We're bringing in some fun changes to Dremica this Sunday. Come try it out and see the progress. We can't have a Web3 game without degeneracy. Lokito's gambling antics have inspired a new way to play the game. On Sunday you'll be able to try your luck with your in game gold by spinning Big Boy's Wheel in an attempt to help you top the leaderboards. Also since we've added so much to the game it's time to look at the gameplay loop and its economy. Here's the changes I've proposed and my thoughts. Economic Simplicity We need your in game achievements to feel impactful. Dremica is designed as an MMO to give players freedom of how they play the game. Whether its killing monsters, leveling up tradeskills or playing with their gold. The common denominator for everything is XP (player levels). Even gold can be used to buy XP tomes from the shop to level up your skills. Now I propose we distribute our prize pool to players based on their levels. It's future-proof and allows us to add more features without breaking the core gameplay loops. All players will receive rewards from the SAMA prize pool based on their level obtained. Currently the Carnage prize pool is 100,000 SAMA so EVERY player will get a share of it based on what level they reach during the session. Your level / Total levels from all players * Prize pool = Your rewards. Also to keep that competitive spirit we'll be adding additional prizes for the top 10 on the leaderboard. When the Dremica BETA starts it allows us to simply add in a potential new tokenomic model and also allows PVP to plug into the system with ease. TLDR: More levels = more rewards. Why add in RNG-based mechanics (with the wheel?) Seeing the same people hit top 3 of the leaderboard each week isn't exactly exciting for new players. We can't have a stagnant monotonous grind, we need something dynamic. High-risk/high-reward scenarios change everything. Starting with Big Boy's wheel, we plan more exciting game play options including the new PVP zone in the beta. Personally I can't wait to see someone get super lucky and cause absolute havoc in the community. We're in the Alpha testing phase anyway, let's see how it unfolds. How can you make this sustainable? To make a Web3 game work, it needs to absorb more tokens than what are emitted. Dremica uses a fixed prize pool per session, if we can ensure enough utility that players spend their rewards and more than are emitted it can fund the gaming sessions indefinitely. Next month we're going to be focusing on pushing out the in-game SAMA shop where players can start spending the rewards they earn. It will be the first major step for Dremica to begin adding token utility. Additional utility is planned for the future whether its cosmetic-based rewards or unannounced mechanics. We've held back on planned tokenomic/ecosystem changes to focus on building the game first. If these happen there's only one chance to get it right. I think everyone knows gaming is one of the best use cases of Web3, just need to build a fun experience and keep people engaged. We've got enough time, runway and support to get Dremica up there in the Web3 gaming echelon. What else have you got planned? Each of the past months Dremica has been pushing out some hard-hitting updates and the game is truly taking shape. The team is working tirelessly to keep adding more features and improving the experience. Now that a lot of the core functionality required for an MMORPG is in, we can start to look at expansion. As you'll see later this week we're bringing in other projects/partners to join us on the journey. The Dremica BETA is the next major milestone where the game will look vastly different and the whole world is changing. And hopefully our frens at Beam will be able to assist and make sure everyone knows about it. I originally titled the work on Dremica as the "Secret weapon" before it was announced. Work on "Secret Weapon 2.0" has started which will enhance the Dremica/Carnage experience further. For Dremica to succeed we're doubling down on the "Carnage" model where everyone comes together at the same time to play. This is how the whole Moonsama ecosystem started 3+ years ago. The new Secret Weapon aims to fill that void. How can I play? If you own an EXO join our token-gated community at If you're brand new join and the team/community will be able to help you get access to the game. The next play test is this Sunday February 9th at 4pm UTC. A 2 hour session where you play to get the highest level you can. See you in game ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Cyberpunk City: Stepping Boldly Into a New Era At Cyberpunk City, innovation and ambition have always driven us. Weโ€™ve built more than just a gameโ€”weโ€™ve created an entire ecosystem where blockchain technology meets immersive experiences. From our token-powered economy to NFT-backed in-game assets, weโ€™ve consistently pushed boundaries. Along the way, weโ€™ve achieved significant milestones, expanded our community, and shown resilience in the ever-changing world of Web3. Now, weโ€™re excited to announce a pivotal new chapter for Cyberpunk City as we prepare to migrate to a new blockchain that aligns perfectly with our long-term goals. This move represents not just a transition, but an opportunity to build on our successes and scale the