He did not file a lawsuit. He filed paperwork. Enes Kanter Freedom, third overall pick in the 2011 draft, eleven NBA seasons, 748 games, six foot ten and 250 pounds, has declared himself eligible for the WNBA draft in April of 2027. Here is the part that makes it clever rather than merely funny. He is not claiming to be a woman. He said that "if simply declaring who you are is all that's required," then he meets every requirement, and asked only that the rules be applied equally. He went out of his way to say he is not mocking any community or anyone's personal choices. That is not a punchline. That is a compliance filing. Because this week a Fever coach said she lacked sufficient biological information to weigh in on males in women's sport, and a Valkyries forward said she would welcome a trans athlete on her team or against her team any time. Somebody wrote all of that down. So the league now has three doors, and every one of them is the story. Door one. They reject him because he is male. That concedes the category is biological, which is the sentence they have spent years refusing to say out loud, and Sophie Cunningham is owed an apology in writing. Door two. They reject him on some other ground. Age, tryouts, prior league, whatever the lawyers can find. But he meets the published criteria, and every workaround they invent is a rule they could have written for the real question and chose not to. Door three. They admit there is no written standard at all. That is the one nobody is ready for, and I suspect it is the true one. Meanwhile the phones are apparently ringing. Rumor has it Diana Nowitzka has been feeling like a woman lately and is weighing her options. Dwayna Waid is said to be intrigued. Tonya Parkes is reportedly stretching. Carmela Anthone has told people she is at peace with herself and available in April. None of that is confirmed. Neither is anything else in this story, which is the point. And so, at long last, let the tanking begin. Somewhere a front office is running the numbers on a six foot ten prospect with 748 games of NBA tape. The 2027 lottery just became the most valuable object in professional basketball. Start losing now. Thank me in April. He is never going to play in that league. He knows it. Everyone knows it. He is going to make them write down why not. That is the whole fight, and it always was. Nobody in that league has to lose a game to lose this one. They just have to answer the letter. ๐Ÿฆ‹

President Trump is being duped on polling numbers about the popularity of War with Iran and does not realize it. CNN released a clearly fake or cherry picked poll saying that almost all of MAGA supports the War. This could not be further from the truth. If you think it is, go ask a few MAGA people in your actual life their thoughts on the War. A lot of them are strongly against it. But both the mainstream media and the neocons around President Trump want him to believe these numbers. The left leaning mainstream media want him to believe these numbers because the longer this war goes on, the better it works out for Democrats in upcoming elections. The right leaning mainstream media want him to believe it because their biggest donors are very pro war in Iran. The neocons surrounding him want him to believe it because then they can have the war in the Middle East they have always pushed for. I do not think President Trump is playing 4D chess with this war. I do not think he is super pro war. I do not think he cares about the Middle East that much. I just think he is being manipulated by the people around him and he does not realize it. The best thing for President Trump and the country as a whole is that he recognizes how unpopular this disaster is, corrects course by getting the United States out of involvement, and fires anyone who has lied to him about polling around him. Now to be clear, I do think there are many in MAGA who are suddenly pro this war, but that is just the people who would believe the sky is green and grass is blue if President Trump told them to. That does not represent the majority of the MAGA base. As always, I am not the holder of truth. This is just my assessment of the current situation.

