The summons actually being the forefront of FFXVI's story is so cool to me because in a lot of the other games they're more part of the background world and lore, but here they're focused on to a really cool degree.

Something I love about Remake is smaller scenes like this where Barret becomes the heart of the party and the emotional support for others when things become tense. He’s always had to be someone who needed to protect others and does his best no matter the circumstances.

I still prefer the Aerith, Tifa, Cloud trio from Remake than how they were handled in Rebirth.

Final Fantasy XVI is one of the coolest games of all time.

This scene between Marlene and Aerith is exactly why Marlene understands Aerith’s feelings clearly in Rebirth. I take the scene as Aerith sharing some of the future and AUs through their contact, so trying to make sure Marlene keeps it between them.
