Braving 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and 𝘀𝘄𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, troops 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝟭𝟭 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀, including 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻—𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗲 stranded across a flooded Nala near 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲, south of 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶, and 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵𝘀 marooned on a river island in the 𝗡𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮 𝗧𝗮𝘄𝗶 near 𝗗𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗶. Their 𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 and 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 ensured the 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲.
