𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗡 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗞𝗛𝗜𝗥 Ni posting terakhir yang berkaitan perletakan jawatan sebagai Menteri Ekonomi. Lepas ni memang betul-betul moooooove onnnnnnnnn dah ha3. Ucapan terakhir saya sebagai Menteri Ekonomi ialah kepada kakitangan Kementerian Ekonomi di majlis Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC). Saya minta maaf atas segala kelemahan dan keterlanjuran saya. Saya ucap terima kasih dan terhutang budi atas segala jasa baik dan khidmat warga Kementerian Ekonomi. Sebahagian besar ucapan saya berkisar kepada perkongsian mengenai 4 petua dalam menjalankan tugas. 4 petua ini ialah buah fikiran dari tokoh besar dunia yang telah meninggalkan impak besar dalam 100 tahun yang lepas. Saya kongsikan, kalau berguna boleh kita hayati. (1) “𝗡𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱; 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗱, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝘀.” (𝘔𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘵 𝘔𝘦𝘢𝘥) Perubahan tidak pernah digerakkan oleh satu kumpulan yang besar. Lebih ramai yang rasa mereka pakar segalanya. Kalau kita cadang formula, mereka mengejek. Tetapi lebih baik menjadi orang yang bertempur di dalam gelanggang dan mencuba membawa perubahan, dari tukang sorak di luar. Tukang sorak di luar hanya menang sorak, tetapi tidak pernah faham erti kemenangan atau kekalahan. (3) “𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀” (𝘌𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘶 𝘉𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘯 𝘍𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘭𝘪𝘯) Bila kita ingin membawa perubahan, bila ada peluang melakukan perubahan, janganlah kita mengulangi apa yang telah dibuat sebelum itu (yang menjadi punca kepada masalah yang memerlukan perubahan). Orang lain mungkin tidak bersetuju dengan pandangan kita, tetapi mereka tidak boleh menidakkan kehormatan yang datang dari satu hidup yang berlandaskan prinsip. 𝗧𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲: The following was uttered by the shaykh of the Atharis in Aqeedah in modern day era, Shaykh Al-Alaama Abdallah Al Qunaiman: “𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆. This is evident from the fact that Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, رحمه الله, 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝗵'𝗮𝗿𝗶 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀. 𝗜𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁, 𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗺𝗹𝘂𝗸 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, the majority of whom were Ash’ari. At the same time they perform extremely well with 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗴𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀, 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. These tasks define a large portion of modern white collar work. The divide moving forward may look less like 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝘃𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 and more like 𝗽𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘃𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. The deeper shift revolves around 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. AI enables one skilled professional to produce the output that previously required 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀. The labor market begins shifting from 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲. Fewer workers, dramatically higher output per worker. 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Over three decades India built global strength around 𝗜𝗧 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. Many of those roles sit directly inside the AI exposure zone. At the same time India holds a major advantage in 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. A strong pivot toward 𝗔𝗜-𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗜-𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 could transform India from the world’s back office into one of the world’s largest 𝗔𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀.