project further. With exciting updates on the horizon, weโ€™re confident this journey will unlock new opportunities for our community and propel Cyberpunk City to new heights. Reflecting on Our Achievements Before diving into the future, we want to acknowledge the milestones and achievements that have shaped Cyberpunk City: Strong Token Economy: Weโ€™ve built a thriving token-based ecosystem and ensured real utility for in-game assets through NFT integration. Commitment to Decentralization: With the launch of @CyberpunkStake, we showed our dedication to decentralization and rewarded our community with substantial token distributions. Impressive NFT Volume: Cyberpunk City is currently ranked 10th in all-time volume among NFT projects, a testament to the trust and activity within our community. Price Action and Market Strength: Our token has demonstrated consistent strength in price action, reflecting confidence in our vision and project execution. Meaningful Partnerships and Community Events: Weโ€™ve secured valuable partnerships and organized gaming events that brought our community together. Recognition at xDay: Cyberpunk City has proudly participated in two xDay events, earning two awards that highlight the projectโ€™s innovation and impact. These achievements reflect the hard work of our team, the enthusiasm of our supporters, and our shared vision for building something remarkable. As we prepare for the next chapter, weโ€™ll continue to build on these successes, creating more opportunities and experiences for everyone involved. What Does This Mean for Our Community? This transition is more than just a technical shiftโ€”itโ€™s a chance to elevate the Cyberpunk City ecosystem, refine our offerings, and tap into larger, more vibrant ecosystems. Our mission is to ensure that Cyberpunk City thrives in an ecosystem that can support our ambitions. Here are the key updates that will take place during this migration: 1. Token Ticker Change Earlier, our community voted through a DAO process, selecting $CYB as the new token ticker. As part of this transition, $CYBER holders will be able to bridge their tokens to $CYB on the new chain. 2. Asset Bridging All community-owned NFTs and tokens will be bridgeable to the new chain. Our Cyberpunk City dApp will facilitate these transactions, ensuring the process is as smooth as possible. Some assets will receive enhancements, but rest assured, all updates will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. 3. xExchange Trading Our token will continue to be traded on xExchange throughout the migration process, maintaining liquidity and flexibility. You will also have the option to bridge your tokens to the new blockchain at your convenience. 4. Timeline and Chain Announcement The official chain announcement will be made on November 8, 2024, and the migration will be completed by year-end. The new blockchain aligns with our vision of expanding Cyberpunk City into a vast, more diverse ecosystem, with a significantly larger user base and even greater opportunities for growth. 5. Whitepaper V2 Weโ€™ve received many inquiries about our new whitepaper, and weโ€™re excited to share that Whitepaper V2 will be part of a coordinated series of announcements. Due to uncertainties over the past 10 months, we postponed its release to ensure it aligns with the new direction of the project. Now, with a clear path ahead, we are working on a whitepaper that reflects new features and insights gained over three years of development. 6. Website Redesign Alongside the chain announcement, weโ€™re launching a completely revamped website to elevate the Cyberpunk City experience. With a cutting-edge design that mirrors the sophistication and quality of our game, the new site will be more dynamic, visually immersive, and crafted to engage a growing community of gamers. This update will also roll out with Whitepaper V2, providing a clear and comprehensive vision of our roadmap and future plans. The redesigned website reflects our commitment to delivering a premium experience and attracting a larger audience. 7. Marketing Strategy Our decision to keep the blockchain confidential for now is part of a carefully crafted marketing strategy. We aim to reach the largest audience possible with this announcement and are preparing the necessary content and campaigns to ensure a smooth and exciting reveal. 8. Business Development and Partnerships Our business development team is actively working to establish new partnerships on the new blockchain. Once the transition becomes public, weโ€™ll be announcing multiple collaborations to accelerate growth and expansion in our new ecosystem. A New Chapter for Cyberpunk City This transition is a bold and necessary step toward scaling Cyberpunk City into a truly global ecosystem. Itโ€™s not just a technical shiftโ€”itโ€™s a new beginning, filled with opportunities to build on our past successes and embrace new challenges. Weโ€™re confident that this move will unlock new possibilities, helping us reach more players, forge deeper partnerships, and create a thriving community. Weโ€™re excited to share this journey with you and look forward to what lies ahead. Stay tuned for updates and get ready to experience the next evolution of Cyberpunk City! Thank you for your supportโ€”weโ€™re just getting started!

๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅI listened to all of this from start to finish. What you see coming out of that guest on the show is the anger that is seething within many Nigerians at this moment. He touched on so much but the bottom line is Petroleum and the president doubling as the minister for petroleum. This new dimension in recent times started with Buhari, then Tinubu followed - Presidents doubling as Petroleum Ministers. But why? Petroleum is Nigeriaโ€™s biggest income earner and the economy revolves around it. Under the secret pact for the continuation of colonization which all colonized African countries are signatories to, your natural resources belong to your colonizer. And your colonizer has the Right of First Refusal on all existing and new resources discovered in that colony, like Nigeria. What that means is, British companies for instance will be the ones to control oil drilling and extraction from Nigeria. They will have the best of oil wells and assign the biggest and second biggest and probably even third biggest oil drilling contracts to British companies and then the rest to whoever else they wish to assign them to and eventually leave the crumbs for the host colony. Same British companies will also be the first companies to be contacted or contracted whenever a new resource, like gold is discovered in Nigeria. When they have taken enough of the mining contacts and are fed, the crumbs go to people like my brother, Arthur Eze & other local players. And when they extract the natural resources, say oil, in the case of Nigeria, the money they make goes almost 100% to England and if youโ€™re lucky as a host colony, youโ€™ll get 4% or max 5% Royalty from the sale of that natural resource they took from your land. It is on record that only two African countries make up to 5% Royalty from such satanic brigandage of the colonials in present day Africa, and I doubt that Nigeria is one of the two. The rest are forced to make do with between 1-3% royalty! Sierra Leoneโ€™s First Lady already told you but I know many didnโ€™t understand. Former Gambian President, Yahya Jammeh told you before they kicked him out on account of his refusal to accept this wickedness, but you also didnโ€™t understand. The distance between first world and third world is nationalization of a nationโ€™s wealth. Kill that agreement today and nationalize Nigeriaโ€™s oil wealth and Dubai will loan money from Nigeria. But it wonโ€™t happen because the colonials have become increasingly agitated about losing their grip on the natural resources of their African colonies, so what they started doing is imposing their own stooges and placing them in charge of the principal resources they steal from that country. So, while Buhari serves as a Petroleum minister in Nigeria, another African countryโ€™s president that probably has, say Gold as the dominant resource is his country, is also made to be the minister in charge of gold mining and export and so on. This is their new tactics and they wonโ€™t stop without a fight. What happens when their stooges sit on the resources theyโ€™re stealing is, they have even far more access to the stolen resource money and give almost nothing to the host countries - and this works so well because the people short-sightedly blame the president, calling him โ€œthiefโ€ and โ€œgreedy.โ€ And most of them are, but itโ€™s all the distraction they need to finish the host country. Itโ€™s re-colonization 3.0. Itโ€™s all part of that pact for the continuation of colonization. This is why the first thing the Sahel States guys did immediately after Russia helped them regain freedom, was tear to shreds that so called pact. If we all become aware of where the problem is from, weโ€™ll take our shots right and take our victory lap. Otherwise, weโ€™ll keep having these venting and ranting exercises in futility - and theyโ€™ll just laugh and do what they did the last time - pump money into some angry pockets and clear the streets of all descent. R E S I S T responsibly! Resist with KNOWLEDGE!

Say hello to a massive acceleration of AI smart contracts ๐Ÿง  on the Internet Computer #ICP blockchain. Brilliant work by the DFINITY Foundation team has accelerated deterministic floating point instructions by 10X. We continue on our mission to run sophisticated LLMs as smart contracts ๐Ÿ‘Šโšก๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ In the demo, image classification is now running 3X+ faster (across 3-4 blocks through consensus compared to 10-12 before). Naturally, the gas/cycles costs of AI inference has come down commensurately. The acceleration was achieved through broad low-level work, which includes commits to the public Wasmtime virtual machine implementation of WebAssembly. Coming optimizations will take us much further. The next optimization will include the integration of SIMD instructions into the smart contract execution environment, which will allow multiple floating point calculations to be performed in parallel through the execution of a single instruction. Something crucial: also in near sight, is the migration of the ICP smart contract environment from 32-bit Wasm to 64-bit Wasm, which will scale the number of AI model weights that can be loaded into contract memory from 2B to whatever is needed for sophisticated LLMs. Somewhat further away, is the provision of new APIs allowing canister smart contract code to export AI computations for accelerated processing on GPUs. This will require substantial work to address the challenges of achieving deterministic computation directly on the silicon, and for the community to agree a new public spec for node machines that pack GPUs, and to add compliant blockchain nodes to the network. Together, these improvements will unlock further orders of magnitude acceleration of AI smart contract inference (and potentially training). We believe that in the future vast numbers of AI models will run as smart contracts, which will prevent them being hacked (and thus the sensitive data they ingest being stolen), make them unstoppable, make them transparent, and where needed, allow them to run autonomously โ€“ for example for purposes such as KYC or EVM smart contract verification/certification. In the future, you will be able to have a conversation with a blockchain, and ask it to do reasoning for you. In this bright future, on-chain AI will be at the heart of Web3 โ€“ and to be clear, the Internet Computer's chain key technology will allow direct trustless integration with smart contracts on traditional chains such as Ethereum, Solana and NEAR. Join the #ICP mission to run the most impactful AI models on blockchain as smart contracts, and help make the Internet Computer the "everything computer." ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅBad Kitteh has European Union butt to kick today. What Iโ€™ve already reported on how their DSA censorship rules were created should have ended it. Elon Musk was fined by rules created by the Global Trump resistance! Hello, is anyone listening? The radical leftist, Avaaz, used pressure campaigns and activists to get their way on censorship. Once even using a million people to pressure Facebook. They even worked with Imran Ahmed of the Center For Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) too. Avaaz was created by MoveOn, a key player in the Soros Democracy Alliance Trump Resistance, aka Serbian Otpor. And Avaaz is used to stop โ€œTrumpsโ€ globally. Avaaz is also partnered with Newsguard. And was a signatory for the EU Code of Practice on Disinfo. About a year ago, I did a 5 part series on Avaaz, with tons of evidence, that Iโ€™m going to review today. Avaaz even ran a disinfo war room in Brussels and EU brass visited them regularly. Hereโ€™s a couple of quotes so you understand what Avaaz is about: โ€œAvaaz is the epicenter of the global resistance to Trump. Together, we've helped defeat Trumpism at the ballot box in Western Europe, and defeated Trump's attempt to kill the Paris climate agreement.โ€ โ€œAvaaz has planned a massive, people-powered uprising to help defeat the far right. We'll expose the wolves in sheep's clothing, uniting millions in a defiant rejection of hate and planetary destruction.โ€ Now onto my EU evidence. โ™ฆ๏ธ Avazz: โ€œWe can honestly say Europeโ€™s new Digital Services Act wouldnโ€™t look like it does without Avaaz. We ran massive investigations into the harms caused by social media and shared our findings everywhere. Then we drafted groundbreaking legislative proposals. EU Commission Vice-President Margrethe Vestager endorsed our call for a โ€œParis Agreement of the Internetโ€. And EU Commissioner Thierry Breton was so convinced by our research that he went on TV to talk about it the day after we met him! For over four years, our movement - together with an inspiring civil society coalition โ€“ has been at the forefront of this battle to protect citizens and democracy. In 2019, many EU lawmakers didnโ€™t really understand the problem. The idea that lies and conspiracy theories going viral online. So, inspired by a Lithuanian project, we hired researchers we called โ€œelvesโ€ to investigate internet โ€œtrollsโ€ and reveal the scale of the disinformation problem, especially the impact it was having in Europe. Working from a war room in Brussels, our team of 30 โ€œelvesโ€ uncovered what 30,000 Facebook monitors and their team of experts seemed to have missed: huge networks, using fake accounts and inauthentic pages, spreading toxic lies and hatred across Europe ahead of crucial elections. Following our investigation, Facebook took down networks that could reach an estimated 3 BILLION (!!!!) views in a single year!! As election day approached, top EU politicians, journalists and security experts were coming to our war room almost every day for information and briefings. Top EU officials were shocked by what we had found and asked us: what could be done? So, working with social media insiders, academics and lawmakers, we developed research-backed proposals to clean up social media. And we didnโ€™t let go โ€“ showing up at every single meeting, event or video call with our findings, and publishing ever more evidence exposing how platforms were failing. We even organised a conference on disinformation bringing together some of the most influential EU politicians and executives from Facebook and Twitter to make our case! We even delivered messages to politicians from Avaaz members across Europe in beautifully made books!โ€ Full article at link Harmeet K. Dhillon Ed Martin Secretary Marco Rubio Video- Imran Ahmed of the Center For Countering Digital hate worked with Avaaz on the Paris Agreement For Disinfo to work on the DSA. This was attended by EU Vice President Commissioner Vฤ›ra Jourovรก, and EU commissioners etc.

Shabana Mahmood wants you to think it's stopped. It hasn't. They didn't LOSE control of your housing. They didn't run OUT of homes for you. They GAVE them away. She banned the bit you could SEE, and kept the engine running. 21 brand new houses in a quiet Shropshire village. Worth ยฃ250,000 each. Built for local families. Handed to the asylum system instead, for up to 83 migrants, rent free. Rural. Back gardens. Next to where local children play. On a street where a British family had already bought and moved in. Residents weren't even told who was coming. They had to FOI their own council for the basics. How many. Who. Whether they're even families. Made to force it out in writing. Asked on live radio why our own homeless get nothing while this happens, Yvette Cooper didnโ€™t deny it. She admitted it, said they should be in more appropriate accommodation. So she knows itโ€™s wrong. Then she swerved. Reduce the system. Family reunion. Student visas. The system we inherited. We're saving a billion. Everything except the answer. So here's the answer she wouldn't give. Who decides it. Not your council. Not your MP. Not one person in that village. The Home Office decides, and tells a private firm, Serco, to place people. We know because Serco said it. The Home Office decides where people go, and instructs us accordingly. The people you vote for have no say. The people with the say, you never voted for. Why they pack them in. They're paid by the head. Twelve hundred pounds a year per person, a hundred a month per extra bed. Six in a house beats a family of four. That's how you get 83 