At around 8 this morning I was only at about 166 degrees when it decided it was going to rain so I hurried up and took it inside and finished it in the oven. I pulled it at about 200 degrees and I knew I was going to rest it in the cooler so I figured I would have 5 degrees to spare. A four hour rest in the cooler turned into a 6 hour rest because I fell asleep and overslept. The bark wasn’t as crispy as I like it to be but the meat is tender and juicy, it cuts easy and falls apart in your hand. Over all it turned out good. I think I’m going to save it for special occasions or when I have a lot of time on my hands.

Split fingers in the winter time where always my Achilles heel, I always prided myself in being a big strong and sturdy man and I assure you I’ve had nothing more sore in my life than split fingers and like this gentleman in the video I tried every ointment and salve known to mankind, nothing worked, I used to take nail clippers and trim back the dead skin around the split and nothing helped, I was into my 50s before someone told me how to cure it for good. STOP CUTTING MY NAILS TOO SHORT it worked, working construction I always kept my nails short so they wouldn’t catch on anything and keep tearing in half eventually I started wearing gloves more often and that dried them out horribly, I started using goat skin glove liners with Lanolin impregnated in them, the brick layers turned onto them, they get it really bad and kept my hands greased up good in the winter time PROBLEM SOLVED😂

So…this is wild. In five seconds, you can create a fully linked wikipedia page on any topic in the entire universe. Perplexity just dropped a new feature to Pro users called “Perplexity Pages”. Type in a topic, it automatically creates a webpage for it, with links and sources, you can publish it, share the link around, other people can access it, and other people can ASK FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS to the page. Check out my IFT-2 Tracking footage! This is SUPER LATE (busy with other things) and I initially wasn't planning to upload it but people seemed to enjoy it more than I was expecting on YT....so here it is! Audio has been synced with the moment of ignition. I recommend headphones for the full experience. And crank that volume as high as comfortable if you want to get an idea of what this truly sounded like in person. Side note: I have minimal experience tracking moving objects and am still getting used to doing so while manually adjusting focus. Still turned out decently I think. This was Big Boy's first unplanned stop, just outside Wheatland in the Great Central Valley of California. We had just watched it go by when I looked in the rearview mirror and noticed the train had stopped. We turned around and jumped out of the car, hoping to get a closer view. The sky that day was so dramatic, adding to the scene. Once the freight train passed, Big Boy started rolling again, so we followed it only to find it on the siding again, where we got right up to it as seen in the last video.

Nothing spectacular but I promised to share it yesterday, so here it is. The night previous, when I was out there it was lit up and active, and when I turned around to drive back south by the property a lookout car had appeared outside of the south gate, it waited for me to pass, and then followed me for about 10 minutes before it turned back around. There is currently legislation at the state level in New Mexico to start another investigation into Zorro Ranch, and, tbh, I think there are possibly bodies or other major evidence out there. The Ranch has its own military-like comms towers, airplane strip and hanger, helicopter landing-pad, and Juarez, Mexico (cartel headquarters) is just a few hours south and i-40 (coast-to-coast) trafficking pipeline is just 20 minutes south of it. The FBI NEVER conducted a thorough investigation of the ranch.

🐻 Oh the story about Chanel the cat was really shocking. 🐹 What Chanel the cat? 🐻 So there is so much stuff inside our dorm because there were five girls living there. At the time, Wendy was left at the dorm while Joy and I went out to watch a movie. Yerimie opened the main door because she was gonna go out when something scurried inside. At the time, Yerim was really scared of animals. Like she was just scared of animals themselves. So they texted 'something entered the dorm!' 'It seems like an animal entered the dorm'. In real-time, Wendy texted that it kept going around scratching at the door. Yerimie was so scared she couldn't go out because she didn't know what kind of animal it was. Meanwhile, in Sooyoung and I's case, we love animals so we were like 'Let's go back quickly and check!' At first we thought it was a puppy, because puppies are cute. So we were like, let's try to find it! But no matter how we looked, we couldn't find it. Since there was so much stuff, we couldn't find it even as we searched every corner. It just wouldn't come out. Then I kept hearing this meowing sound from somewhere. So we tried luring it out with some food but even so, it wouldn't come out. Then in one corner, we saw a white cat. Anyone looking at it could tell it was an expensive one. It's a Cheongdam cat, so of course! That's why we called it Chanel. It really felt like a 'Chanel'. So we were like 'Chanel~ Chanel~ come on out~'. We looked for the owner. We tried talking to the maintenance office and found that its owner lived in the same neighborhood. So we brought it back.
