We have two sets of documents: 'Ek Aur Baar Jumla Sarkar'โ€”which basically looks at the promises made by the BJP in their 2024 manifesto plus other kinds of promises and statements they have been making in the last year. The other one, '11 Saal Jhoote Vikaas Ke Vaade', is a detailed exposรฉ of the hollow promises and track record of the false statements that the BJP's just-released report card highlighted. In their 11-Saal document, one of the first themes that they highlight is taking care of the poor and the marginalized. They are very happy that 81 crore people are getting free food grains under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY). But the basic problem of hunger is a much larger crisis in India, and it puts us at 105th out of 127 countries in the World Hunger Index. Its implications: malnutrition is affecting our children in a horrible way, crippling their growth. - Stunting is at 35.5% - Wasting is at 19.3% - Underweight is at 32.1% That is, nearly a third of Indian children are suffering from malnutrition in this day and age when they talk about Viksit Bharat. Let's remind our PM that he has a duty to our children and their future. They claim that they have created 4 times the Eklavya residential schools since 2014. They have announced 700+ schools, out of which 300 are still non-functional. Is it rocket science to set up and run a school? In terms of defence, one of the claims is that over 5000 items have been added to the indigenisation list. Well, sadly, 40% of the items listed for indigenisation have not been indigenized as of now. India remains one of the top importers of defence rather than a producer and exporter. If you look at 'mission mode DRDO projects', 23 out of 55 have been delayed, and the share of R&D in our defence budget is only 5.45% Another claim that is constantly made is that we are the fastest-growing large economy. This is true, but what rate are we growing? Are we able to encash our demographic dividend? Any economist will tell you that if we grow below 8.5 per cent a year, we are sacrificing the future of crores and crores of our youngsters because we will not have enough growth, jobs and opportunities that are required to just fulfil the targetโ€”the great jumlaโ€”2 crores jobs per year. And our growth is 6.5% over the last year. This is the lowest rate after the COVID period. So, what is happening in this 11th year of your Sarkaar, PM Modi? What is happening is reflected in the response of the private sector. Is the Indian private sector investing in India? If you look at the investment figures, after you have given the bonanza tax cut, nothing has changed. They still don't have confidence in the management of your economy to invest. Fixed Capital Formation has come down to 32.4%, which is an 11-year low in FY2024. There is another legacy: the glaring inequality. The share of wealth in India's top 1% of people is 40%. And the bottom 50% have to make do with just over 3%. This is not the economy we want, and unless fixed, we are not going to unleash the raw economic power that India inherently has. : Chairman, AICC Research Dept Rajeev Gowda ji

โœ… We were alive in 2014 when the Polo became the first hatchback to score 4 stars in the global NCAP and make airbags standard, while many were injured in similarly priced cars with no airbags, shamelessly selling with poor ratings for even the next 4-5 years. โœ… We had not been getting our cars repaired for peeling paint and rusting all these years. โœ… We were not having issues with malfunctioning airbag deployment and broken alloy wheels. โœ… We were avoiding cars that were exported as higher quality from India but scored only 3 stars with unstable body shells here due to relaxed norms. โœ… We were getting our cars serviced timely at service centers to record lakh of happy miles while enjoying technology shared with cars like Audi/Porsche within our budget. (Turbo Engines & Dual Clutch Gearbox) โœ… We were educating other potential buyers to prefer a better product with better build & dynamics because eventually more sales will result in a better ecosystem of resale, parts availability & FNGs. โœ… As fanboys, we got ADAS (AEB, Lane Assist), 6 Airbags & 4 disc brakes, pano roof in my T-Roc at 19.99 lakh in 2020 itself. Today, I am happily driving that car at 33,000 km. โœ… We fanboys have called out these brands' shortcomings too & do agree with many of your points, but we are so spoiled by the quality of drive, braking, stability, insulation, paint, build & handling on the highways that we immediately find same segment cars inferior despite being flexible to switch. โœ… The feeling of instantly overtaking 4-5 trucks with a 1.5 TSI Engine in M mode is worth a million dollars. We get 17-20 kmpl fuel efficiency too on the highways. This has pushed the competition to come up with performance cars. Competition helps! โœ… Our efforts have forced these brands to provide service packs with service costs as low as Rs 6500 per year and with a 4+3 years extended warranty including gearbox. โœ… We have seen people coming out miraculously safe from these cars at high speeds, so as family people, we are not able to overlook safety & handling factors and are adding hundreds of like-minded people to the community daily who own multiple brand cars but say VAG as their favourite. We are not here to downplay any other brand & will appreciate the competition like some brands are making 6 airbags as standard, CNG cars in budget, good AT under 12 lakh, affordable EVs, better quality interiors but will still pick VAG over anything else until they score more in multiple factors that we truly trust VAG for as of now. Outgoing Polo even after 14 years is still better than any hatchback that we have today just like โ€˜Old Monkโ€™. New gen cars donโ€™t always mean better. Donโ€™t want to stretch this further. Pylon's ๐—บ๐—ผ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ณ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ is our Analytics. That ends today. We've completely rebuilt our Analytics from scratch. Here's what we tried, what we screwed up, and what's coming. ๐—ฉ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐Ÿญ, The Basics (Nov 2023) Our first attempt at analytics was quite loved by customers. At the time our customers were mostly small startups with simple needs. We built an out-of-the-box set of dashboards that covered the common use cases of support analytics (SLA-tracking, CSAT, TTFR, TTR, basic filtering...). As we moved upmarket... 1/ Everyone was requesting custom metrics 2/ Queries were becoming inefficient and slow We needed an upgrade. ๐—ฉ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐Ÿฎ, Advanced Reporting (June 2024) We knew custom reporting was going to be blackhole of work that long-term led to fully customer-customizable dashboards. We had four choices: 1/ Do nothing for now 2/ Do custom work per customer 3/ Build full custom reporting in-house 4/ Use an embeddable analytics vendor At the time Pylon was under 10 people total and we had no capacity to do the frontend work so we chose Option 4 (use a vendor). This was the first time we chose to not build a core feature like this in-house as we ultimately want full control of the end-user experience. We built out the new reporting with the chosen vendor over ~3 weeks. On the surface the new reporting looked really good (not visually, but in terms of functionality). You could add custom charts of any type, create custom formulas, label the Y and X axis, and effectively build most of what you would want. It was really great for demos. But in practice it was incredibly hard to use, lacked core capabilities (like the ability to filter off of dynamic custom fields), and visually looked not stylized to the rest of the product. We started to discover some of these issues during the implementation, but it still felt like there was more upside than downside so we released it. Feedback was not great but we hoped our vendor would fix changes quickly. Unfortunately they weren't fast enough and we lost confidence that they would be a good long-term solution. As a stop-gap we also built out a data warehouse integration so customers could export their data back to Snowflake or BigQuery to use with their own BI tools. Finally, a few months ago the vendor told us they were being acquired. That was the final straw. We needed to move off ASAP. ๐—ฉ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐Ÿฏ, New Reporting (Today) Today's release is back to being built entirely in-house. It's been rolled out in beta to all customers with an option to flip back to old analytics until we plug some custom reporting gaps. This time we have the