people into 21 homes. Not compassion. Arithmetic. Who even chooses who comes. Under the new scheme, charities, universities and employers pick. Not you. Not your MP. Private groups hold the keys. Who gets rich. The man who owns one of these firms went from a caravan park to a billionaire. Porsches. Mayfair. Monaco. All from housing migrants on our money. His firm paid out twenty eight million in dividends in one year, almost all to him. One man, drawing more from our foreign aid budget than the whole of Ghana. He made so much his firm agreed to hand thirty two million back for breaching the profit cap. Money the Home Office still hasn't confirmed it's even collected. Hereโ€™s why they'll NEVER really stop it. The money we spend housing migrants here is counted as foreign aid. On paper, Britain feeding the world's poor. Really, filling a landlord's pockets in Monaco. Because it counts as aid, the more come, the better their books look. Count the ways they win. The contractor gets rich. The Treasury books four point three billion as aid that never leaves the country. Real aid to Africa is cut, the money stays here in Clearsprings and the consultancies, and you pay twice, in tax and in a home your kids will never get. The boats aren't a crisis to them. They're the business model. Forty thousand to leave, called a saving. Ten thousand to stay, called fairness, though their own figures say most will never earn enough to pay a penny. Now, ban the new-builds, and call it fixed. A different headline every month. The same engine underneath. Hereโ€™s the smoke, right on cue. They've said Stoke Heath won't go ahead. Sounds like a win. It isn't. They didn't stop it because it was wrong. They stopped it because it was SEEN. It went viral. It got too hot. So they killed the one estate the camera found, and kept every one it didn't. Its not just Shropshire. Over in Suffolk, migrants have already moved into four brand new townhouses worth ยฃ300,000, with en-suites, underfloor heating and electric car points, handed over rent free Flat blocks taken in Huddersfield, Chelmsford, Bournemouth. Same Home Office. Same contractor. Town after town, the ones no camera found. They won't even confirm the family already in Stoke Heath will be moved out. The ban only touches new-builds. The flat blocks stay. The HMOs stay. The contracts stay. Who really runs it. The Home Office behind all this was headed by Antonia Romeo, now Cabinet Secretary, the most powerful official in the country. She began her own career at a global consultancy, Oliver Wyman, a firm with a documented history of work in the refugee sector. Nobody voted for her. She was there before this government, and she'll be there after it. Ministers are the face. She's the engine. Three firms. Fifteen billion pounds of contracts. Break clauses that could end it tomorrow. Not one pulled. Yvette Cooper ran this and dodged it on air. Shabana Mahmood bans the one part that got caught and keeps the rest. Same engine. Two faces. The next face is already here. Whoever walks into Number 10 next can't break it either. Romeo stays. The contracts stay. They inherit it intact. Our own keep waiting. 1.3 million on the longest social housing queue in over a decade. The family that saved ten years. The homeless man born here. Passed over, in their own country, so the engine keeps running. You can respray a car. New paint, new bodywork, new badge. It still drives, because you never touched the engine. Same here. Change the government, the face, the party. The engine never moves. The Home Office. The contractor. The billionaire. The consultancy. The money. The one they never let you vote out. That's the engine and every few months they hand you a new face to be angry at, so you keep swinging at the paint. They didn't ban the machine. They banned the photo of it. Then stood at a podium and told us they'd fixed it. That's not a mistake. That's a decision. Stop aiming at the paint. Go for the engine.

I paid Alex & Leila Hormozi $5,000 for their 2-day scaling workshop. Why? To grow my business from $6 million to $12 million in 2025. These 12 lessons from the event will help me get there: 1. The fastest-moving entrepreneurs are obsessive resource allocators. Similar to investors, they seek the best risk-adjusted returns with the resources they have. The main resources of the business are: โ€ข Time (of the team) โ€ข Attention (of the team) โ€ข And capital (of the business) So resource allocation is: โ€ข Aligning attention on the most important thing โ€ข Properly allocating everyoneโ€™s time to achieve that thing the fastest โ€ข Strategically investing capital to accelerate the outcome or increase its likelihood of achievement 2. $3m to $10m in EBITDA is where the majority of the value in a business is created. $3m in EBITDA likely gets a 1x multiple, so $3m of enterprise value. The process of going to $10m (when done well), not only 3.3xโ€™s the EBITDA, but can take the multiple from 1 to 4 -> which is a 13.2x return. The EV goes from $3m to $40m, and that is the stage we are in right now as a business. 3. LTV:CAC are two metrics you must have staring at you and constantly audited. LTV = lifetime value of the customer CAC = customer acquisition cost The scope of calculating those is beyond this write-up, but basically you want this metric to be ~8:1 or higher when aggressively scaling a service-based business. On top of that, these are the only two metrics that you can โ€œimproveโ€ in your business โ†’ either making customers worth more or reducing the cost to acquire them. You should be able to tie every project on your list directly to the improvement of one of these metrics. 