Ucapan terakhir saya sebagai Menteri Ekonomi ialah kepada kakitangan Kementerian Ekonomi di majlis Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC). Saya minta maaf atas segala kelemahan dan keterlanjuran saya. Saya ucap terima kasih dan terhutang budi atas segala jasa baik dan khidmat warga Kementerian Ekonomi. Sebahagian besar ucapan saya berkisar kepada perkongsian mengenai 4 petua dalam menjalankan tugas. 4 petua ini ialah buah fikiran dari tokoh besar dunia yang telah meninggalkan impak besar dalam 100 tahun yang lepas.
