Well, when I say I'm not religious, nor Christian, I mean I don't personify all life, the world, me and us into God. I'm a Freethinker of mostly Anglo-American background, much of which arises from the best parts of Christianity. You've essentially asked me if there are good things I can be doing that will make my life satisfying to me who leads it. I genuinely compliment and thank Christians for the combination of duty and goodwill they present to the world. I chose long ago to capitalize the H in Him and His when I saw the anti-Christians not. And I use BC and AD out of loyalty to the culture I grew up with (e.g., CS Lewis). To join a Christian group I'd have to fervently declare - and mean it - that I accepted every matter of faith, duty and loyalty to the exact beliefs and history of the group I was joining. I went to Catholic School and remember the Brothers with affection, but our ways are not the same. It would be both dishonest and weak for me to pretend. My feeling is that I don't accomplish much by shouting into this still-censored corporate box. But I have always held these beliefs, mostly moral in composition, and I will not be lax in serving them. I don't need to join others' religion to remain intent on protecting their children and old people. All I can do for right now is to tell the truth, to learn and to try to unelect the Loonies. FOR NOW. Opportunity permitting, some evildoers are going to truly learn what you get from crossing a Liberal who has been mugged. These people (Communists, Evil Elitists and their ilk) always start with the children. Boy, did they cross some fucking lines in America and England.