capacity to do it right between Wendy (prev product design at Amplitude), Matt, and Tom. We've managed to greatly improve: 1/ Desired filter options (custom field support) 2/ Performance 3/ Setup UX 4/ Style (looks native) Early feedback has been really positive so far and as we bring it out of beta we're thinking about how to make the best natively-offered reporting of any support platform. ๐—ฉ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐Ÿฐ (What's coming soon) To get to first-class reporting, we need to study not only our learnings, but also what the incumbents have screwed up as well. Funny enough, Zendesk's analytics have similar complaints to our v2, and for the exact same reason as we did: they integrated an external tool. In 2015 they bought a company called BIME Analytics which they became Zendesk Explore. The complaints they have to this day are similar to our v2: 1/ Steep learning curve 2/ Advanced, yet still not enough flexibility 3/ Random feature gaps 4/ Data accuracy and reliability concerns 5/ Performance issues 6/ Complicated UX v4 will follow three core principals: Offer a simple default setup. We want to continue being startup friendly and we'll feature gate custom reporting and data exports by tier in the product. Offer maximal configuration, with AI-assisted setup. As we go upmarket, customers will want to Explore (pun intended) data in every single direction. We need to allow them to do that. For those more complicated use cases we think AI will be the Ultimate (also pun intended) way to reduce setup friction. Build it all in-house. Although using a 3rd party embedded analytics provider didn't work for us, we don't think that is the case for everyone. It's just in customer support, reporting is REALLY important. They are probably some of the highest-complexity reporting of most SaaS vendors (maybe second to marketing products). So... we have to do it right. And since this is end-user facing, we have to own every detail of it. If you got this far, thank you for reading. See our new Analytics at

Liz Truss's full speech at CPAC Who needs enemies when you have former Prime Minister's trashing our country ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ And never forget, she lost to a lettuce ๐Ÿฅฌ -- Well, ladies and gentlemen, it's fantastic to be back in America and it's fantastic to be back at CPAC for the second year in a row. But last year, there was a dark cloud hanging over this conference. It was called Joe Biden. And this year, we are now under the leadership of President Donald Trump. This is truly. This is truly the golden age of America. But I'm sad to report. I'm sad to report that Britain is in the dark age. We have a socialist government, commissars ruling over us, who are leading our country in a terrible direction. But what I want to say today is they are not the only problem. The current establishment stooges in Whitehall and Westminster are only the latest iteration of Britain going wrong for the past few decades. Because, let's be honest, Britain isn't working. The British system is deeply rotten. Britain is becoming a failed state. We've got people who are being arrested and locked up for posting on X and Facebook. We've seen tens of thousands of girls as young as 12 raped, tortured and even killed by Pakistani grooming gangs. And yet many of those perpetrators have not been brought to justice. In fact, those crimes have been covered up. And we know that the authorities colluded. We know there was police collusion and we know there was collusion from the local council. We have a massive problem with illegal immigration, but yet we can't even deport people who are criminals from our country because of human rights. One example was a immigrant from the Democratic Republic of Congo who had sexually abused his own stepdaughter. But he was allowed to stay in Britain on the basis of the right to family life. How disgusting. A criminal from Albania was allowed to stay in Britain because his son didn't like the kind of chicken nuggets they sell abroad. And I'm not joking you there. But it's not just a problem we have with mass migration and illegal immigration. We've also got a problem with our energy in Britain. So in Britain, fracking has been banned. I was the only Prime Minister who allowed fracking. Sadly, I wasn't in office long enough to actually make it happen. We have net zero policies that have decimated our oil and gas industry. The net result is we have the highest energy prices in the developed world. And in Britain, we've just seen the last steel plant close down last year. We cannot produce our own steel anymore. We have an economic orthodoxy, a Bank of England that has printed vast amounts of money. They've created rampant inflation. They've wasted billions of taxpayer pounds. If they Weren't the government, it would be called a heist. Yet in none of these cases, in none of these cases have any of these people, any of these authorities been held to account for the fact they have completely failed. And we're in a situation where Britain is almost bankrupt morally, socially and economically. And I think people in this room might want to know, how on earth has this happened? This is the country that invented parliamentary democracy. It's the country of the Magna Carta. It's the country of the Bill of Rights. We protected freedom of the press back in 1695, almost 100 years before the First Amendment. How on earth can the country of Adam Smith and the Industrial Revolution be de. Industrializing? It doesn't make any sense. And the answer is that everything that made Britain great is being destroyed by an establishment that hates Britain and hates the West. Like in most of Europe, our universities, our institutions and our corporations have been taken over by anti west ideology, Islamism, green extremism, anti capitalism, wokery, transgenderism. You name it, they've adopted it. And what we've seen is a massive failure of leaders in Europe to push back against this. Because this is not something the population wanted. This is not something the people in Britain or Europe voted for. This is something that was imposed from above. And what happened is that democratically elected politicians handed vast amounts of power over to the unelected and the unaccountable. In Britain, Tony Blair in particular, trashed centuries of liberty by creating a tyranny of technocrats. He created an unaccountable Supreme Court which had never been existed in Britain before. He created a much deeper and powerful state that is not held to account. He also handed vast powers over to an Alphabet soup of international bodies, the World Health Organization, the United nations, the ECHR, all of whom nobody could vote in and nobody could vote out. And all of those bodies, as you've seen in the United States of America, have been captured by the same anti west ideology. But what I find really incredible, really, really incredible is it wasn't just China and Iran and Russia that were funding these NGOs, funding these anti west groups. It was actually the United States of America under President Joe Biden through USAID Now, did you know that American taxpayer dollars was funding the BBC? Did you know that they were funding the Tony Blair Institute? Did you know that they were funding Rory Stewart's wife? It's incredible. We thought you were our friends, but you were actually American taxpayers were funding this anti west ideology. And the problem is when the people in Britain voted for something different when they tried to change the government, when they tried to change the system in 2016, in 2019 and in 2024, they found the same people were still in power. The bureaucracy had not changed. And it's no surprise that young people are losing their faith in democracy because they don't believe it can change things. And amazingly, during all of this, many so called conservatives went along with the ideology. They were busy hugging Greta Thunberg. They were putting up taxes. I'm not joking about that. They were putting up taxes. They were increasing immigration, they were pursuing transgender ideology. And it's no wonder that the Conservative Party had its worst defeat since 1834. Patriotic Brits have had enough. They've had enough. And we look across the Atlantic with envy. We see President Trump in the Executive, in the Oval Office, signing off executive orders. And we want some of that in Britain. We want drill, baby, drill. We want men banned from women's bathrooms and women's sports. We want illegal immigrants deported. We want taxes to be cut. We want a Trump revolution in Britain. We want to flood the zone. We want Elon and his nerd army of muskrats examining the