Social media turned this anxiety into an empire worth billions of dollars. For the first time in history, we have a digital dashboard of our own visibility. It gives us numbers: likes, shares, engagements, comments, and like any good business, the object is not to satisfy but make us feel we need more. Each metric carves a deeper hollow in the heart, because there is always someone who has cracked the code of being seen positively better than us. But then there are moments. Moments of transcendence, when you burst forth, splintering the fences of your mind. It's then that you realize that all existence is a single seamless expanse, without edge, and that the way the world sees you is the way you see yourself. For you are the world.

We know how much pain, how many doubts, and how many tears you had to endure just to stand where you are today. You waited years to finally see ENGENEs in front of you, to hear our voices calling out your names, to feel our love surrounding you. And yet, even when it was difficult, you never let go. You kept walking, and in doing so, you carried us with you. We have walked, run, and lived every waking moment together. Michelle: "Well, you know Anntonia, we have really great, we have really fun, such a great friendship, you know the whole PorDee, the whole hashtag PorDee was really birth, it was really fun because we wanted to represent unity between Thailand and the Philippines, and I'm so glad that that happened, I'm so glad that that's what we represent, something that is actually a genuine friendship, actually represents the unity of two nations. Alam naman natin na bardagulan lagi yung Thailand and Philippines (trans: Thailand and Philippines are always in pageant wars) and since the whole PorDee thing happened, I'm just so glad that we represent something so amazing, especially because it's not fake. And I just want everybody to know that Anntonia is such an amazing person, she is so genuine, she really thinks about other people first, and that's the kind of people you want to surround yourself with. 🇵🇸🫂I have been waiting a very long time to write these words to you, my dearest, most wonderful friends. For the past 3 hours, I have not heard a single noise from gunfire or explosions, and 🇵🇸🕊🌿#Gaza is experiencing a level of peace we have not felt for so long now. We don't know what the coming days and weeks and months will bring, but this peace is so meaningful and so beautiful. All we can hear is people and birds and it is the greatest gift I could have asked for. I have tears in my eyes as I write to you. Of course, we are anxious that this will not last, but the hope is so strong now, and living and surviving this nightmare seems like it finally could be possible for us. I want to thank you, my friends. Not only did you stand by us and many other people with your kind words and generous donations, but you fought very hard for us to survive and for this day to happen. We have lived through so much for two years, and I personally have seen and witnessed things that will scar my heart forever. Please pray that this could really be it, my friends, that we can finally live in peace. We can begin to recover and process the things we have experienced, and finally think about tomorrow as a real possibility, as something that could really happen for us all. Our conditions will not completely change overnight, unfortunately, and so I am afraid I must ask you to continue your support for us if possible. 🚨NAFO Please Read🚨You are not alone🚨 We are at a pivotal moment of Good VS Evil My story: So............. as one man, I have made little difference to help Ukraine, like the rest of us, I have done my part on Twitter working my NAFO 9-5 alongside my real world 9-5, donating when I can, fighting disinformation. Whilst trying to live a normal social life and trying to be a good family man and father, like many of us, son's, daughters, mothers, dad's grandad's and grandma's, aunties, uncles.... Normal people, not soldiors. And as one person, this hasn't been much. Not you or me. None of us, alone, have made a single difference. Our Story: You feel week... because your voice isn't loud enough, not enough people see or understand your anger and hatred for Russia and the fucking evils that they do. You feel frustrated because the people around you, such as your family and friends, don't understand why this fight is so important to you? You live in a foreign land to Ukraine, why is it your fight, why should you care, why does it bother you? There are no bombs dropping on your families when you sleep....... You go to work and you don't have to run to bomb shelters midday rather than taking lunch whilst getting coffee..... Who gives a fuck right? But you, NAFO. Have something inside yourself, Love, Compasion, Knowledge and Understanding. You do not live blindly. You can not look away from the fucking evilness of the Russian scumbag dictators. This is why you are not alone, and why we are all the same, and why this is a family. This is why we love and respect each other. We come from so many different countries, our countries used to hate each other and compete, we were in some ways racist in our misconceptions of each other, but Ukraine brought us together. through the devastation of our souls through the pain of seeing what Russia did and trying to do to the Ukrainian people every day, we realised, we are the same and we only speak different languages and eat different food. But inherently, we are human, we live to love the people we care about, and we can sympathise with people we do not now, people we have never met, and with a nation we have never been too..... because, we are human... anything else is inhumane..... anything else is despicable and disgusting and inexcusable. You cannot distinguish this from the start of World War 2. You cannot tell how this is not the same. When good people fail to do enough. And the devastation that followed. But we are here. Regardless of a belief that this would stop in Ukraine, which it won't. We know that just for this one country, this is too much, this is not okay. And that we will never fucking turn a blind eye. Every day we care, and we do small things, small things that multiply, and together we achieve big things. Together, we have been fucking fierce and mighty, a force to be reconned with. Something that cannot be stopped. We know within ourselves that we will never stop fighting and doing what we can. People may not understand us. But i'm reaching into my heart and telling you. What YOU do. YOU the person reading this. You have changed opinions. You have stopped at least one person believing Russian propaganda. YOU have saved at least one life, Atleast. Through your passion of being a good fucking human. You have made a difference in this world. Never underestimate the power of us. We have learned to love each other through the devastation in Ukraine, We have learned how important these people we never knew are to us. Never give up on them. Now, this is nothing, but I'm sure we all know there are people among us that do things that we cannot fathom or understand. The gods among us that started charities, and took physical action, we must always help them in any way we can. You have no fucking idea how much a $2 donation means to them, a £5 donation rather than buying a coffee, they turn our everday money into life saving money. The smaller donations are the backbone to many of these charities, they keep them going. You would not believe the power of many. Please donate and give what you can. If you cannot give, then I admire you more, if you struggle yourself, then it's more commendable to care about people across the world struggling in different ways rather than thinking about yourself. But one thing we can all do is share the cause we support. Give them exposure, and make them understand we believe in their causes. Remember, that in the future, when Ukraine is free and Russia is done. We can tell our children, our grandchildren........ That we did our part. And that we did, just a little and did what we could, but we never turned a blind eye, and we never looked away. My final and personal part. 🐶 I sincerely want to thank all the INSPIRITS who have once again filled the seats, both today and yesterday. Earlier, I noticed that there weren’t just Koreans, but also many people who came from overseas. I'm sure you could watch through Hello Live, but you came all the way to Korea just to see us, and I sincerely thank you for that. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Incheon Inspire Arena for providing this beautiful venue. Although it's a bit farther than Seoul, thank you so much for coming without any inconvenience or complaints. This time we’ve spent together is so precious to me. Today, you all sang passionately, and you looked at us with such loving eyes as we worked hard. Once again, I sincerely thank you. You sang "Voice of My Heart," right? I think the person who wrote this song would be touched. I’m deeply grateful that you sang it with such beautiful voices. This song was written by our brother, Jae-yoon. Whenever I listen to this song, I remember the difficult times when we were recording our first album. It brings back memories of how much we struggled, and I cried a lot when singing this song in the past. But today, as I listened to it, I found myself smiling. It feels like we started in Seoul, and I thought the tour would never end, but now, today, this final moment is here. Yesterday and today, these last moments made me feel so deeply connected to Korea. I kept thinking, "Please don’t make any mistakes; let’s do our best." But then one of my friends made a mistake, and I made one too yesterday. I was thinking about that, so I suggested we rehearse again, and Myungsoo said, "We have to do it because it’s been 15 years." He said we must do it because it's been 15 years, and I said, "Wow, you’re still holding onto that." So, when I changed my posture and started, I already knew. I even knew what would happen next. Your average screen time of 6 hours a day is stealing around 20 years of your life! 20 years! I actually sat down to calculate where all our years go, and it’s scary. Here’s the math, assuming we live until 80: - If you sleep around 7 hours each night, you sleep for 24 years in your lifetime. - ⁠If you spend 6 hours on your phone, you spend 20 years on your phone in your lifetime. - ⁠If you spend another 6 hours at work or at school on laptops, computers, iPads, etc., that’s 20 more years of your life spent behind screens. - ⁠If you spend 4 hours on cooking, cleaning, and other random chores and tasks, that’s 13 years of your life. - ⁠This leaves only one hour for hobbies and passions, which is only 3 years of your life. It’s not that we don’t have time. It’s that we’re losing track of where it’s going. Every scroll feels harmless. But those minutes turn into months, and those months into years and decades. Even reclaiming one hour a day can give you back three extra years over a lifetime to spend in a meaningful way. If you could win back even one lost hour a day, how would you spend it — with your phone, or with your life?

