Nick Nurse gives a surprisingly blunt definition of good coaching: 1. Win games 2. Increase every playerโ€™s value in the marketplace โ€œPeople ask me, โ€˜Whatโ€™s your coaching philosophy?โ€™ For me, I always try to say a couple things. One is: Youโ€™ve got to instill that youโ€™re playing to win the game. That sounds really simple. But that is how weโ€™re judged. Thatโ€™s why they keep score.โ€ โ€œRight under that is: Can we increase each playerโ€™s value in the marketplace? The guys who make the All-Star team are always from winning teams. The guys who win end-of-the-year awards are always from winning teams. MVPs come from winning teams. Those things are closely related.โ€ โ€œIโ€™m not afraid to talk to the players about that. How are we getting you to another place? To a better contract? A longer contract? From the 13th man to the ninth man? From the ninth man to the sixth man?โ€ โ€œWhat can we do? We spend a lot of time trying to get them better. Weโ€™ve got to develop them. Weโ€™ve got to work with them. Weโ€™re not afraid to tinker with their shot. Weโ€™re not afraid to put in the time.โ€ โ€œOur film sessions one-on-one are about winning basketball plays. Thatโ€™s what makes a good coach.โ€ โ€œCan you substitute well? Can you call timeouts well? Can you draw plays? Can you get on them when they need it? Can you put your arm around them when they need that too?โ€

This happened at Cooperstown Dreams Park in Hartwick, New York. Hundreds of kids/players shouting โ€œLet us play!โ€ were protesting because their tournament games and experience were cancelled. Get this, they do not offer refunds for games that cannot be played. ๐Ÿ˜ณ Cooperstown Dreams Park prides itself in getting all the games played and they do brag about playing rain or shine. In their opening speech they say they will play rain or shine even if games are in the wee hours of the night. There are countless stories of teams playing in the rain at 1am, 2am, 3am in the morning. There are usually 100 teams or more from around the country and sometimes internationally. Each player and coach pays between $1,800 - $2,000 for the overall tournament package, which includes accommodations, meals, gear, and the tournament itself. Of course travel expenses are not included. They cannot postpone the games because each week throughout the summer a new tournament starts. Many people said that is a ridiculous amount of money to pay just to win a tournament. The tournament usually takes in $2.5 million to $3 million dollars in gross revenue per tournament. ๐Ÿคฏ But former players, coaches and parents will tell you it has nothing to do with winning but it is about the experience of playing there. Itโ€™s a special place to play and experience baseball. Sounds like they dropped the ball on this one. I say let the kids play or refund them a prorated amount. Worried about weather or injuries? Have the parents sign a waiver. ๐Ÿ’ฏ What would you do if you paid all that money to play (I know some will say they wouldnโ€™t pay that money) and your kidโ€™s tournament was cancelled? What can you do if it is stipulated that there are no refunds? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

