He brought affidavit of few young men who submitted a sworn statement Mkhwanazi was asked about this criminality few weeks after Paul's testimony, He dismissed O Sullivan's claims & said Paul is old What is interesting though is that since Paul O Sullivan's testimony, there has literally been no extra judiciary killings in KZN. Cyril Ramaphosa, and the entire Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Police, especially its chairperson should testify at the #MadlangaCommission. For CR: he must answer this: “can you confirm that Mchunu told you about disbandment of the Political Killings Task Team? If yes, why did you agree?” For Portfolio Committee on Police: when Mkhwanazi told you about disbandment of political killings team and Minister Mchunu argued that it was done in concert with President, why did you not probe political interference into police operations and hold the executive accountable? In the video below: Mchunu firstly says the task team can’t operate without a deadline. Secondly, he dismisses the doctrine upon which it was established- I.e. these are not “political killings”. Instead he argues they are pure crime. Then he says he has consulted the president, despite the fact that they reported to a ministerial team, and not presidential. That the president has agreed to the approach he is taking: meaning disbandment of the team. The basis Mchunu advances differs fundamentally with the Moerane Commission findings: that what is occurring in KZN are Political Killings motivated by fight over tenders, although largely “intra-party” based. Also, that there was politicisation of the police and criminal justice system. This makes a good basis for why the Political Task Killings Team was “Multidisciplinary”; inclusive of SAPS, NPA etc. and it therefore succeeded in massively reducing the political assassinations in KZN. A factor Mkhwanazi credits for why other high profile cases were added to them. The portfolio committee heard all of this. But did not probe political interference! Neither did they ask if the minister’s decision is constitutional. They simply moved on with business as usual. They too must account! Secondly, if Ramaphosa agreed with this, we ought to be told why if the Task Team had not finished with cases referred to it by this time. Especially if this team HAD NEVER HAD ANY REPORTING MEETING with Mchunu. How did he know it was no longer necessarily when he had not engaged its report? Parliament never asked any of these questions! They are complicit and must come to #MadlangaCommission to answer for their utter uselessness!

I directed the movie with my partner, and we wrote this scene where there’s a tiger. I thought in my head it would be CG. Life of Pi had come out recently, and I was like, “We’ll get the Life of Pi tiger. Put us down for one Life of Pi.” They were like, “We can’t afford that at all. We’ve got to get a real tiger.” I was like, “Oh God.” So we found a tiger wrangler in Calgary, and we had a call with him. It was so funny because he was the least confidence inspiring person you’ve ever spoken to in your entire life. I asked, “Where’d you get the tiger?” He said, “From a stripper.” We were like, “What?” He said, “She had a tiger cub as part of her act, and it got too big, so she had to get rid of it.” We asked, “Where does a stripper get a tiger?” He said, “It’s easier than you think. You could get one.” We had sent him the script, and he said, “Let’s go over the scene. You’re not shooting this at night, are you?” I said, “Yeah, the scene is set at night.” He said, “Ooh.” I asked, “Why is that bad?” He said, “Well, they hunt at night.” He asked, “Can it be during the day?” We said, “No. Is that okay?” There was a long pause, and he said, “Yeah, it’s okay. The big issue in Sean "Diddy" Combs' appeal of his convictions and 50-month prison sentence is whether Judge Arun Subramanian wrongly increased the sentence because of fraud and coercion that shouldn't have been considered under a new sentencing guideline that prohibits judges from factoring in acquitted conduct. Subramanian said when sentencing Combs last October that the fraud and coercion enhancement was based on conduct related to Combs' convictions for transportation for prostitution, instead of only relating to his acquittals for racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion. A three-judge panel at the 2nd Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals heard argument on Thursday (April 9) in New York City. Combs' lawyer Alexandra Shapiro argued Judge Subramanian cited incidents that aren't actually connected to prostitution, including Combs threatening to release sexually explicit videos of Casandra "Cassie" Ventura during a flight home from the Cannes Film Festival. "There's no evidence that, even on the airplane, they were planning a so-called freak off. And moreover, there was no evidence in the record that there was a freak off other than Ms. Ventura's testimony," Shapiro said. "Wait, wait a minute. Pause, pause, pause. You just said there was no evidence other than a witness's testimony? Which is another way of saying there was trial evidence," said Judge William J. Nardini, a 2019 Donald Trump appointee. Shapiro said "not only was this argued to the jury in the summation, but the jury sent back a note asking for quote, 'Casandra Ventura testimony regarding Cannes and the events immediately following.'" "And we know that the jury rejected the notion ... that there was coercion and connection with that incident," Shapiro said. Nardini said he thought Shapiro was "just arguing a different thing, that the defendant did not have an intent for purposes of the Mann Act ... because then you were saying there was no evidence that a freak off even happened." The judge said Shaprio's argument is going beyond lack of coercion to "now you're saying they also found that none of this even happened. And I don't see how that follows." "That's not what I said," Shapiro said. "Well, you said there was no evidence that the freak off happened, except for Ventura's testimony. And then you were trying to argue the jury necessarily rejected Ventura's testimony. And I guess you're saying, because they rejected the argument of the government, that it was her testimony showed there was coercion, they must have rejected every single thing that Ventura said," the judge said. "That's not what I said," Shapiro said again. "Well, that was the implication. So let's back up," Nardini said. "Well that's not what I meant to imply," Shapiro said. "The whole Mann Act charges were basically an afterthought at this trial. They took up almost no time. The government relied principally on these two charts. And if you look at government exhibit 1402," Shapiro said as Nardini interjected. "I understand that, and you made that point very well in your brief. So isn't your argument really that what the government is doing here is mixing and matching. You're taking evidence from the claims that were acquitted to try to support the the Mann Act sentencing for purposes of the Mann Act, but none of that was presented to the jury for purposes of the Mann Act. Is that a summation of what, where —" Nardini said. "That's fair," Shapiro said. The judges have not yet issued their ruling. It could be at least a few weeks.

