrors. 2. Active Participation in the Cronos and Cryptocom Ecosystem - Stop relying on secondhand messages. Weโ€™re tired of hearing โ€œWeโ€™ll forward your suggestion to the teamโ€ with no follow-up. Thatโ€™s not engagement and we heard that a thousand times already. 3. Genuine Support for Cronos Builders - Instead of blindly funding in-house projects, support real builders who have been active for years. Not every project needs massive fundingโ€”simple recognition and low-cost support or even free advertisement can go a long way. 4. Better Token Listing Policies - If Cronos tokens arenโ€™t worth listing, be transparent. But if youโ€™re listing failed and abandoned projects from other chains, you owe us an explanation. 5. Accountability from Leadership - We donโ€™t expect miracles, but we do expect our CEO to engage with the community, take tough questions, and stand by us during difficult times. 6. Realistic Marketing Strategies - Stop throwing money at celebrity endorsements and ineffective ad campaigns. Focus on organic growth, community engagement, and real use cases. 7. Regular AMAs and Open Discussions - Leadership should hold at least quarterly AMAs with the community, answering real, unscripted questions. 8. More Accessible Community Engagement - Create a direct communication channel between developers, leadership, and the community, where actual feedback can be given and received. 9. Revamping the Ambassador Program - Give ambassadors a real purpose, better communication tools, and a direct line to Cryptocom to discuss community concerns.

And thatโ€™s a wrap on First Stand !! Incoming โ€œI ain't reading that, happy for u, or sorry that happenedโ€ post xD First Stand Gameplay - Was pretty happy with how the lane swaps and adjustments to Atakhan worked out. Donโ€™t know the exact number), but it felt like mostly Ruinous with games of Voracious where it made sense and no lane swaps - There was a good amount of AD/AP squishy and tank mix in each role with omega gigachad Zeka pulling out the Sylas Ahri and Akali where it made sense ๐Ÿ™ƒ - Skarner and Kalista were the outliers on priority, but teams didnโ€™t seem particularly effective with Kalistaโ€ฆ - Skarner on the other hand; will discuss with the team about larger work on him when we get back; heโ€™s too effective at too many things, while also being impotent for regular players - As announced yesterday by Greeley, weโ€™re hoping to see adaptive drafts continue with Fearless for the rest of the year, I think diversity will continue to increase as teams get better at finding lines to draft that make certain counterpick/situational champs god tier after certain champs are out; it will evolve into more of a TFT/Chess style โ€œfind the optimal line to draft with the pieces givenโ€, which the prospects are really exciting - An improvement point feels like how long it takes to end if a team gets a significant early lead; part of this is how optimal boringly slowly choking the opponent out is over 15 min, rather than changing the incentive structure so that ahead teams can make major decisive play and can end the game swiftly - Maybe an opportunity space for the futureโ€ฆ but interested in hearing peoplesโ€™ thoughts on this First Stand Experience - It was amazing and inspiring seeing how many fans were coming out to support the teams without tickets - Not only the KC fans who flew from Europe to do a meetup watch party and it was great chatting to a few, but also what felt like an unstoppable number of college girls coming out to support HLE. I think I counted about 100 wearing HLE jackets on finals day, but it was a reminder of how integrated and mainstream popular League feels in the East - As soon as the entry to the cheerfuls (signs) opened, they all charged in to go and start drawing their cards, it was honestly quite shocking the level of dedication and enthusiasm that some of these fans had, but also awesome - I canโ€™t possibly imagine something like that happening in the Westโ€ฆ - We also had the honor to play in a mini Arena tournament with a bunch of LCK Legends that have I've been watching for 15 years and didnโ€™t do too shabby; went 6th, 3rd, 2nd, but Mingyo and Sangho were too goodโ€ฆ - It will be the first and last time I get to say I killed Pray, Smeb, Kuro, Madlife, Shy on repeat :D and the players watching on stream were surprised to see the Devs were actually pretty decent LOL, which felt nice - A fan came out specifically to play with Kuro, wearing a ROX Tigers jersey and seeing the joy of getting to meet and play with your hero, she was laughing, smiling, it must have been the time of her life; itโ€™s just a reminder of how meaningful League can be and just makes us really inspired to keep working hard to make the game good Solo Q Experience and Balance - Outside of the work obligations, had some time to slam 20 Solo Q games; was pleasantly surprised by my level this time around, feels like Iโ€™m playing around solidly KR D2/D1 level, which is quite shocking, because itโ€™s not like Iโ€™m Masters level on NA right now and havenโ€™t been able to play more than 50 games in the last 6 months due to life. Probably would've won more if I wasn't such a kda player xD - Main character syndrome still feels really peak here, the person either goes 8-0 or 0-8 and is spam FFโ€™ing repeatedly, so minimizing my enemy laner impact, scaling and playing