The overwhelming majority of #Somalis never said Siad Barre destroyed #Somalia. The narrative that Said Barre did such an act was invented and propagated by minorities, some who made a career out of pushing this narrative like Senator Samatar. The irony here is that #Israel dismembered #Somalia while Samatar is a sitting senator and the very HSM he supported on May 15, 2022 is sitting in Villa Somalia.