โ€ผ๏ธ๐Ÿšจ WELCOME TO THE NEW AMERICA! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ โš ๏ธ COMING SOON! ๐Ÿ’€ Where your silence has been weaponized. And your compliance is the currency of your own extinction. ๐Ÿงต๐Ÿ‘‡ YOU donโ€™t need a history book to know we lost something. YOU can feel it. In your bones. In your breath. In that quiet ache you carry when the screen goes dark and you finally admit to yourself that nothing feels real anymore. Thatโ€™s not depression. Thatโ€™s your soul trying to scream through the noise. Because deep down, you know what Iโ€™m about to say is true: You were born into a lie so massive, so well designed, you defended it before you ever questioned it. You were trained to obey before you could even speak. Taught to smile at the leash because it came with likes and upgrades. And now? Youโ€™re trapped in a country that looks like freedom but moves like a prison. The Social Credit System you heard about in China? Itโ€™s here. Just hidden under different names. Every purchase. Every click. Every silence. Scored. Profiled. Analyzed. Not for your benefit; but for your obedience. And the worst part? They never had to use force. You volunteered. You downloaded the cage. You gave it your face, your fingerprint, your voice. And you did it for convenience. Not because you were stupid. Because you were tired. Because you were just trying to survive. Because you just wanted to feel safe for one more day in a world that keeps deleting pieces of your humanity every time you speak out. But I see you. I see the exhaustion behind your smile. The fear in your scroll. The grief you donโ€™t talk about because you think no one would understand. I understand. Because Iโ€™ve felt it too; that sinking feeling that somehow, weโ€™re all dying before we ever get to live. But hereโ€™s the truth they hope you never remember: You are not crazy. You are not broken. You are not alone. You are waking up in the middle of a war they said didnโ€™t exist. And your pain? Itโ€™s not weakness. Itโ€™s proof you havenโ€™t been fully conquered. That ache you feel when reading this? Thatโ€™s the last living part of you remembering what freedom feels like. LIKE. SHARE. FOLLOW. Not for me. For the version of you that still believes you were born for something more than silent slavery behind a shiny screen. Let this post be the line in the sand. The moment your heart finally said: ENOUGH. You are not here to behave. You are here to remember. And once you do; nothing can stop you. ๐Ÿงต Continued Below ๐Ÿ‘‡

a16z co-founder Ben Horowitz: โ€œDonโ€™t follow your passionโ€ Ben gives this advice to the Columbia University class of 2015: โ€œDonโ€™t follow your passion. Now I know youโ€™re probably thinking: โ€˜Thatโ€™s a really dumb idea because if you poll 1,000 people who are successful, theyโ€™ll all say they love what they do. And so the broad conclusion of the world is that if you do what you love, then youโ€™ll be successful.โ€™ But weโ€™re engineers, so we know that might be true. It also might be the case that if youโ€™re successful, you love what you do โ€” you just love being successful, everybody loves you, itโ€™s awesome. So which one is it?โ€ He continues: โ€œThe first tricky thing about passions is theyโ€™re hard to prioritize. Are you more passionate about math or engineering? Are you more passionate about history or literature? Are you more passionate about video games or K-pop? These are tough decisions. How do you even know? On the other hand, what are you good at? Are you better at math or writing? Thatโ€™s a much easier thing to figure out. The second thing thatโ€™s tricky if youโ€™re going forward in time with this โ€˜follow your passionโ€™ idea is that what youโ€™re passionate about at 21 is not necessarily what youโ€™re going to be passionate about at 40. Now this is true for boyfriends, as well as career choices. The third issue with following your passion is that youโ€™re not necessarily good at your passion. Has anybody ever watched American Idol? So you know what Iโ€™m talking about. Just because you love singing doesnโ€™t mean you should be a professional singer. And then finally, and most importantly, following your passion is a very โ€˜me-centeredโ€™ view of the world. And when you go through life, what youโ€™ll find is that what you take out of the world โ€” money, cars, stuff, accolades โ€” is much less important than what you put into the world. And so my recommendation would be to follow your contribution. Find the thing that youโ€™re great at, put that into the world, contribute to others, help the world be better. That is the thing to follow.โ€ Video source: a16z (2015)

She graduated college in December, and this is her first job following graduation. Yes, 200K+ in a badass company (with relocation) is what we term totally #LeveledUP. Did I tell you this job will file the green card too? Hot hot testimony ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ. Okay, who are the fearful ones who have been overthinking everything? Is that you? Yeah, sit in there and be overthinking while risk-takers win and take home gold. A few days ago, I negotiated three solid offers for three people. Another one like this is starting employment at Amazon, while another has had a wage raise of more than 80%. None of them were under 150K. This year, we are taking people to higher numbers on this program. This year, I am supporting you to make a double income and then buy at least two houses ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. I am not going to shine alone, and again this year, we are normalizing high compensation and buying multiple properties. Thank you Jesus, for the win of my sister, as she has also promised me my Louboutin shoes ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. And the brother who also won has promised Loubs. May God provide you with jobs that will allow you to lavishly bless Dr. Addy. New graduates will no longer be paid 65K; instead, they will be paid 200K because they chose Dr. Addy and God to be their career coaches. It is not enough to get a scholarship and rush in to start a program. You need clarity on what the right type of program is and what you should do to land your dream job when you are done. That is where we come in. The mentorship program is still open; comment "clarity" to join. You can either join us now or spend the entire year watching our wins and testimonials cos we are leveling up, we are taking over, and we are winning! And we'll show it to you. God's blessings will not be hidden from us. #careeradvancement #personaldevelopment #jobs #inteeviews #careerwoman #leadership #careertransition #mentorshipwithdraddy #careersuccess