Today, I heard the most wonderful and uplifting thing. Andrew Bragg gave a commitment to leave the Liberal Party if it dropped Net Zero and exited the Paris Accord. A treaty that should never have been signed. It is the shadowy figures behind Andrew Bragg, Alex Hawke and the rest of the useless Labor/Teal-โ€œmoderateโ€-left-faction of the Liberal Party that got the party and the country into this mess. They rolled Tony Abbott, who won a mandate, promising to scrap the carbon tax. They have betrayed that promise ever since. Our energy woes have been a long time coming. We didnโ€™t just wake up one day in an energy poor and deindustrialised nation. We have been under sustained attack for decades, an attack that has been marshalled by the left of politics. They control Labor, they have ruined the Liberals and have overrun just about every institution in the country. It is why the business council, sounds the same as the Australia Institute, and they both sound the same as the Greens. We are a nation in a hole, and Bragg admitted as much in his interview on Insiders today. We really need more coal, because the energy transition is failing. It is worse than that, the transition has failed. It was a bad idea, just like the rest of Net Zero. Our predicament is the result of irresponsible governments across Australia. Labor and Liberal, both have set policies that destroyed coal as the backbone of our grid, as they duchessed the Green grifters around their respective states across Australia. They played along with whatever bad idea the Greens were spouting at the time. Close this facility, replace it with a windmill. No to nuclear. No to gas. Close it, shut it, and replace it with fantasy. Turnbull, Kean, Perrottet, Berejiklian, Andrews, Morrison Albanese, and all of the rest, on a unity ticket that flushed our energy future down the toilet. All because they were afraid to upset Greta Thunberg. Because they were afraid to upset a youth, that they allowed our institutions to indoctrinate into a cult of ignorance. The world is slowly pulling in a new direction. Because hard reality has chased down fantasy. Theyโ€™re waking up to the monorail that is โ€˜greenโ€™ energy, and ripping out the tracks. The National Party spurred by One Nation have cottoned on, and the Liberals will be dragged into the modern era, kicking and screaming. There is no doubt that if they donโ€™t drop the Net Zero cake, and all of the icing that goes with it, they will never be a party of government again. Which brings us back to Andrew Bragg. Australia would be better off if he was not pretending to oppose Labor from the Liberal benches. We need people in opposition that understand the problems we have as a nation, and how to solve them. Not people who have only ever worked in the industry of politics, sending happy snaps along the way. Bragg knows his only chance at a job in the red house is through the blue team. He knows that blue voters donโ€™t prioritise action on climate. But he sits there wasting a space advocating against the things the people that vote for him want. So if he had any decency, he would go, today. Because with friends like Andrew Bragg, you donโ€™t need enemies. I just want Australia back.

I dare Kennedy Agyepong to come out boldly and deny that he never sponsored John Mahama, some NDC parliamentary candidates, and A Plus against the NPP. The truth is that Kennedy Agyepongโ€™s actions during and after the last primaries exposed his bitterness and deep-seated resentment towards the party that made him who he is today. Instead of rallying behind the NPP after losing, he deliberately funded and supported the NDC against the partyโ€™s interest just to see it fail all because of his personal disappointment. Let no one be deceived, Kennedy Agyepong is not as innocent as he tries to appear. We all witnessed how A Plus openly confessed in a live interview after the election that Kennedy Agyepong personally called him to say the NPP was bringing money into his constituency, so he should prepare. What kind of person warns the opposition about his own partyโ€™s plans? That single act shows clearly that Kennedy Agyepong was more interested in seeing the NPP lose than in promoting unity or progress. If Kennedy Agyepong truly believes he has clean hands, he should come out publicly and deny these claims. But we all know he wonโ€™t, because the truth is stubborn. His bitterness after losing the primaries made him act against the very party he once claimed to love. Real leaders stand firm with their party in good and bad times they donโ€™t betray it out of pride and disappointment.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has finally said the quiet part out loud. Democracy, PPP-style, means: if people refuse to vote, slap them until they do. In Muzaffarabad, the Oxford educated heir of the Bhutto dynasty ordered his workers to give โ€œone or two thappadsโ€ to anyone still talking about a PTI boycott. Not debate them. Just slap them into line. Because nothing says โ€œchampion of democracyโ€ quite like turning political disagreement into a public beating. This is the same Bilawal who never stops lecturing the country about democratic values. The son of Benazir Bhutto , once sold as a symbol against dictatorship , is now casually instructing supporters to assault citizens for a political choice. The hypocrisy is almost impressive in its shamelessness. What kind of leader gets this rattled by a boycott that he has to outsource violence? What kind of โ€œprogressiveโ€ party treats voters like livestock who need a couple of slaps to remember their place? This is pure feudal instinct: ordinary people exist to obey, and if they refuse, the solution is force. The setting makes it worse. Kashmiris are still living with restrictions, unresolved grievances, and real pain. Yet Bilawalโ€™s urgent priority is not addressing any of that , it is forcing people into a managed electoral exercise so his party can claim a โ€œmandate.โ€ When they refuse, the great democrat reaches for violence. His raised voice gave the game away. The boycott is working. And instead of reflection, he reached for the oldest feudal tool available. PTI stands with the people of Kashmir , not with those who think a couple of thappads will crush political resistance. We do not take lectures on democracy from a man who confuses it with domination. The decision to boycott was already correct. Bilawalโ€™s own words have turned it into an open and shut case.

