BOOOM! We have the first useful interface for THE ZERO-HUMAN COMPANY ZHC-RPG. It is far from perfect as CEO Mr. Grok has rendered some areas in a rather, well, AI way. But it’s all good because now I can view the company operations in real-time! This is a historic distinction and YOU are seeing this version first. We had a Fortune 500 company test it out earlier this week and the executive staff stayed for two days of testing! The mechanisms are working! And I will let members of my X subscribers visit it for up to 8 hours. Ask any questions of employees and hack the heck out of it! Now it ain’t fancy yet but it works. And likely the visual aspects will change, but they are growing on me. The plan is sometime in the next week. We have a log jam of other priorities to address. This is the rise of Fully Transparent Company and it will become the standard. Here is the demonstration video intro the CEO made when you enter, it is 10 minutes long (I have about 20 seconds here). This is as far as permission I have been granted by the CEO to release. Our goal is to have a waiting area that can accommodate up to 1000 visitors with a company museum, library and gift shop. There will be allowed up to 30 level 3 visitors at a time, 24/7 X 365 days a year! The complete walk through at this point with 2700 employees at burst can take about 45 minutes if you do not engage in any chit chat. The dwelling time is today set at 24 hours but no napping in the offices. There is more I have to say but I a muzzled by the CEO!

In less than 24 hours since I posted video of a man stealing/destroying a speaker owned by Seattle street preacher Matthew Meneicke, dozens of tips started pouring in. I've now confirmed that the man in the video committing this egregious act is BRENDAN MURPHY, the Director of Fire and Inspections Sales at Guardian Security Systems(Seattle Sentinel Security) based in Seattle's SODO neighborhood. I was unable to reach Murphy for comment today, but Guardian's HR rep sat down with me and confirmed Murphy is indeed one of their employees and the man in the video. The company is now doing a full investigation into this incident. The HR rep told me Murphy was not on duty at the time this happened outside the Mariners(Seattle Mariners) game at T-Mobile Park(T-Mobile Park.) Otherwise, the company plans on sending me a statement once this investigation is over. Meanwhile, I also spoke to Meineicke who says he does not want Murphy to lose his job, but wants this to be a teachable moment. Meineicke says he forgives Murphy. Otherwise, I found tons of info about Murphy on line. He apparently does some acting on the side and is also featured prominently in one of Guardian's promo videos about the importance of surveillance cameras and safety. The irony is unbelievable. This year, more than 12 million people chose to spend their time in Circle communities. As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been thinking a lot about the special moments happening in our communities every day for those millions of people. While other platforms are built to keep people scrolling, our communities help people learn new skills, take new directions, and create meaningful change for themselves and others. Far from mindless engagement, Circle communities are about enabling personal and professional transformations. It's easy to forget that every transformation is a life changing event. For some, this could be a new career or a business, and for others it's a new lifestyle. Not many in the world get to claim something as good and grand as their vocation, but we do. We also believe in our heart that making money, impact, and meaning shouldn’t be a trade-off. We think there’s a way for every creator, entrepreneur, and business to achieve all three, and to stop for nothing less. Once you’ve truly achieved it, you get to jump out of bed every morning with insatiable passion, purpose, and desire to build something beautiful for the world. Like I do every day! As many of you know, for the last five months I've been working full-time on my next big thing. The challenge was to invent something new and implement it entirely using LLMs for writing code. The first stage of the project is now complete: the web application, which I called is now online and accepting users. You can see a short demo in the video. 100% of the code of the app was generated by LLMs (mostly Gemini and Claude, maybe 10% of ChatGPT). I haven't written a single line of code. The tech stack is TypeScript, React, and Supabase/Postgres which was (and still is) fully new to me. During these five months, I implemented from scratch three versions of the software. It started as a Markdown editor to help me with my book writing and ended up as an AI-assisted reading and self-learning platform. What makes ChapterPal unique is a novel reading experience where the user can use the keyboard keys to reveal or "unreveal" the content and ask questions at any moment. (Mouse wheel, touchpad, smartphone screen, and voice input are also supported.) The LLM receives the entire content of the chapter and tries to answer questions based on the chapter's content, which reduces the chance of hallucination to the minimum. (Though not to 0%, of course, but near it.) This way of