So isn't your argument really that what the government is doing here is mixing and matching. You're taking evidence from the claims that were acquitted to try to support the the Mann Act sentencing for purposes of the Mann Act, but none of that was presented to the jury for purposes of the Mann Act. WHAT A MIRACLE THIS IS… On the 10th of October, he had a debilitating condition which was diagnosed to be ascending aortic aneurysm. He was paralyzed from the waist down, couldn’t feel or move his feet. He was rushed to the hospital & passed out in the hospital. He found himself in a place where he was hearing the song of God’s servant Dr Paul Enenche behind him “I’ll waste my life again and again, on you, on you; there is nothing in being wasted Lord…” As the song went on, a voice said to him that he has now conquered death & fear, as he had been praying for the grace & mantle God’s servant carries. As he was talking about organizing crusades like Dr Paul Enenche does, Dr Paul appeared to him in a white robe smiling & telling him there are dimensions he still need to attain. After this encounter, he came back to consciousness & was on Oxygen. His condition became worse, as they were to transfer him onto a stretcher to be taken into the ICU, then he heard Dr Paul Enenche shout out to him not to lie on the stretcher otherwise he will end up in the mortuary. Then he requested to be put in a wheelchair & not on the stretcher. As they wheeled him into the ICU in a wheelchair, the power of God came upon him, & he jumped out of the wheelchair on his 2 feet. The nurses asked for the man who is to be transferred to ICU, they pointed at him & all in the ICU & the hospital could not believe what had just happened. Today he is made whole, surgery canceled & paralysis healed miraculously. This God is a God of Strange Miracles

Rand Paul, R-Ky., told former top health official and scientist Dr. Anthony Fauci that there would be “repercussions” from his “refusal to testify” during a hearing Wednesday held by the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. Fauci, who was subpoenaed by Paul, the committee chair, said he would invoke the Fifth Amendment and decline to answer questions, citing Paul’s previous comments about wanting to incarcerate him. “The committee will have to consider after this hearing what appropriate action should be taken against you for the failure to testify after being directed to do so,” Paul said. “It's against the law to obstruct an investigation of Congress. There will be repercussions to your refusal to testify today.” After Paul’s comments, one of Fauci’s lawyers appeared to speak. Paul quickly said the lawyer was not recognized and threatened to remove him from the hearing. “You will respect these proceedings. You were told not to sit at the table. You insist on sitting at the table, and we told you you would not be recognized,” Paul said. “You are not invited here for testimony, sir. You are being disruptive.” After a back-and-forth between Paul and Fauci’s lawyer, Paul instructed security to remove the lawyer from the hearing. “This testimony is from Anthony Fauci. Barack Obama appears to be mobilizing the “next wave.” He said the “heart” of his Presidential Center will be “the music studio where kids are learning how to tell stories” and podcast rooms. Barack Obama appears to be mobilizing the “next wave.” He said the “heart” of his Presidential Center will be “the music studio where kids are learning how to tell stories” and podcast rooms. Not the archives. Not the presidential papers. The studios. He called it “kind of a Social Change University.” He said it will “build a community of activists.” He said visitors, including young people who don’t see themselves as activists, should leave asking, “What can I do?” and then be given “all kinds of ways” to connect with local organizations and “get active.” He framed it as a place to figure out “how do we push back.” And in that same conversation, he pointed to activists in places like Minneapolis, saying the work they’re doing matters and that it’s important to keep that energy going. Put that together.