4. We need a single dashboard with the most important metrics in the business. The quality of the dashboard is: โ€ข How many people use it on a daily basis โ€ข And how clearly they can connect their performance to the performance of the main numbers on the dashboard. We have data thrown about across Airtable, Google Sheets, and various Slack channels. Now, itโ€™s time to unite them such that we can make even better decisions as a team. 5. Leveling up in business is transitioning from selling to people to selling to employees. In the beginning, you are the one creating all of the value. Over time, you will replace yourself out of certain functions that are customer-facing (if you are approaching business correctly). However, your job then becomes selling to your employees to spark their highest performance and retain them. 6. Brand is the best way to improve LTV and reduce CAC at the same time. It makes it cheaper to acquire customers since you have fixed media expenses (just labor) but unlimited upside in the number of eyeballs you can reach. It increases LTV because the continued content you create makes customers likely to keep purchasing because they associate the good content with the purchase they made, whether itโ€™s free content or not. 7. Every single thing in your business is trainable, you just lack the skill of training. Seeing their presentations, their handshakes, the way they repeat the question back to the audience, it was so clear that Alex & Leila did this first, then obsessively role-played and drilled each person on their performance until it was indistinguishable from theirs. 8. The people doing it at the highest level of an obsessive, intentional standard. It was so evident the way these employees conducted themselves that they: โ€ข Loved working there โ€ข Loved the culture of high performance โ€ข And had been trained with extreme repetition and attention to detail 9. Past $3-5m in revenue, anything โ€œnewโ€ starts with โ€œwhoโ€ not โ€œhow.โ€ I made the mistake last year of trying to โ€œbootstrapโ€ our cold ads initiative (while continuing to run the rest of the business & sales team). I spent roughly ~200 hours on this throughout the year, which took time away from both my content and the management of the sales team. But for whatever reason, I thought I โ€œhadโ€ to be the one who got it off the ground, then handed it off to a new hire or media buyer. But I had the sequence flipped. I should have spent the first 50 hours finding a world-class director of paid marketing, someone with far more experience than me building out a cold traffic acquisition system. Heck, I could have even spent 200 hours on it and ended up with a far greater return than I ended up with. 10. Excellence is a remarkably high number of extremely small details done well. Throughout the workshop, I paid close attention to the event operations, taking notes on how to run a great in-person event in case we wanted to do so in the future. Several things stood out that were clearly โ€œiterationsโ€ from prior events, all based around eliminating the small, annoying parts of attending any kind of seminar. โ€ข High-quality food โ€ข Greeters at the door โ€ข Clear bathroom signs โ€ข A barista for fresh coffee โ€ข WiFi signs posted everywhere โ€ข Constant 15-minute breaks every 90 minutes The list goes on and on. 11. Any change you make in a business you should expect a 20% โ€œdecreaseโ€ in performance to start. That makes the hurdle rate to doing โ€œnewโ€ at least 20% for it to be worth it, and arguably 40%. This happens because the switching cost leads to an immediate drop just from having to retrain the team. Change a meeting cadence, change a sales script, change an onboarding flow, all of these are going to come with a switching cost the team must overcome. Therefore, the highest risk-adjusted return is always to just do more or better or whatever youโ€™re already doing, rather than add something new. 12. The ultimate size of the business is the sum of the intelligence of its people. Alex laid out this golden nugget during one of his talks and I found it interesting for a few reasons. First, because of his definition of intelligence = speed of learning, that means the ultimate size of the company is how quickly everyone can learn things. And so said another way, the ultimate size of the company is correlated to the speed of its iterations. The second reason I found this interesting is because you can create a culture of iteration through constant, rapid feedback on every behavior. And when I say constant, I mean constant. You could tell theyโ€™ve built this culture by the way their presenters all presented the exact same way as Alex and Leila. Aaand thatโ€™s it! I go deeper into all these lessons in this video, check it out: Timestamps 00:37 The Fastest Moving Entrepreneurs Are Obsessive Resource Allocators 04:09 $3m To $10m EBITDA Is Where The Majority Of The Value In A Business Is Created 07:00 LTV:CAC Are Two Metrics You Must Have Staring At You 10:04 You Need A Single Dashboard With The Most Important Metrics In The Business 12:03 Leveling Up In Business Is Transitioning To Selling To People To Selling To Employees 14:10 Brand Is The Best Way To Improve LTV And Reduce CAC At The Same Time 16:02 Every Single Thing In Your Business Is Trainable, You Just Lack The Skill Of Training 18:54 The People Doing It At The Highest Level Have An Obsessive, Intentional Standard 20:04 Past $3-5m In Revenue, Anything "New" Starts With "Who" Not "How" 23:33 Excellence Is A Remarkably High Number Of Extremely Small Details Done Well 26:23 Any Change You Make In A Business You Should Expect A 20% "Decrease" In Performance To Start 28:07 The Ultimate Size Of The Business Is The Sum Of The Intelligence Of It's People

Cracker Barrel has been one of the most loved brands in America for decadesโ€ฆ That changed this week with a logo redesign that infuriated the public butโ€ฆ the problem goes MUCH deeper than a logo. Cracker Barrel has gone fully woke and now itโ€™s time to expose everything. Hereโ€™s the highlights you need to know: โ€ข Cracker Barrel has funded "all ages" Pride events for many years like Nashville Pride and Third River City Pride. โ€ข Cracker Barrel worked with the far left HRC organization and reportedly sponsored HRC events for 10 years. They even brought an HRC representative to their Tennessee HQ to do a pronoun and transgenderism training. Weโ€™ve included photos of this in the video. As a reminder, the HRC supports child sex changes and men in womenโ€™s bathrooms. They work to normalize/legalize both things and they work to force transgenderism in the workplace. โ€ข Cracker Barrel worked with a group called Conexiรณn Amรฉricas as part of their DEI efforts. This