A teacher in Bangor, Maine bullied a seven-year-old to eat food out of the garbage in front of the class that he threw away. Here is the mother speaking with the teachers’s supervisor, who is required by law to report the incident to CPS. I get the feeling from this conversation that this teacher has a thing against this particular child and I don’t like the gaslighting that the supervisor is doing.. she’s making light of the situation. Whatever your thoughts are on a child throwing food away, I think this was a terrible way to handle it, and the teacher should undergo some disciplinary action.. The supervisor here is making all kinds of excuses for the teacher, and making light of the situation.

A truly tragic story out of Kambu in Makueni County where small-scale businesswoman Zipporah Mutheu was arrested by the police because of a Ksh 465 debt and was taken into custody with her one-and-a-half-year-old child who was sick and in need of medication. On a hot Wednesday afternoon, Mutheu was in her shop when a police officer, responding to a debtor's call, showed up and arrested her. The officers allegedly beat both Mutheu and her child during the arrest before throwing them into a cell at Kambu Sub-County Police Station. Mutheu’s child was already unwell and needed further treatment. That night she begged the officers to let her take her child to the hospital. Her pleas were ignored. Early Thursday morning, the child’s condition worsened and the baby started vomiting. Mutheu tried kicking the cell door repeatedly to get attention but no one responded until it was too late – her child died in her arms. The officers allegedly refused to record the incident and instructed Mutheu to carry her dead child to the morgue herself. It took the intervention of an OCS from Mtito-Andei Station to get an OB number recorded.

#MamataMustResign It seems that West Bengal Police haven't learned anything from the unfortunate RG Kar incident when a 31-year-old PGT Doctor was found raped and murdered. An eight year old Class IV student of Mahishmari area in Joynagar; South 24-Parganas district, who was on her way to tuition class was missing since yesterday afternoon. The family members along with some some neighbours went to the Police Camp to report the On Duty Police personnels. Rather than responding quickly, the said Police personnels seemed uninterested and were trying to sidetrack from their responsibility. Later on the villagers themselves launched a search operation for the missing child and found the child’s body at dawn from a pond at Mahishmari. Had the Police been active, the child could have been rescued alive, but unfortunately the child paid with her life because the Police were reluctant to perform their duty. The angry villagers thereafter set ablaze the Police Camp in frustration. Their anger is justified as they feel that the child was raped before murder. If the Police who were in the Camp showed some empathy and tried to find the girl yesterday, the girl could have been saved and the same villagers would have garlanded them in appreciation. Later on the villagers marched towards the Police Station where a scuffle broke out between the villagers and the cops. The Police have arrested one suspect but it was not enough to calm the irritated villagers who laid siege near police station this morning, hours after the body was found. The whole situation could have been avoided if the Police could have just done their duty yesterday. The State Govt, Administration, Top Cops are always paying lip service how the State is safe for women and how CCTVs are being installed and preparedness is being increased to enhance women safety, but in reality no one is monitoring the CCTVs when it is actually required in real time and the Police are just planning how to suppress any spontaneous protest with brute force.

So being a 54 year old male teacher giving your cell phone number to four sixth graders total. So they can call you anytime they need. Meanwhile, you are sending good morning texts, good night texts, how was your day text, sending songs that remind you of them. To me, this is very inappropriate, very inappropriate. No school teacher, male or female, should be giving a student their number, period. It's very unprofessional. I think it's very tacky. I think it's enticing a minor in my personal opinion. That is my opinion. But how about if this was your child and you found out, not because your child told you, you were going through your child's phone and you found the messages and you confronted the child because the child is so innocent to a degree that they put the teacher's name in the phone, Mr. So-and-so. Child has never sent one inappropriate message, but has received dozens, and I mean dozens of inappropriate messages. You report it to the school and the school in turn pulls all four girls in, well pulls several. Several girls in and finds out four girls particularly have the number, nobody else just four girls. Those four girls all admit to being treated so much differently than the rest of the students. But here's the plot twist. The teacher is being called a victim in this And the four students are being called suspects in the whole situation. The teacher cannot be charged with anything because he's done nothing wrong but give his cell phone number out. News coming in from #Coochbehar district of #WestBengal. Baban Barman, a resident of #Seuti village under the jurisdiction of #sahebganj Police Station, married a Muslim girl. The father of the girl, Aminul Haque and other relatives of the girl allegedly held captive the Hindu boy for a month. They(family of the Muslim girl) are allegedly forcing the boy to convert to Islam. Baban Barman is the only child. His mother filed a complaint in the Sahebganj Police Station. But, the Police didn't take any steps. His mother alleged (in the video) that her son is being held captive and pressurized to become Muslim. She has no idea where her son is right now. She is appealing for help to recover her son. Requesting West Bengal Police to take the matter seriously and recover the boy immediately.

An alleged incident of police high-handedness has surfaced in Kolar district after a police constable reportedly broke the rear windshield of a car following an argument with a motorist over a seatbelt violation. The incident occurred in front of Nangali Police Station in Mulbagal taluk. The motorist, identified as Devaraj, was travelling from Bangarupalya in Andhra Pradesh to Bengaluru along with his wife and child. According to sources, police personnel were conducting vehicle checks near the police station when Devaraj was stopped for allegedly not wearing a seatbelt. During the inspection, a verbal altercation reportedly broke out between Devaraj and a police constable. Police allegedly asked Devaraj to pay the fine immediately. However, Devaraj is said to have requested a notice and receipt, stating that he did not have money at the time and would pay the penalty in court. Sources claim that the police insisted he move the vehicle to the side of the road. As Devaraj attempted to move the car, one of its wheels reportedly brushed against the foot of Constable Srinivas. Angered by the incident, the constable allegedly struck the vehicle with his lathi, shattering the rear windshield. Following the incident, Devaraj parked his car across the service road of National Highway 75 in protest, resulting in a temporary traffic disruption near Nangali Police Station. Devaraj and his family have expressed outrage over the alleged misconduct, accusing the police of excessive use of authority. They contend that motorists are generally given time to pay fines after a case is registered and questioned the insistence on immediate payment.
