#Shellybenda #pundao โ€œWe sulked and not understand to each other for many times on those times. Because those times we were offended to each other and also talk this out. It made me feel like โ€œAm I important to her?โ€ and I wonder about it so much. Until we had to shoot this scene. Pure had to have a feeling for Loft very very much. But in the mean time, I use my feeling when I play this scene. This feeling is full of doubtful โ€œAm I important for Shelly?. When I looked at her, I donโ€™t know what to say and portray this scene because of this feeling in my mind. I knew that Loft love pure so much but I donโ€™t know that Shelly love me or not. Thatโ€™s why I canโ€™t act on that scene. Um, it maybe looks ridiculous but I donโ€™t know why I canโ€™t do it. So thereโ€™s a time director let us talk for a minute, I saw many people look at us and it made me feel shy to tell something from my heart and also the microphone that attached. I decided to pull it off and ask Shelly โ€œI ask you. For you, am I important?โ€ Shelly looked at me and said โ€œYesโ€ and I looked back at her. She said โ€œI love you, why not? I love youโ€ she said so many things. It made me feel like I can unlock something from my heart and that time is the first time Shelly said she loves me. Because sheโ€™s always tells me that sheโ€™s not the one who likes to say โ€œI love youโ€ easily. And Iโ€™ll be like โ€œwhy I have to wait for that word from you?โ€ At first, I donโ€™t understand why and annoyed. But she was the one who said it first. When she said, it made me understand her more. But as you know, Iโ€™m an emotional woman. As you can see from the unpackaged live, crying over the letters. When I was told โ€œI love youโ€ I cried my balls out on that scene. If you can watch this scene on this Wednesday again, you will see it. But the scene got cut until it left a little. The scene where I said like โ€œPure love Loftโ€ I said why I was crying so hard until the song was coming out. And the scene got cut. That scene is also my memorable moment.โ€

(long clip & transcription โ€ผ๏ธ) ๐ŸŽญ: if i was asked one year ago if i wanted to perform in Concerto, i would've said no. there was a different kind of event that i was asked if i would like to participate and i actually said no to it. because up until recently like a few months ago, i had extremely bad imposter syndrome. ๐ŸŽญ: i didn't feel like i deserved to stand on stage, i didn't feel like i was ready and i kept doubting myself and was like "there's no way i would be able to perform to people's standards and stuff" so i politely declined being in an event a long time ago. ๐ŸŽญ: this time for Concerto when i was asked to participate, i was thinking of the same thing too but i thought about it a little more. i thought to myself like "if you're not gonna participate now then when are you going to do it? if you keep saying no to all these opportunities, they're all going to slip past." so i keep telling myself, "if you're gonna do it now then when are you going to do it?" ๐ŸŽญ: and i was inspired a little by my recent short covers and dance covers because ive been planning to release them for quite a long time actually. just the thought of that made me think, "i'm trying to work so hard on these other things so why don't i just try to do this as well?" ๐ŸŽญ: so i finally decided that i'm going to try this time to step up on stage and i want to be the proof to everyone that works hard that if you work hard eventually something good will come your way ๐ŸŽญ: i want everyone to be able to look at me and be like, "if he can work hard and do what he wants to do, then i can do it too." i think that's one of the biggest reasons i decided to participate and stand on this stage is because i want to inspire people because i came from nothing ๐ŸŽญ: i had no singing experience, no dancing experience, no japanese experience. when i first joined, i didn't even know how to read hiragana very well. i didn't even know wtf katakana was ๐ŸŽญ: i'm always thankful for the love and support everyone gives me. if it wasn't for you guys, i would really have said no so thank you. i really owe everything to all of you that always around and always supporting #knoxclips thank you for not giving up!!!! ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿงก

Can I just put it out there to you all that the Iranian people the majority of them are highly educated smart intellectual people and the ones who are in comments of mine and other people are actually just sick individuals that are working on a plan and their plan is to swear their way and trying to intimidate and abuse social media accounts. All theyโ€™re doing is showing themselves to be nothing but uneducated scumbags that work for Israel almost all of them. Iโ€™ve got next to nothing followers as in like zero followers or three followers or four followers some of them even have a blue Tech, but theyโ€™ve got all the five followers. This is an operation that we put in place to try and take control of the narrative on social media reality on the ground in Iran. There is no willingness whatsoever for whatโ€™s happening in social media in the West. There is no one supporting these people in Iran. So whatever they wanna say and do over here means nothing to the people on their own nothing. This young lady in this video is pretty much the same person as me and the sense that she is an Iranian has not lost her sensible sense of National identity and understands whatโ€™s right and whatโ€™s wrong and if people want to take the side of Israel and fly the flag of the star of David is some kind of symbol of white nationalism Asif thatโ€™s gonna save Iran you are at your mind. Donโ€™t worry all of this will go away hopefully the next couple of weeks with these idiots and theyโ€™ll find somewhere else to go and annoy and being a nuisance too as these bots normally are. Fuck Israel ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ

One reason why I like Twitter is that it gives me the ability to respond to people like Tucker Carlson just minutes after he puts out an episode.. So here are my thoughts on Tucker Carlson's first episode of "Tucker on Twitter". Give it a watch and let me know what you think. - Carlson said that the attack on the Kakhovka dam is an act of terrorism. I would agree to an extent. While this is taking place in a time of war I wouldn't consider it any different than any attack Russia has made on Ukraine though. I would consider the entire war to be an act of Terrorism on behalf of Russia. - Carlson said that the dam was effectively Russian and is in Russian controlled territory. Yes the dam is in Russian controlled territory, but that's because Russia has invaded this area. The dam is in Ukraine. - Carlson claimed that a fair person would conclude that Ukraine blew it up just like the Nord Stream pipeline. Carlson is right about the Nord Stream. It does appear that Ukrainians blew it up. I don't believe he is right to say that "a fair person would conclude" that Ukraine blew up the dam. This is still a debatable topic and both countries could have had motive to blow it up. Most experts say that it's too early to tell but more evidence would point to an internal explosion than an external explosion. This would mean it would be more likely that Russia did it if it was intentional. It's still too early to tell though. - Carlson said that the US media blamed Russia for the dam. Yes some US media blamed Russia but others blamed Ukraine. Most mainstream media hasn't reached a conclusion and has just reported the facts thus far. - Carlson showed a video of Lindsey Graham and President Zelensky where Lindsey Graham appears to say "Russians are dying, it's the best money we've ever spent." This video is highly misleading. The video was edited by Ukraine to make it look as though this was all said at the same time. In reality, Graham said "It's the bests money we've ever spent," and then later on in the meeting said "Russian's are dying." It wasn't said together or in the order portrayed in the video. - Carlson said that it's possible that Americans are the least informed people in the world. Anyone with common sense would realize that people in many countries like China are not allowed to even view Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Many nations like North Korea only allow state-propaganda to air on TV and the internet. - Carlson said that UFOs are real and so is extraterrestrial life. I agree, and I agree with Tucker that the media should be more focused on covering stuff like this than all of the culture war stories. - Carlson said that we live in ignorance because the US has classified a billion public documents. I guess that depends on what a "public document" is, but I would agree that the American people in general should have access to more information like information about JFK, UFOs, etc. I feel too much information is kept classified for too long. - Carlson said that "Twitter is the short waved radio under the blankets," referring to how Soviets used to listen to non-Soviet radio stations under the blankets during the cold war just so they could hear the news from outside of Soviet-run media. I agree. I believe Twitter has the opportunity to allow people to exchange information that they receive both through the mainstream media and from other sources. While Tucker's show was definitely less divisive than it was on Fox News, I believe he is still pushing ideas that aren't backed by fact. But that's OK. He's allowed to give his opinions and now Twitter users like me and you can push back with facts and our own opinions.