CONTEXT MATTERS!!! A lot has been said about Yusufโ€™s diary session, particularly his comment that his previous connections were good people, but he felt they lacked โ€œdepth.โ€ But before you judge his words, watch the clips. Here is Yusuf having a genuine conversation with the same people he spoke about in his Diary Session. He listened, engaged and shared parts of his own life, just like everyone else in the house does. And then watch the second clip. Yusuf is literally being mimicked and mocked by Bells while sitting right there. Imagine opening up about your life and your experiences, only for those same experiences to become something someone uses to ridicule you. So when Biggie asked Yusuf about his connections in the house, what exactly was he supposed to call that? Was he supposed to pretend everything was perfect? Was he supposed to describe a connection as deep when he personally didn't feel that depth? Yusuf was answering a question about HIS experience. He never said they were bad people. In fact, he specifically acknowledged that they were good people. He simply said he didn't enjoy having certain conversations with them because he felt they didn't connect with him on a deeper level. And somehow, that has been twisted into Yusuf believing he is better than everyone else. It is even more painful because Yusuf has never pretended to come from a life of privilege. When these Housemates sit down and talk about their lives, their families, their relationships, their struggles and their experiences, Yusuf is allowed to talk about his own life too. If your life has been easier, beautiful. If you have had opportunities Yusuf didn't have, beautiful. If you didn't have to struggle for certain things, you are blessed. But please don't assume that because you didn't experience something, somebody else must be lying about experiencing it. Yusuf has spoken about where he comes from because it is part of his story. He has spoken about the struggles, the sacrifices, the auditions, the doors that didn't open and the few that finally did. He even spoke about getting an audition with Ruth Kadiri in March and how that opportunity became significant in his journey. He isn't saying he suffered the most. He is saying, โ€œThis is MY story.โ€ And nobody should have to apologise for telling their own story simply because someone else finds it uncomfortable. Yusuf came into Biggieโ€™s House with a dream. A dream to be seen, to showcase his talent and to change his circumstances. He isn't asking for pity. He is asking for a chance. So before you judge his words, watch the context. Before you call him arrogant, watch what happened before that Diary Session. Before you decide that his story is a lie, remember that you were not there for the life he lived before Biggieโ€™s House. Let Yusuf be Yusuf. And Yusfuls, if you believe he deserves the opportunity to keep telling his story and fighting for the future he dreams of, KEEP VOTING. We are not here to compete over who suffered the most. We are here to make sure Yusuf's journey doesn't end here. ๐ŸŽฅ: Big Brother Naija #YusufMuhammad #BBNaija

Two posts in one day calling for the end of John Cleese. One says he has allied himself with the darkest forces in Britain and has become the caricature he once mocked. The other, from a Muslim outlet, argues plainly that he should be de-platformed by respectable institutions. De-platformed. Respectable institutions. Say those words slowly and try to hear how they would have landed in 1972. The man co-wrote a film so blasphemous the BBC would not touch it, that was banned outright in Norway and by councils across England, and that two bishops went on television to denounce while he sat there and let them. Life of Brian survived the actual Church of England. It is now being reviewed by a newsletter. And the accusation is that he has become the caricature he once mocked, which is a remarkable sentence to write about a man whose entire body of work was aimed at exactly this. The Ministry of Silly Walks was a joke about a government department funding nonsense with a straight face. Now we have men in offices deciding which comedians remain permissible, and doing it with no jokes at all. At least the Ministry had the decency to be funny. Let me be fair, because I am always fair, and because being fair is what makes the rest of this land. Criticism is not censorship. Both of those men have every right to say Cleese is wrong, tasteless, or past it. That is speech. Nobody owes an 86 year old comedian applause. But there is a hard line between you are wrong and you should not be permitted to speak, and one of those posts crossed it in the headline. The first is an argument. The second is an eviction notice. And notice what the eviction is actually for. He said things about a religion. Not about a person. A religion, which is a set of ideas, and ideas do not have rights. People do. In England you can still say anything you like about the Church of England, and Cleese made a career of it, and nobody drafted a newsletter about respectable institutions. Here is what is wrong with Britain, and I say it with real affection because I am going there next month. A country that gave the world Magna Carta, the common law, and the funniest people who have ever lived has developed the habit of asking whether a joke is allowed. That question has an answer over here. John, if it gets any worse, come to America. Say every single thing you think. Say the wrong ones. Say the ones that would end you at home. Nobody will de-platform you and nobody will send a constable. Bring the silly walk. We have room. ๐Ÿฆ‹

Bill Cassidy just got hit with the political backlash millions of Trump supporters have been waiting years to see after losing his primary to Trump endorsed Julia Letlow in Louisiana, and the message from Republican voters could not be clearer. Cassidy made himself one of the biggest targets in MAGA world the moment he voted to convict President Trump during the impeachment circus, and now voters are showing exactly what happens when Republican politicians side with the establishment against their own base. People do not forget betrayal, especially in todayโ€™s Republican Party. What makes this even bigger is that Julia Letlow is openly backing aggressive America First policies, including support for passing the SAVE America Act and taking a much harder line against the old weak Republican establishment mindset that voters are completely tired of. The energy behind this race is coming from conservatives who are sick of watching so called Republicans act tougher against Trump than they ever act against Democrats destroying the country. And hereโ€™s the key part everyone needs to understand: Letlow is now heading to a runoff, meaning this fight is not over yet. But tonight already sent shockwaves through the GOP because every Republican senator, governor, and congressman just got reminded again that the MAGA base is still the dominant force in the party. Trump endorsements still matter. America First still wins. And Republicans who turn on their own voters are finding out the hard way that political consequences eventually arrive.