British deep state. Ladies and gentlemen, we missed the first American Revolution in 1776. In fact, it was actually a revolution against us. But we want to be part of the second American revolution. We want to dismantle the British deep state, which is older and more entrenched than the American one. We need a great restoration bill to repeal all of the terrible Blair laws, the Equality act, the Climate Change act, the Human Rights act, the Constitutional Reform Act. We need to eradicate judicial activism in Britain and restore parliamentary sovereignty. We want our government run by the Executive, not by the bureaucracy. But most of all, what we need is we need to restore free speech. This is the lifeblood, our democracy. And J.D. vance is right. Vice President Vance is right. Free speech is in retreat in Britain and in Europe, to Europe's governments, particularly Britain. They see George Orwell's 1984 as an instruction manual. Look at the evidence. A British citizen was arrested for praying outside an abortion clinic. We have German prosecutors saying that if you insult somebody, you could be arrested. We had Alison Pearson, a British journalist, visited at her home by the police because of a tweet that she'd posted a year ago and since deleted. I want the police to be policing real crimes, not thought crimes. But not only this. We have a supine legacy media that pay lip service to free speech, but have suppressed stories and distorted stories. The BBC were found to have violated their editorial guidelines 1500 times in the four months after the appalling atrocities of October 7th. They were found to have been downplaying Hamas terrorism and promoting the idea that Israel was the aggressor. This is our state broadcaster funded by the taxpayer. The mainstream media have failed to report on the grooming scandal and they failed to hold the deep state to account. And much of the reason for that is the deep state of the people giving them all their information, all their leaks, all their funding, all of their material. And they're frightened of the media regulator, Ofcom. We have seen what independent media has done for the United States and we want some of that. That's why we are going to be establishing a new free speech media network in conjunction with our American allies, including, including the great people here at cpac. It will be uncensorable and uncancelable. It will take on the Britain Bashing Corporation, which is what we call the BBC. It will take on Starmer and his socialists and it will take on the censors of Germany because. Because it's only by telling people the truth in the United Kingdom, in Europe, in the Anglosphere, in America, that we will turn our backs on the war's west against itself. All of the people here are working to make America great again. I believe that we can make Britain great again. I believe that we can make Europe great again. And I believe that together we can make the west great again. Thank you. Thank you.

** Mega Parodius Update ** The team have been busy over last couple of weeks , implementing more of the games engine. WIP since last update : White Bell power up ( this is the text attack ) Blue Bell power up ( full screen explosion ) Catboss & animating Trees Updated Lazers to work on the BGB layer ( Plane A updated to 64x64 tilemap ) . Pyron has been doing excellent work on Blue bell Explosion, Whitebell power up text gfx - the slogans are great !! Arcade quality tree animations have been added. Feeding me a lot of videos so we can replicate the arcade port more accurately. Vector Orbitex has updated the music to mark IV for stage 1 making it smaller yet again , he's also added the Orchestra Hit in , potentially more samples can be added back in now also as the song now is a miniscule 57 kb. I keep telling him its 2025 - not 1990 for rom sizes haha , a professional is always a professional though !! The Blue Bell power up uses the static large sprite class I made for SOTA where it supports unlimited amount of sprites per object and detects all the reverses / flips & uses the same tile pointers where it can and crunches it down into single sprite object. We use up to 40 sprites in the Explosion but only 147 tiles needed in vram thanks to clever use of mirroring. The Catboss is easily the hardest enemy in the level for a few reasons - we also had to free up Plane A so the boss could shift upwards onscreen, so lazer effects were shifted to Plane B. The bit that caused me the most issues was when he sits in the water line between the two islands. He is quite wide and also has overlapping palettes and animating parts , to do it solely with sprites would have lead to severe dropout at times. At the waterline we have to simulate 3 background planes and sprites at that point and we only have 2 background planes. Luckily the MD sprite engine is very flexible and we were able to recreate the arcade look at this point with some sprite trickery, the water-line is now sprites . So we use Plane A + sprites to recreate him and use a lot of plane animation to reduce the amount of sprites needed. For example the face, the tail the propeller are all plane A animations . I analysed the SNES/PCE versions and we use less sprites than those versions for him so that will help reduce the chance of sprite dropout when attacking. The Catboss is only about 1/2 done , all damage states, the onboard penguin factory, bullets from Cannons yet to added etc. He wraps around at the end of the vid as theres no destruction routine in for him yet . No extra enemies in at this stage , tackling the hard parts first etc. We took the arcade GFX for the Trees that sway around under the Catboss, all the animations are in. There were some DMA bandwidth issues originally I had to sort out as the Catboss has several animating parts + swaying Trees was leading to overload so after some load balancing it all is playing nicely !! We still have loads of stuff to add , collisions are not in - normal enemy waves etc but yeah a lot of future issues were sorting out just getting this far. So the team is very happy with the progress !! #SGDK #Parodius #SegaGenesis #SegaMegadrive #indiegame

Pressing, transitions and goals in Canada! After the hiring of Jesse Marsch this week by Canada Soccer , there has been lots of talk about pressing and transitions in the football community. This is THE style of play that we have used for the last 5 years with Alliance United FC in @L1OMens and will give you some insight in how this can look. We went away from the 'possession' based 1-4-3-3 that everyone has been using as the 'best way' to develop players and win games. Many say this is the 'right way' of playing. However, we use the players' abilities and inabilities as the starting point and based on players produced in Canada, within our youth system, this is the way we think will get us the best results and help our players get to the next level. You need to understand youth development in our country to understand what is and what is not being taught to young players. This is not a negative outlook, it is just looking at the reality. Many mistake this style of play as just non-stop pressing and chaos. Yes, these two aspects are important but it is a much more deliberate and planned way of playing that is used to predict where the opposition will play the ball, where the ball can be dictated and what areas the opposition leave open for transitions when they attack. In 2019, I was introduced to Ernst Tanner former Academy Director of Red Bull Salzburg and current Philadelphia Union Sporting Director that has led the club to being one of the top clubs in MLS and arguably the best academies in North America the last few years. Both organisations are known for their pressing and fast transitions in addition to producing top players. He became a mentor to me and gave me insights and education on this style of play. He has changed the way I look at football. Every season we try to recruit players that can play this style that I will describe below and we do not waiver in the way we played. Every game since 2019 Alliance United FC have played either in a 1-4-2-2-2 or a 1-4-4-2 midfield diamond....every game. We have no secrets in how we play. We focus on defending, pressing, forcing teams into mistakes and transition football. It is important to understand that we do not care how much possession we have and we actually want the opposition to have the ball most of the time. Stats in football show that only when a team has the ball 70% or more in a match their is a correlation to winning. Anything less is not correlated to winning in a certain match. In addition, 80% of goals are scored under 5 passes or less