Witnesses we reached out to...said they were, "afraid of being killed." ~Luna ๐Ÿ›ธ New Luna ๐Ÿ›ธ Grusch, Burlison and Luna have been in a SCIF. Prior to that, "something really bizarre...took place with Grusch, and it's being handled at the law-enforcement level." ~Luna "Every single witness we had reached out to said that they didn't want to testify because they were scared for their life. These were legitimate, former military and/or military contractors." ~Luna Luna hints that Knapp may talk Russia and UFOs at the hearing. ~~~ Rep. Anna Paulina Luna: "We had tried to get another hearing with the Task Force before this one, and every single witness we had reached out to said that they didn't want to testify because they were scared for their life. And these were not people that you see in the media. These were not, you know, podcasters or anyone who's made a career talking about it. These were legitimate, you know, former military and or military contractors, and they were, literally, afraid of being killed. "And then you had David Grusch tell us, directly, that he was actually, you know, felt in fear of his life. And some things, weird things have happened prior to that first hearing. And then I would encourage all of you to actually reach out to him because, even just yesterday I actually went into the SCIF with David Grusch and Rep. Eric Burlison. And prior to that SCIF meeting happening, there was something really bizarre that took place with David Grusch, and it's being handled at the law-enforcement level. But, you know, things like that happening are not normal, especially being that David Grusch is currently Eric Burlison's congressional staffer. "And so, you're seeing a lot of stuff now flush out. And what I can tell you is, we are trying to actively push to release the information that we've seen to the American people. And so, again, you know, you have this aspect of this disinformation campaign that's taking place, trying to discredit it, and I frankly don't care at this point, because what I can tell you is the people that are genuinely interested in the actual science of this, that people like Dr. Avi Loeb, who are looking, who actually can provide the data to back this stuff up, you know, those people know the truth. And so we're not necessarily doing this for the people on X that are trying to discredit it. We're doing [it] for the people that are A, actually taking this seriously. "And then also to remember, this is a very, very big deal, especially from a national-security perspective. And so, I've actually also had meetings with officials of foreign governments. I won't get into what those governments are, but I did ask for any information that they could share in regards to this topic. And I bring that up because the U.S. government is not the only government that has taken a particular interest in this, and there are going to be... I think there's going to be some information presented in the upcoming hearing from George Knapp (Russia. ~Joe) on the topic. But again, you know, we've been able to branch out and talk to other governments in regards to this."

I think about this twice a day. Every morning when I sit down to read & again when I begin to work, I say to myself, โ€œAccept the initial agitation.โ€ When you try to focus, Andrew Huberman explains, โ€œthe brain circuits that turn on first are of the stress system.โ€ Meaning: โ€œThe agitation and stress that you feel at the beginning of somethingโ€”when youโ€™re trying to lean into it and you canโ€™t focus: you feel agitated and your mindโ€™s jumping all over the placeโ€”that is just a gate. You have to pass through that gate to get to the focus component.โ€ Thereโ€™s a common misconception, Andrew D. Huberman, Ph.D. continues: โ€œthe misunderstanding around how these brain circuits work has led to this idea...a kind of obsession with the idea that we have to feel good in order to be productive.โ€ โ€œAnd nothing could be further from the truth.โ€ The truth is itโ€™s the reverse: we have to be productiveโ€”we have to start working, we have to lean in and get going, accepting the initial agitationโ€”in order to feel good. So along with โ€œaccept the initial agitation,โ€ sometimesโ€”when I donโ€™t feel especially good, motivated, interested, or energizedโ€”I say to myself, โ€œForget how you feel right now.โ€ โ€œIt will feel good,โ€ Huberman says, โ€œbut thereโ€™s a whole staircase in which it feels kind of lousy...The early stages of hard work and focus are always going to feels like agitation, stress, and confusion.โ€ โ€œRemember: thereโ€™s a gate of entry. You have to wade through some sewage before you can swim in clear water. Thatโ€™s the way I always think about it.โ€ - - - โ€œMood follows action.โ€ โ€” richroll The clip below is from Andrewโ€™s 2020 interview on Richโ€™s podcast (

Pay attention to Saudi . Theyโ€™re hosting the World Cup in 2034 and they have serious plans to do well at that World Cup. First thing for them is to invest in their league. These Saudi players in this Uruguay game, you could see their quality. Theyโ€™re being coached by elite managers, they play with or against Ronaldo, Benzema, Kante, Mahrez, Mane, etc. these are players that have won everything. Exposure to such training programmes, world class coaches and team mates, facilities, itโ€™s just madness. Most of the players in their squad are from the 4 government-owned teams like Hilal, Nassr, Ahli, some from Al Qadsia too which is also a good side. These top teams are exposed to world class structures (you canโ€™t say same for the others, but thatโ€™s why the squad is made up of most players from the top teams). One of their players, Saud, was even bold enough to leave the league and heโ€™s just done amazingly well at RC Lens this season, after he joined on loan from Roma. This is good for them too. Steven Gerrard shared a bit about the Saudi plan on โ€œStick to Footballโ€ recently. He said one of the things they told him was that they wanted to develop their academies especially and they wanted him to be part of it. Iโ€™ve attached the video. Thereโ€™s an u21 league that is serious now in Saudi. You can also go pro at 16 years of age in Saudi now. It was 18 before. The youngsters are also exposed to these facilities which will aid their development, because some of them are expected to make that squad in 2034. Let me end this tweet with the shortfall of this project. Due to the influx of top players, many of these young players are not getting so much playing time, and they need to. They have a decent national team now but most of them wonโ€™t be present in 2034 when they host the World Cup at home. You can understand why these top teams donโ€™t give so much youngsters opportunities even in Europe, this is because theyโ€™re chasing the league and they have no time for trials with the kids, this has to change. I always support the youth. I think teams are entitled to 8 foreign players, the league organisers should also put something in place to ensure teams play u21 players and the likes. Iโ€™m sure theyโ€™re thinking of these things and Iโ€™m rooting for them to do well. Fingers crossed.