defensively to support my jungler feels most effective even though Iโ€™m playing Ori who feels like a dog champ on this server, since itโ€™s so hard to actually land QW on anyone due to their mechanics and itโ€™s risky to walk in river and so easy to die to ganks - Moving to help jungler in lost fights to avoid mental boom is the only thing that Iโ€™m finding annoying, some of these fight selections feel extremely perplexing, like Zac wanting to fight Lee at first scuttle with no prio and I end up having to sac my lane half the time to prevent them from AFKโ€™ing or soft inting because I didnโ€™t move, itโ€™s super annoyingโ€ฆ - Every post game chat also feels like at least 3 players are writing their PhD thesis, which is somewhat amusing, but also really unfortunateโ€ฆ - It feels like Lee Sin or Viego are in every game with a 30% pickrate, so if you can prevent the team from throwing and always follow them around and play secondary, they can carry, whereas on NA, Lee Sins in Diamond can't carry and suck relatively (ping hurts as well), so itโ€™s not like you can play around them reliably - It was interesting to feel again for myself just how different these champs feel in their balance state across servers, indeed in one of the press conferences there was a question about balancing decisions making no sense for the state of the champ on KR server. I can see why KR players get angry when we buff Lee because the other regions suck at him, he unironically feels 2-3% winrate stronger on KR server, same with Jayce who has a monstrous pickrate here as well - We even almost buffed Lee Sin for First Stand because heโ€™s been pretty absent from Pro, so Iโ€™m actually not quite sure what weโ€™re meant to do about thatโ€ฆ - The other thing that I forgot was how good it was to play on 2ms ping. Iโ€™m not sure whether itโ€™s net positive for the person dodging or the person hitting, but since I mostly play immobile mages, it feels like I can dodge line skillshots and range leash people more effectively, which makes Mages feel so much better, though it also means itโ€™s extremely hard to QW tag someone in a teamfight as Ori, let alone hit them with R - Iโ€™m curious if any people have done any analysis on this - I also attached typical KR Lee Sin penta ๐Ÿ˜… Anyway, back to NA tmrw, lots of work to do

If you watch this ~50 minute screen recording closely (yeah, I know, it's long; there are also some times when my computer was very slow and laggy, just skip past that part. And at one point I had to run and get my 9-month-old a new bottle and left it on a boring screen, sorry!), I believe you can see real signs of the kind of runaway, recursive AI self-improvement that people have been warning of for a while (Mr. Kurzweil most notably and prophetically). Why do I say that? What's different now? Well, there's a reason my set of agent coding tooling is called the Flywheel. These tools all mutually self-reinforce each other. And they all flow directly into my ntm tool (short for "named_tmux_manager"), which acts as a sort of integration point and nerve center for the tools (this is becoming more true by the minute as I'm now seriously working on ntm). Now, ntm was something I started making to automate some aspects of my workflow, but it was the kind of thing where, until it was perfect, it sort of just slowed me down. So I didn't actually use it even though I kept working on it and trying to improve it, and suggested to users that they try it in my tutorials. Well anyway, I finally got around to "dogfooding" ntm last night, and now it's going to get very dramatically better at an alarming rate. Some of that is from applying my "idea wizard" prompt to generate more useful features and building that stuff out and addressing obvious pain points I encountered during my newfound usage of the tool. But a lot comes from my realization that, once again, ntm's true utility is not as a tool for ME, but for an agent. That is, ntm lets one instance of Claude Code or Codex act as, well, me, do the things that I had been doing manually. Do I wish I had started using ntm earlier? No, for two big reasons: 1) Doing it manually helped me build up my intuition massively, which directly led me down the path of creating useful prompt strategies and workflows; these often began as ad-hoc prompts that I realized could be generalized and made more versatile/universal. Lesson: don't prematurely automate until you have an intimate, intuitive feel for your "core value-add loop." Otherwise you'll have a fully automated system quickly that efficiently and automatically does a stupid or otherwise sub-optimal thing. 