Watching these bts moments at Game Freak in 2006… I can’t help but think this was near the peak of their love for this franchise. You can tell they put so much fun, effort and passion into it. We really need Game Freak to still capture this love and effort for the future of the franchise. Over time doing the same thing gets old in a way(even if you still love it)… Sometimes new fresh ideas are needed too. If they just channel that magic again, or hire new guys that have that same excitement about Pokémon AND then pass on their spirit to them… man 🥹 I just love this.

I watched this 2 days ago. On a personal level, this really messed with me. I legit felt what I can only describe as shock, because in this moment when listening to Mario I realised that Angels and ‘god’ said this to people over and over again in the bible. Bear in mind that I’m not religious AT ALL - I learn from the teachings of Jesus and the historical information as I do from all religions, but I’m not religious. So when this piece clicked into place for me, my mind did not swallow it whole .. I’m still chewing 2 days later. Angels: some good, some bad - Times this was said to humans in the bible ; Matthew 28:5 - Angel at the tomb: “Do not be afraid…” Genesis 26:24 - “Do not fear…” (God speaking directly) Genesis 21:17 - “Do not be afraid, Hagar…” Daniel 10:12 - “Do not fear, Daniel…” Luke 1:13 - Gabriel: “Do not be afraid, Zechariah… Luke 1:30 - Gabriel: “Do not be afraid, Mary…” Matthew 28:5 - Angel at the tomb: “Do not be afraid…” Judges 6:23 - “Do not fear; you shall not die” Can’t be a coincidence that these beings are saying the same today upon encountering us.. right!?

This morning, let’s remember the girl we came here to support. ❤️ Temi is just a bubbly, free-spirited girl living her experience, making friends, having fun, learning, growing and playing her own game. And she deserves the freedom to do exactly that. In a house where everyone has the right to play their own game, it’s honestly strange how much energy is being spent watching, targeting and dissecting everything Temi does. Let people play their game. Let people have their ‘fun’ without constantly twisting it into something sinister. A house full of strangers is already a lot to navigate. Imagine living with over 20 people you’ve never met before, under constant cameras, pressure, emotions and scrutiny. Now imagine having every move you make questioned, judged, twisted or turned into a story by these same players who have the right to equally play their own game. We see it, we see the narratives, we see the targeting, we see the LIES and unnecessary conversations being said about her just to bring her down. 2024 - I counted over 150 bookings, which is more than 2023 shows - the year I officially started my journey🥹 This means so much to me, showing me that there’s growth in what I’m doing. That includes bookings in multiple provinces across the country and more international shows 🌎🔝 I achieved so much thank you to all your support. After hearing every McGregor vs. Holloway take over the last few days I keep coming back to one statistic. ❗️In the first five minutes of their 2013 fight, Conor threw 43 kicking attacks, including 8 jumping switch kicks, the strike he opened the rematch with. If Conor and his team rewatched Holloway fight even once, as I’m sure they did, one thing stood out immediately: the success of the kicks. ◾️After years of criticism that he’d become too flat footed or boxing heavy, this felt like an attempt to bring back the old Conor. It wasn’t one kick. It was an entire style. Light on his feet. Kicks from every angle. ◾️But, of course, 13 years is an eternity in MMA. You can recreate the blueprint, but time still plays its part. As for the injury, I don’t think he entered fight night seriously compromised. And maybe it’s the years of watching the MMA gods throw a wrench into historic moments, but I can’t help wondering if whatever happened to Conor’s knee occurred in the final moments before or even during the walkout. Perhaps even the now-viral shoe clip. We’ve seen stranger things. Tony Ferguson tore his ACL tripping over a television wire, like cmon now. All it takes is one awkward movement. And if that was the case, and the injury happened seconds before the opening bell, the opening flying switch kick makes more sense. I believe that opening was always the plan. It fit the original game plan, and psychologically it oddly made sense for a fighter returning after five years away whose last fight ended with a broken leg. We’ve heard Anderson Silva and Chris Weidman describe wanting to throw an early kick after returning from the same injury to prove to themselves everything was okay. Who knows, but either way, it’s wild to go back and watch these first five minutes of McGregor vs. Holloway 1 for so many reasons.
