They’re doing exactly what you’re NOT doing… 🧘‍♀️being still & grounded. Listen again, hear the panic/anxiety/hyper-vigilant energy in your voice🤦‍♀️? TaiChi, life through a lens of love,not fear. Quieting of the mind, the body will follow. 10 minutes? They can probably do an hour.