2) My eyes have been opened to the beauty and power of Skills. I'm not talking about your garden-variety skills that are just a simple markdown file. I'm talking about true tour-de-force directories of perfectly structured and organized files that are filled with good information, insights, workflows, etc., but presented in a way that is highly optimized for consumption by AI agents, with extreme attention paid to things like perfect progressive disclosure, token density, agent-ergonomics, agent-intuitiveness, etc. And also Skills that go way beyond markdown files, with full integration into Claude Code where it makes sense via hooks, sub-agents, and even Python scripts. These kinds of skills are a qualitative difference in expressive power and usefulness and a total game changer. They are also effectively composable, creating almost an algebra of skills that let you use them together in powerful ways. I'm working on a subscription service website and CLI tool now to share what I've learned here most effectively, stay tuned for that in the coming days. Anyway, I now know what to make and how to make it. So, getting back to that screen recording, what does it show that makes me claim recursive self-improvement is here? If you keep your eye on the upper left tmux pane, that's the "controller" agent. It is using ntm to control all the other panes which are also running Claude Code (but ntm fully supports other agent types like Codex and Gemini-CLI, and it's trivially easy to mix and match them if you wanted to have, say, 8 CCs and 6 Codexes for writing the code and 3 Gemini-CLIs for reviewing code.) Now, there's nothing that crazy about this much so far. But where it starts to get very cool is that as the session continues and we encounter real-world problems, things like my ridiculously overloaded computer that keeps hanging for long periods, Claude Code instances that crash and get into a frozen, unresponsive state, it can learn from that. And you can see it using my skill writing skill to refine its ntm vibe coding skill in real time. And then take that skill and refine it to be more intuitive for itself. Or use my cass tool skill to search all the session histories to look for problems that came up and strategize how to solve them. The most useful part was when, towards the end of the session, I told it to reflect on all the things we had done and problems we encountered. One way it can usefully leverage those reflections is by improving its ntm vibe coding skill to make it cover more edge cases and exigencies. But the other, more fundamental, way is for it to conceive of and design the optimal new features and functionality for ntm itself so that the tool embodies those lessons in a first-class way. This offloads cognition from its brain onto its tooling, just like how a person can lean on spellcheck or a calculator. It codifies correct, effective reasoning at the tool level, where it's more reliable and robust and repeatable. And btw, did you notice what code base it was working on the whole time? It was none other than ntm itself! So as it worked on its own tool, it had reflections and ideas about how to further improve the tool. Now, it could have just as easily gotten those insights and ideas while using ntm to work on a different project, but the fact that it was working on itself is almost gloriously meta and recursive. So by the end, after learning from tending to a big group of agent workers (btw, I have previously emphasized doing everything in a really distributed/decentralized way, where each fungible agent gets identical marching orders that tell it to use my bv tool to find the optimal bead to work on. This does work very well, but occasionally results in some contention and overlap from thundering herd, or at least wastes time/tokens/communication in avoiding that before the agents waste time duplicating work. But in this new ntm-oriented workflow, I was able to have the controller agent in the upper left use bv itself and then optimally parcel out the instructions to each agent so that we could know for sure that there's no overlap), I ended up with a ton of new beads for new features, which I had it optimize and polish a few times. Now I can swap to a new Claude Max account and have the swarm implement all those new features! It should only take a couple passes like the one shown in the screen recording to get everything implemented. Then we can rinse and repeat, having the agent read through the full session histories of each agent and its experience from its own session in sending ntm commands and seeing how they worked out in practice, to come up with the next batch of changes to both its ntm vibe coding skill AND to the ntm tool itself. Do you see how rapidly this turns into Skynet? My mistake earlier was in focusing on making myself a "faster horse" as Henry Ford used to joke about customers wanting before he showed them what they should really want (a Model T). That is, something that would make my experience nicer while doing this agent swarm based development workflow. But the obvious lesson is that you should make all your tooling agent-first because the agents are just better at this stuff. You can still watch, and of course I did add a ridiculous number of very nice human-centric features to ntm that you'll be seeing in the next day or two, but those are really kind of "for fun" to make us humans feel better about the process. All the real value-add is happening "by agents, for agents." PS: Towards the end, you can see me switch to my Mac and tell Claude to improve the skill that I made earlier today for taking the mkv screen recording files from OBS Studio and muxing them into MP4 files for sharing, while downloading songs from YouTube to serve as the background music. I made it so it can also grab the thumbnails and generate little song credit cards that show up in the lower right corner. This worked perfectly the first time! I'll include some screenshots in a response post showing how that worked, but it was awesome to witness. Skills are POWERFUL. I'll also post a link to this video on YouTube if you prefer to watch it there.

