Here’s my info dump on vampires… In fact, jews were the original inspiration for the vampire & witch caricatures because of their desire for blood (actually vampires, demons, witches, ogres, goblins are all inspired by jews). FT Sunderland 1-0 Spurs In case of emergency break glass well it’s time to smash it. No wins in 2026 and it’s mid April. When your struggling your luck just doesn’t run your way. A completely freak own goal out of nowhere. Then to make matters worse Brobbey on a yellow card pushes Romero into our keeper injuring them both with our captain having to leave the pitch 🤦🏻‍♂️ Let’s be honest tho what was Romero doing in that 1st half he was a liability lacking any discipline he got his 9th yellow of the season some leadership this was from our so called captain. Was this performance that much different than the previous 13 games ? I don’t think so. Udogie was the notable difference getting himself into positions with his dangerous runs forward and was probably our best player today. The midfield of Gray & Bergvall were just poor. Brobbey caused us non-stop trouble. We just couldn’t handle him. How did have we yet another poor referee? 🤦🏻‍♂️ Kinsky at least looked calm and composed and made a very good save in that 1st half he’s so much better with his feet than Vicario. Richarlison, Solanke, and Muani didn’t link up well at all. Did we deserve to lose to a goal like that ? no but you don’t always get what you deserve.I’m not sure how we are going to escape this mess I really don’t,the confidence and body language of the players got worse as the game went on. 14 games now without a win We’ve lost 32 games now when conceding first did you ever believe we were going to score ? It’s going to take a super human effort from De Zerbi to save this club from going down. We hardly created any clear chances #COYS 🤍💙

He, and other top chefs taught me about the importance of getting fresh ingredients. Here is how robots and World Models will bring that and what do I mean by “everything as a service?” In three years I will have this conversation with my 1X Neo humanoid robot: “Hey Neo I want to upgrade our food to billionaire level.” “I can do that. Food as a service costs $500 a month. I will buy only hand grown fresh organic food and I will prepare amazing meals for you and your family.” Where is the supply chain for such food? Farmers’ markets where everything is fresh and organic. You gotta stop buying at grocery stores to upgrade your diet. “Hey Neo here are the keys to Tesla Robotaxi. And here is my credit card. Start up food as a service.” Neo will take an autonomous car to the market. “But Neo how do you know where to go?” “Well a guy on X did a video of the farmer’s market nearby.” “I watched it, and now know roughly the kinds of things I can get there.” We are too late to start today, the market is closed now, but we can start next week. Look at this video the way Grok does. I am playing humanoid today. In one visit my Neo will ingest all of this into its World Model. In the second visit it will get even better. I fully agree with you, Bwana Samuel Atandi, the MP for Alego Usonga but before you open your mouth to lecture us about how no Luo can unseat William Ruto, first take a hard look at your own backyard. You left your people drinking from the same dirty rivers they drank from 40 years ago, yet you have the audacity to preach politics of power and loyalty in Nairobi? Coty’s story is one of extraordinary service. From the age of 10 weeks, she began her career with Kent Police Tactical Operations and quickly distinguished herself with exceptional dedication. By 2021, Coty had already made a national name for herself - taking part in the G7 Summit in Cornwall, winning categories at the national trials. But Coty was more than a champion. She was a frontline asset in major operations - tracking down fleeing suspects across fields, through rivers, and even locating vital DNA evidence in violent crimes. Tiago Forte has pioneered the concept of a Second Brain. As the author of two books, he's learned that quantity and quality aren't opposing forces. Here's what else he's taught me about writing: 1. The brain is for having ideas, not storing them. Write stuff down. 2. If you really want to learn something, don't just consume information. Create something about it. 3. Note-taking is a form of time-travel. You don’t just take notes to remember ideas. You also take notes to remember experiences. Reading your notes takes you back to a different state of consciousness. Note-taking is a rebellion against the entropy of memory. 4. Save only the best notes: Don't hoard information. Save only the top 5-10% of your ideas. That way, you can trust that everything in your note-taking system is high-quality. 5. Tiago’s dad is an artist who taught him an important lesson: the energy to create art can dissipate in small, invisible ways if you let it. Set up a structure where you have the peace of mind and the bandwidth to do art. 6. The ultimate goal of note-taking is to improve your ideas. Too many people treat note-taking as an end in itself. But the goal of note-taking isn’t to save information. It’s to have ideas you wouldn’t have had otherwise. To be smarter, faster, and more creative. 7. Link notes together. Organize your ideas by topic, not by source. As you browse your note-taking system, consider the serendipity you want to create for your future self. For example, if you read two books about a topic, link those notes together. 8. In school, we’re taught to research before we write. Do the opposite. Compile notes over time. Then, once you have an idea, start writing immediately — right when you have an epiphany. Start researching after you've written a draft. 9. Create evergreen notes. Like a good investment, the benefits of your note-taking system should compound in value. Save ideas that will stay relevant for many years. Read the classics, skip the news. 10. Tiago publicly tested every idea in his book. For most, the internet is a blackhole of distraction. But it can instead be used as a place to do low-stakes experiments before you go all in. 11. Kind of like these people they're about to describe. In 2021, 5,200,000 veterans received disability compensation from the VA because of medical conditions. About 280,000. 