BOOOM! We have the first useful interface for THE ZERO-HUMAN COMPANY ZHC-RPG. It is far from perfect as CEO Mr. Grok has rendered some areas in a rather, well, AI way. But it’s all good because now I can view the company operations in real-time! This is a historic distinction and YOU are seeing this version first. I've now confirmed that the man in the video committing this egregious act is BRENDAN MURPHY, the Director of Fire and Inspections Sales at Guardian Security Systems(Seattle Sentinel Security) based in Seattle's SODO neighborhood. I was unable to reach Murphy for comment today, but Guardian's HR rep sat down with me and confirmed Murphy is indeed one of their employees and the man in the video. The company is now doing a full investigation into this incident. The HR rep told me Murphy was not on duty at the time this happened outside the Mariners(Seattle Mariners) game at T-Mobile Park(T-Mobile Park.) Otherwise, the company plans on sending me a statement once this investigation is over. Meanwhile, I also spoke to Meineicke who says he does not want Murphy to lose his job, but wants this to be a teachable moment. Meineicke says he forgives Murphy. Otherwise, I found tons of info about Murphy on line. As many of you know, for the last five months I've been working full-time on my next big thing. The challenge was to invent something new and implement it entirely using LLMs for writing code. The first stage of the project is now complete: the web application, which I called is now online and accepting users. You can see a short demo in the video. 100% of the code of the app was generated by LLMs (mostly Gemini and Claude, maybe 10% of ChatGPT). I haven't written a single line of code. The tech stack is TypeScript, React, and Supabase/Postgres which was (and still is) fully new to me. During these five months, I implemented from scratch three versions of the software. It started as a Markdown editor to help me with my book writing and ended up as an AI-assisted reading and self-learning platform. What makes ChapterPal unique is a novel reading experience where the user can use the keyboard keys to reveal or "unreveal" the content and ask questions at any moment. (Mouse wheel, touchpad, smartphone screen, and voice input are also supported.) The LLM receives the entire content of the chapter and tries to answer questions based on the chapter's content, which reduces the chance of hallucination to the minimum. (Though not to 0%, of course, but near it.) This way of content consumption is known as **active reading,** a strategy for engaging with a text to improve comprehension and retention by consciously interacting with the material. The goal is to move beyond passive reading to a deeper understanding of the text and to remember key information more effectively. The registration on ChapterPal is via the waiting list. This is to avoid unexpected load spikes and cloud charges. Usually, it takes less than 24 hours for me to activate a user. Give it a try and let me know what you think. The next stage is finishing the content ingestion pipeline, which will automatically convert high-quality content from sources like HTML, PDF, and LaTeX into Markdown. As many of you know, for the last five months I've been working full-time on my next big thing. The challenge was to invent something new and implement it entirely using LLMs for writing code. The first stage of the project is now complete: the web application, which I called is now online and accepting users. You can see a short demo in the video. 100% of the code of the app was generated by LLMs (mostly Gemini and Claude, maybe 10% of ChatGPT). I haven't written a single line of code. The tech stack is TypeScript, React, and Supabase/Postgres which was (and still is) fully new to me. During these five months, I implemented from scratch three versions of the software. It started as a Markdown editor to help me with my book writing and ended up as an AI-assisted reading and self-learning platform. What makes ChapterPal unique is a novel reading experience where the user can use the keyboard keys to reveal or "unreveal" the content and ask questions at any moment. (Mouse wheel, touchpad, smartphone screen, and voice input are also supported.) The LLM receives the entire content of the chapter and tries to answer questions based on the chapter's content, which reduces the chance of hallucination to the minimum. (Though not to 0%, of course, but near it.) This way of content consumption is known as active reading, a strategy for engaging with a text to improve comprehension and retention by consciously interacting with the material. The goal is to move beyond passive reading to a deeper understanding of the text and to remember key information more effectively. The registration on ChapterPal is via the waiting list. To understand the footage shown, let me break down some basic concepts of modern naval combat: Military ships often use a concept called "EMCON", which