Villa were the most successful club in England until 1977 when Liverpool overtook our trophy count. It took man United till 1996 to do it. Just cause Ferguson turned you into giants in the 90s doesn’t make Villa a small club.

Historically, Villa were a big club. That doesn’t mean because they were ages ago they are now. United are in a mess atm but are quite clearly the bigger club. That also doesn’t mean Emery will go. Villa are in a good place and have stability. United don’t. Would be a tough call