and under 10 seconds when regaining possession. We follow the trend! So, here are some important points based on the video: a) Pressing higher up the pitch when possible. All 11 players are committed to the team intention (principles) and if anybody is not committed and does not contribute to this style of play, they do not play. There is no leeway on this. Either you are in 100% in or you are not. All it takes is one player to not commit and the plan will not work. If we do not win the ball on the high press, everyone is to drop behind the ball as fast as possible to restart the press closer to our goal. b) Based on the opponent's scouting we press certain players and decide if will press closer to the sideline and 'pin' the player to the sideline or we dictate the passes and dribbles centrally and 'surround' the player to win the ball in central positions. We also decide if we will sometimes drop lower for the opposition to advance so we can play behind them when winning the ball. This is done if we scout that the opposition centre-backs are slower than our two strikers. This means we will 'outrun' them in the space they leave behind. c) When winning the ball we want to exploit space behind their backline as the priority which means that a player(s) need to be passing options behind the backline and preferably centrally which is closer to the goal, players winning the ball has to look to play the ball to the player furthest up the pitch. Possession is not a priority but scoring goals as fast as possible is. d) When winning the ball we stay as central as possible with passes and dribbling. We use the width of the penalty area (44 yards) as the preferable dimension when transitioning. We want to stay within this width. The wider the team plays the ball, the more time the opposition has to block the middle. PLAY AS VERTICALLY AS POSSIBLE! The emphasis is to get the ball to the two strikers and play 1v1 against the CBs. e) We know that most youth players grow up playing against a 1-4-3-3 which means there is one central striker meaning the centre-backs one back press and one can cover. Against 2 strikers this is not possible and many centre-backs do not have the ability to play 1v1 with space behind them. They are not taught the cues to step and press or drop to protect space behind them. They are never taught at youth level. We exploit this deficiency. e) All 11 players must get up the pitch to close the spaces if we lose the ball from our attacking transition so the opposition cannot transition against us and we can counter-press. f) A goal is the best outcome based on the objective of attacking but at the minimum we want to get a shot on goal from a transition. This is a quick overview of a different way of playing football that Canada will see with the Men's National Team.

"What NewJeans Wanted to Say" [Full transcript translated to English] ๐Ÿน: Some of you might be surprised by this sudden meeting, but we wanted to share our thoughts and opinions about the recent events, so we prepared this session. First, I want to explain one of the reasons we decided to do this live. It's been hard to see many people who have worked with us continue to suffer from unfair demands and pressure even after our CEO was dismissed. It was frustrating to just stand by and watch these situations unfold, and we were very worried about our future as a group of five. Honestly, while preparing for this live, we were naturally concerned about the reactions we might receive afterward. We were also worried that people might mistakenly think that our CEO instructed us to do this, but I want to clarify that this live was prepared because we five members genuinely wanted to express our thoughts. We received help from directors we trust for things we couldn't prepare ourselves, like setting up the shoot and finding a location. It didnโ€™t feel right for us to stay silent when everyone, including our Bunnies, has been stepping up to support us. Moreover, this is not just a matter of leaving it to the adults because it directly affects the lives of us five members. Since we're the ones going through this, we felt that it would be healthier to speak up ourselves than to do nothing, so we mustered the courage to do so. The main point of what we want to say today is directed towards HYBE. We've already had meetings with the current management to express our opinions, but after seeing what happened afterward, it feels like our concerns weren't clearly conveyed. It seemed like communication was blocked, so we felt that preparing this live was the only way to properly share our thoughts and feelings. ๐Ÿป: Iโ€™m sure that todayโ€™s announcement has shocked many of the staff as well, as they were not aware of it, and I imagine everyone watching is quite surprised too. Weโ€™ve thought a lot about where to begin, but since the purpose is to express our intentions, weโ€™ll try to explain as clearly as possible. Of course, due to contractual issues, we canโ€™t share everything, but weโ€™ll be as honest as we can. After it was decided that we would debut as NewJeans, our members spent a lot of time getting to know Min Heejin Daepyonim, both as a group and individually. At first, I had reservations and a certain fear towards the adults we were working with, but Daepyonim was the first person to approach us in a way that allowed us to open up, which was initially awkward but eventually built trust. From before our debut until now, weโ€™ve been aware of various issues related to our debut schedule and other matters. However, working with Daepyonim made us feel good, and I believe thatโ€™s why we were able to debut successfully and continue our activities until now. This has been todayโ€™s news story. ๐Ÿถ: Naturally, we all want to continue working with Daepyonim. Even before debuting as NewJeans and through all of the time that we spent together with Min Heejin Daepyonim, all of us felt that the music we wanted to make and the kind of world we wanted to build together, our vision, was similar in so many ways. With Min Heejin Daepyonim, we were able to prepare each and every task with sincere hearts, and I believe it shows in our work. Putting our sincere effort into something is only possible because of the people that we're working with have trust in each other and have that same vision. Min Heejin Daepyonim is not only the person that produces our music, but someone who makes NewJeans who we are. She discusses even the smallest details with us and explains them in ways that we can understand clearly. NewJeans has a distinct colour and tone, and this was created with Min Heejin Daepyonim. She is integral to NewJeansโ€™ identity, and we all feel that she is irreplaceable. ๐Ÿฑ: However, even after our debut, there have been many unfair and incomprehensible incidents that you might not know about, and these incidents have only increased over time. As some of you may know, recently, videos from our trainee days and private records, such as medical information, were leaked. When I first saw that, I was really shocked. It was hard to understand how our company, which is supposed to protect us, failed to manage and allowed such information to be leaked. Naturally, this situation has made us worry that other strange or false information about us might spread in the future. Although we, along with our parents and Min Heejin Daepyonim, have raised concerns about this to HYBE, they havenโ€™t resolved the issue, nor have they taken any proactive measures. Then, in the midst of all this, our CEO was dismissed, and weโ€™re left wondering whom we can trust and rely on. Weโ€™ve come to the conclusion that if we donโ€™t speak out about this now, no one will know what weโ€™re going through. After much discussion among ourselves, we finally decided to take this step. ๐Ÿฐ: Something happened to me recently. The 4th floor of the HYBE building is where we get our hair and makeup done, so a lot of other artists and staff come and go there. One day, I was waiting alone in the hallway, and some staff from another team passed by. We greeted each other, but when they came back out a bit later, I heard one of their managers say, โ€œIgnore her,โ€ right in front of me. I could hear and see everything clearly. Even now, I still donโ€™t understand why I had to go through that. ๐Ÿป: When I heard about what Hanni experienced, I was really shocked. How could a manager from another team tell their members to ignore one of us, and say it so loudly that Hanni could hear it? Such unimaginable words and behavior were directed at us, yet there was no apology, nor did they even acknowledge their wrongdoing. Of course, Iโ€™m worried about our future, but whatโ€™s most