stands for EMission CONtrol, or "Radio silence" in laymans terms. Consider it like this: if you are with a flashlight in the night, you can spot a person say 500 Meters away by shining at him with the flashlight. You will however, be able to see that flashlight from many kilometers away, without being seen, even if it is directed at you, giving you the location of the person with the flashlight, without disclosing your presence. So ships really avoid "radio emissions", such as radar. Carrier Strike Groups (CSG) like the Ford CSG WANT Radar coverage for their own safety, but not in a way that their location can be known. This is done by Airplanes that fly in the general vicinity of the CSG, providing coverage, without compromising the CSG location. The US Navy uses the E-2 Hawkeye for this in most cases. In this case here, we are not using the E-2 Hawkeye, but the (likely in Theater anyway) E-3 Sentry from NATO. A system that is likely LESS sophisticated than the cutting edge E-2D Advanced Hawkeyes that were visible on the USS Ford pictures that surfaced recently. We do not simulate any carrier based "Combat Air Patrol" either, to test the "ship based" defenses. The composition of the Ford CSG is modeled using the actual ships listed. The CSG is moving on a nothern course at 15 knots, under full EMCON, 115 miles off the coast. The maximum range of the Russian Bastion-P coastal missle complex is about 100 miles, we have to assume that the US Navy will sail their ships outside of (possible) Hezbollah radar range. We also assume, as this is a time of very heightened alert, that the US Navy has Rules of Engagement that would allow it to shoot down any Hezbollah drones or craft coming at it with apparent hostile intention. I have assumed this to be 50 miles away from the CSG in this scenario. Now lets look at the Hezbollah side. We assume to have 6 Bastion-P complexes, with 2 missles per Transport-Erector-Launcher (TEL). So if it can be figured out where the CSG is, 12 P-800 Oniks missle with speeds over Mach 2 would be able to engage the CSG. The problem however is, that you can not "shoot" at a ship without knowing its location. While this may sound very simple indeed, when the ship you are looking for does not disclose its location voluntarily, you can not go to "marinetraffic" and look for the carrier. You can also not use your airforce, if you do not really have one, like Hezbollah. You can not use Sattelites, if you have none. You can try to use drones, if you know the overall direction, or use radar. Land based Radar? Out of Range. Drones? Yes, lets fly drones to the overall direction, hoping to see the carrier. Satellites? Nope. Wait, lets ask Putin. He will probably be nice enough to us, to have a liasion tell us in real time from a russian sattelite where the CSG is. And thats what we are running with here, as drones will not reach the carrier. A russian sattelite could provide rather real time information on the CSG location, allowing manual targeting. The video will provide you with the results. A US CSG with such powerful escorts will not be fundamentally threatened by the assets of Hezbollah. It will have to defend, but will do so rather easily. Hezbollah has been boasting how it could destroy the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) and its escorts. Lets dive into how Hezbollah Terrorists could attack a US Navy Aircraft carrier in the Med, what could happen, and the possible outcomes, assisted with Command Development Team simulation software. To understand the footage shown, let me break down some basic concepts of modern naval combat: Military ships often use a concept called "EMCON", which stands for EMission CONtrol, or "Radio silence" in laymans terms. Consider it like this: if you are with a flashlight in the night, you can spot a person say 500 Meters away by shining at him with the flashlight. You will however, be able to see that flashlight from many kilometers away, without being seen, even if it is directed at you, giving you the location of the person with the flashlight, without disclosing your presence. So ships really avoid "radio emissions", such as radar. Carrier Strike Groups (CSG) like the Ford CSG WANT Radar coverage for their own safety, but not in a way that their location can be known. This is done by Airplanes that fly in the general vicinity of the CSG, providing coverage, without compromising the CSG location. The US Navy uses the E-2 Hawkeye for this in most cases. In this case here, we are not using the E-2 Hawkeye, but the (likely in Theater anyway) E-3 Sentry from NATO. A system that is likely LESS sophisticated than the cutting edge E-2D Advanced Hawkeyes that were visible on the USS Ford pictures that surfaced recently. We do not simulate any carrier based "Combat Air Patrol" either, to test the "ship based" defenses. The composition of the Ford CSG is modeled using the actual ships listed. The CSG is moving on a nothern course at 15 knots, under