In 2008, at the peak of election violence in Zimbabwe, a grave in Chimoio, Mozambique — where women killed in the 1977 bombing were buried — began to bleed. Those in Mozambique saw it as a... sign from the spirit realm that Zimbabwe was on the wrong trajectory. Today, bees are coming out of that same grave. Now we are seeing kombis burning and killing children, people drowning in sewage. Is this another sign? Making this documentary changed my outlook on Zimbabwe. Tyranny's Grip: The June 27th Massacre. Today, we remember the victims of the June 27th state-sponsored violence that scarred our nation. On that fateful day in 2008, our country witnessed the brutal exercise of power, leaving a lasting impact on our memory. The loss of lives, destruction of property, and stripping of dignity from our people are wounds that still linger. Our movement withdrew from the June 2008 presidential runoff election due to the unprecedented levels of violence, intimidation, and repression unleashed by the regime. The violence was widespread and brutal, with over 200 people killed, thousands displaced, and many more subjected to torture, rape, and other forms of violence. Homes were burned, businesses looted, and livelihoods destroyed. It was a calculated move, a strategy to cling to power at any cost! Mugabe would stop at nothing to stay in power, thanks to the decisive power block - the military. The regime's desperation to retain power knew no bounds. The only language they understood was violence, engineered from the very same mafia that is in power today. A scorched earth policy was implemented, aimed at killing everything and anyone that resembled resistance. Bases were created, torture chambers constructed overnight, and guns were everywhere. The Zimbabwe Republic Police was rendered useless, as gun-toting goons were unleashed on the population. Blood was spilled, limbs were broken, families were scattered, and destinies were killed. The violence was a dark chapter on our nation's history, and its effects are still felt today. A nation held hostage by tyranny is a troubled nation; it has no hope! The journey to justice and freedom has been long and arduous, but we're resolute in our fight for a better Zimbabwe. We honor the memories of those who suffered and those who lost their lives, and we remain committed to building a future where citizens can all live together in peace and harmony. Compatriots! Zimbabweans are shocked to hear that South Africa’s biggest trading partner in Africa is not Zimbabwe but Mozambique. We have been fed too much propaganda about how big a partner we are to South Africa, yet we just import $2 billion worth from South Africa while South Africa and Mozambique have an $8 billion trade relationship. In my documentary I talk about how Mozambique has overtaken Zimbabwe in terms of currency management and infrastructure because Zim leaders are busy fighting to stay in power and destroying our stability, instead of building the country while Mozambiques leadership focuses on improving Mozambican lives.

Zimbabwe has become the first country in Africa to test and approve Lenacapivir, the six month HIV prevention drug in Africa. This comes after Zimbabwe was the most successful country in the world to reduce HIV by 80% in the last 10 years because it was one of the first to administer ARVs and then the single pill regime on the continent. Today Zimbabwe has an HIV infection rate of 11% from 22% on 2000. Many people have disputed Zimbabwe’s position say that its numbers are based on low data collection but the Ministry confirmed that Zimbabwe’s statistics do not come from Zimbabwe but the World Health Organization, UNICEF, PEPFAR, UNAIDS and other multilateral and global institutions.

“We cannot resolve issues of sponsors of Boko Haram that were in Buhari's government that we know. 400 people were gathered as sponsors of Boko Haram. Why is it that government has refused to try them? We arrested those people. It is my organization that actually conducted interrogation and interview. And they mentioned names. Zimbabweans are not cowards as some folks wanna put it… THEY JUST DON’T HAVE A REASON TO FIGHT ANYONE, more so President President of Zimbabwe … it’s as simple as that. This 👇🏽 is a shopping centre in Harare, people were making & spending their money AS USUAL…. The problem we have is people stuck with the image of a Zimbabwe OF LONG AGO… South Africa is far ahead of Zimbabwe, it has always been… anyone trying to draw comparisons between the two countries is just confused… That said, Zimbabwe is developing & growing under President Mnangagwa, and because of that, don’t expect anyone to successfully mobilise people against him… and most importantly, THERE IS NO Zimbabwean in Zimbabwe or outside who has more political capital that President Mnangagwa, NONE…

When we offer to give to national issues, we are not doing it to attract attention, we do it publicly to encourage others to also give to national causes so that we develop the nation collectively. Last year I gave over $20 000 to telling the story of what happened at Nyadzonia, Chimoio, Doroi and Espungbera. I also told the story of the conditions of our shrines that are being neglected in Mozambique. This saw me buying machines, tools, protective clothing and paying salaries of people who have gone sometimes for up-to 6 years without being paid salaries by our government. While we are on the topic of EMEs, or “Extraterrestrial Materialized Entities,” one of the child witnesses at Ariel School in Ruwa, Zimbabwe, described the being as running in slow motion, almost as if it were on the Moon (in terms of gravity), then glitching, reappearing at the same spot, and running again, like some sort of simulated reality. There were other strange descriptions of the beings glitching as well, almost as if they were materializing into our dimension. What is especially interesting is that they reportedly warned the children against focusing too much on technology, and this happened in 1994, when humans were nowhere near as obsessed with technology as we are today. I made a few recreation scenes...

The hug between us is coming.” The parents of hostage Alon Ohel shared this video message after seeing their son in a Hamas propaganda video: “On the eve of Rosh Hashanah we received a sign of life from our Alon, my Alon. We listened and looked at every frame to take as much as we could from it. The more we look, the more worried we become - those are not Alon’s eyes. Alon lost sight in one eye, it is clear that this eye is not functioning. We are in great anxiety about Alon’s other eye. From what we can understand, Alon’s injury has severely worsened, worsened as a result of cruel captivity and negligent treatment. The Prime Minister spoke with us in a long and sensitive conversation. We greatly appreciate this and thank him.”
