Blessed my lovely niece with her first spiritual bath at 9 months. It was time. In today’s world, it is very necessary to keep our babies covered. Things like psychic energetic attacks can easily miss you and reach them. My girl has no idea just yet how protected she is.

Kundalini Yoga in the forest. “pumping hands” for when the heart feels troubled and the aura feels altered. Quickly reset those brain waves and call in higher protection. Breathwork is such a powerful and loving act. Tap in with your spirit daily.

Every offering, herb, and flower element used returns to the Earth. Find you a tree or some soil and give it all back. Reduce waste and enrich the soil with vital nutrients in the process. Take care of our Great Mother and she will always keep you replenished.

When you are truly rooted in your medicine, the body knows. Every soul who surrenders to this work feels safe, supported, and deeply held. You are free to soften, receive, and release.

Lately I’ve been craving that feeling of being back in my mama’s womb. Just feeling held, safe, and supported. Float Therapy is the closest thing to that warm, nurturing space. Recommending this somatic healing practice for anyone relearning the art of surrender and letting go.
