Krishna on how Anthropic thinks about the platform vs. application layer, and when they decide to build their own products like Claude Code. It’s the question every investor and founder is thinking about: “Most of what we're building is platform. There's so many examples of where a platform can accrue a lot of value, but the customers who are building on that platform actually accrue even more value. We will build our own applications on that same platform where a couple of things are true. Number one, if we feel like we have a vision into where the models are going and we can demonstrate that and create customer value in that, that might be something like Claude Code. The second is thinking about ways to demonstrate value for the ecosystem that others might emulate. If you think about Claude for financial services or Claude for life sciences, these are ways in which we've composed the platform. We're building on the same platform as our customers. That creates a level playing field. We also think that there's so much value that's going to accrue in these areas that our customers can win and we can win as well. So I think of our strategy as mostly horizontal. A lot of the value is going to accrue to the customers that are building on top of it. Our goal is build the best models and then build the products and tools and services that allow that intelligence to proliferate within customers."

I’m worried that the US government debt problem will get so bad that the US will “go broke” and I believe that there are steps we can take to prevent it. I am in the process of completing a comprehensive study about the mechanics of how countries go broke, where the US government is in its Big Debt Cycle, and what policymakers and investors should do about it. The study will be published later this year as a new book: How Countries Go Broke: Principles for Navigating the Big Debt Cycle, Where We Are Headed, and What We Should Do. Tools for digging, new socks and fungus sprays to keep their feet healthy. Medications, a drone antenna. We are the largest battalion in the 93rd Brigade and I am their Бабця. It is important to support Ukraine now, and I thank you for that support. It is important to support the negotiation process, and I am grateful for every piece of advice and every bit of information we receive from European leaders. And it is crucial to support the principles on which Europe stands – that borders cannot be changed by force; that war criminals must not escape justice; and that the aggressor must pay fully for the war he started – and this is why decisions on Russian assets are essential. Please support these decisions, and above all, keep pressure on Russia. Russia is still killing people. Every day. Occupied territories remain occupied. And that means Russia remains a criminal state. Today, almost 70 parliamentary delegations are present, and if parliaments in Europe, in the world, do not close their eyes to this, then no one will.

"You can either produce excellence or you can avoid criticism. But you cannot do both of those. The reason that you don't have certain excellence that you want is because you are afraid of getting criticized. You are afraid of the judgment that comes with it. You are afraid of standing out. You are afraid of being alone. You are afraid of people looking at you. You are worried about what people think of you. There are 2 categories of things in this world: 1) Things that are up to you 2) Things that are not up to you Which category does your reputation sit in? Your reputation is not up to you. I'm the one who associates your reputation with something, not you. You just do things. What's up to you? How you act. Your decisions. Your actions. That is up to you. Your reputation is not up to you. Here's how I know that: You all have a reputation about me and it's not in my control. I get to say and do whatever I say and do up here. I am in control of saying it. I am in control of doing it. The moment words leave my lips, who has control over what is done with those words? You! You are in control of what you think of me. And there's no way everybody in this room is going to think the exact same thing about me. No way. When it comes to exceptional, what we've got to understand is you can spend your whole life trying to avoid criticism and earn reputation, and it still won't be in your control. We can waste a lot of time missing out on excellence we could have been producing if we were just simply LESS trying to engineer what we wanted other people to think about us."