Del Bigtree's Warning: "Listen to Them"โ€”Decoding How Gates, WHO, and Gavi Allegedly Use Vaccines for Population Control "If and, and when you hear as many leaders and as many scientists, the head of Gavi, the heads of WHO, we're talking about obviously Bill Gates is in there, when they keep telling you they want to reduce population through modern medicine, I'll say it again, listen to them. Believe them." "They are telling you their truth. They have lots of money going towards this, and how do you think they're gonna do it? Well, the easiest delivery system would not be like atomizing it in the sky because then they have to breathe it." "This is just my perspective. It wouldn't be putting it in the water because how do they know unless they just drink bottled water? But you know what the best delivery system to bring harm or at least fertility problems against anyone, maybe they're not socio-economically strong enough to be a part of a society, especially with AI coming and now we're gonna have, you know, universal basic income and all these people playing video games and not working." "Well, what are we gonna do about it? They're telling you what they're gonna do about it. They've done it before. The best way to reduce population, the most accurate scalpel you could ever use is a program that every single one of your citizens marches in to do believing it's perfectly safe and effective that it's all there for your good and you never question what's in it, you never question what it's there for, and anyone who does question it gets cease and desist letters saying you're not allowed to talk about that." "And so that's the world we do live in, and I do believe that that is our future. Whether it's happening right now or not, that's to be debated. But do they think about this product as a way to control the size of your family wherever you are? Absolutely you know that conversation is happening."

The $ONDO DAO has 190,000 token holders. Only 3,040 have ever touched governance. The vote that decides everything about this investment has not even been filed yet. Most people bought $ONDO because of the narrative. BlackRock. Clearstream. Deutsche Bรถrse. Tokenised Treasuries. The story is real, and the protocol is legitimate. $3.57 billion in TVL. $66 million in annual management fees from real assets. But here is what nobody told you when you bought: None of that revenue touches the $ONDO token right now. The Ondo DAO has had 9 proposals in its entire history. The last one was executed in January 2024. It was not a fee switch. Zero active proposals today. 190,000 token holders. 3,040 delegates. 1.6% of holders are participating in the governance that controls the future of your investment. The other 98.4% are holding a vote they have never cast. Protocol fees flow into Ondo Finance Inc., USDY LLC, and the Ondo Foundation. Operations. Audits. Legal. Compliance. Whatever remains stays with the corporate entities. Not with you. The fee switch changes this entirely. If it passes, protocol revenue begins flowing directly to token holders. That single vote is the difference between $ONDO being a speculation instrument and a cash flow asset. This structure was not an accident. Tokenised securities live inside regulated wrappers. Ondo deliberately kept the token outside the revenue loop during the build phase. You do not flip a switch before the rails are in place. SEC no-action letter received. Clearstream integration announced. DTCC partnership confirmed. 500 million regulated investors now have onchain access to US markets. The rails are now in place. Before you size your position, answer this honestly: Are you investing in Ondo Finance (the protocol) or $ONDO (the token)? Right now, those are two completely different bets. The protocol is already winning. The token is still waiting for permission to participate in that win. The window between now and that vote is the only time you can position before the crowd understands what they are actually buying. Most people will find out what $ONDO really is the day the fee switch passes, and the price has already moved. The people who understood the governance structure before the vote will not need to explain themselves later. Track the DAO. The most important moment in $ONDO history has not happened yet. You just understood it now.

