Person of interest seen on security footage around the time Spencer and Monique Tepe were savagely murdered in Columbus, Ohio. Columbus PD believes the couple was killed some time between 2am and 5am on December 30th at their home. Investigators recovered footage from the area showing a person of interest walking through an alley near the residence during that time frame.