“Well, thank you all for tuning in to the first episode of The Jeremy Boreing Show. You know, it's never really been my ambition to have a podcast. For the decade that I was running The Daily Wire, people would often ask me, 'When are you going to get your own show?' And my answer was always the same. 'They're all my show,' I would say. But they're not anymore. Now, if I want to talk to you, I have to do it directly and that's a new challenge. It's not where I thought I would be in life, not where I wanted to be. It's been a huge change leaving The Daily Wire. Not one that I had ever seen coming. But I'm glad to have this opportunity where we might explore some of the issues facing the country and the movement together. You know, I used to say that my mission in life was to fight the left and build the future. And for the most part, that mission hasn't changed but I do see now that there are threats to our freedom, threats to our future that aren't exclusively on the left. Some of them are on the right. The left is still the bigger threat, but you can't defeat an organized left unless you have a healthy right. And so it's incumbent on all of us who believe in the country, who who believe that America is a force for good in the world, who believe in the founding creed of the country that all men are created equal, that we're endowed by our creator with unalienable rights. Life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, who believe in our founding documents, who believe in our constitution, who believe that our best days can truly still be ahead, that we can bequeath to our children a future of freedom, a future of prosperity, and a future of virtue. Perhaps even more so than what was bequeathed to us, it's incumbent that we be the ones building that future. And so today I say that the purpose of this show is to fight for freedom and build the future. I don't know if we'll be a huge show or a small show. I don't know if we'll have rocket ship success like we had at The Daily Wire. I don't know if we'll be a top 10 podcast like The Ben Shapiro Show, The Candace Owens Show, or The Joe Rogan Show… and that's really not our ambition. I mean... The bigger, the better. We'd be very happy. But our ambition is really to be a part of the conversation, a constructive part of the conversation, to remind everyone of the optimism that we're called to in Christ, to remind everyone of our mission as Americans, which is to spread freedom and our mission as Christians, not tribal political Christians who use the gospel as a cudgel, but actual believing Christians. Our mission has always been the same, and that's to proclaim Christ in the world and the power of salvation that comes through the power of his gospel. And so that's what we're going to do together. It's not all going to be politics; it never was. Building the future is about building businesses, it's about building voices, it's about building institutions, it's about building culture, and all of those things are in flux today. Hollywood isn't what it was even a year ago, much less a decade ago. Politics has changed just in the year that I've been out of public life. Machines are on their way. They're replacing jobs, even as we speak. We don't know what the institutions of the future will look like. We don't know what the politics of the future will look like. We don't know what the culture of the future will look like but we know that if we aren't a part of building it, then we won't be a part of it. And so build it, we will, together. Life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, who believe in our founding documents, who believe in our constitution, who believe that our best days can truly still be ahead, that we can bequeath to our children a future of freedom, a future of prosperity, and a future of virtue. Perhaps even more so than what was bequeathed to us, it's incumbent that we be the ones building that future. And so today I say that the purpose of this show is to fight for freedom and build the future. I don't know if we'll be a huge show or a small show. I don't know if we'll have rocket ship success like we had at The Daily Wire. I don't know if we'll be a top 10 podcast like The Ben Shapiro Show, The Candace Owens Show, or The Joe Rogan Show… and that's really not our ambition. I mean... The bigger, the better. We'd be very happy. But our ambition is really to be a part of the conversation, a constructive part of the conversation, to remind everyone of the optimism that we're called to in Christ, to remind everyone of our mission as Americans, which is to spread freedom and our mission as Christians, not tribal political Christians who use the gospel as a cudgel, but actual believing Christians. Our mission has always been the same, and that's to proclaim Christ in the world and the power of salvation that comes through the power of his gospel. And so that's what we're going to do together. It's not all going to be politics; it never was. Building the future is about building businesses, it's about building voices, it's about building institutions, it's about building culture, and all of those things are in flux today. Hollywood isn't what it was even a year ago, much less a decade ago. Politics has changed just in the year that I've been out of public life. Machines are on their way. They're replacing jobs, even as we speak. We don't know what the institutions of the future will look like. We don't know what the politics of the future will look like. Then incentivize them to do exactly that. Help them and cultivate them so one of them can become iShowSpeed or Mr. Beast in X. Every time YOU update X, I do not see it benefiting the creators. Stop overthinking it. Listen to the community. That is it. Personally, I do not care about making $ 1 an hour. But I know many creators do. This is just my two cents.

This goes along with what Bob and I discussed on our chat. Of the Military presence and prepared to take the streets along with law enforcement. No one is even remotely talking about how they are in the cover of night showing up where they need to be. Not one report on the news that this many marines have shown up over the weekend to LA. My question is where else are they showing up and no one has seen it or even knows. And look at the military presence in Washington and the fences being put up there. Something is about to happen. I can feel it. False Flags are coming and going to grow in magnitude to a point of absolute chaos that will have the public allow for military intervention the public will demand it. This will be the summer of justice the enemy is going to try to stop it by using fear and false flags. We must be the ones that stand in the gap and fight using our power for love and calmness to peace. Not to be confused with weakness but we are the real strength.
