(FB POST OF Eliseo Rio Jr) False Statement #1. COMELEC said that the single IP Address 192.168.0.2 was determined... by just one Telco and that it was Globe Telecom. In the Transmission Logs of Telcos uploaded in COMELEC’s own website, Globe never used 192.168.0.2. SMART also never used 192.168.0.2. Why were these two Telcos the only ones included in the website? Why is COMELEC using Globe to hide who actually used that single IP Address 192.168.0.2 in transmitting the Election Returns from 20,300 precincts? False Statement #2. Chairman George Garcia Chairman George Erwin M. Garcia said that one Telco was assigned to the NCR and nearby regions and that this telco gave that single IP address. But all VCM modems were provided with the SIMs of the 3 Telcos so that the teacher-members of the precinct’s Electoral Board can choose the telco in their locality that would ensure the transmission of the precinct’s ER. (The same reason why we carry more than one SIM to be sure that we always get a signal wherever we are located). So how could 99% of all precincts in the NCR, the highest voters population in all regions in the Philippines, use just one telco to transmit their ERs? And if what Garcia said that a telco was already assigned to NCR, why was 1% of NCR precincts given to other telcos? Or if the Province of Cavite was assigned the same telco as in the NCR, why 95% of all precincts VCMs used 192.168.0.2, and 5% of the remaining VCMs used the IP addresses of other telcos? False Statement #3. Garcia also said that the single IP address 192.168.0.2 came from the SIM of the telco. The SIM of the telco is what gives its individual subscribers their unique identification like the cellphone number, but a SIM is never assigned a private IP Address, much less 20,300 SIMs of one telco having exactly the same IP Address. Take note that before, the same Chairman Garcia said that the IP Address 192.168.0.2 was already in the new modem when COMELEC bought them, but now he is saying that it is in the SIM of the telco. Both statements are false. False Statement #4. COMELEC (from Commissioner Nelson Celis, an IT expert) said that the IP address 192.168.0.2 came from a “Network Access Transmission”. What is that??? There is no such thing in IP networks, and just an invention of COMELEC. If he meant Network Address Translation (NAT), then his statement is false. A NAT is a way to map multiple private addresses inside a local network to a PUBLIC IP address before transferring the information onto the internet. Since COMELEC already said the the Network used in the 2022 Election was a large Private Network that never used the Internet nor a Public IP address (because it is dangerous) why would that network use a NAT? In this short video clip, the false statements herein should trigger a full blown Senate investigation, in aide of legislation, for here is a government agency tasked with conducting a clean, transparent and credible election glaringly deceiving the Senate in its own chambers, by these false statements that may lead to a conclusion that the 2022 Election was RIGGED. Dominion and ES&S have been found to have utilized wireless technology involved in the 2020 election, communicating with foreign IP addresses and equipment. During the forensics examination of an ICX machine in Michigan, there were two IP addresses discovered in unallocated space on the hard drive of the Linux operating system. The existence of these IPs in unallocated space implies the ICX had previous communication with one or both of the IPs. The first IP address was: 120.125.201.101. This IP address is registered to Ministry of Education Computer Center located in Taipei, Taiwan. The second IP address was: 62.146.7.95. This IP address is registered to EDV-BV GmbH QSC Subkunde located in Nurenberg, Germany. The printed summary tape from the ES&S machines also indicate that the submission of the vote totals occurred using the wireless 4G modem. The manufacturer of the wireless 4G card used in the ES&S DS200 is a company named Telit. Telit is an internet of things company that has recently taken major investment from a Chinese investment fund that has ties to the Chinese Communist Party. No other country's compromised equipment should EVER be allowed to process, send, or receive ANY data from the United States, especially our elections.

I want to ask three questions first, which will make it very clear that the BJP is directing and using the Election Commission to damage India's democracy. ❓ Why is it that the CJI was removed from the selection panel of the Election Commissioner? What motivation could there be to remove the CJI? Do we not believe in the CJI? Of course, we believe in the CJI. Why is he not in that room? I sit in that room. It is a so-called democratic decision. On one side, PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. On the other side, the leader of the opposition. I have no voice in that room. What they decide is what happens. No Prime Minister has done this in the history of India. In December 2023, this government changed the law. Why would the Prime Minister and Home Minister give this gift of immunity to the Election Commissioner? What people understood in the election clearly, and I saw it happening when I used to raise the Constitution, people understood what I was saying. They were saying that the BJP is attacking our tradition, attacking our language, attacking our states, attacking our histories. Most importantly, what they understood was that anybody who is attacking the Constitution of India is also attacking our religious tradition. That is why in my first speech in Parliament you must have noticed when I describe Abhayamudra, the fact that this is a symbol of fearlessness and it is present in every single Indian religion. When I was saying this, the BJP could not stand it. They don't understand, and we are going to make them understand. The other thing that happened was that the fear of the BJP vanished. We saw that immediately, within minutes of the election result, nobody in India was scared of the BJP or the Prime Minister of India. So these are huge achievements, not of Rahul Gandhi or the Congress party. We are peripheral. He used the phrase in a historical context, explaining that in 1954, Lagos was separated from the rest of the Colony and constituted a Federal Territory, "that is to say, a No-Man’s Land." Just like I was telling the same set of clowns earlier about the Kano No man's land in Kano in Sabon Gari.