4% of them receive compensation for the first time this year. Service connected disabilities vary widely in severity and type and include loss sublimb anxiety. You mean spicy memories, AKA PTSD? And hearing loss. Oh, great. You're listing out the people that will no longer be receiving their benefits because of those injuries that they received. Really make yourself the good guys. These are truly charitable angels because they're stopping giving money to the injured people that they sent overseas. 2022 base compensation rates range from a 150 to $3,330 per month. My best friend & fellow January 6 Political Prisoner is gone 😓 Barton Wade Shively has been called home by our Father in Heaven ❤️ (March 29th 1967 - June 22nd 2025) Bart was a tall, handsome US Marine & All American Football Player that become terminally ill from drinking contaminated water at Marine Training Camp Lejeune 😡 He developed serious & fatal non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma I first met Bart Shively (or as I called him Bartley!) in the winter of 2023 inside the Washington DC Jail The Weaponized DOJ & Merrick Garland threw Bart into the Washington DC Gulag for January 6, They tried to murder him with barbaric cancer treatment including chemotherapy and radiation inside a prison cell (they cooked him alive) ☢️ Bart fought everyday without complaint and always kept his big goofy smile (Jack-o’-lantern!) 🎃 Bart and I instantly became best friends & would pal around with Peter Stager inside my cell all day, reading the Bible, listening to music, beating each other up, AND EATING SNACKS: Peter’s homemade prison hookups! (Barts favorite!!) When the Chemo treatment didn’t have him bedridden, Bart was as outgoing and lovable as any person I’ve ever met - even while being persecuted and suffering tremendous physical pain: Bart was a Godly, “happy warrior” as we call him Bart had always known the Lord but after re-surrendering his life to Jesus - he asked me to Baptize him in the Gulag (The greatest honor of my life, I cry everytime I think about it and how much I miss him) We filled up a big bucket of water in my cell, and just before we said the prayer, Ronnie Sandlin, one of Barts best friends put some ice cubes in the bucket, and Bart had an ICE COLD Baptism!! 🤣😇 He had never been so surprised in his life!!!! 😅 Bart was a regular on Don & Donna’s show ‘Cowboy Logic’ from inside the Gulag and quickly became a national icon of resilience and ultimate patriotism, Barts story even reached President Trump - who HAND WROTE Bart a letter last week when he was in the hospital!!! 🇺🇸 Barts final days were full of raw determination and instinctual manly grit - he just wouldn’t give in! He went over 30 days without eating a nearly a week without being able to keep down a cup of water for more then 5 minutes 😲 Bart was a survivor, a patriot, a friend - Bart was an AMERICAN. When you start digging into how dumb is, the rabbit hole goes deep… In this recent clip, Beff is claiming that humanity's ultimate goal should be to trash all resources as fast as possible — slash and burn the entire cosmos to make thermodynamic entropy number go up — BUT that's okay because the process of building a universe-scale furnace will supposedly be precisely the process by which we'll achieve our moral values to the fullest! Seriously, he's claiming that these two objective functions are functionally equivalent: 1. Grow our flourishing civilization beyond earth and fill the universe with life, love, happiness, wonder, creativity, discovery, art, humor, cooperation 2. Turn every ordered configuration of atoms into chaos in the shortest possible time Watch 3:02 in the video to hear it from him: “It's, you know, the same reason life exists. It's much better to conserve and strategically use free energy to secure more free energy, and keep growing, and have some order, rather than just like, burn all in one go and have chaos, right?” Read that again. That's the load-bearing argument that licenses him to equate claims #1 and #2 above. He's saying: Since life on Earth built beautiful complexity while using up the sun's energy, we can just go ahead and extrapolate that, into me leading a movement to extinguish all usable energy sources as rapidly as possible. Earth teaches us that the faster we extinguish all usable energy sources, the better we'll grow a civilization even more flourishing than the one on Earth! Too bad that if you think about it for 5 seconds, the fly in the ointment of his logic is that optimal free-energy-dissipation strategies like "chuck all the matter into a black hole" don't conveniently dovetail with sane goals like growing our flourishing civilization to fill the universe with life and love. Beff's Effective Accelerationism movement successfully got thousands of people to put "e/acc" in their profile without checking too much into the doctrine. These mostly normal, psychologically-healthy people just prefer a government that doesn't stifle the many forms of good tech progress… Unfortunately these people became Beff's useful idiots, considering the outcome he's explicitly trying to accelerate is the universe's heat death. I'm not exaggerating or misrepresenting him here. Homie wants to accelerate the universe's heat death. His core claim that objectives #1 and #2 above are equivalent — a claim which is FACTUALLY FALSE if you ask any physicist — somehow never gets questioned (or even flagged as questionable) by the people who have a chance to interview Beff. One podcast after another sees fit to wager their show's credibility on a guest who can dazzle listeners with smart-sounding jargon for hours, as long as no one dares to ask him why his movement's central claim is as factually false as Jonah and the Whale. But hey, if you don't ask your acolytes to swallow a factually false claim as part of your core doctrine, are you really leading a new religion or “hyperstition” 🙄? No, you're just like the rest of us jockeying for crumbs of AI venture capital without the reality-distortion benefit of a social media demagogue halo.