The political establishment in Australia is not entirely stupid, they just think you are. As they lament the rise of One Nation, they pretend they don't understand it. Because if they showed us that they understand the resons, they then have to make a major admission. Hanson's rise is all their fault. Because the major parties and the faux independents have been on a unity ticket on all of the big problems they have jointly caused for decades. They canโ€™t hide from the messes they have caused, so now they want to blame everyone else but themselves. Today, on ABCโ€™s Insiders, Annabel Crab belled the cat, as Karvelas did the two step crab walk. Annabel correctly diagnoses the political situation here right now. It is not a love for Hanson, or One Nation that is causing the surge, but a total lack of faith in the other offerings. It almost does not matter what Hanson says or does, because her greatest strengths are that she is there, and she is not one of them. Those are enduring traits and the more the major parties hit her, the more the media carry on about her, and the more the establishment present her as a โ€œdeplorableโ€, the more people they will push in her direction. It is like they are in quicksand... the more they struggle, the deeper they sink. People are growing ready for wild political change. A worsening economy and a growing collapse in social cohesion has put the nation on edge. The big end of town want to pretend everything will be fine when the latest special envoy delivers their newest report, but nothing changes. Nothing changes because nothing is supposed to change. Because the government, the opposition and their Green Teal cheer squads want things just the way they are. They didnโ€™t just pass all of the enabling legislation for no reason. There are real beneficiaries of these things, it is just that none of the beneficiaries are the Australian people. Australians have broadly been the target of the changes made to benefit foreign interests, the political class and major corporations. We have been targeted for so long it is impossible not to feel the cross-hairs of the scope resting on our forehead. Hanson and her team simply have to talk about that feeling... they donโ€™t even have to have a solution. Because when the establishment continues to pretend the problems don't exist, just acknowledging the pain is enough to earn a vote. Annabel nails this sentiment in just a few words. Right as Karvelas changes the subject, because it is not that this isnโ€™t obvious, it is because Karvelas is there to cover it up, and hit Hansonโ€™s credibility again. Fuelling the vicious cycle of the rise of the outsider. Unless something significant changes in the establishment, and I donโ€™t expect it will, there will be major upheaval at the next election. Most people will not be voting for their favourite party or person, they will primarily be voting against the status quo, because in their minds, it could not possibly be worse than what we have experienced for decades... but it just might be a little bit better. And that is a risk worth taking. After all most of us like a punt. I just want Australia back.

Regarding the Eric Trump / Daniel Cormier โ€œtext scandalโ€, I am open to being convinced otherwise, but I do not believe for one second that Eric Trump would text something so stupid to Daniel Cormier. Itโ€™s laughably stupid on its face to think that Eric Trump would ask a UFC commentator if any of the fights are โ€œriggedโ€. That he would ask it in writing. And that he would not, for example, just pick up the phone and call Dana White or Joe Rogan himself. That said, I just want to understand what happened. Daniel Cormier said he was hacked. Is that to say he was hacked at the text level, or the X post level? Did he in fact make the post, and delete it? If he made the post, did he do it as a joke to illustrate how absurd the text hack was, but realized how the post could be misinterpreted as real? Or did someone make the post from his X account he subsequently deleted it. I know there are some who are going to say he made the post in earnest, thinking the text messages were real, intending to call out the โ€œcorruptionโ€, and he has since been threatened, deleted the post, and claimed โ€œhackโ€, etc. I can tell you exactly why I do not believe, even if he made the post, he did it believing the text message was real, intending to call out the โ€œcorruptionโ€. If Cormier seriously thought the text messages were real, he would understand that by posting it publicly, it would literally destroy the UFC, his livelihood and his legacy - in addition to the legacy of everyone who has ever competed in the UFC. There is no realm of the universe in which even if it were in fact a real text that he actually received from Eric Trump, he would post it publicly. Because it would mean the end of the UFC. I just want to know if he actually made the post from his X account, or if the entire post was the result of a hack (hence the subsequent deleting of the post). Serious and sincere questions for clarity that would benefit everyone Eric Trump