group helps illegal immigrants, providing them lawyers and the executive director opposes President Trumpโ€™s deportations. โ€ข Cracker Barrel sponsored the Out & Equal LGBTQ Workplace Advocate Conference and presented a workshop on how Cracker Barrel has made progress supporting LGBTQ+ causes. This group works to push sexual topics and pronouns into the workplace. โ€ข Cracker Barrel was awarded Out & Equalโ€™s 2018 top LGBT ERG group award and they won the Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce "Corporate Diversity" award. โ€ข CB created a special "diverse" suppliers program focused on increasing "diversity" among suppliers. To most people this just reads as: less white people. โ€ข Had Coming out day pamphlets passed out at their TN headquarters as well as pamphlets about supporting "LGBTQ YOUTH" and creating "Safe Zones" at work, free from "heterosexist or cwordgendered comments and actions" (X will downrank my post if I spell that word out). If you said anything activists would describe as "heterosexist" then you were told that youโ€™d be "educated" by their LGBT office group. โ€ข CB has had multiple DEI focused employees and had CB employees attend DEI roundtables. โ€ข CB had pride flags at their corporate office. โ€ข CB promoted the Stonewall riot to employees and on their website despite the fact that the Stonewall Inn was reportedly owned by the mafia, rife with drug dealing and also the site of teen "prostitution" for older men. โ€ข Had a Cracker Barrel employee on the HRCโ€™s business advisory council. โ€ข Has ERG groups in the office that are divided by race and sexual preferences. โ€ข A total commitment to DEI policies. โ€ข CB has had MANY activist employees driving this far left policy agenda, including a head of training + management, top execs and a board of directors member who owns a DEI consulting firm. To put it mildly, Cracker Barrel has forgotten who their core customers are. Itโ€™s time for us to remind them. They depend on YOU to keep their business afloat so now YOU have to ask yourself: Do you want to fund people or companies that hate your values? Itโ€™s time to remind them who their customers are. If you think their values donโ€™t align with yours and youโ€™re a customer who wants to speak out, you can write to them here: Reporters can also call their reporter hotline at: 615-235-4135 or email them: [email protected] Remember to ALWAYS BE KIND. Many in customer service agree with you. Being rude hurts our cause! I give everyone permission to use my video and what we found to make your own content. You can rip this, clip this, make your own content, etc. You can even monetize my video. Just get this information to everyone you know. We have to take our power back as consumers. Every company needs to get the message that THIS ENDS NOW. If you support our movement then subscribe to my X page for $5 a month or any amount at Become a whistleblower against a woke company at:

FULL DISCUSSION: Tucker, Botswana, Zimbabwe & Sierra Leone Leaders Clash on China, U.S. and Europe Tucker Carlson: Gentlemen, thank you for doing this. Itโ€™s awfully nice of you to do this. Iโ€™d just like to go right down the line. Um, and first to you, President Mnangagwa. Again, thanks. In as clear terms as you can, I wonder if you would, um, contrast your experience with China versus the Western powers. Do you think that Zimbabwe and other African countries, to be totally blunt, get a better deal from Chinese investment than they have with Western powers over the past 150 years? President Mnangagwa (Zimbabwe): Well, um, my view is that, um, initially as we became independent, we had, um, most of our development thrust was from the West. But as we evolved, we have also benefited from investment and cooperation from countries like China. But what are... I mean, the basic structure seems the same? Foreign powers extract mineral wealth from various African countries. But do you think that the arrangement that Zimbabwe and other countries currently have with China is better or worse for Zimbabwe than it was under, say, the Brits? President Mnangagwa (Zimbabwe): I think the premises upon which you construct your question... I donโ€™t think is perfect. Yes, Zimbabwe is a sovereign state. And we move on the basis that gives us the best results for our resources. Whether it is relation with the West or the East, what is primarily important is what we ourselves, as an officer, are satisfied with. We donโ€™t need to please the West or please the East. We please ourselves. Tucker Carlson: That seems like a good model for every sovereign country. President Mnangangwa, thank you for this. Do you think that there is a substantial difference? Iโ€™m just trying to understand from a Western perspective how the East does business in Africa versus how the West does. It may be too sensitive a topic to talk about out loud, but to the extent you have a view, you can share, would you? President Mnangangwa (Zimbabwe): Iโ€™m sure relations cannot be measured country by country. Yes, relations depend on the historical background of countries between one country and another. Thatโ€™s the base on which relations grow and are nurtured. For us in Zimbabwe, yes, we are a former British colony, but we are very happy with the relations that have now developed with countries like China and so on. Yes, despite being a former British colony. Tucker Carlson: I think this may be one of these topics that's too difficult to talk about in public. Let me just ask you, President Bio, about one of the strengths of your country and the continent, which is its birth rate, which so far surpasses that of any other region in the world, and that seems like a strength. How has your country, Sierra Leone, but also many other countries in Africa, been able to maintain a birth rate at replacement when Europe, the US, Canada, and lots of other parts of the world have not been able to? President Bio (Sierra Leone): Thank you very much. I think, um, we are hard workers, and, uh, we work both in the day and at night. That is such great advice. It is essential to have, uh, young people and to keep the birth rate at the right level so that, uh, there is