frightening is that the work weโ€™ve already created is being compromised. Seeing the people who have poured their lives into creating our work being treated this way makes it hard to understand how this could be happening. The new management said they would separate producing and management, but weโ€™ve always worked differently from other labels, and we thought that our way was a good one. Now, Daepyonim can no longer approve all matters, and weโ€™re left wondering how weโ€™re supposed to continue working as we did before. The recent statement from the new management also didnโ€™t make sense to me. If they really didnโ€™t intend to interfere with our producing, then the recent incident with Director Shin Woo-seok should never have happened, and it should have been handled differently. We are the ones directly involved with the copyrights and likeness rights of our content, yet theyโ€™re making decisions without our consent. In their statement, they kept saying they were acting to protect us and prevent our anxiety, but why do they keep insisting on this when they havenโ€™t considered our wishes? We donโ€™t want any more unnecessary issues to arise, and we want them to show respect and consideration for Daepyonim and all the directors who have worked with us. The things theyโ€™re doing right now are not in our best interest at all. ๐Ÿฐ: Something we all find very important, something that plays a very important role in our team's colour and image is our media content and creative production. Despite saying that they would leave all the creative production to our now former CEO, Min Heejin, through official statements that I think a lot of you might have already read or seen, and also during our personal meetings, they infringed our content. Content that not only we worked really hard on, but also our staff who spent endless hours to produce and release them solely for our fans. And if they had any understanding about what type of team we are, and the type of content that we create, they would have thought more deeply for crossing the line that they set for themselves. Because of this incident, we realized that there's not much we can do to prevent these type of issues. Personally, the way that ADOR used to run was the business management and creative production was not separated and was factors that played and worked in harmony with each other. That's how it worked and it was perfectly fine. It was our way of working and it was our CEO's way of producing NewJeans' content, which a lot of you were able to enjoy and appreciate. But now that she's no longer CEO, these factors that should have continued to work together in harmony are now being seen as two different areas of work. ๐Ÿป: Besides this, there are many other incidents weโ€™ve experienced that are beyond my understandingโ€”things that are frightening and uncomfortable. These incidents naturally make us question whether HYBE really cares about NewJeans, and there are clear signs of this. However, itโ€™s hard to discuss everything today because weโ€™re not sure how far things could escalate. We just hope you can understand a little of whatโ€™s been on our minds and why we chose to speak out in this way. ๐Ÿถ: As I mentioned earlier, our dream was to perform the music we want to make with Daepyonim, and we were working very hard toward that goal. But now, we canโ€™t do that, and the plans weโ€™ve made might not come to fruition. As Hanni unnie said earlier, just like that, the content that we released solely for our fans, for our bunnies, was instantly erased. And I truly can't understand why anyone would do this to a group, or just anyone in general. We were just working hard for the present, so what did we do wrong? A week after Daepyonim was dismissed, we found out that we could no longer work with the director weโ€™ve been working with all this time, and weโ€™re extremely anxious because we donโ€™t know what will happen to the staff who have always worked hard for us. If they really care about us, they should stop saying that they prioritize the artists and instead let us do the music we love in an environment where we can be genuinely happy. Is that really so hard to do? Itโ€™s hard to fully express whatโ€™s in my heart, but in the end, the five of us just want to continue our activities with Min Heejin Daepyonim, as we have done so far. ๐Ÿฑ: Personally, I want to continue working with the people around us who have helped me grow mentally and made me feel alive. However, I can't understand, nor do I think I should have to understand, why external forces are constantly obstructing and hindering us. I absolutely cannot comprehend what is truly in our best interest or what is supposed to help us grow. And I feel so sorry and heartbroken that our Bunnies, who found comfort in us and shared joyful memories with us, have to go through this ordeal and worry about things they shouldn't have to. We almost lost the work that symbolizes the relationship between NewJeans and Bunnies, and we don't want to lose anything else. I refuse to conform to or follow the values of the society those people belong to, and because I believe that direction is not the right one, I will not choose to go that way. ๐Ÿน: We found out about the CEO's dismissal through the news on the very day it happened. It was so sudden and unimaginable for all of us, and honestly, it was really difficult for us to process. As artists under HYBE, the company's unilateral notification made it clear to us that they don't respect us at all. In the midst of this confusion, we heard through our manager that the new CEO wanted to meet with us. From the very first action taken by the newly appointed Juyoung, it was clear that there was no consideration for us. He claimed to care for us, to prioritize NewJeans, but looking at everything that has happened, it's evident that his words were just thatโ€”empty words. HYBEโ€™s actions, like publishing articles that painted us in a bad light just a week before our comeback, make us question how any of this is supposed to be in our best interest. ๐Ÿป: It's already been half a year of unnecessary and exhausting discussions about us and NewJeans, and even as a third party, it must be tiring. As the ones directly involved, itโ€™s incredibly uncomfortable for us. We still have music we want to make and goals we want to achieve together, but as things stand now, itโ€™s heartbreaking to think that we might lose not only the work weโ€™ve created so far but also the identity of our team. Thatโ€™s what makes us feel so helpless. We held this live stream to express our feelings because we sincerely want this tiresome conflict to end. ๐Ÿฐ: Like how we have our own and individual thoughts and feelings, we have the choice to choose how we will react to each situation, and we are not going to follow Hybe's every order blindly. We are more than well aware that this is getting in the way of our work, and that we should be treated much, much better than how we are right now. And it's very hard to believe that they are truly sincere about wanting to help us continue, to be able to continue to work with our Daepyonim, Min Heejin Daepyonim. Despite her being in the midst of all this current legal conflict, she's expected to plan and creatively produce our future endeavours in just only two months, which I personally think makes no sense at all. We don't want to hear all the empty words of how they're going to help us continue to work with Min Heejin, Daepyonim. And all we want is this legal conflict to be resolved and have our working environment returned back to normal the way it was before. ๐Ÿน: The way HYBE is operating right now feels dishonest and wrong to us. Please, stop interfering. Reinstating our CEO and returning us to the original ADOR environment we had before, with familiar people, not strangers, would make things right. Weโ€™re not asking for special treatment; we just want everyone to do their jobs well in their respective places. Weโ€™ll do our best in our roles too. We sincerely hope our request is heard. ๐Ÿถ: From a human perspective, I hope you stop harassing our CEO, Min Hee Jin. Honestly, she seems so pitiful, and HYBE just comes across as an inhumane company. What can we possibly learn from a company like this? So, I really hope you stop bothering our CEO. ๐Ÿป: What we want is the original ADOR, where CEO Min Hee Jin leads both management and production. The reason we're making this request is because it's a way to coexist peacefully without conflict with HYBE. If our message has been conveyed properly, we hope Chairman Bang and HYBE make a wise decision to restore ADOR to its original state by the 25th. Thank you for listening to us.

