You cannot make this up! Prosecutors are trying to submit an edited video as evidence: multiple videos put together with zooming, circled people to focus on, and others blurred out 😳. Grok cannot even source a Kimberly at the Utah County Attorney’s Office who apparently made this highlight reel. Why is the prosecutor asking David Hull if he prepared the video and if he knows who did, then later admitting he knows who she is and can bring her in as a witness if necessary? When asked if it accurately depicts what he has seen in the raw footage, he says, “I believe so, yes.” This is the multiple times now that the prosecution has asked individuals who are not firsthand witnesses to vouch for evidence to be submitted to the jury. Finally, the judge denies this wild level of hearsay and “trust me bro,” but then coaches them through what he needs while trying to state that he isn’t trying to coach them.

This High School baseball coach sounds like has his hands full. I feel for him. He kicked this senior off the baseball team. Listen to the senior laugh and then try to degrade the coach. When asked why he was kicked off he said the reason was they took him out of the game (for who knows what) and they didn’t speak to him about it. So, he got on his phone in the dugout and was texting with his mom telling her to not bother to come to the game. Everyone knows you aren’t to be on your phone in high school during a game. Just by listening to the student and also the fact the coach had an officer present, I can tell what I already need to know. Sounds like the coach is trying to turn a program around. Do you think the coach made the right decision? Context is everything I know, but listening to him, can’t you kind of gather what the issue is? Who thinks this is exactly what is wrong with our younger generation?

Now that’s sportsmanship!👏 👏👏💐💐💐 Is winning really about finishing first? On the red track, a young girl in a white top and blue shorts is barely moving. Her legs look like they’re about to give out. She stumbles, slows down, almost stops right there in the middle of the lane. The crowd stands up and claps, but nobody runs out to help. Then another runner — the one in black, number 163 — comes up from behind. She puts her arm around the struggling girl’s shoulders, holds her up, and they walk the last few steps together. What stands out is how quiet it feels. No big dramatic dive. No sudden cheers. Just two bodies leaning on each other, taking short steps while everyone else has already finished. The camera doesn’t even need a close-up. The simple act is enough to make people go silent. In middle- and long-distance running, the body often hits its limit before the mind catches up. Blood sugar drops. The brain starts cutting off non-essential signals. Runners call it “hitting the wall.” Some say it feels like running through fog — you can’t tell where you are or how much further you have to go. For someone to still notice another person falling apart, then choose to slow down and help, takes more than leftover energy. It takes a quick decision: her safety matters more than my place. Asked Nuggets coach David Adelman about the season that Jaylen Brown has had, and he gushed about Brown as both a player and a person. "The the elite shooting from mid range is such a big deal in our game, it's the late-clock ability, his overall size, his ability to play in the middle of the floor, which is really hard to come double people and not give up the three point line to a team like they have, I would just say his continued evolution in his game. "He's an elite, All-Star player, two-way player. I just watched him grow over the years, not just the championship year, but with Jayson Tatum, obviously out, more responsibility falls into his hands, and I thought they did a great job building around him for this particular season, with all the shooting that surrounds him." "He's a problem. He's not fun to watch on tape when you have to play against him. I'm a fan of his, just as a pure basketball person, not just as a coach. Tory Lanez Appeal denied to be heard by California Supreme Court. What this means: This is the highest court in California that he can appeal to. They can try the US Supreme Court. This is not surprising given how this case has gone. So let’s talk about it. This case was a tough one to sit through, as the evidence heavily said that Tory was not guilty, but the girls were. Tory didn’t have to say it was Kelsey, the eyewitness did, the night it happened. The Girls Fought, the driver broke it up The girl (Kelsey) shot, Tory gets out to stop Kelsey. Evidence of a fight was all over Kelsey body…..hair pulled out, cuts and bruises to her legs where Megan kicked her repeatedly, nails ripped off, jewelry yanked off, clothes ripped. Megan has a knot on her forehead. Kelsey nails & jewelry found at the scene & bagged in evidence. Kelsey tests positive for GSR, was terrified of police, refused to speak to them & asks for an attorney. Kelsey is not allowed to see Megan in the hospital, she instead was fired, kicked out of Megan’s house, put into a hotel, given a plane ticket home. Megan and Kelsey immediately ends their business/BF relationship. Megan lies to police & doctors, causing two different medical reports to be made about glass & fragments. Police unaware Megan was even shot until she said so. Megan gives multiple different stories about a glass injury, then gives two different stories about how the shooting occurred. She admits to detectives that her and Tory had an intimate relationship but then lied on Gayle king about it, then admitted it was true after the show. Causing her to become an unreliable witness. Now somehow, the media only reports the part about Megan being shot and Tory being the shooter for over a year. Apparently… they are never told about an eyewitness, the girls fighting, Kelsey GSR results etc until Tory’s team exposed it a year later. Tory & team effectively gagged from speaking right after this. Megan and her team given a free for all to continue to spread their narratives only. In court Megan was the only witness the state provided, Kelsey needed immunity, Justin refused to testify & they did nothing to debunk the eyewitness. They provided no evidence the gun even belonged to Tory or that he shot it, as his DNA couldn’t be found on it. Yet somehow, we’re just supposed to believe he did this when evidence and witnesses contradict Megan’s multiple version of events. I don’t think so. Until the witnesses claims, that has evidence to match them, are debunked by other evidence… all we have is, two lying females who didn’t want to go to jail, so they blamed the man & got away with it. So, it’ll always be Free Tory & you can’t trust our Justice system. There’s nothing to celebrate here, this is a disgusting Miscarriage of Justice. This reads exactly like someone who sat down angry and tried to sound smart but failed miserably. Even in this video in which her topic is the division that killed her husband and has triggered three assassination attempts on Trump, she is still attacked, mocked, and slandered. People even complaining "why is she wearing black!?" Because they complain when she wears gold and when she wears white as well. When she shows up, and when she doesn't. When she looks 'suspicious' or 'odd' or 'weird'. Or connected to conspiracies crafted out of thin air. "Erika is a liar", Ok, then do two things: name the lies, and connect those lies to the accusations she has suffered for months. Because otherwise you're just another agitator that has zero proof, zero evidence, and only ad hominem attacks in the name of 'asking questions'. You never really cared about the truth. You have just used Charlie Kirk's murder as a telenovela, agitated by brainrot podcasters that only want a free lunch out of a case that, if you applied just a bit of common sense, it would be easy to connect the dots. The videos I made were precisely for that, but it's obvious that the conspiracies are juicier content for the watercooler.