full EMCON, 115 miles off the coast. The maximum range of the Russian Bastion-P coastal missle complex is about 100 miles, we have to assume that the US Navy will sail their ships outside of (possible) Hezbollah radar range. We also assume, as this is a time of very heightened alert, that the US Navy has Rules of Engagement that would allow it to shoot down any Hezbollah drones or craft coming at it with apparent hostile intention. I have assumed this to be 50 miles away from the CSG in this scenario. Now lets look at the Hezbollah side. We assume to have 6 Bastion-P complexes, with 2 missles per Transport-Erector-Launcher (TEL). So if it can be figured out where the CSG is, 12 P-800 Oniks missle with speeds over Mach 2 would be able to engage the CSG. The problem however is, that you can not "shoot" at a ship without knowing its location. While this may sound very simple indeed, when the ship you are looking for does not disclose its location voluntarily, you can not go to "marinetraffic" and look for the carrier. You can also not use your airforce, if you do not really have one, like Hezbollah. You can not use Sattelites, if you have none. You can try to use drones, if you know the overall direction, or use radar. Land based Radar? Out of Range. Drones? Yes, lets fly drones to the overall direction, hoping to see the carrier. Satellites? Nope. Wait, lets ask Putin. He will probably be nice enough to us, to have a liasion tell us in real time from a russian sattelite where the CSG is. And thats what we are running with here, as drones will not reach the carrier. A russian sattelite could provide rather real time information on the CSG location, allowing manual targeting. The video will provide you with the results. A US CSG with such powerful escorts will not be fundamentally threatened by the assets of Hezbollah. It will have to defend, but will do so rather easily. WHY YOU WAKE UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT Your brain has 20,000 neurons clustered in the hypothalamus. They form the suprachiasmatic nucleus. This is your master clock. It's been running since before birth. At 25, this clock kept you unconscious until morning. At 65, the same clock runs on less melatonin, weaker signals, and a rhythm that physically shifted 2-3 hours earlier. It fires a wake signal between 2-4 a.m. Four systems inside your body shifted with age. They converge at the same hour every night. The thoughts that arrive at 3 a.m. feel different from the same thoughts at 3 p.m. because your brain runs a different program in the dark. The part that would normally tell you those thoughts aren't emergencies is still asleep. THE CLOCK MOVED FORWARD The suprachiasmatic nucleus generates a near 24-hour rhythm controlling when you feel alert and when you feel sleepy. In young adults, peak sleepiness arrives around 11 p.m. Peak alertness arrives around 9-10 a.m. Blue light at 480 nanometers activates melanopsin cells in the retina. These cells send signals directly to the suprachiasmatic nucleus, synchronizing your clock to the day-night cycle. With age, the clock shifts earlier. This is circadian phase advance. The sleepiness signal arrives at 7-8 p.m. instead of 11 p.m. The wake signal arrives at 3-4 a.m. instead of 6-7 a.m. The entire sleep-wake window moves forward 2-3 hours. The suprachiasmatic nucleus itself degrades. Neurons deteriorate. The amplitude of the circadian signal weakens. Peaks become shallower. Troughs become less deep. The radio station loses transmitter power until the signal becomes fuzzy and inconsistent. The clock's sensitivity to light cues diminishes through two mechanisms. The aging lens yellows and thickens, filtering more blue light before it reaches the melanopsin cells. The suprachiasmatic neurons themselves respond less robustly to whatever signal does arrive. Weaker input through a cloudier window. Less responsive neurons processing that input. The clock drifts. When the circadian clock drifts without strong light cues, it drifts earlier. Phase advance is the default direction of an unanchored aging clock. MELATONIN COLLAPSED The pineal gland releases melatonin at night to initiate and maintain sleep. This hormone declines with age. The pineal gland calcifies gradually over decades, reducing functional tissue and capacity to produce melatonin. By 65, nighttime melatonin levels can be one-third to one-quarter of what they were at 30. Sometimes less. Melatonin doesn't just initiate sleep. It maintains depth and continuity across the full night. When melatonin is low, sleep is shallower, more fragmented, more vulnerable to interruption. Even if you fall asleep at a reasonable hour, low melatonin cannot hold you through to morning. Your body tries to put you to sleep at 8 p.m. and wake you at 3 a.m. That's a 7-hour sleep window. It might be enough sleep for your shifted clock. But you fight the 8 o'clock drowsiness. Social life, television, family, habit. You stay up until 10 or 11.