sustainability in development. What we do today, or as leaders, we provide the enabling environment, provide them with the tools, uh, the young people to navigate the world, which is extremely tough, complicated, and evolving and changing all the time. So it is our responsibility to bear that in mind. We have to plan ahead, be ahead of the curve, to be able to replace accordingly, so that we donโ€™t have a gap in our development process. So we have been busy producing, um, as much as we can, a lot of good people, and we are investing in their education so that they are fit for purpose for a world that is becoming digital and of course going extremely to the edge of technological advancement. Tucker Carlson: If I could just ask a quick follow-up, uh, to you, Mr. President, do you keep track precisely of how many of your young, educated citizens leave and how many stay? Are you thinking hard about how to retain the smartest, most energetic people? President Bio (Sierra Leone): Definitely. Um, in fact, what, uh, my administration did was to make sure that, uh, we provide basic primary and secondary education free of charge to the citizens. Every child born in Sierra Leone, uh, can go to school, be, um, and finish high school without paying a penny. We donโ€™t just provide tuition. We also make sure that we provide other essentials to make it possible for so that nobody has an excuse not to go to school. Because, um, in the 21st century, without education, definitely you canโ€™t make it, and we do not just want to make it at the personal level, family level. We want to grow as a nation. We want to be, um, useful citizens of West Africa, um, the community that I chair today, but we also want to be useful citizens globally, useful citizens that can contribute to the world. So we are taking stock of that, and we are educating them, equipping them, in fact, I call education as an equipโ€”equipment, a navigation equipment in a world that is becoming very, very complicated and complex. Tucker Carlson: Thank you, President Boko. If, as you look at young people in Botswana who are educated and energetic, whatโ€™s your pitch to them? Whatโ€™s your argument to them to stay in Botswana, not go to South Africa, Europe, or the United States? President Boko (Botswana): Young people are generally innovative. They are entrepreneurial. They now have become digital natives. And that presents immense opportunities to them. These opportunities mean they can pretty much operate wherever they are, and they must, as a matter of course, remain within Botswana so that they can then spread their reach and influence to every part of Botswana. And so the opportunities that there are in Botswana, the training, the education, the acquisition of skills, the support, the environment that nurtures them and, uh, feeds and fuels their vitality is what, uh, Botswana offers and what, uh, will power Africa. Africa generally is a very young continent with a median age of 19.3. Botswana's median age is 25. And so with such a population, Africa is poised to rule the world. Tucker Carlson: So what are your plans for the world once you rule it? President Boko (Botswana): To make it fairer, to make it more equitable, to ensure that, uh, intellectual property is internalized in every part of the African continent, that innovation serves humanity, not just a predatory elite, and that everybody can partake equitably and benefit from the fruits of the economy and the vast opportunities that are available in the world. Tucker Carlson: Well, I look forward to being treated fairly under your rule. Thank you. President Mnangagwa, I wonder, youโ€™ve been in the government of Zimbabwe for decades in various roles, including through a very turbulent period where your predecessor famously kicked out the whites and then the economy tanked, and now itโ€™s rising again. I wonder if you would summarize the lessons that your country has learned from that experience. President Mnangagwa (Zimbabwe): I'm not so sure what you have in mind, [clears throat] but let me say, um, our economy has faced challenges. I'm sure you're aware. Yes, Zimbabwe has been under sanctions for decades as a result of us claiming our land from the British and making ourselves independent. Uh, we seized the land and gave it to our people. So sanctions were imposed on us. But in spite of all that, uh, constraint, we have developed, and we are happy that, um, we have developed on our own and we feel very independent. Tucker Carlson: Well, some of the land was seized from people who were born there. Um, so I wonder if there's a lesson about targeting people on the basis of their skin color. Do you think? President Mnangagwa (Zimbabwe): No, land did not belong to a race. It belonged to Zimbabweans. [snorts] [clears throat] So when the colonialists took land from us, time came when we asserted ourselves to take back our land. Those who wanted to have land at the same basis as the African people of Zimbabwe remained. But those who felt superior left. Tucker Carlson: Okay, um, Mr. Bio, Iโ€”it does seem like President... Mr. President, that, um, the model of government around the world seems to be changing, or people seem to have lost confidence in democracy. At least in the West, people arenโ€™t quite as keen to promote democracy. Do you notice this? Do you think democracy is in retreat around the world? President Bio (Sierra Leone): I think the world is in transition. Yes, and normally that comes along with instability. I normally refer to it as we are in a state of flux. Yes, we have been told to go democratic, and those who are leading the way or who have been teaching us to be democratic are no longer committed to that method of governance. So we are left to choose. But I still believe that democracy is the best method of governance, choosing who leads, especially liberal democracy, with all the freedoms that go with it so that human rights and other liberties are observed and maintained. We remain committed to democracy, irrespective of the fact that, um, there are now reversals, um, even in Africa, around the world. In fact, these days when you listen to world news and other things, you hardly hear about democracy.