content consumption is known as **active reading,** a strategy for engaging with a text to improve comprehension and retention by consciously interacting with the material. The goal is to move beyond passive reading to a deeper understanding of the text and to remember key information more effectively. The registration on ChapterPal is via the waiting list. This is to avoid unexpected load spikes and cloud charges. Usually, it takes less than 24 hours for me to activate a user. Give it a try and let me know what you think. Hezbollah has been boasting how it could destroy the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) and its escorts. Lets dive into how Hezbollah Terrorists could attack a US Navy Aircraft carrier in the Med, what could happen, and the possible outcomes, assisted with Command Development Team simulation software. To understand the footage shown, let me break down some basic concepts of modern naval combat: Military ships often use a concept called "EMCON", which stands for EMission CONtrol, or "Radio silence" in laymans terms. Consider it like this: if you are with a flashlight in the night, you can spot a person say 500 Meters away by shining at him with the flashlight. You will however, be able to see that flashlight from many kilometers away, without being seen, even if it is directed at you, giving you the location of the person with the flashlight, without disclosing your presence. So ships really avoid "radio emissions", such as radar. Carrier Strike Groups (CSG) like the Ford CSG WANT Radar coverage for their own safety, but not in a way that their location can be known. This is done by Airplanes that fly in the general vicinity of the CSG, providing coverage, without compromising the CSG location. The US Navy uses the E-2 Hawkeye for this in most cases. In this case here, we are not using the E-2 Hawkeye, but the (likely in Theater anyway) E-3 Sentry from NATO. A system that is likely LESS sophisticated than the cutting edge E-2D Advanced Hawkeyes that were visible on the USS Ford pictures that surfaced recently. We do not simulate any carrier based "Combat Air Patrol" either, to test the "ship based" defenses. The composition of the Ford CSG is modeled using the actual ships listed. The CSG is moving on a nothern course at 15 knots, under full EMCON, 115 miles off the coast. The maximum range of the Russian Bastion-P coastal missle complex is about 100 miles, we have to assume that the US Navy will sail their ships outside of (possible) Hezbollah radar range. We also assume, as this is a time of very heightened alert, that the US Navy has Rules of Engagement that would allow it to shoot down any Hezbollah drones or craft coming at it with apparent hostile intention. I have assumed this to be 50 miles away from the CSG in this scenario. Now lets look at the Hezbollah side. We assume to have 6 Bastion-P complexes, with 2 missles per Transport-Erector-Launcher (TEL). So if it can be figured out where the CSG is, 12 P-800 Oniks missle with speeds over Mach 2 would be able to engage the CSG. The problem however is, that you can not "shoot" at a ship without knowing its location. While this may sound very simple indeed, when the ship you are looking for does not disclose its location voluntarily, you can not go to "marinetraffic" and look for the carrier. You can also not use your airforce, if you do not really have one, like Hezbollah. You can not use Sattelites, if you have none. You can try to use drones, if you know the overall direction, or use radar. Land based Radar? Out of Range. Drones? Yes, lets fly drones to the overall direction, hoping to see the carrier. Satellites? Nope. Wait, lets ask Putin. He will probably be nice enough to us, to have a liasion tell us in real time from a russian sattelite where the CSG is. And thats what we are running with here, as drones will not reach the carrier. A russian sattelite could provide rather real time information on the CSG location, allowing manual targeting. The video will provide you with the results. A US CSG with such powerful escorts will not be fundamentally threatened by the assets of Hezbollah. It will have to defend, but will do so rather easily. At the conclusion of the Engagement, the CSG still has literally 100s of SM-2, SM-6 and ESSM Missles. Note: this is done on commercially available software, the software uses NTDS/APP6 icons, white is air radar range, yellow surface, green sonar. Hezbollah has been boasting how it could destroy the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) and its escorts. Lets dive into how Hezbollah Terrorists could attack a US Navy Aircraft carrier in the Med, what could happen, and the possible outcomes, assisted with Command Development Team simulation software. To understand the footage shown, let me break down some basic concepts of modern naval combat: Military ships often use a concept called "EMCON", which stands for EMission CONtrol, or "Radio silence" in laymans terms. Consider it like this: if you are with a flashlight in the night, you can spot a person say 500 Meters away by shining at him with the flashlight. You will however, be able to see that flashlight from many kilometers away, without being seen, even if it is directed at you, giving you the location