Yo no la conocรญa, y me entrรณ muchรญsima curiosidad porque estaba justo en plena bรบsqueda de canciones para mi disco homenaje a la mรบsica en espaรฑol. Descubrรญ que esta canciรณn de Jeanette se lanzรณ en 1974, precisamente el aรฑo en que nacรญ. Me gustรณ mucho el estilo, tan diferente de lo que escribo y canto normalmente, y eso me motivรณ a hacer una demo. Despuรฉs de descubrir una balada contemporanea (TURISTA), una canciรณn pop (MI HISTORIA ENTRE TUS DEDOS), una acรบstica (ESO Y MรS) y una rock (MARIPOSA TECKNICOLOR), ยกha llegado el momento de conocer mi homenaje a la mรบsica de los 70! ยกDisfrutad! ๐ŸŽถ โ€ข Nei primi mesi del 2025, mentre stavo lavorando per preparare il disco in spagnolo YO CANTO 2 (che contiene canzoni diverse rispetto a IO CANTO 2 in italiano), ho chiamato un amico di Madrid che mi ha parlato di un ricordo della sua infanzia e mi ha detto che in quel periodo si sentiva ovunque la canzone ยฟPOR QUร‰ TE VAS?. Non conoscevo questa canzone e mi ha incuriosito molto, perchรฉ ero proprio nel pieno della ricerca di brani per il mio disco omaggio alla musica in spagnolo. Ho visto che questa canzone di Jeanette รจ uscita nel 1974, che รจ proprio lโ€™anno in cui sono nata. Mi รจ piaciuto molto lo stile, ben diverso da ciรฒ che scrivo e canto di solito per la mia musica, e questo mi ha fatto venire voglia di fare un demo. Ora sapete che la canzone mi ha conquistata, tanto che abbiamo realizzato un videoclip in stile anni โ€™70 che mi fa impazzire ogni volta che lo guardo. Dopo aver scoperto una ballad contemporanea (TURISTA), una canzone pop (MI HISTORIA ENTRE TUS DEDOS), una acustica (ESO Y MรS), una rock (MARIPOSA TECKNICOLOR), ora รจ il momento di conoscere il mio omaggio alla musica degli anni 70! I didnโ€™t know this song, and it intrigued me a lot, because I was right in the middle of searching for tracks for my tribute album to Spanish-language music. I saw that this song by Jeanette was released in 1974, which is exactly the year I was born. I really liked the style, very different from what I usually write and sing, and that made me want to record a demo. Now you know that the song completely won me overโ€”so much so that we created a โ€™70s-style music video that drives me crazy every time I watch it. After discovering a contemporary ballad (TURISTA), a pop song (MI HISTORIA ENTRE TUS DEDOS), an acoustic one (ESO Y MรS), and a rock one (MARIPOSA TECKNICOLOR), now itโ€™s time to get to know my tribute to the music of the โ€™70s! There it was. I saw a burnt down rocket was there at the corner of the space station set. I am sorry I forgot to ask him as to how he had shot the launching of the rocket on the set. The set of the satellite base was beautifully made at a huge cost, for it was all made up of thick duralumin. It glittered in its cold metallic silver light, and I found light rays of red, or blue or green delicately winking or waving from electric light bulbs buried in the gagues on the equipment lined up in there. And above on the ceiling of the corridor ran two duralumin rails from which hanged a small wheel of a camera which could move around freely inside the satellite base. Tarkovsky guided me around the set, explaining to me as cheerfully as a young boy who is given a golden opportunity to show someone his favorite toybox. Bondarchuk, who came with me, asked him about the cost of the set, and left his eyes wide open when Tarkovsky answered it. There are completely unverified rumors that she received a bouquet of flowers shaped like a 19 or a P1 (the aliases of two Mayiza-affiliated cartel figures). But others counter that the video was mirrored and the bouquet was not actually shaped in the way that is being claimed. There are no photos of said bouquet right now, so thereโ€™s no way to evaluate the truth of either claim. Hereโ€™s the only thing you can reliably know: The social media accounts that only cover Sinaloa cartel activity are going to be the last place youโ€™ll ever hear the truth about what happened. The social media environment surrounding every single news event in Sinaloa is deeply convoluted and fraught. And yet it's also the only place you can get any real information about the cartel war. News agencies will only copy and paste official press releases or barebones facts. The Sinaloans killed off every real journalist brave enough to attempt to really cover the cartel aspect of these incidents years ago, no different than what the Jaliscans did to their own journalists. Each side of the Sinaloa war has more than a dozen prominent social media accounts which crank out their factionโ€™s version of events within hours of them happening, sometimes making aliases up whole cloth. These accounts have fabricated fake US wanted posters, fake Mexican law enforcement rewards and more. But they never lose followers or receive a meaningful amount of comments calling them out on the fakes, so they persist in making them. Right now, there are no accounts which are willing to call balls and strikes on what actually happened, and why would anybody bother to try? The numbers and engagement only reward cheering for one faction or the other. And anybody who calls out the wrongs of both sides wouldnโ€™t be physically safe in Sinaloa for long.
