My message is pretty simple. No matter how weak you might feel, how unhappy you are about your body, your performance, your job, your financial status, or your relationship… It is never too late to start having positive thoughts about yourself, a positive outlook, the will to change, and a goal that you set for yourself and follow no matter what. Don’t underestimate how heavily your belief in yourself weighs on any outcome in your life. If you can’t believe in yourself, nobody else will. One of the many things that I learned during my own transformation: You can dream big about your destination, but do not force yourself to get there with an unrealistic time goal. It will only set you up for failure, or it will force you to chase shortcuts. Shortcuts usually lead to broken dreams. Take your time with whatever goal you might set for yourself. Many little steps over a long period of time will carry you much farther than large and hasty steps.

For so many of you who see this post, that framework of what you're looking for has been crushing you, not in a good way, crushing you and hurting you over the last five years. So many people are caught up in the drama and the bullshit that so many are pushing on you because they can control you when you're scared. I promise it's much more fun to choose hope and optimism, especially when it's grounded in patience, accountability, and most of all, practical truth. This is your chance to use this post to wake you up to the fact that the people that are most controlling you are the ones that scare you the most and try to infiltrate you to deploy hate and fear
