The balance starts crawling back from the COVID crater, but Trudeau and his Liberals keep falling in an almost parabolic fashion like dead weight. At the same time, Pierre and the Conservatives start surging almost parallel to the balance getting fixed. The country was moving toward a repair and fiscal responsibility. 🟪𝟰. And Democracy Watch basically calls it what it was: "𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵..." They said the prorogation was in the Liberal Party’s self-interest, the opposition was 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. So let’s not dress this up as procedure. Parliament was closed right when accountability was coming. Metal Slug 4 often gets a lot of criticism, but if you look at it separately from Metal Slug 1–3, it’s not actually a bad game. The stylish BGM that starts right from Stage 1 is excellent, and the Double Heavy Machine Gun was a really cool addition. That said, the biggest drawback is that the game feels very familiar—almost like you’ve seen it all before—which is hard to ignore while playing. In Korea, it was released around the time when arcades were disappearing due to the rise of PC cafe, so not many people actually had the chance to experience this game back then.