How to Build a Proper Product Page It breaks my heart every time I see someone from Brazil, making just $200 a month, spend $40 on a test ad only to get a $2 CPC. Then, they cut the ad at $35 spend with 17 clicks and 0 conversions. Whatโ€™s even more frustrating is when I visit their site and see itโ€™s a complete mess. Itโ€™s like they didnโ€™t even try. Thatโ€™s why Iโ€™m making this post. *Disclaimer: If you're building a brand, this isnโ€™t for you. This is for testing products correctly with a website thatโ€™s good enough to convert, but if youโ€™re serious about your brand, hire a Figma designer and a developer to get things done right. As a fun fact, I tested the following product myself (In the video below) and with just one click at a $3 CPC, I got a sale with an $80 AOV (100% CVR). I paused the ads because the CPMs hit $150. If you're interested, save this product for the future. I'll share the creatives i used to ran the product with those who comment below. "jordan, stop teaching high school kids about selling reps and getting them sued by Prada or other big brands, ruining their payment gateways, and crushing their dreams." (with 5 random people only will do it, wouldn't make sense for everyone to be ripping it). Shoutout to Adrian for this one. ๐Ÿซก Back to the important stuff: Letโ€™s talk about creating a great product page. First off, ditch the โ€œBuy Nowโ€ button. By using this, you miss out on the chance to increase your Average Order Value (AOV) through upsells during checkout. Instead, replace it with an โ€œAdd to Cartโ€ button. Also, remove the quantity selector. Hardly anyone uses them on the product page, but they do in the cart. Instead, offer bundles, which you can set up using the Kaching Bundles app or your theme if it supports this feature. The cart experience is crucial, and you can optimize it using the UpCart app. Enable all its product page features so it takes over the standard Shopify cart or your themeโ€™s cart. The built-in cart systems are outdatedโ€”they donโ€™t allow upsells like UpCart does. Plus, UpCart directly opens the cart after a product is added, where the upsell option appears at the bottom, increasing your chances of boosting AOV. Pay attention to color schemes. Donโ€™t use neutral colors for headers and buttons if your product features a primary color. A yellow jacket with a black header is like pizza with raspberry syrupโ€”just doesnโ€™t work. If your product images are gray, white, or black, match those with your headers and buttons. Otherwise, play around with colors to give your page some dynamic appeal. Bookmark this site to get color palettes that match your primary color. For exact color matches, download the "ColorZilla" extension, which gives you the exact color code of whatever is under your mouse on the screen. If your product color is #6E402A, youโ€™ll know it and can match it perfectly with your header and buttons, creating a visually appealing contrast like Cider did here below. Right now, when some of you send me these websites, they look like government pages from the early 2000s. Next, consider the typography and button styles. For fonts, use Helvetica Regular for body text and Helvetica Bold for titles, both at a minimum size of 100%. Itโ€™s simple and effective. As for buttons, they should have a corner radius of 8px. To change these settings, go to the theme settings - typography/buttons and adjust the buttons and typography accordingly. Rounded buttons create a modern, inviting feel, while full square buttons can give off an outdated vibe. Even casinos in Vegas design their buildings with curves, ensuring that visitors always have a view angle that draws them back inโ€”itโ€™s all about keeping things appealing and engaging. Finally, the product page layout itself should be clean and concise. Use collapsible rows for your product descriptions. No one wants to read a novel, so keep it compact and focused. Images and videos are what sellโ€”this is why we donโ€™t use text-heavy images in our ads; they just bore people. Keep the description short, with enough information to inform but not overwhelm. If you need to include more features, put them in the FAQs sectionโ€”thatโ€™s what theyโ€™re for. The goal is to make sure that the "Add to Cart" button is visible as soon as possible once the customer lands on the product page, without overwhelming them but providing just enough informationโ€”some key benefits, high-quality