Q: When youโ€™re staying at home, how would you rank these three things: eating good food, sleeping in, and playing video games? ๐ŸŒ™: Iโ€™d put playing video games first, because when Iโ€™m at home, I especially love gaming. Second would be eating good food - when Iโ€™m hungry, I just eat. And last would be sleeping in. I usually get up early so I can start gaming again. Q: If the puppy youโ€™re filming an ad with gets distracted, what would you do? ๐ŸŒ™: Iโ€™d give it some NetEase Yanxuan fresh steamed dog food. Q: When youโ€™re home alone, do you sing? What do you usually sing? ๐ŸŒ™: When Iโ€™m home alone, I often practice singing. For example, recently Iโ€™ve been really obsessed with one of my own songs - โ€œSay I love you before dawn.โ€ Q: Can you say โ€œBeautiful wishes, letโ€™s begin togetherโ€ to the camera in your local dialect? ๐ŸŒ™: In the Lianyungang dialectโ€ฆ let me think. I might not say it perfectly, and local people might wonder what Iโ€™m trying to say. But Iโ€™ll try: โ€œBeautiful wishes, letโ€™s begin together.โ€ Q: Itโ€™s the New Year - what wish do you want to make the most? ๐ŸŒ™: In the new year, I hope to visit more places Iโ€™ve never been to before and meet everyone more often. Q: Using three words, describe your outlook for 2025. ๐ŸŒ™: โ€œHealth,โ€ โ€œgrowth,โ€ and โ€œmeeting everyone more often.โ€

This is big. NVIDIA and Apple just unlocked the next level for Vision Pro with CloudXR. Hereโ€™s what you need to know: It streams from a PC or the cloud directly to your Vision Pro. No cables. Up to 4K at 120fps. The technology is called dynamic foveated streaming. Your eyes only see in full resolution at the center of your gaze. CloudXR tracks exactly where youโ€™re looking and delivers maximum resolution there. Everything in your periphery gets optimized. The stream stays efficient without you ever noticing a difference. Why does this matter? Vision Pro is already the most advanced spatial computer ever made. But standalone processing has a ceiling. There are workflows that need more compute than any headset can carry. CloudXR removes that ceiling by connecting Vision Pro to the full power of NVIDIA RTX in real time. This is not a workaround. It is a native visionOS integration. Also worth knowing. Gaze data never leaves your device. Not to the app. Not to the server. Developers get the full performance benefit of foveation without ever touching your raw eye tracking data. Privacy built into the architecture. Three industries are already on this: Kia, Rivian, and Volvo are running 1:1 scale design reviews with photorealistic accuracy. Full size vehicle models evaluated in spatial computing before a physical prototype exists. That is a fundamental shift in how design works. Foxconn is walking factory floors digitally, optimizing facilities before construction begins. Switch is managing data center infrastructure through a full digital twin. Companies using this approach are reporting up to 30% improvement in development processes. And sim enthusiasts finally get to cut the cord. iRacing and X-Plane 12 are the first titles. Full GeForce RTX power, streamed wirelessly to Vision Pro, inside your physical space. For developers: one Xcode template, one codebase, deployed across Vision Pro, iPhone, and iPad. And multiple headsets can share the same streamed environment at once. Some fully immersed, others on a tablet. That collaborative layer is what enterprise has been asking for. Coming this spring with visionOS 26.4. Itโ€™s wild to think about what this unlocks. The future of spatial computing is incredibly bright. Live from GTC. More coming soon.

