This woman was visiting her dad’s grave whom she misses very much. (Thank you for your service Engineman Stubbs 🇺🇸🫡) Out of the blue, this beautiful black maine coon looking cat came prancing up to her. That’s a Tufted titmouse bird making those sounds in the background. Doesn’t the last sounds of the bird sound like “I love you” twice? Some are saying those are signs from her dad that he is with her. Do you believe in signs like that? Have you ever received signs right when you may have needed them most?

I try to think of the dogs' names out a lot when we rescue them and I called her Bianca because she was covered in her own poop. Her skin was battered and I dreamt that one day she would be as white as snow. Those dreams all came true and she's now found her amazing home in America. What I love so much is that our lovely owner buys her soft toys and Bianca's favorite thing to do is round them up around the house and bring them all onto her bed. She's probably the most innocent and angelic dog that we've ever had and I think this sums her up perfectly. Not in a million years could I have dreamt that your life would turn out like this, Bianca, but it has and you deserve it, darling ❤️

Sharing the story behind our song Struggle will forever be a landmark in our journey. Opening up that night felt like the most vulnerable and out-of-place I’ve ever been on stage. But, strangely, it also felt like exactly where I needed to be – at home in Wigan, speaking to over 12,000 people from the community that has supported us through everything. Talking about struggles is never easy, but it’s so important. That night taught me how vital it is to speak up and how powerful it can be when we all come together. As Movember shines a spotlight on mental health, we should continue these conversations, support one another, and show that vulnerability is strength. Thank you very very much for making that day unforgettable. It’s a moment we’ll carry with us forever.

What happens when you don’t have health insurance when you most need it? You feel helpless. I’ve been there. Our first daughter was born with a serious heart defect, and I couldn’t afford health insurance. We sat in a hospital’s charity ward. I prayed to God the doctor would be able to save my baby’s life. She survived. But I’ve never felt more helpless in my life than at that moment. My little girl came into this world, and we were so blessed to have her. But her father couldn’t provide her health insurance. I’ve *never* forgotten this when health care is up for debate. ALL of us want good health insurance. The thought of cutting health care to give the wealthiest people a tax break is insensible, unthoughtful, and inhumane.

A budding journalist friend of mine visited #Manipur, and came across this amazing story of Lilika Devi, a child prodigy in singing, but blind by birth, in a remote village in Manipur. When he enquired more, he found that the blind school she’s studying in, had been adopted by The Assam Rifles at Pallel, and they have been trying their best to nurture and support these children. Lilika, I’m sure one day will find her place in greatest singers of this country, due to these efforts. In times like these, when we hear only about violence and chaos in Manipur, such stories are heart warming, and reinstate our faith in the Assam Rifles - the true sentinels of the North East. I’m going to tag many celebrities, HNIs, officials etc in this post hoping someone steps up and helps Lilika. Music introduced me to Her, and one day I'll go meet Her.🌺 When I was young, most of what I knew about Kollur Mookambika came from one song - "Janani Janani" by Ilaiyaraaja sir. I had heard the name Mookambika Devi before, but it was that song that made me curious about the temple, the Swayambhu Linga with the Swarnarekha, and the Goddess who is worshipped as the unified form of Mahakali, Mahalakshmi, and Mahasaraswati. That's the power of music. Long before the internet made information available at our fingertips, a song could spark curiosity, kindle devotion, and make us dream of visiting a place we had never seen. Yet, I haven't had the blessing of visiting Kollur Mookambika. It's still on my pilgrimage list, and I hope to stand before the Goddess one day, not through a screen, but in person. FT Chelsea 2 v 1 Spurs I’m fuming after that 90 mins It’s back to the pre-De Zerbi team performance we’ve put ourselves in. This shocking position we need a result at Everton to save ourselves. After a strong opening 18 mins, Kinsky had to make a good save from Palmer. Our midfield was nowhere, but we didn’t learn our lesson. Destiny with a poor headed clearance. Enzo picks it up and hits a great looping shot from 25 yards out into the goal. Kinsky reacts late. There was a gulf in class in the midfield area. We were 2nd best . This is a team that played at Wembley 3 days ago. We had 9 days rest, but it looked the other way round. Whereas the heart, the fight 🤷🏻‍♂️ It was also a team weakened without Joao Pedro, James, and Colwell. The start of the second half was no better. What was Muani doing playing that pass across the pitch like that for Santos to score? Made it 2. It’s all been too easy. FT Spurs 2 -2 Man City. What a game this was! How many thought that at HT ? We came into this game with such little hope because of our injuries, and that was realised very quickly. Talk about a game of 2 halves! Nobody can doubt the commitment in pulling it back level . Early doors, Vicario had to save well from Semenyo. Cherki started to terrorise a clearly not match-fit Dragusin, scoring the first and making Vic pull off a brilliant save. Bissouma looked like he was back on the ball with his distribution. Again, another mistake playing out from the back cost us a second. Rodri and Silva controlled the half if only our special guest Vertonghen could play for us today. Romero off at HT injury ? We changed formation to a back 4 and pushed forward. A sublime pass by Simons set up Solanke to score, but Guehi got there first. Simons looked very good in this half, demanding the ball and using it well. Palhinha was immense at the back made some fantastic interceptions to keep us in it. Solanke’s scorpion kick! Wow, what a goal seriously 🔥🔥 City started to lose their heads. Our boys believed they could win this. Great second-hand fight back. Very Proud of the players today.

Let’s pump it up the Spurs are staying up 👊🏼🔥 On a day of record temperatures we a hoped for a record breaking season performance today and we got it in fight and determination in hard conditions and tremendous pressure. We came out the block strong pressing them,we looked so much stronger with Porro and Spence on the right both defensively and from a stacking point. Although We pressed hard Everton were always a threat from set pieces and putting the ball in from wide. it had to be Palhinha however who broke their defence there were great scenes as he ran to the bench what a season he’s had for us the best loan signing in our History ? There was so many nice interchanging of passes down the wings this is pure De Zerbi Bentancur was outstanding again as were our entire defence It was nerve racking in that second half Everton came to play and in injury time Kinsky made a fantastic save he’s played his part in this seasons recovery Heroes one and all See you next season thanks for all your support TTID #COYS 🤍💙

BASTA BREADWINNER NA ATE, SELFLESS 🥹❤️ Looking back on her journey as the family’s breadwinner, Jeri Mae Tizon revisited one of the most fulfilling moments of supporting her younger brother. In a TikTok post, Tizon shared the touching surprise she prepared for her youngest brother: a second-hand cellphone she bought for him during the COVID-19 pandemic. “Grabe si Lord 🥹 kaka-umpisa ko lang halos mag VA dito, kaya mababa lang ang sahod plus pandemic pa at nahiwalay ako sa kanila ng ilang months… ‘Di ko alam pa’no ko naitawid ‘yon pero grabe, grabe si Lord kumilos. 🥹😭 Ang layo na, sobrang layo na,” she wrote in the caption. Tizon, 27, is the eldest of three siblings. She shared that she took on the responsibility of looking after her siblings after their parents separated, while their father rarely came home due to work. In 2019, she began working as a virtual assistant (VA). From then on, she took charge of their household bills, her siblings’ school allowances, and their daily expenses. During the height of the pandemic, she had to rent an apartment, and communication with her siblings came through their middle brother, AJ, who would visit her apartment to get money for household needs.