VIDEO: How we used religion to give Tinubu victory – El-Rufai The former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, has said that he and some northern governors used religion as a political tool to give victory to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in the 2023 presidential election. According to the former governor, the decision to use religion as a political strategy was to help tackle the issue of tribalism and religion in politics in the country. The former governor stated this in a viral video. He was speaking to an audience in the Hausa language in Kaduna at an event before handing over to his successor. He said, “Allah sees our heart, me and Zamfara State Governor, Mutawalle did it because of God and we didn’t do it because of anything. We only do it in order to have solutions to the current religious problem we are having in Nigeria and for us to give South West Muslims a sense of belonging to rule. And it is because of religion that we used that gave Asiwaju victory.” He also noted that the Muslim/Muslim ticket that he used to achieve political success in Kaduna has now been replicated in Nigeria with the emergence of Bola Tinubu as president and Kashim Shetima as vice president. He said, “What we are able to achieve in Kaduna state now has been achieved in Nigeria as a whole. There is no liar that will come and say he will do politics as a Christian and win an election. VIDEO: How we used religion to give Tinubu victory – El-Rufai The former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, has said that he and some northern governors used religion as a political tool to give victory to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in the 2023 presidential election. According to the former governor, the decision to use religion as a political strategy was to help tackle the issue of tribalism and religion in politics in the country. The former governor stated this in a viral video. He was speaking to an audience in the Hausa language in Kaduna at an event before handing over to his successor. He said, “Allah sees our heart, me and Zamfara State Governor, Mutawalle did it because of God and we didn’t do it because of anything. We only do it in order to have solutions to the current religious problem we are having in Nigeria and for us to give South West Muslims a sense of belonging to rule. And it is because of religion that we used that gave Asiwaju victory.” He also noted that the Muslim/Muslim ticket that he used to achieve political success in Kaduna has now been replicated in Nigeria with the emergence of Bola Tinubu as president and Kashim Shetima as vice president. He said, “What we are able to achieve in Kaduna state now has been achieved in Nigeria as a whole. There is no liar that will come and say he will do politics as a Christian and win an election. Even Peter Obi didn’t win.” He stated that he alongside other northern governors successfully pushed for the emergence of a Yoruba Muslim from the South West as president despite opposition from some quarters El Rufai speaking in Hausa said in part, “Concerning the Presidential government, what Professor Akintola said is true. We the Northern governors agreed that the presidential position should go back to the West. It was a verbal promise but a promise whether written or spoken, God knows. “When we saw some people plotting for presidential position to remain in the North, we disagreed, we are not like that. We said we are Muslims and we have our traditions and we cannot go back on our words. That was the first step. The second step is after we all agreed or they realised that they cannot do anything, we will tackle the issue of tribalism and religion in politics in this country. Brexit was won by the worst abuses of democracy in modern British history. Here is one of them. The "Will of the People" was used to suppress democracy after the Brexit Referendum. Lord Sumption giving the Reith Lectures addressed the Brexiters' claim that Brexit is the will of the people. He said - "This is the authentic language of totalitarianism. It is the lowest point to which a political community can sink short of actual violence." This is not about percentages. It doesn't matter what percentage voted for Brexit. It is about a referendum being used to attack the fundamental democratic right to oppose, and to promote the totalitarian division of society into the people and its enemies, the subversives and saboteurs. In the period following the referendum the so-called "Will of the People" was used to create a climate of intimidation that silenced almost all political & media opponents of Brexit. During that period Britain was not functioning as a democracy, and we are still living with its effects, pro-European politicians are still cowed by the Brexit "Will of the People". In a democracy there is government and opposition, majority and minority, competing parties and dissenting voices. There is no totalitarian unity of the "Will of the People" which makes all opponents into the enemies of the people. Where the right to oppose ends, democracy dies, and that is exactly exactly why dictators like Hitler loved referendums.

And we paid a visit to Corner Court and the new owners of the property confirmed Turnbull doesn’t live there and that nobody knows where he lives (well, actually, we were able to find out.) We also visited the campaign office for Ryan Turnbull for comment. Turnbull was not there and no one was able to respond to our questions. The point is, Turnbull’s behaviour would appear to be in violation of the Canada Elections Act, specifically: “Place of ordinary residence.” As the law explains: “8 (1) The place of ordinary residence of a person is the place that has always been, or that has been adopted as, his or her dwelling place, and to which the person intends to return when away from it. “Marginal note: One place of residence only. “(2) A person can have only one place of ordinary residence and it cannot be lost until another is gained.” Now that Elections Canada knows about this breach, will it do anything? In a region where there is fear of miscalculation, you are not supposed to announce this kind of thing in the Knesset. I just want to make that clear. Yesterday, Naftali Bennett promoted his press conference on the conditions of soldiers, okay? He gets six million views because the timing looks like a countdown and he is a former prime minister, so the Iranians are in hysterics that he is actually announcing that they are going to attack. That’s the atmosphere. So when Netanyahu attacks like this and makes an unprecedented threat—not only harsh but also unusual—one can’t help but think that for Netanyahu there is a message, or something more problematic than miscalculation. And he wants to warn the Iranians. Now, what’s the issue? The issue is that if the Iranians come to the conclusion that their regime is on the verge of collapse, there is one thing that might save them. And that is an attack on Israel. Because we saw during the war what is called “rally around the flag.” Even those who were in the opposition rallied around the flag when their country was attacked. It is not only the Islamic Republic that is under attack, but also the Islamic Republic of Iran.