Victor Wembanyama was asked in French about his pregame outfit, playing in big games, how he feels physically, and what he thought of Harperโ€™s game: ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท: Victor, I know itโ€™s still very fresh right now, but are you able to take a step back and realize the journey youโ€™ve already made to get here? ๐Ÿ‘ฝ: No, not at all. And I really donโ€™t want to. ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท: Victor, we saw you giving a big speech to your teammates on the court right before the game started. What was the message? ๐Ÿ‘ฝ: I donโ€™t remember. ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท: And emotionally, before this gameโ€”it was your first elimination game in the playoffs. Did the approach remind you of other big games youโ€™ve experienced before? ๐Ÿ‘ฝ: Of course. It reminded me of a lot of them, at every level. Because today, winning in the NBA means just as much to me as winning back when I was playing at the middle-school level or in regional competitions! (laughs) Competitiveness has always been the same for me. ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท: Victor, how do you feel physically after these six games heading into Game 7? And do you learn in a series like this that there are going to be physical ups and downs that you have to manage? ๐Ÿ‘ฝ: Thereโ€™s definitely some of that. But I also think thereโ€™s a sort of numbness, because right now the desire to win is stronger than the pain. So honestly, Iโ€™d say I feel great! ๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท: Iโ€™ve got a quick question about your outfit before the gameโ€”was it a little nod to monks? Was it for Eid? And what did you think of Dylan Harperโ€™s game, and of his ability to constantly drive and stay aggressive attacking the rim? ๐Ÿ‘ฝ: Those are two completely unrelated questions. (laughs) No, it had nothing to do with monksโ€”yeah, it was for Eid. And as for Dylan, heโ€™s impressive as always. You never really know what a player is going to look like until theyโ€™ve gone through games like this, and itโ€™s great to see that heโ€™s built for it. Jensen Huang runs a $3 trillion company. He does not wear a watch. Jensen Huang: โ€œWhatever Iโ€™m doing is the most important thing at the time.โ€ The entire productivity industry just got dismantled by a man who refuses to track time. The market rewards packed calendars. Sixty-hour weeks. The performance of effort over the precision of focus. The architect of the global AI hardware monopoly rejected all of it. Kyoto summer. Suffocating heat. Air so humid it sits on your chest like a weight. A gardener squatting in front of an enormous temple garden. Picking individual pieces of dead moss. Basket nearly empty. Jensen Huang: โ€œI said, โ€˜But it looks perfect.โ€™ And he says, โ€˜No, if you look carefully thereโ€™s some dead moss.โ€™โ€ That gardener understood something most billion-dollar operators never will. Perfection is not a single act. It is the daily removal of what does not belong. You do not build a three-trillion-dollar compute engine by accepting โ€œgood enough.โ€ You build it by finding the microscopic dead weight in your architecture and deleting it before it metastasizes. If you are rushing to ship faster, you are leaving dead moss in the system. Jensen Huang: โ€œI said, โ€˜But your garden is enormous.โ€™ And he says, โ€˜I have plenty of time.โ€™โ€ Most people keep adding. The ones who pull ahead keep cutting. Every task you accept that is not your highest priority is a tax on the one thing that actually matters. That tax compounds. Quietly. Daily. Until your entire operation is buried under obligations that looked important but were never essential. The people who burn out are not working too hard. They are working on too many things. That is a difference most will never recognize and fewer will ever act on. Jensen Huang: โ€œIf you prioritize your life, you donโ€™t pile on a lot of things that are in the end not that meaningful to you.โ€ He did not say manage your time better. He said delete everything that is not your lifeโ€™s work. One is a scheduling adjustment. The other is a complete rewiring of how you operate. While competitors check watches, shift contexts, and bleed energy across a dozen fronts, they eliminate themselves. Quietly. Irreversibly. Jensen Huang: โ€œIf you prioritize your life properly and you dedicate yourself to that priority, you have plenty of time to do your lifeโ€™s work.โ€ One priority. Total focus. Infinite patience. The gardener in Kyoto was not rushing to finish. He was not optimizing for speed. He had the certainty that his single task was the only task. And that certainty made time irrelevant. Jensen Huang: โ€œI have plenty of time.โ€ The ones checking the clock have already lost.
