Ryan Reynolds revealed the original plan to secretly release Deadpool & Wolverine by disguising it as an intentionally terrible fake movie. Ryan: “The original idea was to shoot a fake movie called Alpha Cop… it was meant to be horrible.” Ryan: “Two cops, one brain, all balls.” Ryan: “Five minutes into the movie, the Marvel logo would flip up, and it would actually be Deadpool and Wolverine.” Ryan: “If you manage to get right down to the last minute and it gets blown, it would be heartbreaking.”
