You won't convince me that Andrew Wilson reads his Bible. Even a cursory reading of the New Testament would prevent someone from denying something so ubiquitous in the epistles.

As much as I disagree with Joel, Andrew Wilson conceded his whole argument here. Andrew: You either have agency or you don't. It's pass/fail. Andrew in the next breath: Some 8-year-olds have MORE agency than 40-year-olds. Andrew made the claim in his opening that you either have agency or you don't, it's not by degree, etc. Then he says some people have MORE of it than others, which was exactly Joel's point he was disagreeing with.

This isn't evangelism. "If Jesus heals you will you please give him a chance to be Lord". No. Jesus IS Lord and He commands you to repent and believe in Him. Enough of this weak, needy Jesus who is just begging people to please just give Him a chance.

Dinesh says if God doesn't give grace to undeserving sinners, then God is the One to blame for their condemnation. You can't make this stuff up. According to Dinesh, God owes all men grace, or He's the one responsible for their sin. He seems to think that the reason people are condemned is because they're not chosen, not at all. Their not being chosen is the reason they are left in that state, but the reason they're condemned is because of their own sin. They are fully blameworthy. God is under no obligation to extend grace to anyone. I don't think Dinesh knows what "grace" means.

According to Cliffe, man is autonomous and God "limits His power" in order to give us free will, and He "honors our request" for rejecting Him. If that's not making man out to be God, then I don't know what is.