๐ŸŽฅ The attached video includes an interview with Diaa Al-Omrani. While the clip contains automated subtitles, we are providing the full English translation below for context. ๐Ÿ“Œ English translation: โ–ช๏ธCan you tell us what happened? My name is Diaa Al-Omrani. I received a call from an intelligence officer at around 8 oโ€™clock. He told me, โ€œTell everyone in the entire block to evacuate.โ€ I asked him, โ€œWhere do you want us to go? Where exactly?โ€ The officer said, โ€œYour whole neighborhood, within about 300 meters, must evacuate.โ€ I said, โ€œOkay.โ€ He told me, โ€œKeep your phone on.โ€ Anyway, we informed everyone in the block. He told me they were going to strike a military target. I told him, โ€œDonโ€™t strike. There is no military target in our neighborhood.โ€ He said, โ€œNo, there is a target.โ€ I told him, โ€œSir, there is no military target. Everyone here is a civilian.โ€ But he said, โ€œThatโ€™s none of your concern. The entire block must evacuate.โ€ So we evacuated the whole block. Then the strike came and blew up the buildings. These were all civilian homes. They had nothing to do with the military, nothing to do with Hamas, nothing to do with Islamic Jihad. Despite the ceasefire and all the talk about there being a ceasefire, there is no ceasefire and there is nothing. In the end, the war has become even more intense and more brutal than before. โ–ช๏ธWhen you returned, you found extensive destruction? Very extensive. Much more than we expected. Four homes were completely leveled to the ground. The destruction was massive, truly massive. โ–ช๏ธSo there is no ceasefire? Itโ€™s Eid and yet this is happening? No. There is no ceasefire. They donโ€™t know what a ceasefire is. There is no Eid, there is nothing. They donโ€™t recognize any of that. โ–ช๏ธWhat is your message? My message to the Arab world is to stand with these helpless, suffering people. No one is willing to stand with us or support us in any way. May God help the people. I found everyone out in the streets. You look around and ask: where are these people supposed to go? They have no shelter, no water, nothing.

250724 #ATEEZ #Hongjoong about Seonghwaโ€™s hand after the incident, TOKTOQ pop (voice) live (rough translation): I saw in the comments that many of you are curious about Seonghwaโ€™s hand, and actually, I noticed it yesterday too - in the messages on Fromm. To be honest, I wasnโ€™t sure how Seonghwa himself wanted to talk about it, and he knows better than I do about the extent of his injury, so I didnโ€™t want to speak on his behalf, which is why I deliberately didnโ€™t mention it earlier. But I saw today that Seonghwa talked about it yesterday, so I think I can say a little now. Actually, it happened right before my solo stage, so during the performance I wasnโ€™t fully aware of what had happened, and I found out only later. When members get injured on stage, itโ€™s always tough. Of course, we feel it physically ourselves, but itโ€™s also hard to know how it comes across to those watching, and thatโ€™s why itโ€™s not easy to talk about these things publicly. Still, I talked to Seonghwa after the performance and saw how he was doing. While thereโ€™s nothing fortunate about getting injured - and it was one of those unpredictable situations where no one was at fault - it seems like the emergency response was handled well. And Seonghwa was even smiling when talking about it, so it doesnโ€™t seem to be anything extremely serious. But I think what worries ATINY - and me too - is not just the pain, but the fact that burns or sparks like that can leave scars easily. We really donโ€™t want any lasting marks on Seonghwaโ€™s hands, or anywhere on his body. Thankfully, our care team is doing a great job making sure heโ€™s being looked after properly. Of course, thereโ€™s not much I can personally do, but weโ€™ll keep communicating well with the members, the stage production team, and the on-site staff so that accidents like this donโ€™t happen again. Since this isnโ€™t directly about me, it feels a bit awkward to talk about it at length, but I know a lot of you are concerned and curious, so I wanted to share. video cr. m0men1_s2
