Just tested Coinbase Smart Wallet for the first time. This is an absolute game changer. Went from no wallet (no extension) to minting an NFT in 20 seconds. All while signing securely with Touch ID. This is how we bring mass retail onchain, huge kudos to the Coinbase team.

Here's an internal demo of the fully refreshed Abstract Global Wallet UI: - Much better parsing of what transaction you're signing - Easier to read full tx details - Portal PFP in the top left - Wallet balance in the top right - Light/Dark mode Will hopefully be out soon!

Dealing with popups and signing for every transaction is one of the worst parts of crypto UX. So we fixed that. Abstract Global Wallet now has session keys, allowing builders to create seamless apps where users sign once to transact without constant popups. Here's a demo of me creating a session key that allows mint me to mint NFTs without ever needing to sign another transaction. To build consumer crypto you need to create experiences that mimic existing web2 flows. Sessions are a huge unlock to bring us closer to that goal.

It's me. Back with another set of new features that we've shipped Abstract. We've now made streams available to watch for everyone, including those that are not signed in (view demo below). You can watch streams without logging in, but in order to tip or send messages you will need to sign up for Abstract account. Additionally, we've made several improvements to NFT viewing and token sending. These should improve your overall experience while using the Abstract Wallet.

The best part about having a live product is that we can build in public. We've been working around the clock to make changes based on community feedback. Some of the most visible updates from today: - reworked funding flows to be more intuitive (this was a huge request) - made discord linking much more reliable - further improved tx history parsing We should have major improvements to token data coming soon. We're listening to all of your requests, so keep them coming!

Hiding spam NFTs is now live on the Abstract portal. With the increased usage of Abstract, we've seen scammers start to send spam NFTs to users. Now you can remove these from your NFT list and transaction history completely. Just click the plus button on the top left on one or more NFTs to hide them. Additionally, you can now filter on which collections you want to see in your wallet. This should make the viewing experience much better.

It takes less than a minute to create a wallet and mint your first NFTs on Abstract. In fact, we put together a small demo of what the first time user flow looks like for non-crypto users. Email log-in, no browser extension, and gas sponsorship for seamless minting all without leaving the event site. The user not only gets their NFTs, but they also have a wallet they can use anywhere else in the Abstract ecosystem. Slowly but surely we'll make onboarding onto Abstract as easy as signing up for a web2 product.

We just overhauled our entire trading UX in the Abstract portal. The new trading experience should look and feel much more like a traditional DEX, making the user flows much simpler compared to before. The explore page has also been simplified to show trending tokens only.
