Taliban members recently shared an old video on the social media platform X, showing Sirajuddin Haqqani and his brother, Badruddin Haqqani, bidding farewell to a young teenage suicide bomber named Jamaluddin. In a post accompanying the video, Taliban member Abdullah Raihan explained that the footage captures the moment when "Jamaluddin was sent on a mission to assassinate a foreign leader at the time." Raihan added that "Jamaluddin did not succeed in his mission that day." The exact time and location of the video recording are unknown. In addition to Sirajuddin Haqqani, the current Taliban interior minister, Badruddin Haqqani is also seen in the video. Badruddin, Sirajuddin's brother, was known as "one of the two main figures in the Haqqani family-led network." Raihan also mentioned that "Badruddin had prepared and directed dozens of suicide bombers for complex and successful operations that left the enemy shocked and stunned." The Taliban member further noted that Jamaluddin was eventually killed alongside Badruddin Haqqani in a US drone strike. However, he did not specify the location of Badruddin's assassination. The Haqqani family confirmed to the media in 2012 that Badruddin Haqqani was killed on 24 August 2012, in a US strike in North Waziristan, Pakistan. Most of the suicide attacks against Afghanistan over the past 20 years were planned and directed from North Waziristan, Pakistan. According to human rights organisations, many of the Taliban's suicide bombers were children and teenagers who had been "brainwashed" by the group.

Ayman al-Zawahiri, second Al-Qaeda Emir, lived in Pakistan. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, 9/11 mastermind, lived in Pakistan. Abu Zubaydah, 9/11 planner, lived in Pakistan. Mullah Omar, Taliban founder, lived in Pakistan. Mullah Mansour, second Taliban leader, lived in Pakistan. Mullah Akhundzada, current Taliban leader, lived in Pakistan. Watch this clip where I talk about their crimes in detail with Shawn Ryan Shawn Ryan. I also covered this topic with Rep. Tim Burchett on his new podcast last month. Thank you.

Monitoring: 🔴 || Al-Mirsaad’s Narrative Raises More Questions Than Answers On the anniversary of Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani’s death, Al-Mirsaad English has promoted a narrative, claiming 1S**. KP planned attack targeting Haqqani from Pakistan. However, information from inside the Taliban’s own circles tells a very different story. Evidence points to the attack being organized from within Afghanistan, with senior Taliban leaders Mullah Yaqoob and Sirajuddin Haqqani authorizing the operation. According to internal intelligence findings, two Taliban officials posted at the Ministry of Refugee Affairs helped the bom.. ber gain direct access to Khalil. Their involvement, along with the political rivalry surrounding the Prime Minister’s seat, points toward internal power struggle, not a foreign-based plot. Al-Mirsaad’s new claims follow its usual pattern of pushing unverified stories. Its sudden rise in activity seems aimed at diverting attention as international pressure increases over Afghanistan’s rising terrorism and worsening internal governance. Despite accusations, Al-Mirsaad offers no proof that 1S.. KP directed the attack from Pakistan. The Taliban regime has also not shared any credible evidence with regional or international bodies. Information from the Taliban’s own intelligence wing contradicts their public statements, showing that the attack was planned in eastern Afghanistan and facilitated by Taliban personnel stationed at the ministry itself. Senior Taliban leaders, including Sirajuddin Haqqani, were reportedly involved in approving the operation driven by internal power struggles over future leadership, not by an external command. Recent UN Security Council briefings, including comments from Russia and Denmark, show growing concern about the rise of terrorism inside Afghanistan, not outside it. This directly challenges the Taliban’s diversionary narrative. UN findings reflect broader fears that Afghanistan is again becoming a major hub of terrorist activity, with the risk of spillover into neighboring countries. The killing of Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani by elements operating from within the Taliban system highlights serious internal mismanagement, even after more than two years of rule. For Pakistan and regional states, such events only reinforce concerns that cross-border terrorism stems from instability inside Afghanistan, not from conspiracies beyond its borders. By ignoring internal fractures and pushing blame outward, Al-Mirsaad overlooks repeated UN assessments showing that 1S.. KP’s main base of activity is within Afghanistan itself. As global concern grows over terrorism emanating from Afghan soil, unverified claims from partisan outlets cannot replace real transparency, accountability, and regional cooperation. As the Taliban attempts to rewrite events, Al-Mirsaad and other aligned outlets like TOLO News repeat claims that lack independent verification, raising serious questions about political motives behind this revised story.

The picture of courage, struggle, and the crushing fight against powerful invaders — a reflection that can be found proudly within a single family. Three proud symbols of honor and faith. Three brothers from one great family who earned the blessing of defeating empires in defense of religion and homeland. The first video is about the martyr Haji Ismail Haqqani, whose struggle against the Soviet invasion is witnessed by every mountain of Greater Paktia. He had the honor of fighting on many fronts, and finally, in 1990, he fulfilled his sacred wish of martyrdom in a face-to-face battle. The second video features the prominent and courageous figure of two jihads, the late Maulvi Jalaluddin Haqqani. Whenever the struggle and jihad against the Soviets and later the Americans are mentioned, his name and image immediately come to mind. The late Jalaluddin Haqqani was blessed with two great honors — first, that he himself remained a shining name in the golden lines of jihad, and second, that he sacrificed four of his beloved sons in this sacred path. The late Haqqani Sahib also surrendered his soul to the Creator in the embrace of migration and the battlefield. The third video is about the martyr Haji Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani, a brave Mujahid of the frontlines who also wore the crown of being the people’s representative in councils and gatherings. He too stood firm like a high mountain against two invading superpowers and ultimately attained the lofty rank of martyrdom in an attack by the Khawarij. This proud family is a living example of those great sacrifices from which we still draw our slogans of honor and courage today. This family also disproved those claims (which at times may apply to some) that leaders themselves avoid difficult paths and push others forward — for these three were shining examples of leadership through sacrifice. And these were only three examples; in total, 76 members of this family have been martyred on this path — most of them in the prime of their youth. This journey and the realization of true aspirations have been achieved — and continue to be achieved — through such sacrifices. Perhaps in this era, such a caravan of sacrifice can serve as a model for the entire Islamic Ummah. May Allah grant us the ability to protect and uphold it. This honorable family resides in Sarani village, Garda Serai district of Paktia province.
