His mom thinks he does graphic design freelance. He showed her his Stripe dashboard at brunch last Sunday. She asked who Aubrey was. He told her. She put her fork down and stared at the screen for 11 seconds. Then she asked if Aubrey was hiring. Most people will read this and feel the rush. A few will open a new tab. The few are the only ones who matter. While the rest of the internet argues about whether AI art is real art, a quiet group of 23 year olds in Idaho is making the question irrelevant. The face is generated. The voice is synthesized. The brand check is real.
