Today in Orleans Parish, Louisiana, Mr. Calvin Duncan was officially sworn in as the New Orleans Criminal District Court Clerk. Although legislation to merge the position is still pending, he is the definitive Clerk as of today. Congratulations, Cerk Duncan. #DemsUnited