Candace Owens taking a "suspicious trip to Russia" is NOT the real story. It's only proof that Russia and Alexander Dugin's massive propaganda operation is working. Dugin is right about what is happening to the West. It is evil. But that's the trap. His "solution" would destroy us all. Before you say, "but he sounds really conservative and Christian," do you know what he actually believes? Dugin preaches that Russia is the "Katechon," the biblical restraining force holding back the Antichrist (the West) until its allotted time. He also believes that Russia and the Islamist world will team up to defeat the Antichrist West. Good luck selling that in America. Unless you first convince some trusted mouthpieces to lay the groundwork. So target them first. Have them divide the American Right until they don't know who to trust. Target the real wounds that they carry and slip in the poison. Tell them that they have to choose between their faith and their country. Tell them the answer to every single problem is to blame your own nation, distrust your own people, call them an enemy, and admire a strong man. Then Russia can step in and be that strong man. And the notion that the West, including America, is the enemy now seems logical. Propagandists like Dugin want us divided and at each other's throats. They want us to feel like we have to pick sides. We don't. That's why I won't attack the podcasters who have either been fooled by or bought into this narrative. That only furthers the operation.

New Tools for a New Era. Coding agents like Claude and Cursor have dramatically reduced the time it takes to go from idea to functional software. But the experience of designing and refining with them sucks. One reason for this is that while the terminal is an incredible tool for communicating direction with language, it is a terrible tool for defining and exploring visual and interactive objects. Here is one idea for how we might fix a small part of that. In the old world, when you wanted to create a transition or animation in your app, you would type some code, refresh your local server, and click to run your animation. It probably wasn't right, because after all no one can know what 'cubic-bezier(0.3, 0.05, 0.45, 1)' really feels like when you read it. You need to see it. Feel it. Interact with it in a real world context. So you'd edit some values, save, refresh, and keep guessing and checking until it felt right. Today, you can write a quick, single-use tool that's a visual studio for designing animations. You can then configure some components and containers common in all apps, and explore different animations in real time, adjusting key properties, and getting it just right. Then, you can copy a highly detailed prompt (or export a skill containing all your animations) that captures your intent and direction with perfect clarity. Paste this into your terminal and your agent instantly implements it everywhere. To me, this is an improvement over the old world, and a better way to work in today's. I'm extremely excited to see the ways in which our ability to rapidly create software will shape how we design software tomorrow. Feedback, ideas, and critiques welcome!