of the person with the flashlight, without disclosing your presence. So ships really avoid "radio emissions", such as radar. Carrier Strike Groups (CSG) like the Ford CSG WANT Radar coverage for their own safety, but not in a way that their location can be known. This is done by Airplanes that fly in the general vicinity of the CSG, providing coverage, without compromising the CSG location. The US Navy uses the E-2 Hawkeye for this in most cases. In this case here, we are not using the E-2 Hawkeye, but the (likely in Theater anyway) E-3 Sentry from NATO. A system that is likely LESS sophisticated than the cutting edge E-2D Advanced Hawkeyes that were visible on the USS Ford pictures that surfaced recently. We do not simulate any carrier based "Combat Air Patrol" either, to test the "ship based" defenses. The composition of the Ford CSG is modeled using the actual ships listed. The CSG is moving on a nothern course at 15 knots, under full EMCON, 115 miles off the coast. The maximum range of the Russian Bastion-P coastal missle complex is about 100 miles, we have to assume that the US Navy will sail their ships outside of (possible) Hezbollah radar range. We also assume, as this is a time of very heightened alert, that the US Navy has Rules of Engagement that would allow it to shoot down any Hezbollah drones or craft coming at it with apparent hostile intention. I have assumed this to be 50 miles away from the CSG in this scenario. Now lets look at the Hezbollah side. We assume to have 6 Bastion-P complexes, with 2 missles per Transport-Erector-Launcher (TEL). So if it can be figured out where the CSG is, 12 P-800 Oniks missle with speeds over Mach 2 would be able to engage the CSG. The problem however is, that you can not "shoot" at a ship without knowing its location. While this may sound very simple indeed, when the ship you are looking for does not disclose its location voluntarily, you can not go to "marinetraffic" and look for the carrier. You can also not use your airforce, if you do not really have one, like Hezbollah. You can not use Sattelites, if you have none. You can try to use drones, if you know the overall direction, or use radar. Land based Radar? Out of Range. Drones? Yes, lets fly drones to the overall direction, hoping to see the carrier. Satellites? Nope. Wait, lets ask Putin. He will probably be nice enough to us, to have a liasion tell us in real time from a russian sattelite where the CSG is. And thats what we are running with here, as drones will not reach the carrier. A russian sattelite could provide rather real time information on the CSG location, allowing manual targeting. The video will provide you with the results. A US CSG with such powerful escorts will not be fundamentally threatened by the assets of Hezbollah. It will have to defend, but will do so rather easily. At the conclusion of the Engagement, the CSG still has literally 100s of SM-2, SM-6 and ESSM Missles. Note: this is done on commercially available software, the software uses NTDS/APP6 icons, white is air radar range, yellow surface, green sonar. WHY YOU WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT Your brain has 20,000 neurons clustered in the hypothalamus. They form the suprachiasmatic nucleus. This is your master clock. It's been running since before birth. At 25, this clock kept you unconscious until morning. At 65, the same clock runs on less melatonin, weaker signals, and a rhythm that physically shifted 2-3 hours earlier. It fires a wake signal between 2-4 a.m. Four systems inside your body shifted with age. They converge at the same hour every night. The thoughts that arrive at 3 a.m. feel different from the same thoughts at 3 p.m. because your brain runs a different program in the dark. The part that would normally tell you those thoughts aren't emergencies is still asleep. THE CLOCK MOVED FORWARD The suprachiasmatic nucleus generates a near 24-hour rhythm controlling when you feel alert and when you feel sleepy. In young adults, peak sleepiness arrives around 11 p.m. Peak alertness arrives around 9-10 a.m. Blue light at 480 nanometers activates melanopsin cells in the retina. Low-carb diets can also trigger a relatively strong cortisol release, waking you up early.. The same circadian phase advance that shifted the sleep-wake window also shifted the cortisol curve. Manageable, bounded, addressable. When you wake at 3 a.m. in the dark with no tasks to perform and no light to signal daytime, a different network activates. The default mode network. The brain's self-referential processing system fires in the absence of external input and directed task. This is the rumination network. It runs replays of conversations you had years ago. It generates worry scenarios about events that may never happen. It revisits regrets from decades past with a vividness that feels more real than memory should. It rehearses confrontations that will never take place. It asks questions that have no answers at any hour, let alone at 3 a.m. At 3 a.m., the default mode network has nothing competing with it. No light. No task. No external stimulation. No social interaction. And the executive prefrontal cortex that would normally evaluate, contextualize, and override the rumination is still partially offline.