images, and buying options in the bundles. Once they hit the cart, the upsells will do their job. Remember, the three essential apps for setting this up are Loox Reviews for customer feedback (use the product widget reviews at the bottom of the page before the FAQs and the rating widget just above the title), Kaching Bundles for offering package deals, and UpCart for optimizing the cart experience. Just for the record, this is to help newcomers and guide them to something taht works, me personally i don't use free themes, but this one i created could convert easily if the product, offer and ads match well. Good luck and keep testing! ๐Ÿ—ณ๐Ÿฅ‚๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿค‘

Delivering the Commencement Speech at Hertie School in the heart of Europe was a true honor. Their warm welcome, generous applause, and hopeful faces made it an unforgettable experience. As they set out on their new journey, we stood together. LEAD WITH LOVE Commencement Address Hertie School 2025 By the Former President of Mongolia, ELBEGDORJ Tsakhia Thank you to the Deans, faculty, proud families, and most of all, to the graduating class of Hertie School 2025. I have come here from more than 9,000 kilometers away to say: Congratulations, Class of 2025. When I say Class of 2025, I feel your energy! In my country, when we have this kind of celebration, we shout together: โ€œ โ€œUukhai! Uukhai!โ€ It means: Yes! We are here. Letโ€™s go! I think the whole world should know, you are here and ready. So letโ€™s try it together: Class of 2025! โ€œUukhai! Uukhai!โ€ Yes! Thatโ€™s what Iโ€™m talking about. Thatโ€™s the spirit! And that spirit tells us something true: You are never too young to lead. And, we are never too old to learn. What an honor it is to share this moment with you. I was born in western Mongolia, the youngest of eight children in a sheep herderโ€™s family. I grew up in the sharp winds of socialism, but wrapped in the deep warmth of my parentsโ€™ compassion and love, as many of you are here today. Our home stood in a long valley, surrounded by mountains. When the wind picked up, and it always did, my father would rush to fasten our ger and then ride out to help the neighbors. He moved like an arrow with wings, his horse flying across the steppe. When the storm passed and no one lost their homes, people came to thank him. I still remember the quiet pride in his smile. From those days, I learned one idea: Every good thing begins with you and grows with the help of others. Now, it is your turn. You are about to begin your journey. Seeing you here, side by side with your families and loved ones, brings me joy. What a beautiful moment of reunion, of hope, and pride. I see many mothers in the audience. In my country, we have an old saying; Always listen to your mother. The mother is always right. My father was a soldier and an infantryman during the war. Amid the smoke and chaos, he taught himself to write and sent one letter home. That letter reached my mother. And she waited five long years. Five winters and five springs. Five summers and five autumns. With only that one letter in her hands and hope in her heart. One evening, from the sunset side across the dusty plain, a horseman appeared. That was my father. This story taught me never to lose hope. No matter how long or hard the road, keep going. You will meet your happiness. Your journey will continue. Dear Class of 2025, โ€œUukhai, Uukhaiโ€ Many of you will now enter public life and work in policy, governance, or advocacy. Let me share this truth: Public service is not about power. It is about people. It is about giving more than you take. It is about helping others rise, just as others once helped you. Imagine the people providing you with everything, including their support, hope, and vote. Now, it is your turn to give back. Give people more rights. More opportunities. More freedom. When the people succeed, you succeed. My country, Mongolia, has been the only vibrant democracy between Russia and China since 1990. Our people rose for freedom after a long, hard winter, cracking through snow and ice. We did not spill a single drop of blood in our peaceful revolution. We brought democracy to one of the worldโ€™s most remote places. Today, Mongoliaโ€™s democratic example shines like a northern star across Eurasiaโ€™s vast and uncertain skies. Thanks to my peopleโ€™s trust, I became Prime Minister at thirty-five. I rushed to tell my mother, who was in her eighties. โ€œMom,โ€ I said, โ€œI became Prime Minister.