I did it all last season with my new under 12 girls team, total harmony, each player developed and I based games on performance not result, coached for 34 seasons at all levels so its never about me just the players enjoyment and opportunity

Kids should play. They don't sign up to sit on the sidelines. Plus it's no fun to be left out.

Me and Co coach have done equal game time for the past 3 seasons since we took the team on at u7s. We are mixed abilities. The improvement we have seen from some of the players we have at the bottom of our abilities scale is amazing. Give the confidence watch them grow.

Is there an age when there’s a switch to fair game time?

Did this for many years with my teams and also had them playing different positions. It Made players leave (I suspect based on parents) and the turnover of players was too much. The idea is Great but difficult to achieve