Solon Lee (Producer at Kuro Games): Thank You for Playing My Game "Wuthering Waves: Exploring Game Creation Under Unreal Engine." Interview by Nvliu66 When you think of Unreal Engine, what comes to mind? A few days ago, at the Epic Games Shanghai office, I met the producers of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 and Wuthering Waves. Both games are developed based on Unreal Engine, and they shared the stories behind their game creation. My biggest takeaway was that while a great game stems from a producer's emotional expression, its realization relies on the "escort" of technology. Let's return to the interview scene and listen once more to their unique insights on game development. Wuthering Waves and Unreal Engine Bill Clifford (VP and GM of Unreal Engine at Epic Games): With Wuthering Waves, they used many complex artistic techniques to present this anime style, and it's truly outstanding. They are among the first companies to create a role-playing game in an open world that is also cross-platform, which is another incredible feat. They introduced console-level graphics and combat systems while maintaining a consistent update frequency. Furthermore, as they adopt and integrate new Unreal Engine technologies into the game, the experience is continuously enhanced. Itโ€™s a truly inspiring success story. Solon Lee (Producer at Kuro Games): We have grown alongside the updates of the UE engine, including the release of UE5. Throughout the process, weโ€™ve been able to learn from UEโ€™s updates. When UE5 was released, it introduced many new technical features, especially ray tracing. Everyone currently praises the ray tracing effects in Wuthering Waves, which is actually due to the continuous updates of the engine. We found those highlights and ported them over to UE4.26. During this process, our engineers were learning the logic of the engine, following its updates, and developing an engineering mindset and a way of creating visual effects. So, my biggest personal takeaway is that choosing a top-tier engine doesnโ€™t just make the game better; it makes us better in the process. "Punishing: Gray Raven" was developed on the Unity platform, while "Wuthering Waves" is based on Unreal. What was the reasoning behind this change at the time? Solon Lee: Psychologically, we donโ€™t have a heavy dependence. We don't feel that just because we've used Unity, we must continue using it. We are a bit more pragmatic. When we were about to start Wuthering Waves, we clearly knew we wanted to make an open world. UE obviously offers more support for open worlds. We felt that "standing on the shoulders of giants" to make a game was definitely a more practical decision. At that time, we could also sense that most engineers in the industry had an aspiration toward UE. "Wuthering Waves" has been live for a year and a half. At this stage, could you use a short summary or a few words to introduce "Wuthering Waves" to the players? Solon Lee: Wuthering Waves is a game that strives to continuously create resonance with players. From the excitement and design of the action to the scriptwriting and performances, we strive to find "highlight segments" or moments in every version that can trigger internal resonance, touch the heart, or make players "scream" with excitement. This is actually a creative consensus our team has slowly formed over the past year. When we find that moment in a version and we ourselves "scream" for it, we feel that there is a high probability that when the version is released, it will be recognized by the users. Because the most important thing about a game is that it must be fun, as developers, we often think about what kind of game qualifies as "fun." What is a "Fun" Game? Solon Lee: One point I can think of right now is that the rules should be as simple as possible. As soon as you start, after two slashes or casting a skill, you should feel, "Wow, that was so cool! I want to do it again! Wow, so cool!" Specifically for action games, the "fun" is often hidden in very small granularities. For example, if you compare two different games where you are just running and jumping, the running in some games feels fun. Why? It might just be because the "grip" is better, the animation swing feels better, or it gives you a sense of gravity or momentum. Whether a point in a game is fun can be subjective. For me, there are a few games that have had a significant influence on my work. One is definitely NieR; when we were making Punishing: Gray Raven in the early days, we were very inspired by NieR. When Devil May Cry 5 came out, it gave us a lot of new inspiration for our combat system. Death Stranding is indeed one of my personal favorite games from recent years. When Elden Ring was released, it also gave us a very strong impression and touched us deeply. The project for Wuthering Waves started in the first half of 2020. At that time, there were very few open-world action games on the market because most action games back then were stage-based (linear/hub-based). All excellent action games required very tight level design. Later, Elden Ring came out, and experiencing it gave us strong resonance. We felt that action games definitely have potential in an open world, and we believe it should be that way. A Message to the Players Solon Lee: I am truly grateful that so many players like Wuthering Waves. It is because of everyoneโ€™s love whether it's encouragement or criticism that we are given a lot of motivation to maintain our continuous passion to make our game better. I believe the only way we can give back to the players who like Kuro and Wuthering Waves is by producing better and better versions and content, and making more and more great games. Happy New Year, and thank you for playing my game. translated by Xu #WutheringWaves #WuWa

This is Kyril Louis-Dreyfus, the majority shareholder and owner of Sunderland, he is 28 years old. 28 lol. You can read about his family, the Louis-Dreyfus family, theyโ€™ve got crazy money. His father was former CEO of Adidas and former owner of Marseille. Thatโ€™s by the way. Kyril is not just a โ€œnepoโ€ baby, he understands the football business because he was born in it. His father was owner of Marseille when he was born. Heโ€™s very learned and articulate. Just listen to their transfer strategy (for people too lazy to watch the video๐Ÿ˜…): Firstly, theyโ€™ve studied the fact that lots of teams get promoted to the premier league and go back down immediately. They injected ยฃ180m to sign 14 players because according to him, you have to do something extraordinary to survive the premier league. Before the season also started, himself and his team have planned what January transfer would look like: 1. If weโ€™re in the bottom 3, there are certain players we would get 2. If weโ€™re in the top 10, there are certain players we would also get. Now, his master strategy is to recruit young players, and maintain an average age. Sunderland were the youngest team in League one, the youngest in the championship and now the 3rd youngest in the premier league, only behind Chelsea & Brentford. Despite this master strategy, itโ€™s just like in agile project management framework, your plan needs to be flexible to accommodate changes, heโ€™s recruited โ€œexperienceโ€ in Xhaka and Reinildo, to guide the youth. Yes, I know I only want youth, but in this league, a little adjustment might be needed, Iโ€™ll add one or two experience players to guide them, and thatโ€™s what heโ€™s done. Irrespective, his team is still the 3rd youngest in the league. Again, I just want you guys to be seeing the work that goes into a club BTS, a lot of work I must say. I need you guys to also know about these things, as itโ€™ll inform how we see the game.

