It really got into me. "So after that we had to rebuild everything. But when it’s harder at the beginning, then it’s better. So to see that transformation and that joy on the people, it’s something that is beautiful to watch." 🙌

I visited an abandoned R1.3 Billion Stadium! This stadium was meant to be the new home of KAIZER CHIEFS. The project was led by Mogale City Municipality, the Gauteng Provincial Government, Kaizer Chiefs and Lefika Emerging Equity. Over R1 Billion was promised to the residents of Krugersdorp in investments from this stadium, but today it stands empty and abandoned!

In an attempt to mitigate the City of San Diego’s $250 million budget deficit, San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria and the San Diego City Council have decided to start charging for parking at our iconic Balboa Park. It went from free to a minimum of $10. Yesterday, Matt Baker Matt Baker and I stopped by the park to hear the opinions of the few people that were there.

He says- "It will be a stadium with more capacity and located in a place where the crowd can disperse in 20 minutes and match can be viewed very well from any place on the stands. But no matter how big the new stadium is, it can never match the stature of Wankhede Stadium, where cricket will always be celebrated. Today, let’s explore the Open Day event titled “Witness Happiness” at the CBD Project, where the City of the Future open its doors to students and young people. Recently, the Egypt New Capital CBD Project welcomed 28 professors and students from the Canadian International College (CIC) Civil Engineering Department for a visit and exchange. The project team guided the delegation on a site tour, where they explored the CBD Project from design drawings to implementation stages. The visit also included an ascent to the 74th floor of the iconic tower, where the delegation enjoyed a full panoramic view of the heart of the New Capital and witnessed firsthand the city’s rapid development. The Open Day event helped expand knowledge and offered students and young people the opportunity to explore the City of the Future through construction projects.