โ€ She paused. โ€œWhat is a Prime Minister?โ€ She was unfamiliar with the term. In her time, leaders were called Secretaries General or Politburo members. I tried to explain. My mother listened, then said: โ€œWhatever it is, be grateful for your people. Work hard.โ€ That has guided me ever since. I believe every heartbeat carries a call for freedom. God has planted in every human heart the desire to live free. Even if that desire is crushed for a while, it rises again. In Mongolia, we speak not only for our freedom but also for the freedom of others. When I was in office, I had the opportunity to lecture at Kim Il-sung University in North Korea. They agreed on one condition: I must not mention three words: โ€œDemocracy, Human Rights, Market Economy.โ€ So I did not say those words in my lecture. Instead, I titled my talk: โ€œNo Dictatorship Lasts Forever.โ€ That title cost me my meeting with the โ€œDear Leader.โ€ But later, I was told that South Korean freedom activists had picked up my speech. They had flown it again into the North by air balloon. Words can travel farther than we imagine. You must master them. Words have more power than any other human innovation. One day, you may speak the truth in places it is forbidden. When you deal with autocrats, you must always put their people first. Dictators rarely listen to others but fear their peopleโ€™s voices and awareness. Europe, too, has shown the power of humanity. When war returned to Ukraine, Europe showed the best of itself. You welcomed millions of mothers and children by opening your homes, hospitals, and schools. You even paid in advance for buses, cars, and everything else they needed. You did not wait to be asked. You helped. That is Europe at its best. Europe has become the warm heart of humanity. You are at your best when you care and share with others. This brutal war has also been harsh on ethnic minorities inside Russia. They have been sent to the frontlines as cannon fodder. When Russia announced its first mobilization, I called on young Russian men, especially minorities. I asked them to escape death through the Mongolsโ€™ embrace and come to Mongolia. Tens of thousands did. If one less man holds a gun against Ukraine, we count that as our contribution to peace in Europe. Mongolians have a saying: โ€œThe good in history is my teacher and the bad in history is my teacher.โ€ History has taught us this: In todayโ€™s world, war has become obsolete. Every issue, no matter how difficult, can be resolved peacefully through dialogue, negotiation, and understanding. As Nelson Mandela once said, โ€œThe most powerful weapon is to sit down and talk.โ€ Today, we are no longer voiceless. We have these tools to express our concerns, grievances, and truths. But even now, some still reach for old maps to justify new aggression. President Putin once cited a Russian imperial map to claim that Ukraine belonged to his empire. Then, I responded with a map of the Great Mongol Empire. And I wrote on Twitter: โ€œAfter Putinโ€™s talk, I found a Mongolian historical map. Donโ€™t worry. We are a peaceful and free nation.โ€ That single post reached more than twelve million people worldwide. (Please follow me on โ€œX.โ€) Dear Class of 2025, This is the world we live in now, where words and knowledge can fly farther than missiles. We live in a new renaissance, when ideas are created and shared at a scale and speed unimaginable in any earlier age. But in this fast-moving world, the most critical battlefield you will ever face is yourself. If you want to serve, first, serve your conscience. If you want to build a better world, make a better you. Character is not a gift. It is something you practice every day. Build a โ€˜hope habit.โ€™ Leadership is not a title; it is a decision you make in silence and noise, in crisis and calm. So first, become the person you would want to follow. I began today by speaking of compassion. Now, let us make this moment unforgettable. Please, close your eyes. Imagine someone who loves you deeply. See their face and feel their presence. Imagine them, they are next to you. Take a slow, deep breath. Quietly, in your heart, say to them: โ€œI love you.โ€ Now, open your eyes. Breathe that love in. Let it fill you. Let it stay with you. Carry that feeling into the world. Please share it. Lead with love. Congratulations. I love you. Thank you.