NDCโ€™s 24-Hour Economy: A Grand Deception, Not Delivered! Ladies and gentlemen, fellow Ghanaians, When the NDC was in opposition, they promised you a "24-Hour Economy"โ€”a bold, revolutionary policy that would create jobs, boost productivity, and transform Ghana into a non-stop economic hub. They even promised "1-3-3" employment, where three people would share one job to reduce unemployment. President Mahama said nightclubs would operate 24 hours, and businesses would get incentives to stay open round-the-clock. Felix Kwakye Ofosu, Minister for Government Communitions said waakye sellers will sell 24hours. But now, in government, what have they delivered? A footnote of the existing and ongoing GHANA BEYOND AID CHARTER- and not the bold, job-creating revolution they promised! We told them countless times, that the big talk they were making cannot be artificially engineered. You canโ€™t put a gun to the head of a businessman to operate 24hours. We told them that, providing subsidised power does not automatically translate into 24hours. We told them, you cannot implement 24hour economy everywhere in the country. We told them 24hour economy in itself isnโ€™t a policy but rather an outcome of a set of policies. They said we lie and we are naysayers! They are here today in office at the back of that scam of a promise and they are shifting the post. They specifically promised us a shift job system and they are unashamedly introducing to us an existing Economic Transformation Policy Document. Where in the document can we find the specific lofty promises they made under the so called 24hour policy. 1. The "24-Hour Economy" Was a Scam! The NDC sold Ghanaians a dreamโ€”that under their leadership, businesses, factories, and even government offices would operate 24/7, creating massive employment. REALITY CHECK: โ€ข No Mandate, No Shift Work Boom: They claimed three people would share one job via shifts. Where is it? โ€ข Public Sector? Forgotten! They promised 24-hour government services. Now? Only a few agencies (like ports) are mentioned and a few like Ghana publishing that have be operating 24hours long before the NDC came to office. And they do operate 24hours cos their sector demands it and not any special government intervention. โ€ข Nightclubs? Nowhere in the Plan! Mahama specifically said nightclubs would run 24 hours. But the policy document doesnโ€™t even mention them! Conclusion: 1. The NDC lied about a 24-hour economy. They tricked voters into believing in mass employment, but all they delivered is a consultantโ€™s reportโ€”not real change. 2. The "1-3-3" Job Promise? A Joke! The NDC promised three workers per job to tackle unemployment. It sounded too good to be trueโ€”because it was! REALITY CHECK: โ€ข The policy document does not mention "1-3-3" even once! โ€ข Instead, they talk about 1.7 million jobs by 2028โ€”but these are just regular jobs, not the shift-based employment they promised. โ€ข The document even admits that unemployment will still be at 12% by 2028 (Table 2, p. 35). So where is the massive job creation they promised? Conclusion: The NDC abandoned their flagship job policy. They deceived Ghanaians with a catchy slogan, then ditched it when they got power. โ€ข No guaranteed electricity or security for night-time businessesโ€”just vague promises. The country has already been knocked into Dumsor. Conclusion: The incentives are useless for most businesses. The NDC overpromised and underdelivered. Final Verdict: The NDC Lied to Ghana! โ€ข No 24-hour public sector. โ€ข No "1-3-3" jobs. โ€ข No nightclub revolution No Techiman highways vulcaniser working at 3am โ€ข Just another Copy & Paste from an existing GHANA BEYOND AID CHARTER which is more wholistic that addresses our countryโ€™s economic fundamentals and reinforces our earlier position on the 24hour Economy not in itself being a policy but an outcome of a set of policies. Ghanaians were sold a dream, but the NDC is delivering a scam. #NDCLied #NDCscam

.Asue Ighodalo: The Clear Choice for a Prosperous Edo State. As the good citizens of Edo State prepare to make their voices heard this Saturday, the 21st of September, 2024, let us reflect on the immense power within our grasp. The power to break free from the chains of bad governance, the power to chart a new course for our beloved state. That power lies in your vote, a precious tool for change. The APC has donned the mask of a friend to the masses, but behind this veil lies a sinister reality. They have lured gullible voters with sweet promises, only to reveal their true natureโ€” a party driven by a hunger for power rather than the well-being of the people. They have forsaken the ideals of governance, ignoring the cries of the common man while pursuing their own selfish ambitions. Under their watch, Nigeria has been plunged into an abyss of suffering. They have sown seeds of poverty, despair, and insecurity. The once vibrant spirit of our nation has been dimmed by a relentless struggle for survival, where even the simplest of needs, like food, have become out of reach for millions. In this grim reality, our people are not dying of disease but of hunger. We stand at the lowest point in our nationโ€™s governance. The APC has not served the people; they have served themselves. And when the people, rightfully aggrieved, have raised their voices in protest, they have been silenced, dragged to courts under charges of treason. Meanwhile, the APC's leaders bask in luxury, indifferent to the hardship that grips the nation. But there is hope. In this dark landscape, Dr. Asue Ighodalo shines as a beacon of integrity and vision. His candidacy offers a path to redemption for Edo State. Where the APC has faltered, Ighodalo stands firm, ready to serve with competence and a genuine commitment to the peopleโ€™s welfare. People of Edo State, the time has come to use the power vested in you. As you go to the polls, ask yourself: Has the APC made your life better, or have they only deepened your struggles? The answer is clear. Your vote for Ighodalo will not only bring change to Edo State but will also send a resounding message across Nigeria that we reject the deceit and self-serving ways of the APC. For nearly a decade, the APC has betrayed the people. They criticized past leaders for raising fuel prices, yet today, they preside over an era where fuel costs soar above N900 per litre. Their cruelty and disregard for the plight of the masses are unmatched. A vote for the APC is a vote for the continuation of misery, hunger, and despair. Open your eyes, Edo State. Do not be swayed by the empty promises of the APC. Electing Dr. Asue Ighodalo of the PDP is not just a vote; it is an act of reclaiming our future. It is a choice to consolidate the good work of Governor Godwin Obaseki and to build a future of prosperity, dignity, and hope. Let us march to the polls this Saturday, united in our resolve to bring about the change we so desperately need. Let us cast our votes for Asue Ighodalo and usher in a new dawn for Edo State. The power is yours. Use it wisely. -AA

๐Ÿšจ#Earth2 update ๐ŸŒโœŒ๏ธ First I'd like to apologise to our community for the lateness of this message. I was still considering a traditional last timezone #Q2 release but honestly we could use a little more time. As you can see in the screen recording, we've been extremely busy the past 3 months with multiple commits per day on average from our dev team & this recording is only of commits made directly to our #E2V1 repository. It does not include #BE / Server repository commits or tasks completed for custom development from our VFX, SFX, Concept Art & Animation teams or the countless other points of progressive development. While there are some in our community who would better understand what multiple daily repo commits means, the video footage just helps others to visualise how much work goes into the development of just one facet of Earth 2, and even though we may not publish a lot of public updates, we are extremely busy & focused on development & progress behind the scenes. Sometimes you lose track of time with so many different developments in progress. Excitingly for everyone, Chapter 1 is a very big release for us & includes some very important updates that will introduce the foundations for activity & experiences inside #E2V1. There are many moving parts & many new mechanisms we've had to design, develop & implement into an incredibly large, seamless, open world just to make Chapter 1 possible. We're also building a persistent world, meaning we're not just developing for a single player local PC environment, which would be much, much easier, but instead requires a lot of API & server integration for almost every feature implemented - and that doesn't even involve the multiplayer networking element which we've also made good progress on throughout #Q2. We're not implementing API & server integration only for a persistent world, but also to mitigate against hacking. I just wanted to provide this update & apologise for the lateness of this notification. Remember, we are still in a pre-alpha stage so there are inevitably going to be bugs & issues. Seeing as though we are going to miss #Q2 anyway, we could use another week or two to fix some known bugs & make it a little smoother. It won't be longer than that & even though it's not a lot of additional time in the big picture, I still said #Q2 & I apologise that we are going to overshoot that time frame. We will aim to publish an article this weekend to provide everyone with an in depth explanation behind the early access release & I think that article will help our community understand just how much work has gone into the past 3 months by our team. I guess I could have made this post short & sweet but I wanted to provide additional context so thanks for reading through. To end on a more positive note, hands on play testing has been very eye opening to possibilities & immersion #E2V1 offers. There are so many opportunities waiting & so many directions to take .. it really is very exciting. Another positive point is I believe this will be the final quarter of waiting in boredom / pain as moving forward we'll have feet on the ground inside #E2V1 & once it is stable we will be able to release subsequent updates faster. #Earth2 #Metaverse #RealityThreads #E2V1 #PreAlpha

vPay offshore accounts and physical cards have been getting field-tested IRL for a while now, and weโ€™ll open them to the public as soon as weโ€™re fully confident in the UX. But before offshore accounts go public, I want to address a few points: Some might point out that - vPay isnโ€™t the first crypto card - vPay doesnโ€™t have the lowest fees - So why choose vPay instead of the Coinbase ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Card or MetaMask ๐ŸฆŠ Card or KAST or or Tria, or any of the other big names? Now to address: Privacy | The biggest differentiator that sets vPay completely apart is Private Banking. The majority of the crypto card providers on the market use Rain infra. Even if youโ€™ve never heard of them, that's what your favorite "NeoBank" uses. And due to their legal jurisdictions, they will report your finances to authorities since they're CRS and FACTA compliant. We are not. As an OmniBank, we work with different banking partners, and although KYC is required to use our services, our offshore banks are non-CRS and non-FACTA. Tax reporting is the responsibility and choice of the user. Offshore Accounts vs Physical Cards | I've tried to highlight this a few times so far. vPay has 3 offerings on the banking side of things. Virtual cards - live now. Physical cards - coming Q1 2026. The first two are similar to what everyone else on the market offers. The offshore accounts are not. which are coming this week. They allow unlimited spending, ATM withdrawals, and international SWIFT transfers, which very few โ€œNeobanksโ€ provide. Offshore accounts are coming this week. Self-Custody | We're not 100% non-custodial yet, as that is near impossible at the moment but it's something we're working towards. And we try to keep the users' self-custodial wallets in the loop as much as possible for maximum control. Those who have tried the vPay app know that almost every move asks for permission from their wallet, and we always encourage users to keep their funds in their non-custodial wallets until the very last moment, since our top-ups usually only take seconds to a minute to process. Fees | All of the card providers mentioned above either raised millions from VCs or in presales or have a huge org backing them. We have neither. vPay was self-funded and community-owned since day 1, launched under Virtuals Protocol Genesis V1 launch model, an objectively bad launch model and hugely unfavorable toward project teams. So even though vPay has been generating revenue and profitable from early on, we do not have the luxury of offering 0% fees yet, since they're mostly a marketing gimmick paid for by millions in VC money and not a sustainable business model for early-stage companies. What we're working towards instead, is true co-ownership of vPay and revenue-share with users. OmniBank vs NeoBank | Iโ€™m not a fan of the term โ€œNeoBank.โ€ It implies just a bank, but make it crypto. Thatโ€™s not vPay. Our goals have always been clear: A) Anything and everything users need to do with their money and assets, both Web2 and Web3, all in one hub. Powered by a constellation of partner agents. The cards and the bank accounts are just the foundation. B) To eventually build independent financial rails for crypto and decouple from the chokehold of Visa/Mastercard. vLink is the first step toward this vision. This turned out to be a rather long tweet, but context matters. Questions and feedback welcome in replies or DMs. See you all with your vPay vCards very soon.
